Abstract

Desa Wiyono merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Gedong Tataan, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Mayoritas penduduk desa Wiyono (70% dari seluruh tenaga kerja) memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai petani. Menurut BPS Pesawaran (2022), produksi kelapa di Kabupaten Pasawaran mencapai 8.121 ton/tahun dengan luas areal 11.238 ha. Tanaman kelapa (Cocos nucifera L) adalah tanaman multifungsi yang seluruh bagiannya memiliki manfaat untuk manusia. Nata de coco adalah suatu produk hasil fermentasi oleh bakteri acetobacter xylinum. Produk ini berbentuk padat, kokoh, kuat, putih, transparan, kenyal dan banyak digunakan sebagai salah satu pangan fungsional karena mengandung serat pangan. Saat ini petani mengalami kesulitan dalam mengolah air kelapa menjadi nata de coco karena ketidaktahuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang digunakan, sehingga air kelapa yang dihasilkan hanya dibuang begitu saja sebagai limbah. Kondisi seperti ini tentunya membutuhkan transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan bimbingan dari berbagai pihak. Tim pengusul kegiatan telah merancang metode kegiatan yang diterapkan melalui penyuluhan, demonstrasi, pelatihan, konsultasi, dan bimbingan, serta evaluasi. Setelah program dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa pemahaman dan pengembangan teknis teknologi masyarakat meningkat dari 0% menjadi 100% dan penerapan hasil di lapangan sebesar 15%. Dengan dilakukannya transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada masyarakat khususnya kelompok wanita tani Desa Wiyono, diharapkan air kelapa yang sebelumnya tidak bernilai menjadi memiliki nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi.

Abstract

Communication skills and mathematical reasoning are one of the goals of mathematics learning. Where communication is defined as the ability to write, read, listen, study, interpret, and evaluate ideas, symbols, terms, and mathematical information. Meanwhile, mathematical reasoning is a brain habit that if developed properly and consistently will make it easier to communicate mathematics both in writing and orally. Therefore, a relevant learning model is needed to optimize, improve, and develop students' communication and mathematical reasoning skills. One of these learning models is  the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model. The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) Whether the improvement of communication and mathematical reasoning skills of students who obtain learning with the TGT type cooperative learning model is better than that of students who obtain learning with conventional approaches, and (2) What are the attitudes of students towards mathematics learning who acquire learning with the TGT type cooperative learning model. This study is an experimental research with  a pretest-posttest control research design of the design group. The population in this study is all students of class XI MAN Darussalam Aceh Besar consisting of five classes. Meanwhile, the sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class which were taken by random sampling. The instruments used to obtain research data are in the form of communication and mathematical reasoning ability tests, and attitude scale questionnaires. The statistical test used to analyze data on improving communication skills and mathematical reasoning is a two-track anava test, while the attitude scale questionnaire is calculated based on percentages. The results of the study show that the overall improvement of communication and mathematical reasoning skills of students who obtain learning with the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model  is better than students who acquire learning with conventional approaches. From the results of the student questionnaire, it was concluded that in general, students have a positive attitude towards mathematics learning using the TGT type cooperative learning model

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses dan hasil pengimplementasian lembar kerja peserta didik melalui pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education berbasis etnomatematika permainan tradisional dakon yang diterapkan menggunakan Hypothetical Learning Trajectory pada materi perkalian bilangan cacah. Pembelajaran matematika masih dianggap sebagai pembelajaran yang rumit dan sulit untuk dipahami. Penelitian ini memungkinkan siswa melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran dari permasalahan kontekstual yang lebih dekat dan lebih konkret bagi siswa berbasis pada permainan tradisional dakon yang dituangkan ke dalam aktivitas memahami, bermain, menggambar, menempel, menghitung, dan menyimpulkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Research dengan pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu persiapan eksperimen, pelaksanaan eksperimen, dan analisis retrospektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 1 Tlogowatu dengan subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas III dengan jumlah 4 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesesuaian antara Actual Learning Trajectory dengan Hypothetical Learning Trajectory, artinya pengimplementasian LKPD dengan pendekatan RME berbasis etnomatematika yaitu permainan tradisional dakon menggunakan Hypothetical Learning Trajectory mampu secara efektif dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Selain itu juga dapat menjadikan pembelajaran matematika sebagai pembelajaran yang bermakna dan menyenangkan bagi siswa serta mampu mengembangkan pemahaman siswa terkait materi perkalian bilangan cacah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, manajemen talenta dan perilaku inovatif terhadap kepuasan pegawai melalui keterlibatan kerja. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 126 pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Jakarta Barat. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, manajemen talenta dan perilaku inovatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, manajemen talenta yang bagus dan perilaku inovatif yang tinggi benar secara signifikan dapat mendukung tingginya kepuasan pegawai, namun dengan dimediasi oleh keterlibatan kerja, total kontribusi ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pegawai semakin tinggi, lingkungan kerja, manajemen talenta dan perilaku inovatif yang menunjang keterlibatan kerja pegawai dapat membentuk kepuasan kerja pegawai yang tinggi.

Abstract

Several factors influence teachers’ work commitment and students’ academic achievement. These factors include instructors’ emotion regulation skills and their level of involvement in school decision-making. This study aimed to determine how teachers’ emotional intelligence and participation in decision-making influence their dedication to their work. One hundred and fifty educators participated in this quantitative investigation through a survey. Teachers’ emotional intelligence, participation in decision-making, and commitment to their work were assessed using a questionnaire. The impact of these variables was tested through data analysis using regression techniques. Positive and statistically significant effects of emotional intelligence and participation in decision-making on teachers’ dedication to their work were observed. Emotionally intelligent teachers are more dedicated to their jobs because they can better handle stress, form strong relationships with students, and overcome obstacles.Furthermore, being part of the decision-making process fosters a more substantial personal investment in school policies and programs, increasing dedication to the work to improve teachers’ dedication to their work and the quality of education their students receive; this study has significant implications for school administration and professional development programs for educators. This research further examines the real-world consequences for school administrators and policymakers who want to foster an atmosphere encouraging teachers to be emotionally intelligent and have a voice in classroom decisions.

