Abstract

ABSTRACK                 This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, work environment on motivation and performance of employees of the Gowa Agricultural Extension College (STPP) in Gowa, South Sulawesi Province as well as to identify and analyze variables that have direct and indirect influence on employee performance.                This research was conducted at the College of Agricultural Extension (STPP) Gowadi Gowa, South Sulawesi Province with a sample of 98 people. The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative method, through path analysis testing.                The results show that competence has a significant effect on motivation; The work environment has a significant positive effect on motivation; Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance; The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on performance; Motivation has a significant effect on performance; Competence has a significant influence on employee performance through motivation, this shows that the more appropriate the competence of employees with their work will increase work motivation and ultimately have an impact on employee performance that is getting better; The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance through motivation, this shows that the conditions of the work environment can increase employee motivation so that it has an impact on improving employee performance. Keywords: Competence, work environment, motivation and performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of innovation and product quality on customer satisfaction through new products. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through online questionnaires to 180 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with the help of AMOS 21 software.The results showed that the innovation variable had a significant positive effect on new products; Product quality has a significant positive effect on new products; Innovation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; Product quality has no significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; New products have a significant effect on customer satisfaction; Innovation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through new products and product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through new products. Keywords: Innovation, Product Quality, Customer satisfaction, New produduct.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. This research was conducted in Sombaopu Subdistrict, Gowa Regency with an implementation time of 2 months, namely January to February 2018 with a sample of 42 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data.The Emotional Intelligence variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the emotional intelligence variable is smaller than 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the hypothesis which states "Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is proven. Work Motivation Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the work motivation variable is less than 0.05, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the hypothesis which states "Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is proven. Work Environment Variable (X3) has a positive effect although not significant on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the work environment variable is greater than 0.05, so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that the hypothesis which states "Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is not proven. . Of the three variables analyzed, namely emotional intelligence (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3), it turns out that the one that has the greatest influence or highest contribution to performance is the emotional intelligence variable (X1) with a standardized coefficients beta value of 0.455 and variable The work environment (X3) with the smallest influence or smallest contribution is the standardized coefficients beta value of 0.170. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Work Environment

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of location, service, image, and lifestyle as moderating variables on people's buying interest in Makassar Mall. The type of research used in this research is experimental research. The research design used is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Makassar Mall. The number of samples in this study was 185 people who shopped at Makassar Mall. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire or google form with data collection techniques, namely the provision of questionnaires. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and path analysis. The results showed that the variables of location, service, image had a significant positive effect on lifestyle. Furthermore, the location and service variables have a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, while the image has no significant positive effect on consumer buying interest. Furthermore, lifestyle variables have a significant effect on buying interest at Makassar Mall. The location has a significant effect on consumer buying interest through lifestyle. Meanwhile, service has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest through lifestyle and image has a significant effect on consumer buying interest through lifestyle. Based on the results of the study, it is illustrated that the results of path analysis on 3 variables X and Y1 then the X variable (location, service, and image) affect Y (lifestyle). While the influence of X (location and service) has a significant positive effect on Y2 (consumer buying interest), while the X3 variable (image) does not affect consumer buying interest. Furthermore, for the influence of the Lifestyle variable, it was obtained that it had a significant effect on buying interest. The results of the path analysis showed that the location, service, and image variables had a significant effect on consumers' buying interest through lifestyle.Keywords: Location, Service, Image, Lifestyle, Buying Interest

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the application of outsourcing Bank Sulselbar Makassar Sharia Branch. Using qualitative approach data collection through in-depth interviews with the number of informants 7 people.The results showed that the application of outsourcing is going well. This can be seen from the indicators used as a reference in the application of outsourcing. These indicators are outsourcing planning, strategy selection, cost analysis, employer selection, negotiation stage, resource transition and relationship management.  From these indicators in general it has been well applied. However, there are still some shortcomings in the application of outsourcing, namely from the provision of guarantees and payroll of outsourcing employees. The application of outsourcing is running well due to the supervision carried out by external parties and internal parties. Keywords: Human Resource Management, Outsourcing, and Outsourcing Implementation.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa antara Personal Selling dengan Brand Image berpengaruh positif khususnya pada Perum Jakrindo Cabang Makassar. Dimana semakin baik pelaksanaan Personal Selling yang dilakukan oleh Perum Jamkrindo maka akan meningkatkan Brand Image. Kemudian dari hasil uji parsial yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Personal Selling berpengaruh terhadap Brand Image khususnya pada Perum Jamkrindo Cabang Makassar. Sebab nilai sig 0,05 sehingga dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diartikan bahwa secara empiris yang diteliti oleh peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian melalui hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada sejumlah pelanggan pada Perum Jamkrindo Cabang Makassar bahwa kegiatan Personal Selling yang dilakukan selama ini dapat meningkatkan Brand Image khususnya pada pelanggan. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Mirahman (2014) meniliti pengaruh iklim dan Personal Selling terhadap Brand Image pada PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills. Dari hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa iklim dan Personal Selling baik secara parsial maupun secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap Brand Image. Sedangkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Putra (2012) meneliti pengaruh Personal Selling terhadap Brand Image Mobil Toyota Etios. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Personal Selling berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Image mobil Toyota Etios. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini mendukung dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Mirahman dan Putra

