Abstract

E-government refers to utilizing information technology in public information services as a means of innovating government functions related to public services. The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the progress of e-government in the implementation of the public information disclosure initiative in the Pamekasan Regency. This study employs a qualitative methodology utilizing descriptive techniques. The study was carried out at the information and documentation management agency under the Local Government of Pamekasan in Indonesia. The findings in this study indicate that the progress of the e-government information management infrastructure and documentation has been satisfactory. The public can utilize this information service through their electronic devices, however, the accessibility remains inconsistent. The public service site has been consolidated with multiple affiliated entities. This research makes a valuable contribution to the existing body of knowledge and practical implementation of government information disclosure in public services. By focusing on contemporary data, this research offers a unique and distinctive perspective within the context of analysis.Keywords: E-government, information policy, information disclosure, public communicationABSTRAKE-government merujuk pada penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam layanan informasi publik sebagai cara untuk menginnovasikan fungsi pemerintah terkait dengan layanan publik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis kemajuan e-government dalam pelaksanaan inisiatif pengungkapan informasi publik di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di lembaga manajemen informasi dan dokumentasi di bawah Pemerintah Daerah Pamekasan, Indonesia. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemajuan infrastruktur manajemen informasi dan dokumentasi e-government telah memuaskan. Masyarakat umum dapat memanfaatkan layanan informasi ini melalui perangkat elektronik mereka, namun, aksesibilitasnya masih tidak konsisten. Situs layanan publik telah dikonsolidasikan dengan beberapa entitas terafiliasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berharga terhadap pengetahuan yang ada dan implementasi praktis pengungkapan informasi pemerintah dalam layanan publik. Dengan fokus pada data kontemporer, penelitian ini menawarkan perspektif yang unik dan khas dalam konteks analisis.Kata Kunci: E-government, kebijakan informasi, pengungkapan informasi, komunikasi publik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication patterns applied in the Macro Planning Division of BAPPERIDA, West Papua Province to improve the effectiveness of internal communication. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that focuses on understanding employee behavior, perceptions, and motivations in the context of the organization. The subjects of the study consisted of employees in the Macro Planning Division of BAPPERIDA who were selected through purposive sampling based on their competencies and roles. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that internal communication in the Macro Planning Division of BAPPERIDA is running well, which is reflected in the improvement of work quality, punctuality, initiative, ability, and smooth interaction between leaders and staff. Employees have completed planning tasks, such as RKPD, RAP, and RPJMD, although there are some minor obstacles faced. Supporting factors for employee performance include discipline, understanding of tasks, and punctuality in completing work. In addition, the leadership communication approach that emphasizes good coordination and active problem-solving also facilitates task completion. This study concludes that effective communication is an important factor in achieving organizational success, with no significant obstacles found thanks to established internal communication practices. These findings underscore the importance of effective communication in optimizing organizational performance, increasing employee productivity, and creating more solid working relationships within the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak influencer marketing terhadap peningkatan penjualan dan reputasi merek Sattka Basic yang dikelola oleh Diandra Marsha. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dengan praktisi hubungan masyarakat dan influencer, observasi kampanye pemasaran, serta studi literatur. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup konsep influencer marketing, keaslian dalam pemasaran, serta perilaku konsumen dalam merespons pengaruh influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran melalui influencer terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap penjualan dan citra merek. Kolaborasi dengan Diandra Marsha serta partisipasi selebritas Al Ghazali dan Dul Jaelani mampu meningkatkan omzet Sattka Basic hingga 2,63 miliar IDR dalam kurun waktu tujuh hari. Selain itu, reputasi merek juga mengalami peningkatan signifikan, yang ditunjukkan melalui tingginya keterlibatan audiens dalam kampanye pemasaran. Data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 485 sesi live sales dan 945.969 likes pada video promosi yang ditayangkan.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa influencer marketing merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan angka penjualan sekaligus membangun citra positif suatu merek. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh pemilihan influencer yang memiliki kredibilitas serta kedekatan dengan audiens target. Oleh karena itu, implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi praktisi hubungan masyarakat untuk lebih selektif dalam memilih influencer, dengan mempertimbangkan relevansi antara citra merek dan karakteristik audiens yang dituju. Dengan demikian, efektivitas strategi pemasaran dapat dioptimalkan guna mencapai hasil yang lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Media sosial telah mengubah cara institusi mempromosikan citra dan layanan, termasuk dalam industri pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh akun TikTok @pesonaindonesia dalam membangun citra pariwisata Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan analisis isi berdasarkan konsep Marketing Communication Mix (Kotler), peneliti mengamati lima konten video terpopuler berdasarkan jumlah penonton, likes, dan komentar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang paling dominan dalam konten-konten tersebut adalah advertising, public relations, dan word of mouth. Ketiga elemen ini dimanfaatkan untuk menciptakan narasi visual yang kuat, menyampaikan pesan sosial, serta membangun interaksi dua arah yang bersifat partisipatif dan humoris. Audiens tidak hanya menjadi penonton pasif, tetapi juga turut membentuk makna melalui komentar dan tren. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa TikTok dapat menjadi kanal strategis dalam komunikasi pemasaran pariwisata yang efektif, khususnya dalam menjangkau generasi muda dan membentuk citra digital destinasi wisata Indonesia secara lebih imersif dan emosional.

