Abstract

Bandar udara memegang peranan penting dalam menyediakan layanan transportasi udara. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan kepada penumpang di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta maka pihak bandara perlu mengetahui atribut-atribut apa saja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan untuk memberikan kepuasan pelayanan kepada penumpang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada penumpang keberangkatan dan kedatangan di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode CSI untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang secara keseluruhan, dan dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan metode IPA untuk mengetahui nilai tingkat kesesuaian antara tingkat kepentingan dan kepuasan yang kemudian diolah menjadi Diagram Kartesius. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data metode CSI yaitu sebesar 79,62% dikategorikan puas, dan berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode IPA dari 20 atribut terdapat 2 atribut dalam kuadran I yang berarti harus diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan, yaitu atribut ketersediaan dan kemudahan mendapatkan transportasi darat ke/dari bandara dan atribut keamanan dan kenyamanan di area terminal bandara.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang cukup tinggi. Peningkatan ini bisa dilihat dari semakin banyak lembaga pendidikan yang berdiri dan tumbuh dari mulai Sekolah Dasar sampai Perguruan Tinggi. Memang tidak dapat dipungkiri persaingan perguruan tinggi (PT) dewasa ini sangat ketat. Institut Teknologi Dirgantara Adisutjipto (ITDA) di bawah Yayasan Adi Upaya memiliki 6 program studi yang sudah terakreditasi dan siap bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi yang lain. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan teknologi, dunia pendidikan juga mengalami perkembangan pesat yang menyebabkan perguruan tinggi bersaing untuk mendapatkan calon mahasiswa. Berbagai bentuk promosi digunakan untuk memperkenalkan ITDA kepada masyarakat luas. Salah satunya adalah media sosial facebook. Namun beberapa tahun terakhir ini jumlah mahasiswa ITDA mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas media promosi facebook dalam menunjang promosi ITDA. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui dimensi EPIC Model yang paling berpengaruh dalam mempromosikan ITDA. Secara keseluruhan, efektivitas media promosi facebook dalam menunjang promosi ITDA adalah efektif dengan nilai EPIC rate sebesar 3,64. Dimensi EPIC model yang efektif dalam mempromosikan ITDA adalah dimensi emphaty, persuassion dan communication dengan skor 3,85, 3,86 dan 3,6, sedangkan dimensi cukup efektif adalah impact dengan skor 3,26.

Abstract

Efforts to develop the national railway system throughout Indonesia continue to be improved. The role of the train driver is the leading indicator of the success of transportation services in terms of safety and security. In 2015, 20% of train accidents were caused by human factors, among other causes. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to how much workload is given related to the demands of the task to the driver and assistant driver during their duties. This study aims to measure the mental workload of machinists and assistant machinists by distributing questionnaires using the RNASA-TLX method, which is a development of the NASA-TLX method. Overall, the results of the RNASA-TLX measurement show that the workload felt by machinists and assistant machinists is classified as high mental workload, with the WWL score obtained in the value range of 50-79. Mental demands dominate the high cognitive workload of machinists, while visual demands dominate assistant machinists. From the t-test results, there is no significant difference, meaning that both machinists and assistant machinists have high task demands, so a leadership policy is needed in an effort to reduce the mental workload

Abstract

The increasing demand for wedang uwuh during the pandemic requires Weeka Wedang Uwuh as a producer to be quick and responsive in meeting demand. Competition for sales of wedang uwuh is currently quite tight because there are more and more wedang uwuh producers. One way to anticipate current business competition, especially in the herbal beverage industry, is to try to manage the resources owned by SMEs, including labor. The right number of workers will guarantee product availability and also provide minimum costs for labor costs. This research aims to provide suggestions for determining the optimal number of workers in order to minimize labor costs. ToC is a problem solving approach that focuses on eliminating constraints using available methodologies. Therefore, this approach is very suitable for eliminating obstacles at Weeka Wedang Uwuh in order to determine the optimal number of workers. To support the TOC approach, the Dynamic Program method will be applied to the obstacle removal step. The optimal number of workers in UKM Weeka Wedang Uwuh will be obtained by reducing 5 (five) workers in the Wedang Uwuh packing section. The savings that occurred during the research time period were Rp. 21,500,302.00 compared to expenses if it had the current number of workers.

