Abstract

Abstrak: Multikulturalisme dalam hal ini bukan hanya sebuah wacana namun sebuah ideologi yang harus diperjuangkan, karena dibutuhkan sebagai landasan bagi tegaknya demokrasi, HAM, dan kesejahteraan hidup masyarakat.  Multikulturalisme bukan sebuah ideologi yang berdiri sendiri terpisah dari ideologi-ideologi lainnya. Multikulturalisme membutuhkan seperangkat konsep dalam bentuk bangunan konsep yang dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan pemahaman dan pengembangan dalam konteks kehidupan bermasyarakat.   Untuk dapat memahami multikulturalisme diperlukan landasan pengetahuan berupa bangunan konsep yang relevan dan mendukung keberadaan serta fungsinya dalam kehidupan manusia.  Bangunan konsep ini harus dikomunikasikan antar para ahli yang mempunyai perhatian ilmiah yang sama tentang multikulturalisme sehinga terdapat kesamaan pemahaman dan saling mendukung dalam memperjuangkannya.  Berbagai konsep yang relevan dengan multikulturalisme antara lain adalah, demokrasi, keadilan dan hukum, nilai-nilai budaya dan etos, kebersamaan dalam perbedaan yang sederajat, sukubangsa, kesukubangsaan, kebudayaan suku bangsa, keyakinan keagamaan, ungkapan-ungkapan budaya, domain privat dan publik, HAM, hak budaya komuniti, dan konsep-konsep lain yang relevan.Abstract: Multiculturalism in this case is not just a discourse but an ideology that must be fought, because it is needed as a foundation for democracy,  human rights and the welfare of society. Multiculturalism is not an ideology that is independent from other ideologies. Multiculturalism requires a set of concepts in the form of building a concept that can be used as a reference for understanding and development in the context of social life. To understand multiculturalism, someone needs a foundation of knowledge in the form of building concepts that are relevant and supportive to the existence and function of the human life. The building concept is to be communicated between the experts who have the same scientific concern about multiculturalism, thus there is a common understanding and mutual support in the struggle. Various concepts that are relevant to the multiculturalism include democracy, justice and law, cultural values and ethos, unity in diversity, equal ethnic, ethnicity, culture, religious beliefs, expressions of culture, domain private and public, human rights, cultural rights of community, and other concepts that are relevant.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline and work ability on job satisfaction with organizational climate as a moderating variable. The population of this study were 149 employees at the Semarang City Land Office using the census method and 144 respondents returned. The data analysis method is Regression Moderation Analysis. The results of the H1 analysis show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. H2 shows that work ability has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Interaction test shows that organizational climate moderates positive and significant influence of work discipline on job satisfaction. Interaction test results also showed that the organizational climate moderated the positive and significant effect of work ability on job satisfaction. Keywords: Work discipline, work ability, organizational climate, job satisfaction ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan iklim organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 149 orang dengan menggunakan metode sensus dan yang kembali 144 responden. Metode analisis data adalah Analisis Regresi Moderasi. Hasil analisis H1 menunjukkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. H2 menunjukkan Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Uji interaksi menunjukkan iklim organisasi memoderasi positif dan signifikan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji interaksi juga menunjukkan iklim organisasi memoderasi positif dan signifikan pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.   Kata kunci: Displin kerja, kemampuan kerja, iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

This study aims to examine the dimensions which determine the Website Quality and E-Service Quality in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. As one of the important determinant dimensions for website quality, E-Service Quality is specifically observed to find out the specific factors that determine E-Service quality which in some previous studies has not been widely studied. The study was conducted by using survey method with questionnaire involving 379 SME customer respondents. Website quality dimensions are measured using a Likert Scale with 5 alternative answers. The results of the analysis conducted with Smart PLS, shows that there are four dimensions of website quality determinants, of which the most influential are: E-Service Quality, Information Quality, System Quality and Image Quality; furthermore for E-Service Quality dimensions, there are three identified important dimensions that determine are: Fulfillment,  Responsiveness, and System Availability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the vehicle tax bleaching program, the implementation of e-samsat, and taxpayer awareness on compliance in paying motor vehicle tax. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents with a sampling method using the accidental sampling method. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires. The technical data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression and uses SPSS IMB version 16.0. The results of this study show that the vehicle tax bleaching program and compulsory awareness have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, the implementation of e-samsat does not significantly affect taxpayer compliance

Abstract

Absrtak Penelitian ini menguji bagaimana penggunaan metode pembelajaran edutainment dapat membantu meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar Agama siswa di kelas atas. Hal ini didasarkan pada masalah bahwa hasil belajar Agama siswa belum mencapai KKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasi langsung di kelas untuk melihat bagaimana siswa berinteraksi di kelas. Selama proses pembelajaran, siswa ditreatmen dengan metode edutainment dan diminta mengerjakan tes. Data dinalisis menggunakan teknis statistik, guna melihat apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa setelah ditretamen menggunaan metode edutainmen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan edutainment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hsil belajar siswa. Artinya, semakin efektif proses pengajaran, maka siswa akan belajar dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