Abstract

The researcher analyzed the marketing of Hyundai electric cars in Jakarta. This is based on the fact that currently electric cars are experiencing significant growth and competitors from other brands that also produce and market electric vehicles have emerged, as well as what strategies Hyundai Indonesia uses to attract consumer interest. This study aims to identify and analyze good and effective marketing communication strategies to increase Hyundai electric car sales in Jakarta. Marketing communication strategy is a communication activity that is compiled by a company or organization to convey messages about products, services, or brands to the intended market segment, this is expected to influence consumer attitudes and purchasing behaviors. The method used was to conduct a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews with employees of the Hyundai Cilandak Branch. Data collection was carried out through case studies by conducting interviews. The results of the analysis show that integrated and systematic marketing communication including the use of digital media, social interaction, campaigns, education talk and the use of brand image are able to increase brand awareness and consumer buying interest in Hyundai electric cars. This strategy can not only increase product sales in big cities like Jakarta, but can also support development broader smart mobility ecosystem in Indonesia. These results are expected to provide recommendations for Hyundai Indonesia to strengthen its position in increasing electric vehicle sales in the Jakarta market, as well as contribute to the development more effective marketing strategy the automotive industry that produces electric cars in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning (DL) tools in enhancing academic journal writing skills among students in the Arabic Language Education program at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach within a quasi-experimental design, the research involved 90 final-year students divided into experimental and control groups. The intervention group employed AI-based tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Quilbolt throughout the writing process, while the control group relied on conventional methods. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test assessments, reflective journals, and structured questionnaires. Quantitative results showed a statistically significant improvement in writing performance among students who used AI tools, with large effect sizes (Cohen’s d 1.0). Qualitative findings revealed that students engaged critically with AI outputs, valued teacher feedback, and developed ethical awareness regarding authorship and originality. The integration of AI tools also increased student confidence, enhanced writing fluency, and promoted autonomous learning. However, limitations in semantic precision and rhetorical fit especially in theology-specific content necessitated human revision. These findings affirm the role of AI as a cognitive scaffold in academic writing and highlight the need for culturally responsive, ethically guided AI integration in language teacher education.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Academic Writing, Deep Learning, Arabic Education, Cognitive Scaffold

Abstract

This systematic literature review explores the identity transformation of artists transitioning into politics, using Nafa Urbach's journey as a case study and applying the Communication Theory of Identity (CTI) by Michael Hecht. The study aims to identify key factors influencing this transition, including communication strategies, media portrayals, and public perceptions. Through a comprehensive analysis of scholarly literature, this review examines how artists negotiate their identities across personal, relational, communal, and material frames to gain political legitimacy. The findings indicate that artists must strategically communicate their political agenda and reshape their public image to establish credibility and overcome initial skepticism from both the public and media. Media portrayals significantly influence audience perception, underscoring the need for effective media engagement strategies. The study also highlights the broader implications of identity transformations on political communication dynamics. As artists navigate dual expectations from their entertainment fanbase and politically engaged audiences, maintaining a coherent and relatable identity becomes crucial for political success. The research contributes to a deeper understanding of how communication strategies shape identity negotiation and political acceptance for celebrity politicians. This review offers practical insights for political campaign strategists and media professionals while laying a foundation for future studies on identity formation in political contexts.

