Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi asam, basa dan garam melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran Predict Observe Explain (POE) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 19 Ambon. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII5 yang berjumblah 27 peserta didik. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dan observasi. Instrument yang digunakan berupa tes awal, LKPD, tes akhir dan non tes berupa lembar pengamatan afektif dan psikomotor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada tes awal semua peserta didik belum mencapai KKM, dan hasil belajar peserta didik berupa tes akhir menunjukan 8 peserta didik (29,96%) berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik, kualifikasi baik 12 peserta didik (44,44%) dan kualifikasi cukup 7 peserta didik (25,6%). Kemudian untuk hasil analisis N-gain menunjukan 21 peserta didik yang mencapai (77,78%) yang ada pada kotegori tinggi dan 6 peserta didik yang mencapai (22,22%) ada pada kategori sedang dan tidak ada pada kategori rendah. Dengan demikian penggunaan model pembelajaran Predict Observe Explain (POE) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 19 Ambon pada materi asam, basa dan garam

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the principal's leadership strategy in improving school quality, to determine the impact of implementing the principal's leadership strategy in improving school quality and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the principal's leadership strategy and program in improving school quality in one of the private school in West Java. This research uses qualitative research methods. The steps taken in this research process include (1) determining the type of data, (2) determining data sources, (3) determining data collection methods and techniques, (4) determining data analysis techniques, and (5) checking techniques for validity testing data. The time of this research was carried out for 3 months starting from the first week of August until the end of October 2022. Within 3 months the researchers hoped to be able to collect the data needed to answer the problems in this study. The school principal has created useful and effective programs and strategies to improve quality schools. The strategies that have been formulated by the school principal referring to situational leadership theory in the R4 Leadership model (delegating/observing) have gone well and been carried out effectively and efficiently and are very influential for improving the quality of schools. The implementation of these programs and strategies continues to be intensively improved by the school. The impact of implementing the principal's leadership strategy and program can be seen from the school's achievements, namely in the academic and non-academic fields. The principal as a manager is capable of managing his school by dividing tasks and authorities and involving all interested parties.

Abstract

The landscape of higher education is undergoing a profound transformation driven by the omnipresence of digital technology. This research delves into the multifaceted dimensions of digital transformation in Indonesian higher education, focusing on technological adoption, pedagogical shifts, and socioeconomic implications. Our findings, derived from a diverse group of stakeholders within the sector, illuminate a complex tableau of opportunities and challenges. The research reveals that approximately 78% of respondents affirm integrating digital tools and platforms in their academic institutions, marking a substantial technological adoption. This adoption encompasses a remarkable 65% of respondents reporting the presence of Learning Management Systems (LMS), reflecting the centrality of technology in content delivery and student engagement. Pedagogical shifts emerge as a significant theme, with 72% of respondents acknowledging changes in their teaching methods. A noteworthy 61% employ blended learning strategies, ushering in a shift from traditional lecture-based pedagogies to interactive, student-centered models. These transformations underscore the commitment to enhancing the student learning experience and fostering critical thinking. Socioeconomic implications cast a dynamic shadow, with 58% of respondents recognizing the potential of digital education to bridge socioeconomic gaps. However, concerns expressed by 42% regarding the digital divide highlight the challenges in ensuring equitable access to educational opportunities. As higher education in Indonesia continues to navigate the digital terrain, this research underscores the need for a nuanced approach that leverages technological opportunities while addressing the challenges of equitable access and pedagogical innovation.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain student responses and enhance their critical thinking abilities through the implementation of project-based learning models at SMA 6 Jakarta. To achieve these objectives, this research was conducted using the qualitative method. This study focused on 19 students at SMA 6 Jakarta. It examined the application of a project-based learning model and related factors, including students' responses, their critical thinking abilities, implementation constraints, and efforts to address these issues. Data were gathered through a combination of methods, including observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, document recording, questionnaires, and critical thinking tests. The resulting data were analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The findings indicated that implementation of learning at SMA 6 Jakarta using a project-based learning model has led to notable improvements in students' critical thinking abilities. Additionally, the student response to the learning process was largely positive.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students using the video of the stop motion animation as an offiler learning media in the reciprocal teaching learning model on chemical bond material in SMA Negeri 4 Ambon. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study is class X IPA-2 with the number of students as many as 30 people. This study lasted for 3 meetings on chemical ties, technique of data collection in this study included test techniques, LKS, observation using cognitive aspect sheets, observation sheet of affective aspects (attitude) and observation sheet of psychomotor aspects (skills). The Pretest is given treatment to measure students’ initial understanding while, the posttest is given to measure students’ final understanding after being given treatment. From the results of data analysis obtained showing the learning outcomes of class X IPA-2 students have achieved minimum completeness criteria (KKM), with the final value obtained is the excellent qualification of 1 student (3.3%), qualification of both 4 students (13.3%), qualification is quite 23 students (76.7%) and qualifying 2 less than 6 students (6.7%). The results of research data analysis through N-Gain calculations showed an increase in student learning outcomes obtained by 7 students (23.3%) in high categories and 23 students (76.7%) in medium category, for the average results of N-Gain scores all students obtained by 0.68 which are in medium category. From the results obtained all students meet the assessment criteria despite being in different qualifications. The results showed an increase in the use of the learning method of animation video stop motion can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kurikulum memiliki kedudukan yang srategis dan fundamental dalam menunjang kemajuan pendidikan suatu negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan kurikulum yang telah diterapkan di Indonesia dalam perspektif sejarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Hasil pengumpulan data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perjalanan sejarah kurikulum yang pernah berlaku di Indonesia dalam perspektif studi komparatif.Tinjauan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi penggunaan kurikulum pada Lembaga Pendidikan.

