Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the mind mapping method to learning outcomes in accounting. The research method used is the experimental method. Data collection techniques from this study included participant observation and learning achievement tests. The population in this study were class X students of the Accounting Study Program at Setia Bhakti Vocational High School, Bandung, totaling 54 students with a sample of all students. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in learning outcomes between the experimental group and learning that applies Mind Mapping and the control group with learning without applying Mind Mapping to accounting learning outcomes. The difference obtained is proven by testing the t-test hypothesis with the results tcount > ttable, where tcount is 2.134 and table is 1.68195. The implication of the results of this study is that teachers should apply the Mind Mapping learning method in teaching and learning activities in class, because the learning outcomes of Accounting applying Mind Mapping are better than without applying Mind Mapping.

Abstract

Digital educational technologies enhance teaching methodologies through multimedia resources, interactive simulations and real-time assessment tools. Teachers can leverage adaptive learning algorithms to adapt learning to the individual needs of students, driving engagement, understanding, and academic success. Moreover, data-driven decision-making is facilitated by digital educational technologies. Educators gain valuable insights into student performance through sophisticated analytics, enabling them to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted interventions. This approach supports early identification of at-risk students and ensures that a comprehensive support system is in place. In addition, digital education technologies promote collaboration and communication between various stakeholders, including teachers, students, parents and administrators. This enables real-time feedback, collaboration between parents and teachers, and remote learning opportunities, creating a participatory and dynamic educational environment. In conclusion, embracing digital education technology has great potential to strengthen school management and meet the demands of 21st century quality education. By automating administrative tasks, improving teaching methodologies, enabling data-driven decision-making and promoting collaboration, educational institutions can adapt to evolving challenges and deliver high-quality educational outcomes. Embracing these technological advances is important for preparing students for the demands of the digital age and ensuring a successful future.

Abstract

The aim this research are the using of google classroom as media learning students of Elementary School Teacher Education at Universitas Pasundan. The use of media in learning is very important to achieved the explicit learning objectives in lesson design that have been made by lecturers. This study to get an overview in third semester of Academic Year 2018/2019 which are applied to the Learning Strategy subject in elementary school. The research method is quasi-experimental with analysis data used a paired t test with SPSS program versi 21.0 for window. Subjects is a students of PGSD semester III in Class D, amounting to 30 people. The implementation of this research is in the form of a cycle consisting of plan, do, and see. Based on data analysis, the results is thitung = 22,122 > ttable = 1,699, then H0 rejected and H1 accepted. It can be concluded that there are significant the used google classroom media in Learning Strategies subject in student Elementary School Teacher Education at Universitas Pasundan are carried out in accordance with the stages of plan, do, and see. The existence of these stages challenges the lecturers to design learning as interesting as possible so that the quality and results of the learning process will increase and demand that the lecturers continue to innovate learning in order to support the improvement of their professionalism as educators

Abstract

Abstrak — Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) bagaimana persepsi siswa mengenai variasi media pembelajaran, (2) pengaruh variasi penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap minat belajar siswa jurusan akuntansi di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan sampel siswa jurusan akuntansi di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis verifikatif data melalui perhitungan rata-rata (mean) skor untuk memecahkan masalah pertama. Sedangkan untuk memecahkan masalah yang kedua digunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengenai variasi penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat disimpulkan variasi penggunaan media pembelajaran “Sangat Baik” dan indikator kuisioner yang mendapatkan persepsi paling baik adalah penggunaan media video. Berdasarkan analisis regresi yang ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi R Square, dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh variasi penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap minat belajar siswa. Jika memiliki siswa yang cenderung memiliki karakteristik pasif, guru sebaiknya menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan variatif berkaitan dengan materi pelajaran yang akan disampaikan. Kata Kunci — Variasi Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran dan Minat Belajar Siswa Abstract — The purpose of this study was to determine (1) how perceptions of students about the variety of instructional media, (2) the effect of variations in the use of instructional media on student interest accounting department at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. The method used is survey with a student sample of the accounting department at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of the data verification through calculation of average (mean) score for solving the first problem. As for solving the problem are both used a simple linear regression analysis. Results of research on the variations of the use of learning media can be summed variety of instructional media usage "Very Good" and indicators of a questionnaire on perceptions it is best to use video media. Based on regression analysis indicated by the coefficient of determination R Square, it can be stated that this hypothesis can be accepted. This means that there are significant variations in the use of instructional media on student interest. If you have students who are likely to have the characteristics of a passive, teachers should use the media interesting and varied learning related to the subject matter to be delivered. Abstract