Abstract

Petai cina merupakan sejenis tanaman perdu dari suku Leucaena (polong-polongan) yang sering dimanfaatkan dalam penghijauan. Daun petai cina (Laucaena glauca (L.) Benth) memiliki efektifitas sebagai antiinflamasi pada luka bengkak. Kandungan saponin dalam daun petai cina berperan penting sebagai pembentukan kolagen dalam menyembuhkan luka. Daun petai cina juga telah terbukti memiliki kandungan senyawa fenolik, terpenoid, steroid, tanin dan flavonoid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat aktivitas antibakteri gel ekstrak etanol dari daun petai cina terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus epidermidis. Penelitian ini menggunakan difusi agar menggunakan kertas cakram dengan beberapa konsentrasi gel ekstrak etanol daun petai cina yaitu F1 (2%), F2 (4%) dan F3 (6%). Verile acne gel sebagai kontrol positif dan Aquadest sebagai kontrol negatif. Diameter zona hambat yang dihasilkan pada pengujian gel ekstrak daun petai cina terhadap Staphylococcus epidermidis dengan konsentrasi F1 (2%) mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 6,42 mm, F2 (4%) mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 8,91 mm da n F3 (6%) mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 9,20 mm. Sebagai kesimpulan gel ekstrak etanol daun petai cina memiliki aktivitas dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus epidermidis dengan kekuatan zona hambat dalam kategori sedang.Kata kunci: Daun petai cina, antibakteri, gel ekstrak etanol, Staphylococcus epidermidisABSTRACTChinese petai is a type of herbaceous plant from the Leucaena tribe (legumes) which is often used in reforestation. Chinese petai leaves (Laucaena glauca (L.) Benth) have an anti-inflammatory effect on swollen wounds. The content of saponins in Chinese petai leaves plays an important role in the formation of collagen in healing wounds. Chinese petai leaves have also been shown to contain phenolic compounds, terpenoids, steroids, tannins and flavonoids. The purpose of this study was to examine the antibacterial activity of the ethanol extract gel from Chinese petai leaves against Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria. This study used agar diffusion using disc paper with several concentrations of ethanol extract gel of Chinese petai leaves, namely F1 (2%), F2 (4%) and F3 (6%). Verile acne gel as a positive control and Aquadest as a negative control. The diameter of the inhibition zone produced in the test of Chinese petai leaf extract gel against Staphylococcus epidermidis with a concentration of F1 (2%) got an average value of 6.42 mm, F2 (4%) got an average value of 8.91 mm and F3 (6%) got an average value of 9.20 mm. In conclusion, the ethanol extract gel of Chinese petai leaves has activity in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria with the strength of the inhibition zone in the moderate category.Keywords: Chinese petai leaf, antibacterial, ethanol extract gel, Staphylococcus epidermidis

Abstract

Throughout numerous historical periods, our comprehension of managerial abilities has expanded significantly. In the past, industrial management has primarily concentrated on the maximization of revenue and the resolution of crises, occasionally neglecting the importance of prioritizing the efficacy of human resources within a corporation.Age-based discrimination in the professional sphere in contemporary Indonesia underscores the ongoing challenges of effectively demonstrating managerial skills. Consequently, the persistence of this pattern may still be observed.  This research explores the vital need of good communication abilities for managers in enhancing employee interactions, especially in the Indonesian corporate context. By conducting an extensive analysis of the literature, we have discovered the profound influence that managerial communication has on employee engagement, satisfaction, and the overall efficiency of an organization. Our research highlights the importance of changing managerial practices to focus on effective communication, which will create a more inclusive and productive work environment.

Abstract

This study delves into the important role of management in effectively communicating exceptional hospitality within the hotel industry. The introduction emphasizes the significance of effective communication in achieving high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty in the highly competitive hospitality industry. The study of literature provides a thorough assessment of recent research on staff involvement, customer experience, and management communication strategies. It emphasizes the need for further research and suggests potential opportunities for more comprehensive studies. The methodology section provides a comprehensive approach to data collection, incorporating qualitative interviews with hotel management, employees, and guests. The results indicate that effective, coherent, and compassionate communication of leadership has a positive impact on the quality of service, employee motivation, and customer happiness. Based on the study, the development of a strong corporate culture and the provision of exceptional hospitality rely on the implementation of effective communication strategies. It offers hotel managers practical guidance on establishing effective channels of communication.