Abstract

Fruit-sucking bugs (Helopeltis spp.) are one of the main pests on cocoa plants. The damage caused by this pest is by piercing and sucking the liquid of cocoa pods and young shoots. This study aimed to obtain the effective concentration of papaya leaf extract and yam extract on the mortality of cocoa fruit-sucking bugs. This research was carried out at the Plant Production Laboratory II of the Politeknik Negeri Lampung from September 2020 to January 2021. The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design consisting of 4 treatments and six replications. The results showed that the average daily mortality rate fluctuated in each treatment. In all treatment concentrations of papaya leaf extract and yam extract, the average mortality of cocoa fruit-sucking bugs ranged from 25.76% to 75.76%. All treatment concentrations of papaya leaf extract and yam extract were not effective in the mortality of cocoa fruit-sucking bugs.

Abstract

Palm oil processing in the industry produces products and waste; the waste generated from the palm oil processing process will have a negative impact on the environment if it is not processed. Oil palm empty fruit bunches are lignocellulosic solid wastes that contain cellulose, lignin, and hemicellulose content, so they have the potential to be raw materials for making bioethanol. In the process of producing bioethanol, delignification is an early stage that aims to reduce the lignin content in lignocellulosic materials with alkaline or alkaline pretreatment solutions such as the use of NaOH can be used to help separate lignin from cellulose fibers. This study aimed to analyze the effect of NaOH concentration and delignification temperature on the lignocellulosic content of oil palm empty fruit bunches. The research method was arranged descriptively with two treatments: the concentration of NaOH consisting of 3%, 4%, and 5%, and the heating temperature consisting of 100 oC, 110 oC, and 120 oC. Lignocellulosic content can be calculated using the Chesson method analysis with the Microsoft Excel 2016 application as a data processor. The results showed that 1 M NaOH concentration with heating temperature had an effect on the observations of hemicellulose, cellulose, and lignin. The best treatment of 1 M NaOH concentration and heating temperature on hemicellulose, cellulose, and lignin was produced by the treatment of 5% NaOH concentration with a heating temperature of 120 0C.

Abstract

Oil palm empty fruit bunches (EFB) are the most abundant solid waste from the palm oil industry and are underutilized, even though they have the potential to become industrial raw materials because they contain three fractions, namely cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin. This research was carried out using the steam method using 1 molar sulfuric acid with concentrations of 6.4%, 7.6%, and 8.7%. The delignification temperature was measured at 120 oC and with different delignification times of 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes. The best treatment with 1 M H2SO4 concentration and heating time for hemicellulose was the treatment with 8.7% H2SO4 concentration and 90 minutes of heating time. The best treatment with 1 M H2SO4 concentration and heating temperature for cellulose was found to be 6.4% H2SO4 concentration with 90 minutes of heating time. The best treatment with a 1 M H2SO4 concentration and heating temperature for lignin was the 6.4% H2SO4 treatment with 90 minutes of heating time.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kekerasan bullying di dunia pendidikan menjadi masalah yang sering muncul. berupa kekerasan fisik, ejekan, olokan verbal, dan gangguan sosial. Dampak bullying mengancam semua pihak terlibat, yaitu depresi, marah, rendahnya tingkat kehadiran, rendahnya prestasi akademik siswa dan kemampuan analisa siswa. Dukungan keluarga membantu remaja membagi beban memperkuat pola positif, memberi pengarahan agar remaja dapat membuat keputusan yang logis. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasikan Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Perilaku Bullying terhadap Remaja. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian semua siswa kelas VIII. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 84 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis menggunakan distribusi frekuensi variabel independen (dukungan keluarga) dan karakteristik (usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan), variabel dependen (perilaku bullying). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Penelitian telah dilakukan di MTSN 1 Palembang tanggal 14 Januari - 12 Febuari 2025. Hasil: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dan perilaku bullying pada remaja di MTs Negeri 1 Palembang dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 (< 0,05). Saran: Keluarga agar dapat memberikan perhatian, komunikasi yang baik, serta dukungan emosional dan moral  membantu remaja mengembangkan empati, kontrol diri, dan keterampilan sosial yang positif serta protektif yang kuat mendorong remaja memahami dampak negatif bullying dan membentuk perilaku yang lebih positif dalam interaksi sosial. Kata Kunci: Dukungan Keluarga, Perilaku Bullying, Remaja

Abstract

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is unheated coconut oil processing, which leaves the oil's composition and properties unchanged. In the process of making VCO, various methods can be used, including: Techniques such as acidification, controlled heating,centrifugation, fishing, fermentation, and enzymatic. In this study, VCO was made using the acidification method with the addition of 20% acetic acid. The approach taken was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors and every treatmentwas carried out three times, in order for 18 experimental units to be acquired. DA variance analysis was used to examine the data and continued with BNT at a level of 5%. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the addition of acetic acid (1% and 2%) and the duration of stirring using a hand mixer with a maximum speed of 1,500 rpm for (10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes) and the interaction between the addition of acetic acid and the duration of stirring on the yield and quality produced. The VCO analysis test in this study included the yield test (%), water content (%), Free Fatty Acid (FFA) content, peroxide number, specific gravity, and organoleptic (color, aroma, taste). According to the study's findings, the highest yield was 26.84% with the addition of 1% acetic acid with a stirring time of 15 minutes.
