Abstract

Pengelolaan pengiriman logistik melalui pesawat kargo dapat menjadi solusi efektif bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pengiriman logistik melalui pesawat kargo bagi UMKM makanan ringan di Kabupaten Sleman. Metode yang digunakan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang diikuti oleh 22 peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pengelolaan logistik setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian. Rata-rata peningkatan hasil pretest dan posttest mencapai 47.84%. Dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan logistik, UMKM diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dan berkontribusi lebih besar dalam perekonomian nasional.

Abstract

This research examines the revival of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia facing the COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic presents major challenges and is a catalyst for unprecedented change in the SME sector. This article aims to identify and analyze the main factors that play a role in the resilience and growth of Indonesian SMEs during and after the pandemic. Through a mixed methods approach, utilizing quantitative data and qualitative interviews, this research reveals that digital transformation, government stimulus, and community solidarity play an important role. The research results show that SMEs that use digital marketing show good adaptability and growth, and benefit from the shift in consumer behavior to online platforms. The Indonesian government's fiscal support by assisting struggling SMEs, enables business continuity and recovery from the impact of the pandemic. Additionally, the role of community-based initiatives in fostering collective resilience is also a unique aspect of the business landscape in Indonesia. The study concludes with policy recommendations to maintain the growth and resilience of SMEs, emphasizing the importance of digital inclusion, easy access to financial institutions, and community support networks. The impact of this research is significant for policymakers, business leaders, and community developers aiming to protect the SME sector from future crises.

Abstract

Aircraft Maintenance adalah proses preservasi secara berkala yang harus dilaksanakan terhadap keseluruhan pesawat udara sipil atau perlengkapan pesawat udara sipil pasca jangka waktu tertentu atau penggunaan yang terbatas. Saat pelaksanaan kegiatan maintenance operator berlangsung, terkadang terkendala oleh sejumlah faktor. Salah satunya adalah tidak tersedianya komponen atau part yang dibutuhkan. Penyebab dari tidak tersedianya komponen adalah ketidakhandalan supplier sparepart menyediakan sparepart yang menjadi partner perusahaan penyedia komponen pesawat tersebut. Salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan atau pemilihan berdasarkan berbagai kriteria adalah Technique For Order Performance By Similarity To Ideal Solution atau disebut TOPSIS. TOPSIS digunakan dalam pemecahan persoalan pengambilan keputusan berbagai kriteria. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di lapangan dan pengolahan data dalam memilih supplier menggunakan kriteria harga sparepart, kesigapan respon, ketepatan pemenuhan jumlah sparepart yang dipesan, kecepatan penyerahan sparepart kepada perusahaan ekspedisi dan kebijakan jaminan kerusakan sparepart. Nilai preferensi bagi supplier/pemasok A sebesar 0,473, supplier/permasok B sebesar 0,228, dan supplier/pemasok C sebesar 0,604. Berdasarkan ketiga nilai preferensi tersebut supplier C memiliki nilai preferensi tertinggi yaitu 0,604, sehingga supplier C akan dipilih sebagai supplier rekanan divisi maintenance khususnya untuk pengadaaan sparepart.

Abstract

Occupational health and safety (K3) is the most important factor in worker productivity and reduces the risk of accidents that can harm workers, as is the implementation of K3 on fishermen from PPP Sadeng who have a high level of risk. integrated with the raincoat. The method used in this research is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The instruments in this study are needs analysis questionnaires, anthropometric measurements, and QFD questionnaires. , Durable materials, lightweight materials, ease of use, and attractive shapes, 2.) Prototype sizes will be divided into 3 parts, namely M, L, and XL, the distribution of these 3 sizes is intended so that consumers get the appropriate and comfortable size when used. Abstract

Kabupaten Gunungkidul mempunyai potensi rekreasi dan hiburan yang beragam seperti pantai, goa, kerajinan tangan, desa wisata, air terjun, kuliner, dan lain sebagainya. Desa Turunan, Girisuko, Panggang, Gunungkidul salah satu desa yang mempunyai potensi desa wisata yang secara mandiri membentuk Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Wana Lestari 2. KTH dalam mengembangankan desa wisata Bukit Roso Wulan bekerjasama dengan Dinas Kehutanan Gunungkidul. Kerjasama dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan desa wisata seluas ± 24 ha memerlukan pemikiran dan ide dari berbagai pihak. Desa wisata Bukit Roso Wulan sudah resmi dibuka operasionalnya yakni pada 9 Desember 2020. Program Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk membantu mempromosikan dan memperkenalkan Desa Wisata Wulan Bukit Roso di keturunan Girisuko Panggang, Gunungkidul. Promosi dilakukan melalui media facebook dengan menampilkan foto-foto menarik sehingga menjadi daya tarik masyarakat untuk mengunjungi Bukit Roso Wulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi 5 yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab, FGD, pemilihan media promosi, pengambilan foto, dan melakukan posting promosi di Facebook. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pengabdian ini yaitu antusiasme Kelompok Tani sangat tinggi sehingga terdapat peningkatan pemahaman, menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap pentingnya promosi untuk mengenalkan Desa Wisata Bukit Roso Wulan. Dalam pengabdian ini juga menghasilkan postingan di facebook “Bukit Roso Wulan”. Setelah pengabdian ini berakhir postingan harus tetap dilanjutkan kelompok tani agar promosi tetap berjalan

