Abstract

Konflik adalah bagian dari proses kekuasaan. Dengan adanya konflik, semua hal yang terkait dengan kebijakan yang digunakan dalam menjalankan kekuasaan akan mengarah pada kepentingan-kepentingan bagi yang berkuasa. Adapun tujuan jurnal ini adalah memaparkan dan mendeskripsikan bentuk konflik dalam novel “Ukhruj Minha ya Mal’un” karya Saddam Hussein. Adapun metode analisa yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan konflik yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dalam novel “Ukhruj Minha ya Mal’un” karya Saddam Hussein terdiri atas tiga bentuk konflik yang terdapat dalam novel ini yaitu otoritarianisme, kapitalisme dan vandalisme. Otoritarianisme dilakukan dengan cara memanfaatkan istri kepala suku untuk merebut kekuasaan dan mempengaruhi pemimpin suku romawi untuk berkuasa. Kapitalisme dilakukan dengan cara memanfaatkan kekayaan untuk berkuasa dengan sewenang-wenang serta bekerja sama dengan pemimpin romawi untuk memonopoli pasar dan ekonomi. Sedangkan bentuk konflik berupa vandalisme diwujudkan dengan menebar ketakutan ditengah masyarakat dengan membunuh anak-anak dan wanita, membakar kebun dan membunuh hewan ternak masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pemberdayaan wanita dalam sektor informal, dengan fokus pada pengemudi ojek Suru-Suru All Delivery di Mandailing Natal yang menjalankan peran ganda sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan pencari nafkah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengelolaan peran ganda tersebut, dampaknya terhadap ketahanan ekonomi keluarga, serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi pada lima partisipan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar, pendidikan anak, dan tabungan keluarga, meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti kelelahan fisik, stigma sosial, dan masalah keamanan. Penelitian ini menawarkan perspektif baru dengan mengkaji pengalaman wanita di sektor transportasi daring di daerah pedesaan yang kurang dieksplor oleh studi sebelumnya. Hasil ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk menciptakan peluang kerja inklusif yang mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi wanita di daerah pinggiran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the absorption words in Malay Arabic in the book of nature twenty through a semantic approach. The research method used is qualitative research with an exploratory descriptive model with the object of research, namely Malay Arabic writing in the book of twenty nature by Sayyid Uthman. The data was obtained from the exploration of the book and other related literature sources, then the data was analyzed using a semantic approach by classifying the types of words absorbed by the types of adoption, adaptation, translation and creation. This research found that in the book of nature twenty there are words of absorption of the types of adoption, adaptation, translation and creation. The word absorption of the adoption type has the same form of writing and pronunciation in Malay Arabic writing. The type of adaptation has a different form of writing and pronunciation in Malay Arabic writing. This is given that not all Arabic letters have vowels. Then the word absorption of the translation type has a conceptual unity between Arabic and Malay Arabic. Furthermore, the type of creation has a different form of pronunciation after being lent to the Arabic Malay script and does not have a unity of concept that the researcher divides into two forms, namely the type of ordinary word creation and the type of word creation that resembles Arabic words/sentences.

Abstract

This study contributes significantly to the development of Sharaf learning by introducing an innovative approach using the Ristek Muslim digital dictionary. The guidelines developed in this research provide Arabic language students with an accessible and effective tool to improve their understanding of Sharaf, a crucial component of Arabic grammar. This study enhances student engagement and learning outcomes by integrating digital resources into Sharaf's instruction. The positive feedback from students, material experts, and media experts highlights the value of these guidelines in improving both the content and delivery of Sharaf lessons. Furthermore, the T-test results demonstrate the effectiveness of the digital dictionary guidelines in fostering a more profound comprehension of Sharaf concepts. This contribution supports the modernization of Arabic language teaching, offering a more interactive and efficient way for students to master the intricacies of Sharaf. The findings suggest that integrating digital tools in Arabic language learning, particularly in the study of Sharaf, can contribute to better learning outcomes. Additionally, based on the Borg and Gall model, the development process successfully addressed potential challenges and refined the product through multiple stages of testing and validation. Overall, this study demonstrates that the Ristek Muslim digital dictionary guidelines are a valuable resource for improving Sharaf learning and can be a model for integrating digital technology into Arabic language education

Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya model pembelajaran, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis beberapa model pembelajaran yang kerap digunakan dalam penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar KMB di sekolah dan madrasah. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi pada satuan pendidikan (SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/MA, sederajat). Penelitian ini adalah jenis kepustakaan (library research), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari tiga sumber “Google Scholar”, “ScienceDirect”, dan “DOAJ”. Diskusi dalam artikel ini membahas tren model pembelajaran dalam penerapan KMB, yang mencakup lima model pembelajaran utama, yaitu: (1) model “inquiry learning” menekankan proses eksplorasi dan investigasi mandiri oleh siswa, memungkinkan mereka mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. (2) model “problem-based learning” (PBL) menantang siswa untuk menyelesaikan masalah nyata, memfasilitasi pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. (3) model “project-based learning” (PjBL) melibatkan siswa dalam proyek jangka panjang yang menghubungkan teori dan praktik, meningkatkan keterampilan kolaboratif dan kreatif. (4) model “blended learning” menggabungkan pembelajaran tatap muka dan daring, memberikan fleksibilitas dalam proses belajar-mengajar serta memudahkan akses terhadap materi pembelajaran. (5) model “flipped classroom” membalik pendekatan pembelajaran tradisional dengan mengharuskan siswa mempelajari materi di rumah dan melakukan kegiatan praktik serta diskusi di kelas. Dengan demikia, kelima model pembelajaran ini berperan penting dalam mendukung prinsip-prinsip KMB, seperti penguatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa, peningkatan kreativitas, serta kemandirian belajar. Sehingga model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan global dan mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21.

