Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepribadian dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja dosen di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang dengan dimoderasi budaya organisasional. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh kepribadian, kompetensi profesional dan budaya organisasional terhadap kinerja dosen pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi dosen pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang sebanyak 114 dosen. Teknik pengolahan data digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan moderasi quasi interaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja dosen, budaya organisasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen, budaya organisasional tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kinerja dosen, budayaorganisasional memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja dosen.

Abstract

Program pengembangan kewirausahaan (PPK) adalah program yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan wirausahabaru dimana mahasiswa dibina untuk tidak menjadi pencari kerja (job seeker) namun sebagai penciptalapangan kerja (job creator). Hal ini sejalan dengan visi UNISBANK yang mencanangkan diri sebagaientrepreneurial university. Dengan adanya unit kewirausahaan di UNISBANK, mampu menyediakan tempatbagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan proposal bisnis mereka. Kegiatan utama dalam PPK adalahmeningkatkan motivasi kewirausahaan para tenant, memberikan pelatihan marketing secara online,meningkatkan brand dan kemasan produk setiap tenant serta menyediakan modal awal bagi para tenant.Populasinya adalah mahasiswa Universitas Stikubank dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dimanakriterianya, mahasiswa harus memiliki niat untuk menjadi wirausaha. Hasilnya adalah, 20% tenant mampumendaftarkan merek, tenant mampu memiliki rasa percaya diri untuk menjadi wirausahawan, dan tenantmampu memasarkan produk dengan kemasan yang baik serta menggunakan online marketing untukmemasarkan produk mereka.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of self confidence, professional competence and idealized influence leadersiup to aifretive cummilmc’nl and the rok uf ickallzt’d in/luence kadership moderated tite influence of self confidence and pivfessional competence on a(frciive comrnitnwnt to the teacher of vocational secondary school in Barang Regency. This research uses explanatory rcwucrh. The populations in of the research are the teacher of y,cat,onal secondary school in Batang Regency. they are 120 people. Based lest validity, KMO in all variables of the model ¡n this stuth’ is greater ¡han 0., this is indicate that the sample is adequacy. The loading factor in all indicators t1ai used in this rescach is larger titan 0.4 and the value of’ Alpha cronhach is greater thais 0, 7. This means thai all indicators valid and reliahihtv. According so the data of Oiw-Sample Kobnogorov—Smirnov Test regression models to Normal and no l!eieroskedasticitv. Based on the hypothesis tes!, one of the kpothesis is accepted and four hypothesis are re/ected The results are self confidence has not effect on affrctive commitment, professional competence has positive efii’ct on affective commitment, idealized influence leadership has not effect on aljective commitment, idealized influence leadership does not moderate tite influence ‘ cell confidence on affective conunitme’nt,j idealized influence leadership does not moderate the influence ofprofrs.cs anal conspetence on affective co?nmitment.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence and organizational commitment moderated organizational culture in improving the performance of the maritime college lecturer. This research is located in the city of Semarang In this study population of 177, while the samples taken a number of 123 respondents, using probability random sampling. Measurements using a Likert scale of 5 (seven) answer. Alternative instruments test used are validity and reliability, while the test model used is the coefficient of determination (R Adjsuted Square), test F (Goodness of Fit). Hypothesis test used in this study used regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis used t test frequency distribution of the level of significance (α) of 5%. The results showed the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) 0.450, meaning that the independent variables (organizational culture, competencies and organizational commitment) to give effect to 45% in dependent variable (performance lecturers). The remaining 55% influenced by other variables not included in the study. Based on the research results summarized as follows; Competence does not affect the performance of lecturers, Commitment Organizational does not affect the performance of lecturers, Cultural Organisation positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers, organizational culture does not moderate the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers, organizational culture does not moderate the influence of organizational commitment to the performance of lecturers Keywords:Performance, Competence, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Moderation