Abstract

Turn Around Time (TAT) in C-Check maintenance activities is a problem that often occurs in aircraft maintenance service organizations because it requires large operational costs for technicians, and there are losses due to waiting time for aircraft operations during maintenance. This research compares company TAT with TAT using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the percentage of man-hours efficiency from calculating the CPM method. The research object and data were collected at the PT Merpati Maintenance Facility. The types and sources of data used in research are primary and secondary. The data analysis techniques used are Turn Around Time (TAT) planning calculations and the Critical Path Method (CPM) method, as well as analyzing calculations that have been carried out using Microsoft Excel. Based on the research results, it was found that the difference in results between company planning was 18.56 or 19 work days and planning using the CPM method was 16.94 or 17 work days, so that you get more efficient time for 2 work days in carrying out C-Check maintenance with a percentage of the man hours efficiency formula of 0.087%.

Abstract

The problem in the Community Service activity is that SMA Negeri 1 Wates already has a profile video, but does not yet have a drone-based profile video that displays the profile of SMA Negeri 1 Wates from the air which has its own appeal and uniqueness which will later be used as digital marketing content material in promoting the school. This problem can be overcome by developing a drone-based profile video for digital marketing content. The achievement of this activity is the realization of 3 (three) long versions of SMA Negeri 1 Wates Profile Videos with a duration of 3 minutes 50 seconds, 3 minutes 40 seconds, 2 minutes 21 seconds for digital marketing content on YouTube and the website and 1 (one) short version of SMA Negeri 1 Wates profile video with a duration of 38 seconds for digital marketing content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

Abstract

This study highlights the lack of comprehensive studies on UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and drone maintenance, despite numerous bibliometric studies conducted in other fields. This knowledge gap on this crucial aspect of UAV technology necessitates an in-depth analysis of the existing literature. The primary objective of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis of publications related to UAV/drone maintenance to map the literature, identify trends, and highlight contributions from different countries, universities, and authors. The analysis was conducted by collecting metadata from 30 years of academic publications (1994–2024) indexed in databases such as Scopus, and using VOSViewer to visualize the bibliometric network. Expected outcomes include identification of the most influential publications, authors, and journals, mapping research trends, and insights into collaboration opportunities between researchers and institutions. These findings are expected to guide future research by providing research topic recommendations to address existing literature gaps. Overall, this study offers a comprehensive overview that enriches the literature and encourages significant innovation in UAV/drone maintenance.

Abstract

Candi Borobudur merupakan destinasi wisata populer di Kabupaten Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Untuk menunjang kebutuhan wisatawan dalam berkunjung ke Candi Borobudur banyak didirikan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di sekitar candi, salah satunya adalah Bengkel Sepatu JKS milik Bapak Joko Santoso yang memproduksi sepatu, ikat pinggang, case handphone, dompet, tempat KTP, tempat korek api dan juga menerima reparasi sepatu dan tas. Bahan utama pembuatan produk UKM ini adalah kulit hewan asli dan dibuat secara manual dengan tangan (handmade). Permasalahan yang muncul pada Bengkel Sepatu JKS adalah kondisi kerja yang tidak bersih, tidak rapi, tidak aman, dan tidak nyaman. Kondisi tersebut sangat mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja dalam pembuatan produk. Oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan pendampingan dalam pengenalan dan menerapkan budaya kerja yang baik. Metode untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan di Bengkel Sepatu JKS berupa pendampingan dalam menerapkan budaya kerja 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). Hasil pendampingan Budaya kerja 5S antara lain penataan meja kerja pembuatan sepatu, rak untuk penempatan produk setengah jadi dan produk jadi, pembuatan petunjuk tempat dan slogan 5S, dan rak produk sandal upanat. Penerapan budaya kerja 5S di UKM Bengkel Sepatu JKS meningkat dari 25% menjadi 100%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sangta bermanfaat bagi UKM Bengkel Sepatu JKS.