Abstract

The curriculum is the main thing in the educational process. To maximize it, curriculum management is needed. Arabic language learning is inseparable from curriculum management. This article seeks to analyze the problems of Arabic curriculum management qualitatively descriptively with the approach of Oliva theory in education management. Data was obtained from research articles related to Arabic curriculum management which were then analyzed with inductive techniques. The results of the research found internal and external challenges in Arabic curriculum management accompanied by problems such as the scope of planning, namely the curriculum that always changes, lesson plans and curriculum systems, and lack of teacher involvement. In terms of implementation, it is the application of the curriculum by teachers and has not been responsive to learning technology. The supervisory problems found are difficulties in making students as student centers, teachers who do not participate in curriculum development, and subjects that are less adjusted for learning outcomes. Then in terms of evaluation, the problem is different assessment and scoring, not accommodating in amiyah arabic and the priority of arabic in national curriculum management. The solution offered is continuous, competent and professional improvement of curriculum management so that the curriculum designed can achieve the goal of learning Arabic more effectively and relevant to the needs of students and society. Then add innovation to the mastery of Arabic digital learning and provide time for teachers to work together in implementing the curriculum.

Abstract

This study investigates the strategic formation of professional identity among novice Arabic teachers within a teacher professional education program. It aimed to delineate the core identity values fostered and to elucidate the specific strategies employed by the program to cultivate this identity. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were generated through direct observation and semi-structured interviews with program implementers, educators, and student teachers, selected via snowball sampling. Analysis involved a staged process of data reduction, coding, and categorization, framed by Uril Bahruddin's theory of language education development. The findings demonstrate that professionalism and learning are the central identity values instilled troughout the program. This identity, which serves as an indicator of professional competence, is systematically forged through a multi-faceted strategic approach that includes matriculation, targeted assignments, curated teaching materials, comprehensive assessment and evaluation, and activity-based methods. These strategies effectively guide novice Arabic teachers in developing their professional identity and shaping their long-term teaching trajectory.

Abstract

This study analyzes the symbols in the Arabic short story al-Mutharadah using Ferdinandd de Saussure’s structural semiotics approach. The topic is significant because literary works often contain deep symbolic meanings that require proper analytical tools for full comprehension. This study aims to help readers—especially non-Arabic speakers—grasp the social and moral messages embedded in the story by interpreting its linguistic and visual signs. A qualitative descriptive method is employed, based on an interpretive paradigm. Data were collected from both the narrative content and visual elements of the al-Mutharadah book and were analyzed using Saussure’s concepts of signifiedr and signifiedd. The study finds that visual elements, such as the whip depicted on the book cover, symbolize social criticism, highlighting the lack of moral responsibility in society. Within the narrative, the image of a breastfeeding baby represents both a mother’s love as a divine gift and the heavy burden of responsibility. The study concludes that al-Mutharadah is rich in symbolic meaning and offers strong social criticism against patriarchy and abuse of power. It recommends the use of semiotic approaches when analyzing Arabic literary texts to uncover hidden meanings in a more scientific and comprehensive manner.

Abstract

Menulis huruf hijaiyyah adalah langkah awal untuk menulis dalam bahasa Arab. Pembelajaran bahasa Arab khususnya pada keterampilan menulis (kitabah) pada anak-anak usia dini baik materi, metode, strategi dan yang lainnya tidak bisa disamakan dengan pengajaran terhadap orang dewasa melainkan disesuaikan dengan psikologi anak didik. Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisa buku ajar menulis huruf hijaiyyah untuk anak usia dini yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan menulis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka yang menggunakan data kualitatif dengan menganalisa bahan ajar. Adapun hasil pembelajaran menulis huruf hijaiyyah untuk pengembangan maharah kitabah dalam bahan ajar anak usia dini mencakup beberapa hal yaitu membariskan huruf, mencontoh huruf, menyambungkan huruf dan menulis huruf dengan menentukan topik huruf hijaiyyah, memilih dan mengenalkan huruf hijaiyyah, mencontohkan cara menulis serta menyambungkan huruf hijaiyyah sesuai pemilihan huruf hijaiyyah yang dirumuskan dalam bahan ajar. Penulisan huruf hijaiyyah ini sesuai dengan kelengkapan kemampuan maharah kitabah dalam bahan ajar.

Abstract

This study investigates the potential relationship between Arabic language proficiency and politeness level. Arabic has an important role in transforming the values of ethics and morality because learning Arabic does not only cover aspects of grammar and vocabulary, but also involves understanding culture and social norms. The aim of this research is to examine the correlation between proficiency in language mastery and politeness levels. This study employs a quantitative approach through a correlational method. The collection of data involves the utilization of learning evaluation documents and politeness scales. Data analysis is conducted through simple linear regression, facilitated by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for calculation purposes.  Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression test is used to measure the influence of one independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that there was no relationship between ability and politeness as seen from the significance value of 0.319> 0.05. This can also be proven by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination or the amount of influence given by variable X to variable Y. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for similar research in the future.
