Abstract

AbstractThis study objectives is to analyze the effect of production factors on the benefits of carrot farming and predict the elasticity of input demand on carrot farming in Sumber Berantas Village, Batu City. Location selection was done purposively by using data collection methods using simple random sampling using a sample of 60 carrot farmers. Data analysis used using descriptive analysis, Cobb Douglas production function analysis and Douglas method (UOP-CDPF) Output Price Unit or UOP of Cobb Douglass Profit Function. Based on the results of analysis using the Cobb-Douglass UOP profit function the Output Price Unit or UOP of Cobb Douglass Profit Function (UOP-CDPF) is obtained by factors that influence the profit function seen from the results of the t test. the results of carrot production are manure, NPK fertilizer and medicine because it has a value of P <0.05. The calculated F value is obtained at 14.60 with a probability of 0,000 or less than 0.05 at a confidence level of 99%. Elasticity of input demand: (a) Price elasticity of demand is elastic for variable seeds, manure, urea, NPK fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, drugs and labor inelastic because of the value Ep> 1. (b) The elasticity of cross-price requests for all variables, namely seeds, manure, urea, NPK fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, drugs and labor are complementary, because the Ep value is <0 or -1. (c) Eelasticity of variable input demandfor fixed or income inputs (icome elasticity). of all variables, namely seeds, manure, urea, NPK fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, drugs and labor are inferior, because they have a value of Ei <1.Keywords: The elasticity, of the request

Abstract

     This study aims to determine the Farm feasibility of each vegetable farming (cayenne pepper, shallots, and mustard greens), and determine the optimization of intercropping farming systems cayenne pepper with vegetables (shallots, mustard greens) and sensitivity value that does not change optimal solution. This research was determined purposively in Ngantru Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency, East Java. The method used is farm analysis and linear program analysis using the simplex method using LINDO (Linear Interactive Discrete Optimizer) application. The results of the analysis show the average R/C Ratio of cayenne pepper with a planting area of 0.196 ha is 1.6. Average R/C Ratio of  mustard greens with a planting area of 0.1453 ha is 1.3. Average R/C Ratio of shallots with a planting area of  0.126 ha is 1.4. Which means that farming is feasible to be cultivated, because R / C Ratio is greater than 1. While the optimization that gets the highest income is optimization model 2 consisting of cayenne pepper plants with shallots, with an optimal income of Rp 21.554.560,00. Optimal producttion of cayenne pepper (x1) is 1,102 kg, and optimal production of shallot (X3) is 1,633 kg. The sensitivity value that does not change the optimal solution is divided into two, namely the range when ther is a change in the coefficient of the objective function to the optimal solution and the range when there is a change in right value of the limiting function on the optimal solution.

Abstract

AbstrakBudidaya sayuran hidroponik menjadi semakin populer dikalangan masyarakat karena berbagai alasan, salah satunya adalah meningkatnya permintaan akan sayuran. Di masa pandemi covid-19, hampir semua orang berdiam diri di rumah dan mencari kegiatan yang salah satunya adalah menanam sayuran hidroponik untuk memanfaatkan lahan yang tersedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profitabilitas dan efisiensi usahatani sayuran hidroponik di Malang dan Batu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi NFT dan rakit apung. Penelitian berlangsung antara April 2021 dan Juni 2020. Petani dalam sampel dipilih secara acak salah satu dari 36 responden. Analisis data menggunakan R/C Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menanam selada dengan sistem NFT dan rakit apung cukup menguntungkan, dengan sistem NFT rata-rata penerimaan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 1.922.444 , pendapatan Rp1.790.722 dan total biaya Rp. 3.931.500, menghasilkan rasio R/C sebesar 2,13. Begitu pula dengan sistem rakit terapung memperoleh rata-rata penerimaan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 541.667, pendapatan Rp. 487.361 dan total biaya Rp. 882.084, menghasilkan rasio R/C 1,68. Budidaya sayuran hidroponik dapat ditentukan menguntungkan dan efisien.Kata kunci: Pendapatan, Efisiensi, Hidroponik

Abstract

AbstracThis study aims to 1. Know the response of the community towards organic vegetables 2. Social economic factors that influence the community's response to organic vegetables Determination of the location of this study is purposive, at the SuperIndo Tlogomas Shopping Center and CV. Kurnia Kitri Ayu in Malang City. In the study obtained a sample of respondents who bought organic vegetables as many as 30 people and samples from organic vegetable respondents, the total respondents obtained from this study were as many as 448 respondents. On the results of the analysis using the logit test, factors that influence people's perceptions of organic vegetables include: health variables have an average of 19.75, a quality variable with an average of 15.5, a price variable with an average of 15.25, and environmentally friendly variables and security variables each have an average score of 15.5 and 4.5. Whereas the factors that influence the community's response to organic vegetables in the poor city are education, income, distance of place and frequency of promotion while age, number of family dependents and perceptions do not significantly influence the community response to organic vegetables.

