Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have been significantly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in many sectors, including those operating around the University of Jambi campus. The purpose of this study is to identify the challenges faced by MSMEs after the pandemic and to explore how they can adapt to changes in the business environment. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and collects data through interviews and observations with MSME participants around the campus area. The findings show that the main problems faced by MSMEs include a decline in purchasing power, capital constraints, and limited digital marketing capabilities. However, there are also emerging opportunities, such as growing interest in local products and ongoing digital transformation. The study concludes that the success of MSMEs after the pandemic largely depends on their ability to innovate, improve product quality, and utilize technology.

Abstract

Decision Number 1953/Pdt.G/2025/PA.Bks at the Bekasi Religious Court discusses a marriage isbat petition filed by Asmalih bin Matal Siman against his siblings, Asmat bin Matal Siman and Halimah binti Matal Siman, regarding the validation of their parents’ marriage, namely the late Matal Siman bin Siman and the late Asmaroh binti Jaya, which was conducted on January 10, 1963, in accordance with Islamic law but was not registered at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of West Bekasi District. This petition was submitted based on the need for legal administrative purposes and certainty of heir status due to the absence of official marriage registration. This research aims to analyze the legal considerations of the panel of judges in granting the petition and its implications for the validity of unregistered marriages. The research method employs a normative juridical approach by examining the court decision and relevant statutory provisions. The results show that the panel of judges considered that the marriage of the deceased fulfilled the pillars and requirements of marriage under Islamic law, was validly conducted with a guardian and witnesses, and had never been legally challenged. The legal considerations were based on Article 7 of the Compilation of Islamic Law and Article 49 of Law Number 7 of 1989 concerning Religious Courts and its amendments, thereby granting the court jurisdiction to adjudicate the case. The final judgment granted the Petitioner’s request, declared the marriage valid, and imposed court fees of IDR 302,000.00.

Abstract

Fenomena bullying masih menjadi salah satu persoalan sosial yang sering dijumpai di lingkungan sekolah. Sejumlah penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun program anti-bullying telah banyak dilaksanakan, efektivitasnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks lokal, budaya sekolah, serta keterlibatan guru dan orang tua. MI Al-Mukrimin Talaga Desa Sengeng Palie Kecamatan Lappariaja dipilih sebagai lokasi pengabdian karena hasil observasi awal dan wawancara dengan guru menunjukkan kasus perundungan, khususnya dalam bentuk verbal dan sosial, yang relatif lebih menonjol dibandingkan sekolah sekitar. Hal ini menegaskan adanya gap kontekstual yang perlu diintervensi secara khusus melalui pendekatan partisipatif untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman. Bullying dapat muncul dalam bentuk fisik, verbal, sosial, maupun cyber, dengan dampak negatif bagi korban, pelaku, maupun saksi, mulai dari trauma psikologis, penurunan prestasi akademik, hingga gangguan emosi jangka panjang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi berbasis partisipatif dengan tahapan observasi, penyusunan materi, serta pembelajaran interaktif melalui presentasi, video, diskusi, simulasi, dan permainan edukatif. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran siswa mengenai bentuk, dampak, dan strategi pencegahan bullying. Siswa juga lebih aktif dalam diskusi, menunjukkan empati, dan berani menolak perilaku perundungan. Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu mengenai efektivitas pembelajaran partisipatif dan berbasis pengalaman dalam menumbuhkan karakter positif, sekaligus memberikan bukti kontekstual baru pada sekolah dasar di wilayah pedesaan. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi anti-bullying di MI Al-Mukrimin tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman dan empati siswa, tetapi juga mendukung terbentuknya budaya sekolah yang ramah anak, aman, dan bebas dari perundungan

Abstract

School cooperatives serve as practical-based economic learning media that enhance students’ entrepreneurial abilities. This study aims to describe the role of school cooperatives in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students at SMA Negeri 13 Kota Jambi. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with informants consisting of the cooperative supervisor, student cooperative chairperson, treasurer, active members, and student users of the cooperative services. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the school cooperative plays an important role in fostering students’ creativity, responsibility, communication skills, and independence through activities such as buying and selling, stock management, transaction recording, and customer service. In conclusion, the school cooperative functions as an effective learning medium for cultivating students’ entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

Abstrak. Interaksi sosial antara pengajar dan murid memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam membangun suasana sekolah yang bernuansa religius, terkhusus di institusi pendidikan kejuruan yang dipenuhi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan modernitas. SMK Negeri 4 Payakumbuh, sebagai sekolah yang mendalami teknologi informasi di Sumatera Barat, menghadapi tantangan dalam menyisipkan nilai-nilai keagamaan di tengah perkembangan digital dan budaya industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika hubungan sosial antara guru dan siswa dalam menciptakan suasana sekolah yang religius dengan pendekatan sosiologi pendidikan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan guru dan siswa. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa komunikasi antar pribadi, keteladanan yang ditunjukkan oleh guru, serta aktivitas keagamaan menjadi elemen utama dalam menciptakan suasana religius yang harmonis. Di samping itu, pemanfaatan teknologi digital juga berkontribusi dalam memperkuat penyebaran nilai-nilai religius dalam proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa interaksi sosial yang berorientasi pada nilai-nilai keagamaan dapat memperkuat budaya sekolah yang berkarakter, berintegritas, dan produktif di zaman digital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of LKP LP3SI in developing participants’ self skills and work readiness through English language and computer course programs. The research was conducted using data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that LKP LP3SI plays an important role in equipping participants with skills required in the workplace, enhancing self confidence, and fostering independent and work ready attitudes. The learning process is supported by tutors who apply hands on practice methods, as well as by the support of owners and managers who carry a social mission in empowering participants. Although there are challenges such as limited facilities and varying levels of participant motivation, overall LKP LP3SI makes a tangible contribution to preparing skilled human resources who are ready to compete in the world of work.