Keberhasilan pembelajaran merupakan tujuan dari proses pembelajaran. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran adalah media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Saat ini berbagai media belajar berbasis teknologi telah tersedia seperti aplikasi pembelajaran online melalui zoom meeting, google meet, microsoft teams. Selain itu berbagai teknologi penunjang evaluasi pembelajaran juga tersedia seperti Kahoot, Quizzis, Google Form, Zuvgrade, Plickares, Formatife, dan lainnya. Banyaknya pilihan media pembelajaran dapat disesuaikan dengan relevansi, kemampuan guru, kemudahan penggunaan, ketersediaan dan kebermanfaatan media dalam proses pembelajaran. Akuntansi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang menakutkan bagi beberapa siswa karena dianggap sulit dan rumit. Padahal akuntansi tidak rumit sama sekali, hanya butuh ketrampilan, ketelitian dan pemahaman konsep serta cara penyelesaiannya. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi para guru akuntansi untuk lebih “melek” teknologi terhadap media pembelajaran yang dapat proses belajar dan tercapainya keberhasilan pembelajaran. Hal inilah yang mendorong Ikatan Cendekiawan Muda Akuntansi (ICMA) untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada para guru akuntansi dalam memilih media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang dapat digunakan dan proses pembelajaran akuntansi. Kegiatan ini berupa workshop secara online dengan tema “Strategi Peningkatan Pemahaman Teknologi pada Pembelajaran Akuntansi untuk Guru Akuntansi di SMK Muhammadiyah I Tangerang”. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, diharapkan guru menjadi lebih terampil, lebih inovatif dan kreatif melalui teknologi pembelajaran yang digunakan sehingga mendorong tercapainya keberhasilan belajar siswa. Learning success is the goal of the learning process. One factor that can support learning success is technology-based learning media. Currently, various technology-based learning media are available such as online learning applications via zoom meeting, google meet, microsoft teams. In addition, various technologies to support learning evaluation are also available such as Kahoot, Quizzis, Google Form, Zuvgrade, Plickares, Formatife, and others. The many choices of learning media can be adjusted to the relevance, teacher ability, ease of use, availability and usefulness of the media in the learning process. Accounting is one of the subjects that is scary for some students because it is considered difficult and complicated. In fact, accounting is not complicated at all, it only requires skills, accuracy and understanding of concepts and how to solve them. This is a challenge for accounting teachers to be more "literate" in technology towards learning media that can be used in the learning process and achieve learning success. This is what drives the Association of Young Accounting Intellectuals (ICMA) to provide assistance to accounting teachers in choosing technology-based learning media that can be used and the accounting learning process. This activity is in the form of an online workshop with the theme "Strategy for Improving Understanding of Technology in Accounting Learning for Accounting Teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah I Tangerang". After participating in this activity, it is expected that teachers will become more skilled, more innovative and creative through the learning technology used so as to encourage the achievement of student learning success.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the UPTD Office of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office. Effective leadership and high work discipline are believed to be two important factors in improving ASN performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 60 ASN respondents at the UPTD office of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial influence of leadership and work discipline on ASN performance. The results of the study show that leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on ASN performance, both simultaneously and partially. The level of relationship between variables is included in the close category, with the contribution of the influence of independent variables on dependent variables included in the category is quite high.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' critical thinking skills in experimental and control classes. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with experimental methods. This research design is nonequivalent control group design. This research was conducted at SMA Sumatra 40 Bandung involving 2 classes, namely class X IPS 1 as an experimental class with the application of wordwall in problem-based learning model and class X IPS 2 as a control class with the application of direct learning model. The instruments used were pretest and posttest sheets and observation sheets for the implementation of the model in the experimental class. The results showed that there was an increase in students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class, namely the pretest score of 49.03 and the posttest score of 78.77, an increase of 29.74. While in the control class the pretest score was 46.53 and the posttest score was 60.47, an increase of 13.93. Meanwhile, the implementation of the problem-based learning model in the experimental class has been carried out in accordance with the learning design listed on the lesson plan (RPP). This research produces results that can provide benefits to stakeholders, namely teachers can utilize learning models and wordwall media in the classroom to improve the quality of student learning. For school principals, they can provide policies and directions regarding learning schemes that can be carried out in the classroom by teachers. Students can participate more actively in developing critical thinking skills. For further researchers, they can update the research that has been studied.

Abstract

The problem that often arises in relation to entrepreneurship is product marketing which is a very important aspect of running a business. Good product marketing skills can help to expand market share, increase sales, and improve brand image. 21st century learning is known as the 4Cs (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity) as four skills that are important and needed for 21st century education, especially in the learning planning process. This study raises the issue of efforts to use social media with the help of the Problem Based Learning model to improve product marketing learning outcomes in Craft and Entrepreneurship subjects. The research was conducted at Bumi Siliwangi High School Bandung - West Java in class XI IPS 1 and 2 as many as 36 people in each class. The implementation of this study used two classes where the IPS 1 class would apply Problem Based Learning and was said to be the experimental class and the IPS 2 class would apply lectures and was said to be the control class. Data collection instruments in the form of evaluation test sheets and observation sheets. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing learning outcomes which produced scores and average values. The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes, teacher and student activities, the teacher's ability to manage learning, and good student responses to the application of the Problem Based Learning model with social media which was more varied than the non-experimental class.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the SAVI learning model based on flipped learning in improving creative thinking skills in children. This study is a quantitative research with a meta-analysis approach. Data for this study were obtained from 23 studies that met the inclusion criteria. The process of searching for data through Google Scholar, Mendeley, ERIC, ScienceDirect and Wiley databases must be indexed by Sinta or Scopus. Analyze the data with the help of Microsoft Excel and JASP. The analysis of 23 effect sizes concluded that the summary effect size value ( rRE = 0.931; z = 9.156; p < 0.001). These findings show that applying the SAVI learning model based on flipped learning significantly influences creative thinking skills in children in the very high effect size category. This research provides information on the world of education in Indonesia and education in the future.