Abstract

Background. In essence, humans are the most perfect creatures among other creatures. Humans are created with a brain but they are given limitations in intelligence. Exceptional children today are better known as children with special needs. PAI learning for children with special needs requires professional educators. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of PAI learning for children with special needs at the PAUD level. Method. This research uses qualitative methods in order to find out reliable data research through surveys and in-depth interviews. Results But there are also obstacles such as the lack of professionalism of an educator in providing learning and still inadequate PAI learning books. Conclusion. It can be concluded that PAI learning for children with special needs at the PAUD level has gone well but still needs improvement and also the attention of the Ministry of Religion to provide PAI learning books.

Abstract

Kelulusan mahasiswa menandai akhir dari penyelesaian seorang mahasiswa dari tingkat pendidikan sarjana. Untuk mendapatkan gelar sarjana (S1), mahasiswa harus memperoleh sekurang-kurangnya 140 SKS dan menempuh studi maksimal selama 14 semester. Namun, penulis melihat masih ada beberapa mahasiswa di bidang ini yang tidak lulus tepat waktu. Penulis telah memperhatikan bahwa beberapa mahasiswa tidak bisa menyelesaikan studi mereka tepat waktu. Oleh karenanya, penulis merancang sebuah sistem yang bisa memprediksi kelulusan mahasiswa dengan tepat waktu atau tidak dengan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Metode ini memakai kriteria seperti IPK, IPS, semester berjalan, dan kecukupan SKS. Penelitian ini menguji setidaknya 25 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan kriteria penilaian berupa IPK, dua nilai IPS terakhir, semester berjalan, dan jumlah SKS yang diperoleh. Sebagai hasil dari sistem tersebut, V23 dengan nilai 1 mendapat peringkat 1 dan lebih mungkin menyelesaikan kuliah tepat waktu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) karakteristik butir soal Kimia Ujian Nasional berdasarkan teori tes klasik dan teori respon butir; (2) besarnya  kecurangan yang terjadi dengan menggunakan Metode Angoff's B-index, Metode Pair1, Metode Pair2, Metode Modified Error Similarity Analysis (MESA) dan Metode G2; (3) metode yang lebih banyak mendeteksi adanya kecurangan dalam pelaksanaan UN Kimia tingkat SMA/MA Negeri tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 di Provinsi Maluku. Hasil analisis dengan pendekatan teori tes klasik menunjukkan 77,5% butir memiliki tingkat kesulitan butir berfungsi baik, 55% butir daya bedanya belum memenuhi syarat, dan 70% butir memiliki pengecoh berfungsi baik dengan indeks reliabilitas tes 0,772. Analisis dengan pendekatan teori respons butir menunjukkan 14 (35%) butir cocok dengan model, fungsi informasi maksimum 11,4069 pada θ = -1,6, dan besarnya kesalahan pengukuran 2,296. Jumlah pasangan yang diduga curang adalah: menurut Metode Angoff's B-index ada 13 pasangan, menurut Metode Pair1 ada 212 pasangan, menurut Metode Pair2 ada 444 pasangan, menurut Metode MESA ada 7 pasangan, dan menurut Metode G2 ada 102 pasangan. Metode yang paling banyak mendeteksi kecurangan secara berturut-turut adalah: Metode Pair2, Metode Pair1, Metode G2, Metode Angoff's B-index, dan Metode MESA.Kata kunci: ujian nasional, karakteristik butir, metode kecurangan______________________________________________________________AN ANALYSIS OF METHOD OF CHEATING ON  LARGE TEST SCALEAbstract This study aimed to reveal: (1) the characteristics of items of Chemistry Test in National Examination by using the classical test theory and item response theory; (2) the amount of cheating which occured by using Angoff's B-index Method, Pair 1 Method, Pair 2 Method, Modified Error Similarity Analysis (MESA) Method, and G2 Method; (3) the methods that detected more cheating in the implementation of the Chemistry Test in National Examination for high schools in the academic  year 2011/2012 in Maluku Province. The results of the analysis with the classical test theory approach show that 77.5% items have item difficulty functioning well, 55% items have discrimination  that has not  met the requirement yet, and 70% items have distractor that works well with the index reliability test of 0,772. The analysis using the item response theory approach shows that 14 (35%) items fit with the model, the maximum function information is 11,4069 at θ = -1,6, and the magnitude of the error of measurement is 2,296. The number of pairs who are suspected of cheating is as follows: 13 pairs according to Angoff's B-index Method, 212 pairs according to Pair 1 Method,  444 pairs according to Pair 2 Method, 7 pairs according to MESA Method, and 102 pairs according to G2 Method. The most widely detecting cheating in a row is a Pair 2 Method, Pair 1 Method, G2 Method, Angoff's B-index Method, and MESA Method. Abstract