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of service quality, product quality on customer loyalty and repeat orders, the influence of customer loyalty on repeat orders and the influence of service quality, product quality on repeat orders through customer loyalty. The research background was based on inconsistencies in the results of previous research on the influence of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty which has impact on increasing repeat orders. The application of quantitative approach with data collection techniques through online questionnaires on 386 customers ACC Makassar Branch. Hypothesis testing deployed path analysis with the assistance of WarpPLS7 software. Test results showed that service quality, product quality has a significant impacton customer loyalty and repeat orders, service quality has a significant impact on repeat orders through customer loyalty, product quality has a significant positive impact on repeat orders. Through customer loyalty and customer loyalty has a significant impact on repeat orders . The test results showed that service quality is the most dominant variable impacting repeat orders in ACC Makassar Branch

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ini dilakukan sebagai program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh Tim Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar pada mitra peternakan ayam broiler UD Turiolo di Desa Bontosunggu, Kecamatan Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang sering terjadi khususnya dalam mengantisipasi maupun meminimalisir dampak resiko dari aktivitas usaha yang dilakukan oleh UD Turiolo kedepannya sehingga dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan dan meningkatkan proses produksi secara lebih maju dan profesional. Pemberdayaan ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan dengan memaparkan materi terkait dampak suatu resiko usaha peternakan ayam sekaligus memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya penerapan manajemen resiko terhadap suatu bisnis yang dibangun guna mengetahui, menganalisis serta mengendalikan resiko dalam setiap aktivitas usaha dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh efektivitas dan efisiensi yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan pada usaha peternakan UD Turiolo di Desa Bontosunggu.  Data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  data primer  dan  sekunder.  Data  primer diperoleh  melalui  observasi  dan wawancara  dengan  pemilik  peternakan,  kepala  kandang,  anak  kandang (Mitra),  dan field controller yang bergerak menjalankan usaha inti.  Data  primer  tersebut  berupa  keadaan  umum  lokasi penelitian  dan  manajemen  risiko  yang  diterapkan  usaha  peternakan  UD Turiolo di Desa Bontosunggu.  Data sekunder  diperoleh  melalui  studi  literatur  dari  instansiya ng  terkait   dengan penelitian. Data sekunder tersebut diantaranya berupa data harga input dan output, laporan biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan perusahaan. Data yang telah diperoleh akan   dianalisis   dengan   menggunakan   analisis   risiko   dan   analisis   deskriptif. Analisis  risiko  digunakan  untuk  menganalisis  tingkat  risiko  yang  dihadapi  usaha peternakan UD Turiolo di Desa Bontosunggu. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis manajemen risiko yang diterapkan oleh usaha peternakan UD Turiolo di Desa Bontosunggu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi media sosial, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen pada umkm ayam kampung frozen food dapoer umma di kota Makassar. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada kantor frozen food dapoer umma PT. SPI unismuh Makassar dalam waktu dua bulan yaitu bulan oktober sampai desember tahun 2022 dengan sampel berjumlah 163 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis statistic dan path analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: promosi media sosial terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,982 > 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,23, Kualitas pelayanan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,23. Promosi media sosial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,385), Kualitas pelayanan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen sebesar 0.016 < 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,385, kepuasan konsumen terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,385, selanjutnya, Pengaruh promosi media sosial melalui kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang dimiliki oleh pegawai dapoer umma dengan promosi yang ditawarkan pasti akan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dan akhirnya berdampak pada loyalitas konsumen.
