Abstract

Penelitian ini memotret penimbunan barang (Ihtikār) yang dilakukan oleh pedagang di Pasar Bina Usaha Meulaboh Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Secara konseptual, Ihtikār sebagai praktik perdagangan dengan cara menyimpan, menimbun dan menahan barang dagangan yang sangat diperlukan masyarakat merupakan hal yang dilarang, namun pada kenyataannya hal tersebut masih terjadi. Sehingga penelitian menjelaskan tinjauan Fiqh Muamalah terhadap penimbunan barang (Ihtikār) dan juga mengungkap motif penimbunan barang sembako pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di pasar Bina Usaha Meulaboh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Lalu data-data yang sudah dikumpulkan tersebut dianalisis secara deskriptif secara simultan hingga mencapai tujuan penelitian. Dari penelitian diketahui beberapa kesimpulan: Pertama, secara konsep fikih muamalah penimbunan barang dilarang kecuali penyimpanan untuk bekal menghadapi kesulitan pada masa yang akan datang. Kedua, para pedagang di pasar bina usaha Meulaboh tidak melakukan penimbunan melainkan hanya melakukan penyetokan barang pada hari-hari tertentu hal ini untuk menghindari kelangkaan hal ini disebabkan pasar bina usaha Meulaboh masih tergantung dari produksi dan pasokan barang dari luar daerah.

Abstract

This study describes the relations of legal, education, and politic of the Abbasid civilization era which succeeded in reaching its golden age. The Bani Abbasyiah civilization deserves to be re-read in order to put the spirit and experience of civilization at that time into the present context. Civilization can’t be separated from attention to justice in law enforcement, encouragement to the development of science, as well as political will that favors the interests of the community equally. This study uses a qualitative research method with a historical approach, data sources are taken from secondary data such as books and journals, then synthesized into conclusions. The results of this study: The first, legal civilization during the Abbasid period experienced a development where law enforcement tools were formed and complete, and in making decisions always consider the opinion of the fukaha. The second, the field of education is also experiencing a very great development, all books are translated into various languages or vice versa, educational tools are adapted to the times. The third, political developments are also very good. The relationship between the three things that can be called civilization (law, education, and politics) is that political power is supported by two major forces, namely law and education, so that all three are intertwined to continue the stability of the Abbasid system.

Abstract

Moderasi beragama sebagai program pemerintah Indonesia berupaya memantapkan komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti kekerasan dan akmodatif terhadap kebudayaan lokal. Program ini dinilai masih baru yang perlu pengembangan dan penguatan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memotret peran pendidikan agama Islam dalam memperkuat moderasi beragama tersebut. Penelitian ini dimulai dari mengungkap konsepsi moderatisme Islam dan tantangan implementasinya di Indonesia, kemudian didiskusikan dengan pendidikan agama Islam yang dinilai dapat memainkan peran dalam mempromosikan moderasi beragama menuju hidup berdampingan secara damai di negara ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif. Adapun jenis pengumpulan data dilakukan secara kepustakaan dengan membaca buku, jurnal, dan sumber lain yang diyakini kebenarannya. Data yang telah terkumpul tersebut dianalisis dan diinterpretasi hingga sampai pada tujuan-tujuan penelitian. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang potensi pendidikan agama Islam untuk menumbuhkan pemahaman Islam yang moderat dan inklusif di Indonesia. Melalui penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendidikan Islam merupakan bagian penting dalam penguatan moderasi beragama di Indonesia namun perlu didukung oleh pendekatan yang komprehensif seperti mengedepankan pemikiran kritis, mengahargai pluralitas dan pluralisme, serta menghormati keragaman untuk menumbuhkan budaya moderasi beragama di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the PAI learning model based on NeNeMo, Simple, Equal, and Sustainable principles in implementing Islamic character education in Tulang Bawang Barat District Elementary School. The research method uses the literature review method. The results showed that 1) the District Government, to accelerate the quality and progress of non-material education, uses the principles of Nenemo (Nemen, Nedes, Nerimo), simple, equal, and sustainable (abbreviated as 3NSSL), which is then compiled into character education modules; 2) Islamic character education through the Nenemo-SSL principle aims to a) prepare students as prospective leaders of the nation and successors of regional leaders with noble characters and values owned by the Indonesian nation and especially West Tulang Bawang Regency; b) Prepare students to face the challenges of rapid globalization and rapid technological growth; 3) Islamic character education through the Nenemo-SSL principle is applied to elementary schools at the same level (SD / MI), junior high schools at the same level (SMP / MTs), and high schools at the same level (SMA / SMK / MA)

Abstract

Paul Karl Feyerabend has an idea called Epistemological Anarchism, which is a method used to criticize the establishment of knowledge with the aim of developing science itself. Academic freedom is one of the attitudes to develop knowledge while prioritizing objectivity. This research will discuss the implications of Feyerabend's thinking on developing knowledge and science in Islam. This research uses a library research approach with the method of collecting library data related to the research topic. The study results show that Feyerabend's concept of epistemological anarchism holds that there are no methodological rules in the development of knowledge and science. Feyerabend, finding a truth does not have to be through unnecessary falsification, but a truth can be found through new theories that have practical benefits. Epistemological anarchism has relevance to the epistemology of science development in Islam, namely as a way or steps to obtain educational knowledge based on Islamic fundamentals.