Abstract

Abstract The research objective was to determine the corn marketing channel and the efficiency of corn marketing in Lenteng District, Sumenenp Regency. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis which consists of three approaches namely (a) Marketing Margin (b) Market Integration and (c) Price Transmission Elasticity. The results of qualitative data analysis explain that there are two marketing channels, namely Channel I: Farmers, Brokers, Collector Traders, Consumers. Channel II: Farmers, Middlemen, Collectors, Wholesalers. Marketing functions carried out by farmers: sales. Middlemen: purchases, weighing, loading and unloading, transportation and sales. Collectors: purchases, weighing, loading and unloading, transportation, packaging, depreciation, retribution and sales. Wholesalers: purchasing, weighing, loading and unloading, transportation, depreciation or sorting, levies and sales. The results of quantitative data analysis indicate that the market structure leads to the monopsony market, this can be seen from the transmission price elasticity (η) of 0.56. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pangsa pasar anggrek baik di dalam negeri maupun mancanegara semakin terbuka. Trend peningkatan permintaan anggrek untuk segmen pasar tradisional maupun premium mendorong para pelaku bisnis antusias terjun di bisnis estetik ini. Keunikan pada komoditas bunga anggrek memiliki bentuk yang sangat indah dan menawan. Sehingga, banyak orang yang akhirnya mencoba untuk membudidayakan dengan cara menanamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktorfaktor sosial ekonomi dalam pembelian anggrek. Penelitian ini dilakukan di DD Orchid Nursery Desa Dadaprejo Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Data penelitian menggunakan data primer. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif regresi model logit. Hasil penelitian diperoleh : 1) Harga, Jenis Kelamin, Tingkat Pendidikan, dan Prestise tidak dapat meningkatkan keputusan konsumen dalam membeli anggrek di DD Orchid Nursery. 2) Kualitas Produk dan Pendapatan Kosumen perbulan dapat meningkatkan keputusan konsumen dalam membeli anggrek di DD Orchid Nursery. Saran yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk produsen tetap mempertahankan kualitas anggrek yang sesuai dengan persepsi konsumen yaitu bagus/baik đibandingkan dengan anggrek ditempat lainnya. Abstract

ABSTRAKBeras adalah makanan pokok bagi masyarakat Indonesia khususnya di kota Malang. Beras seharusnya dapat di dapatkan dengan harga yang murah dan terjangkau jika kita melihat dari tingkat produksi yang baik, namun harga beras cenderung berfluktuasi seiring dengan meningkatnya produksi beras khususnya di malang. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi fluktuasi harga beras harga beras di kota Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel Populasi, tingkat inflasi, tingkat produksi, tingkat konsumsi, luas panen dan harga substitusi terhadap harga beras IR64. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil tujuan secara simultan variabel Populasi, Tingkat Inflasi, Tingkat Produksi, Tingkat Konsumsi, Luas Panen, Barang Substitusi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Beras dan secara parsial setiap variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga beras di kota Malang.  Kata kunci:Beras, fluktuasi, Kota Malang

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the level of production risk and the factors that influence the risk of production in tomato farming in Tawangargo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. This research was conducted intentionally in Tawangargo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling method with a number of samples taken amounted to 30 people. The data analysis method used is the Cobb-Douglas production function model to look at production risk factors and variation coefficient (CV) to see the level of production risk. The results of this research indicate that CV production risk is 12.8% which means the risk level is low and farmers avoid losses with a lower limit (L) of 39,547.24 Kg. Production risk factors that have a significant effect on tomato production are pesticides and labor.Keyword : risk, production, profit

Abstract

This study has objectives including 1). Identifying the socio-economic conditions of the farming community that did and did not transfer the land in Karangwidoro Village. 2) Knowing the development of land use change in Karangwidoro Village in the period 2010 to 2019. 3). Know the socio-economic factors that influence farmers' decisions to transfer land functions. Determination of the sample used using the simple random sampling method (simple random sampling) as many as 39 samples of the farming community in Karangwidoro Village. This research uses descriptive data analysis and logit model regression statistics. Research results obtained include 1). There are differences in socioeconomic conditions between farming communities who do land conversion and do not do so. Farmers who do land conversion have an average income and land area smaller than farmers who do not do land conversion. 2). In the period of 9 years (2010-2019) there has been a decline in the area of agricultural land in Karangwidoro Village. Each year an average of 14.48% of the village's agricultural land is reduced and 6.8% of them switch to settlements. 3). Based on the results of logit regression analysis with a confidence level of 5%, two socio-economic variables were found that significantly affected the farmers' decision to transfer land, including land area with a significant value of 0.044 and 0.043 income.

Abstract

Dusun Blentreng adalah sebuah dusun dalam desa Ngembat yang masuk wilayah kecamatan Gondang kabupaten Mojokerto. Dengan jumlah penduduk total kecamatan Gondang adalah kurang lebih meningkat sekitar 50.000 jiwa dari data awal 43.930 jiwa (Data Statistik Pemkab Mojokerto, 2017). Dusun Blentreng merupakan dusun sentra penghasil konjac sejak tanaman ini ramai dan nilai jual tinggi (Perhutani, 2019). Pemilihan tempat dilakukan peneliti secara sengaja (Purposive) dengan pertimbangan Desa Blentreng Kabupaten Mojokerto merupakan salah satu daerah produksi terbesar komoditas konjac di Jawa Timur setelah Kabupaten Madiun. Sedangkan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2019 dan selama waktu tersebut digunakan mencari dan memperoleh informasi data dari para responden. Diduga usahatani konjac di Desa Blentreng Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto sudah efisien. Diduga BEP Unit dan BEP Harga usahatani konjac sudah seimbang. Hasil penelititan membuktikan bahwa, nilai efisiensi usahatani konjac sebesar angka 1,81, maka Usahatani dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan. BEP harga usahatani konjac di dusun Blentreng Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto adalah sebesar Rp 4.417/kg, dengan harga jual Rp. 8.000/kg. Sedangkan BEP unit usahatani konjac di dusun Blentreng Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto adalah 1.910kg, dengan produksi rata-rata sebesar 3.460 kg/luasan.Kata Kunci: Analisis Usahatani, Konjac.