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 2 Playen yang terletak di Kecamatan Playen, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul mempunyai tujuan untuk mengembangkan bakat dan potensi peserta didik melalui program pengembangan diri dan program Kelas Khusus Olahraga. Namun saat ini bidang olah raga dirgantara khususnya aeromodelling belum ada baik berdasarkan kurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas, maka diperlukan pendampingan pada siswa SMAN 2 Playen, agar dapat menambahkan kegiatan olah raga lain di bidang aeromodelling khususnya menerbangakan pesawat Outdoor Hand Launched Glider (OHLG). Untuk itu perlu diadakan pelatihan pembuatan Pesawat OHLG pada siswa SMAN 2 Playen, Gunungkidul. Model OHLG atau yang lebih sering disebut dengan Chuck Glider adalah model yang dirancang untuk terbang bebas dengan daya yang ada pada model itu dilempar dengan tangan manusia agar mencapai ketinggian tertentu untuk memulai penerbangannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab, praktik pembuatan pesawat OHLG, dan praktik menerbangkan pesawat OHLG. Hasil diperoleh dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu siswa antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan sehingga pengetahuan siswa pesawat OHLG dengan nilai “baik” naik dari 24% menjadi 62%, sedangkan nilai “sangat baik” naik dari 8% menjadi 14%. Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 2 Playen juga mampu membuat dan menerbangkan Pesawat Outdoor Hand Launched Glider (OHLG).

Abstract

Stone Park is one of the tourist destinations located in Turunan, Girisuko, Panggang, Gunungkidul. The Stone Park tourist destination is currently not widely visited by tourists because it only offers sunrise spot facilities, photo spots, gazebos, and camping areas that have been widely offered by other tourist destinations. To support Sustainable Tourism which can have a long-term impact on the environment, social, culture, and economy, it is necessary to develop attraction spots. The aerosport attraction spot is one of the attraction spots that is quite popular with the public. To provide understanding and skills, training has been held on making and flying the Out Hand Launch Glider (OHLG) Aircraft which was attended by 21 participants consisting of Stone Park tourist destination managers and the surrounding community. The participants were able to understand the need for the development of aerospace attraction spots and succeeded in making and flying the OHLG aircraft.

Abstract

Turn Around Time (TAT) in C-Check maintenance activities is a problem that often occurs in aircraft maintenance service organizations because it requires large operational costs for technicians, and there are losses due to waiting time for aircraft operations during maintenance. This research compares company TAT with TAT using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the percentage of man-hours efficiency from calculating the CPM method. The research object and data were collected at the PT Merpati Maintenance Facility. The types and sources of data used in research are primary and secondary. The data analysis techniques used are Turn Around Time (TAT) planning calculations and the Critical Path Method (CPM) method, as well as analyzing calculations that have been carried out using Microsoft Excel. Based on the research results, it was found that the difference in results between company planning was 18.56 or 19 work days and planning using the CPM method was 16.94 or 17 work days, so that you get more efficient time for 2 work days in carrying out C-Check maintenance with a percentage of the man hours efficiency formula of 0.087%.

Abstract

Bukit Roso Wulan is a tourism village managed by the Forest Farmers Group “Wana Lestari II,” located in Turunan Village, Giri Suko, Panggang, Gunung Kidul. In the Community Service activity under the Community-Based Empowerment scheme, the “Wana Lestari II” group serves as a partner of Insitut Teknologi Dirgantara Adisutjipto. The main issues identified are poor management and promotion in the development of Bukit Roso Wulan tourism village. The inadequate management is due to a lack of community awareness as tourism drivers, overlapping information and work/reporting procedures, and the difficulty in evaluating management processes. Meanwhile, promotional problems stem from limited skills in content creation and promotional management. Training related to business management and promotional strategies can enhance the capabilities of the group, thereby improving the governance capacity of Bukit Roso Wulan. Promotional issues are addressed by enhancing content creation techniques, promoting through social media, and evaluating promotional outcomes. The results of the community service activity include improved promotional skills using digital platforms with broader reach and more targeted audiences, as well as increased understanding of the importance of management and marketing for the sustainability of Bukit Roso Wulan tourism village.

Abstract

Demand forecasting is used by airlines to predict the travel behavior of potential passengers. Accurate forecasting is critical to the overall success of an airline. An important element in forecasting is passenger volume estimation. The goal is to predict the number of passengers expected between two cities for a given time interval. Based on this forecast, airlines can make decisions about new routes or additional flights on existing routes. Starting January 2020, all flights to Yogyakarta have landed at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) except for flights using propeller aircraft such as ATR which can still use Adisutjipto International Airport (JOG). Adisutjipto International Airport currently only serves 3 routes, namely Yogyakarta (JOG) - Jakarta (HLP) RT., Yogyakarta (JOG) - Bandung (BDO) RT., and Yogyakarta (JOG) - Surabaya (SUB) RT.. The opening of Adisutjipto International Airport to propeller aircraft makes it possible to increase flight frequencies or new routes. For that, it is necessary to estimate the volume of aircraft passengers at Adisutjipto International Airport using the gravity model. The most accurate model is Model 5, where the attraction force is separated into the number of residents of the origin and destination zones and the GRDP of the origin and destination zones, as well as the distance impedance factor and ticket rates are also separated.