Abstract

This study investigates the payment of wages as compensation for labor services under Islamic law, specifically the concept of ijārah bi al-’amal  or renting services for completing a particular job. The research aims to answer two main questions: first, how is the wage setting system for contract teachers established in Teunom District, and second, how does the ijārah bi al-’amal contract perspective influence the wage system? Using a qualitative research method, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and then analyzed descriptively to achieve the research objectives. The study reveals that the contract teacher wage-setting system in Aceh Jaya is based on the Aceh Jaya Regional Regulation No. 63 of 2015 concerning Regional Assistance Contract Workers, which considers the educational background of the workers in determining their wages. In terms of the ijārah bi al-’amal contract, the study finds that the wages given to contract teachers in Teunom District do not follow the standards outlined in the wage regulations. Although the wages are considered under the agreement/contract, they only fulfill the primary needs (dharuriyat) and do not meet the proper needs referred to in the regulations.

Abstract

This study explores the development of Islamic Education in Indonesia through the lens of Islamic legal philosophy. Since its birth, Islamic law has been known to adapt to the context of different times and places, thanks to its open-ended framework that allows for transformation in all things. This transformative potential presents an opportunity to modernize Islamic education. The research adopts a qualitative paradigm and interpretive approach, collecting data through a literature review and synthesizing and analyzing the findings. The findings of this study suggest that the contributions of Islamic law philosophy to the development of Islamic Education include: 1) Recognizing the philosophy of Islamic education, including Sufism, Rabbaniyyah, and Wujuduiyyah; 2) Avoiding the dichotomy between science and religion; 3) Revealing the unique essence, secrets, strengths, goodness, beauty, and benefits of Islamic education compared to other educational philosophies; and 4) Maintaining a balance between spirituality and modernity, to prevent moral and spiritual emptiness in modern society.

Abstract

The village, as a legal construct, comprises both a governing body and its community members. However, development initiatives in these rural areas often fail to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. This neglect leads to the marginalization of persons with disabilities, forcing them to live in isolation within rural environments. In response, the Government of Indonesia has enacted Law No. 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities. This legislation aims to elevate the status of persons with disabilities to that of equal citizens, ensuring fair rights and opportunities for their active participation in village development. This study employs a normative juridical methodology by analyzing data from legal documents and literature, complemented by an empirical approach through interviews with relevant stakeholders. The research seeks to elucidate the rights of persons with disabilities within the framework of village development and to explore village government perspectives on their inclusion. Development efforts must shift toward a community-centered model that integrates the interests of the disabled population. Accordingly, the welfare of persons with disabilities in Lheu Eu Village, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar, must be grounded in humanitarian principles. Collaborative efforts among village government, the business sector, academia, and disability advocates are essential to realizing the legal mandate and regulatory framework that govern the inclusion of persons with disabilities in rural development.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk pemahaman individu tentang nilai-nilai dan konsep-konsep agama islam. Dalam konteks globalisasi yang terus berkembang, kebutuhan akan pemahaman yang inklusif terhadap keragaman agama semakin mendesak. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi potensi integrasi konsep Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) ke dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep agama. Melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT, kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari penerapan strategi pembelajaran ini dieksplorasi secara mendalam. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa SRL memungkinkan siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan belajar mandiri, meningkatkan refleksi diri, dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Namun, tantangan seperti tingkat kemandirian siswa yang beragam dan kebutuhan akan dukungan guru yang kuat juga diidentifikasi. Berdasarkan temuan ini, beberapa rekomendasi diberikan, termasuk pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih terintegrasi dengan SRL, pelatihan guru yang lebih intensif, dan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Artikel ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis SRL dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep agama Islam, serta menawarkan panduan bagi pendidik dan peneliti dalam menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang dalam konteks pendidikan agama Islam.Abstract: Islamic religious education is crucial in shaping an individual's understanding of Islamic values and concepts. In the context of ever-evolving globalization, the need for an inclusive sense of religious diversity is increasingly urgent. This article explores the potential integration of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning as a solution to improve understanding of religious concepts. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of implementing this learning strategy are explored in depth through a SWOT analysis approach. The results show that SRL allows students to develop self-study skills, enhance self-reflection, and integrate religious values into their daily lives. However, challenges such as diverse levels of student independence and the need for solid teacher support were also identified. Based on these findings, several recommendations were given, including developing a curriculum that is more integrated with SRL, more intensive teacher training, and integrating technology in Learning. This article contributes to understanding how SRL-based learning approaches can be used effectively to enhance understanding of Islamic religious concepts, as well as offer guidance for educators and researchers facing challenges and seizing opportunities in the context of Islamic religious education.