The digital age and the pandemic have significantly impacted communication. The vast amount of data shared by internet users in virtual spaces has made issues related to the pandemic popular. Research was conducted in Indonesia to uncover the hidden meaning behind the pandemic's metanarrative. The study aimed to identify the government's interests behind the pandemic, dismantle them, and digitize communication. The research used Jacques Derrida's "Deconstruction" framework and qualitative approaches with descriptive-critical methods. It found that the pandemic has changed how people interact and communicate leading to significant social problems. These include mass hysteria and the emergence of a new social pathology called the information pandemic, characterized by fear, frustration, and stress. To control the phenomenon, the government has used a panopticon, which is a technique of power. The government strategy uses various forms of discourse, codes, rules, and symbols that trigger symbolic violence. However, the violence is in the form of soft and impressive discourse. The pandemic's impact on communication and society is far-reaching, and it is important to understand its effects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya mengkesplorasi model komunikasi sosial yang efektif dalam kepemimpnan kepala desa untuk membangun brand image Desa anti Narkoba di Desa Parseh, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-eksploratif dan di desain dalam bingkai studi fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian, setelah data terkumpul, peneliti melakukan analisa data dengan menggunakan teknik framework analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Model komunikasi sosial yang dilakukan oleh kepala Desa Parseh dalam upaya membangun brand image Desa Parseh, Kecamatan Socah, Kabupaten Bangkalan sebagai kampung bebas narkoba yaitu dalam bentuk komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi kelompok, dan komunikasi massa. Komunikasi interpersonal terjadi ketika di warung kopi dan saat berolah raga di lapangan. Sedangkan komunikasi kelompok terjadi ketika digelar kegiatan pelatihan menjahit di balai desa Parseh dan saat kegiatan keagamaan berupa majelis taklim di rumah-rumah warga. Sementara itu, komunikasi massa terjadi ketika digelar deklarasi anti narkoba di lapangan Desa Parseh. 2) Faktor yang menghambat komunikasi sosial yang dilakukan oleh kepala Desa Parseh dalam upaya membangun brand image Desa Parseh, Kecamatan Socah, Kabupaten Bangkalan sebagai kampung bebas narkoba yaitu antara lain: 1) Minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahaya narkoba, 2) Rendahnya tingkat pendidikan masyarakat, 3) Masyarakat menganggap bisnis narkoba lebih cepat mendatangkan keuntungan.

Abstract

Maintaining harmony among pancak silat organizations is very important. Because lately the potential for conflict between organizations is so strong, which in many cases is driven by hoax information and the issue of inter-group synthesis. In this context, a leadership social communication model is needed to anticipate and reduce the potential for division. The purpose of this research seeks to reveal the integration of the leadership social communication model in an effort to maintain harmony between martial arts college organizations. This research uses a qualitative-explorative approach and is designed in the frame of phenomenological studies. The data collection techniques used were semi-structured interviews, observation and documentation. Then, after the data was collected, the researcher analyzed the data using framework analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that: Leadership social communication models in an effort to maintain harmony between martial arts colleges include: social communication built with youths of youth organizations, social communication built when doing sports with village youths, social communication built in coffee shops, social communication built when there are mutual cooperation activities, social communication built when there are community celebrations, social communication built when religious holidays arrive, and social communication built during the commemoration of independence day. So that based on the integration of the leadership communication model, there is almost no conflict that comes to the surface, both between the administrators and members of the Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) martial arts college and the Tunas Muda Winongo Madiun martial arts college. This reinforces that the social communication model built by the Village Head as the Village leader gets a positive response from the community. They consider that the leadership social communication model carried out has proven successful in efforts to maintain harmony between existing martial arts organizations.

Abstract

The quality of learning in the classroom cannot be separated from the role of the teacher. Teachers are required to be creative and innovative in developing learning media, so that students are more enthusiastic in learning activities. This article discusses the effectiveness of the Role Playing learning method on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam; PAI) subjects at Senior High School (Sekolah Menengah Atas; SMA) Sabiluth Thayyib Pasuruan. This article uses a quantitative approach. The population was all SMA Sabiluth Thayyib students, while the selected samples were Class X.A as the experimental class and Class X.B as the control class. The research results show that the use of the Role Playing method has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes. This is proven by N-Gain Score test on student learning outcomes and obtaining an average score of 69.73% for the experimental class, which is higher than the average student learning outcomes in the control class which was 59.54%. Kualitas pembelajaran di kelas tidak terlepas dari peran guru. Para guru dituntut untuk kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran, agar siswa lebih bersemangat mengikuti pembelajaran. Artikel ini membahas tentang efektivitas metode pembelajaran Role Playing terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Sabiluth Thayyib Pasuruan. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa SMA Sabiluth Thayyib, sedangkan sampel yang terpilih adalah Kelas X.A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X.B sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Role Playing terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan perhitungan uji N-Gain Score pada hasil belajar siswa dan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 69,73% untuk kelas eksperimen, yang lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar rata-rata hasil belajar siswa di kelas kontrol yang hanya sebesar 59,54%.
