Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conduct a qualitative study aimed at understanding the role of PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP DAYA in enhancing customer satisfaction and evaluating service quality performance. The sample for this study was collected from the PLN office located at Jl. Batara Bira No. 3, Pai, Kec. Biringkanaya, Makassar city. The research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP DAYA, which serves as a benchmark for the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP DAYA and involves direct interactions with customers beyond administrative aspects. The methodology employed by the author is qualitative, employing data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and literature review. The sampling technique used in this study was the snowball technique. Data analysis encompassed data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that PT. PLN (Persero) ULP DAYA demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of attitudes and benchmarks for superior service. The organization strives to uphold its commitment to consumers/customers by fostering strong customer relations. Despite encountering various challenges, the service performance delivered by PT. PLN (Persero) ULP DAYA is considered commendable and satisfying. However, the level of satisfaction bestowed upon customers has not reached its full potential and does not cover all service dimensions, which encompass reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance/guarantee, and physical appearance. This situation arises due to ongoing complaints and grievances voiced by customers themselves, primarily concerning the perceived incompetence and insufficient responsiveness of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP DAYA in addressing customer needs. This issue is notably related to service quality performance, particularly in terms of responsiveness and empathy.

Abstract

PT Adira Finance is one of the companies engaged in services, the increasing number of Finance that has sprung up is one of the challenges of PT Adira Finance in maintaining and attracting new customers. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of competition, interest rates and sales volume through service quality. According to the results of SEM analysis based on data from questionnaires distributed to 185 respondents, it is known that competition has a significant effect on service quality, interest rates have a significant effect on service quality, sales volume has a significant effect on service quality, competition has a significant effect on sales volume through service quality with a coefficient value of 0.000, while interest rates do not have a significant effect on sales volume through service quality with a coefficient value of 0.055.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, dan Kepercayaan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Tokopedia Sulawesi Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 155 orang konsumen Tokopedia di Sulawesi Barat. Analisis jalur dengan menggunakan software AMOS 28 digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Online Customer Review berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli, sedangkan Online Customer Rating berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap minat beli. Selain itu, Online Customer Review dan Online Customer Rating juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan. Online Customer Review dan Online Customer Rating juga berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhdapat minat beli melalui variabel kepercayaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan kepada Tokopedia Sulawesi Barat untuk meningkatkan kualitas Online Customer Review yang diberikan kepada konsumen serta memperkuat faktor kepercayaan dengan memastikan keamanan transaksi di platform mereka. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, disarankan untuk memperluas sampel penelitian dan mempertimbangkan faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen. Kata kunci : Online Costumer Review; Online Costumer Rating; Kepercyaan Minat Beli.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisa Brand Image, Kualitas Produk dan Harga dalam memutuskan Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Amanda Brownies. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 125 responden konsumen Amanda Brownies cabang Alauddin Makassar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Data yang di peroleh dari kuesioner yang di bagikan berhubungan dengan masalah yang di teliti. Dalam penelitian sumber data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perhitungan ststistik melalui SPSS 26, menghasilkan bahwa Brand Image, Kualitas Produk dan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Amanda Brownies mempengaruhi secara positif kepada keputusan pembelian “Amanda brownies”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini didasarkan pada hipotesis secara tepat

Abstract

This study aims to: a) test the influence of brand image on consumer buying interest of Vaseline products in Management Department Students of FEB UNISMUH Makassar, b) test the effect of product quality on consumer buying interest of Vaseline products in Management Department Students of FEB UNISMUH Makassar. The population in this study is students majoring in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar who buy and use Vaseline products. Because the population size is not yet known with certainty, Naresh K Malhotra's theory is used to determine the number of samples, which is as many as 105 respondents, but only 100 respondents can be analyzed.The type of data used in this study was descriptive quantitative obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Based on the results of research using statistical calculations through the SPSS application version 25 regarding the influence of brand image and product quality on consumer buying interest, it shows that brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest and product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of education level on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Service of South Sulawesi Province. The research method used in the study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The method for collecting data is through observation, questionnaires and documentation with a population of 115 employees and an interesting sample using the slovin formula so that the number of samples obtained is 89 employees with the data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis processed through the assistance of Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Software Version 27. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the results of the t-test obtained on the education level variable (X) on employee performance (Y) obtained tcount 8.674> ttable 1.987 with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of the education level variable on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Service of South Sulawesi Province

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research location was carried out at PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency, over a 3 month period. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods through applicationsStatistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 27. The results obtained from this research show that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction (X1) and employee performance (Y), as well as work discipline (X2) which contributes positively to employee performance (Y) at PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative description type research that aims to know and analyze the effect of performance allowances and leadership styles on employee work productivity at PT. Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syriah (BPRS) Niaga Madani Makassar City. The method used in this study amounted to 32 respondents with the analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed through the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution software (SPSS0 Version 27. The results of this study can be concluded that the performance allowance variable and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity at PT. Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Niaga Madani Kota Makassar.

SYAHRUL. 2024. The Effect of Service on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Meida Wisata Tour And Travel. Thesis, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. Supervised by Andi Mappatompo and Syarthini Indrayani. The aim of this research is quantitative research with the aim of finding out the effect of service on customer satisfaction at PT. Meida Wisata Tour And Travel. The population and sample used in this research amounted to 165 respondents. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained and related to the problem being studied. Data collection was carried out by observing the distribution of questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations via Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 27 software regarding the influence of service on customer satisfaction at PT. Meida Wisata Tour And Travel, the author draws the conclusion that physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), guarantee (X4), and empathy (X5) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is proven by the physical evidence variable which obtained a t value of 5.902 t table 0.153, variable reliability obtained a t value of 8.452 > t table 0.153, variable responsiveness obtained a t value of 3.573 > t table 0.153, variable assurance obtained a t value of 3.100 > t table 0.153 , and variable empathy obtained a calculated t value of 6.713 > t table 0.153.