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of intelligence quotients, emotional quotients, spiritual quotients on teacher is performance with internal locus of control as an intervening variable. This research aims to explain and expand previous research, about intelligence, emotional and spiritual quotients on teacher performance with internal locus of control as intervening variable. The research used is explanatory research. The population of this study was as many as 120 teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Ampelgading in Pemalang Regency. Research data is primary data obtained directly from respondents with a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research uses SPSS version 19. The test carried out includes the analysis of respondents, analysis of variable, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and t test. From the results of data testing and data analysis conducted, this research provides results that intelligence quotients has a positive influence on internal locus of control and also teacher performance, emotional quotients has no influence on internal locus of control and teacher is performance, spiritual quotients has a positive influence on internal locus of control and also teacher performance, while internal locus of control has no influence on teacher performance. Another results are internal locus of control does not mediate the influence of intelligence quotients, emotional quotients and spiritual quotients on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the leadership and organizational communicationis mediated the job satisfaction of teachers job performance at SMK N Demak .This research type is a field research using a quantitative approach. The population are 120 teachers at SMK N Semarang. The techniques of data analyze use multiple linier analyze model test; R60 2. test, F test, and the hypothesis test use t test, and mediation effects ( path analyze ) . The results of the test as follows : leadership has positive and significant impact on the organi-zational communication; organi-zational communication has positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction; the leadership doesnt have positive and significant impact on the job performance; the organizational communication has positive and significant effect on the job performance, the job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on the job performance; leadership has positive and significant effect on teachers performance through the mediation of the job satisfaction; the organizational communication has positive and significant influence more effectively direct impact on teachers performance through the mediation of the job satisfaction .Keywords : leadership, organizational communication, job satisfaction, teachers jobperformance.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of motivation and self-efficacy on teacher performancemoderated by transformational leadership style to the teachers of State Junior High School in Bojong Sub Districtof Pekalongan Regency. This research used field research with quantitative approach. The Population in thisresearch was teachers who teach in State Junior High School in Bojong Sub District of Pekalongan Regency thatnumber106 people and take all the population. Based on the instrument test that was validity test & reliability testacquired valid & reliabel indicators for further analysis. Based on the F test showed that the model reasonable tofurther analysis. The R2 test showed the contribution independent variable to the dependent variable. Thehyphotesis test used t test by MRA. The result of the research showed that motivation has no influence on theteacher’s performance, self-efficacy influences positively on teacher’s performance, the transformationalleadership style influences positively on teacher performance, the transformational leadership style does notmoderate the influence of motivation on teacher performance and transformational leadership style has weaken theinfluence of self-efficacy on teacher performance.Keywords: motivation, self-efficacy, transformational leadership style, and teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi antara tipe kepribadian mahasiswa dengan prestasimahasiswa yang terkait dengan predikat kelulusan, keikutsertaan organisasi, serta kepemilikan prestasi ekstra.Tipe kepribadian ada empat yaitu sanguinis, koleris, melankolis dan plegmatis. Prestasi mahasiswa yang terkaitdengan predikat kelulusan dinyatakan sebagai “dengan pujian”, “sangat memuaskan”, “memuaskan” dan“cukup”. Prestasi mahasiswa yang terkait dengan keikutsertaan organisasi dinyatakan sebagai “ikut organisasi”dan “tidak ikut organisasi”. Prestasi mahasiswa yang terkait dengan kepemilikan prestasi ekstra dinyatakansebagai “memiliki prestasi ekstra” dan “tidak memiliki prestasi ekstra”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahmahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Stikubank Semarang. Penelitian ini memakai sampel sejumlah95 mahasiswa. Adapun teknik samplingnya menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswasemester 7 dan pada tes kepribadian memiliki kecenderungan pada satu kepribadian saja. Data berupa IndeksPrestasi Kumulatif (IPK), keikutsertaan pada kegiatan organisasi serta kepemilikan prestasi ekstra terkait denganminat dan bakat mahasiswa. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan google form. Teknik analisis data dilakukanmenggunakan analisis tabulasi silang (crosstab) dengan Chi-Squares-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaternyata tidak ada korelasi antara tipe kepribadian dengan prestasi mahasiswa. Baik prestasi mahasiswa yangterkait dengan predikat kelulusan, keikutsertaan organisasi, maupun kepemilikan prestasi ekstra.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dimoderasi lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Pekalongan. Jumlah populasi 550 siswa sampel 180 siswa berpatokan pada tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan tingkat kesalahan 10 %. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala likert 5. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas melalui CFA, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, dan uji model (uji F, R-Square). Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlibatan orang tua, motivasi belajar dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, namun lingkungan sekolah tidak memoderasi keterlibatan orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Hubungan antara variabel-variabel independen dengan variabel-variabel dependen kemungkinandipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain, salah satu diantaranya adalah variabel moderating. Variabelmoderating ini dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabeldependen. Sifat atau arah hubungan antara variabel-variabel independen dengan variabel-variabel dependendapat positif atau negatif tergantung pada pada variabel moderating. Ada beberapa uji untuk untuk mengujipengaruh variabel moderating ini, diantaranya adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). ModeratedRegression Analysis (MRA) merupakan aplikasi khusus regresi berganda linear dimana dalam persamaanregresinya mengandung unsur interaksi (perkalian dua atau lebih variabel independen).
