Abstract

Indonesia is currently implementing a new curriculum known as the Merdeka Curriculum, which requires all educational institutions to prepare themselves to implement the curriculum, as well as at SMPN 03 Pancung Soal, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The objectives of this study are: 1) Knowing the teacher's understanding of the independent curriculum, 2) Knowing the readiness of teachers in preparing teaching modules, 3) Knowing solutions for teachers in developing teaching modules. The research method was carried out by descriptive analysis with qualitative research type with data collection by interviewing Islamic religious education teachers and document studies based on literature review. The results of this study show that the readiness of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preparing teaching modules on the independent curriculum at SMPN 03 Pancung Soal is still not optimal, due to the lack of guidance and training such as attending seminars related to this. In this case, the teacher is required to be able to compile teaching modules by analyzing conditions according to the needs of teachers and students based on background, then must pay attention to the facilities and infrastructure available at school, through the ability and creativity of the teacher. With guidance in the preparation of teaching modules, teachers will easily develop teaching modules according to the criteria of student

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Service, Trade and Manufacturing Companies Accounting Practicum with the Peer Teaching learning method. The formulation of the problem that has been compiled by the researchers is: "Is using the Peer Teaching method able to improve learning outcomes for Service, Trade and Manufacturing Company Accounting Practicum for Class XI AKL 3 students at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai, This research is carried out in the form of classroom action research in 2022, in odd semesters. The subjects of this study were 35 students of Class XI AKL 3. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. Research determines the aspects observed in each indicator of learning outcomes.The results of the research in the chapters that have been discussed can be concluded that using the Peer teaching method can improve student learning outcomes of Class XI AKL 3 SMK Negeri 1 Dumai, the subject of Accounting for Service Companies, Trade and Manufacturing on the subject of Practicum Accounting for Service Companies, Trade and Manufacture. After taking action in the first cycle, students' cognitive learning outcomes increased student learning outcomes. the basic score with an average of 68.71 increased in the first daily test to 82.05 with a completeness level of 97.14%. In Daily Deuteronomy II it increased to 90.18 with a 100% completeness level. Then obtained an increase in learning outcomes from repetition I and repetition II which is very significant.

Abstract

Pariwisata memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah, termasuk dalam peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Parepare, sebagai salah satu destinasi pariwisata di Sulawesi Selatan, juga mengalami dampak positif dari sektor pariwisata terhadap PAD-nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah kunjungan wisatawan jumlah pajak hotel, restoran dan hiburan serta retribusi objek wisata Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei, kuesioner dan studi literatur. Responden penelitian ini meliputi pengelola tempat wisata, pebisnis di sektor pariwisata, dan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini memberikan bahwa ada jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, pajak hotel, restoran, hiburan serta retribusi objek wisata secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah menggunakan tingkat signifikan yaitu 0,133 dimana lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi 0,05. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan strategi pemerintah daerah dalam memanfaatkan potensi pariwisata untuk meningkatkan PAD serta pembangunan ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan di Kota Parepare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of student learning outcomes before being given treatment (Treatment) and after being given treatment (Treatment) during the Posttest and to find out the learning model of Project Bsed Learning can improve student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects for class students. IV MI AL-Ikhlas Buntu Podong, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency. The method used in this study is an experimental method, the design used is an experimental research design (Pre-Experimental) with the type of research One Group Pretest-Posttest. The description of the implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model for class students has been carried out face-to-face which is carried out in very good categories. Student learning outcomes using the Project Based Learning learning model, namely the average score in the posttest is higher with an average score of 84.44 compared to the pretest score with an average learning result of 66.11. So there is a significant increase in the average value of learning outcomes, namely 18.33 with a percentage of 27%. The use of the Project Based Learning learning model has an effect on student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the hypothesis test or independent sample T-Test obtained 0.000 so that the value is 0.000 <0.05. It is known that there is a significant influence on the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences (IPA) for fourth grade students of MI AL-Ikhlas Buntu Podong, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to contribute theoretically to the development of educational science and provide practical insights for Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Towuti and similar institutions in evaluating teacher performance to enhance educational quality. The research employs an evaluative approach using the discrepancy model, conducted through qualitative methods, including observation, interviews, and document analysis, focusing on the performance evaluation of Arabic language teachers at MTsN Towuti. The findings reveal that Arabic teachers excel in lesson planning, as evidenced by the comprehensive administrative preparations at the start of the academic year. However, while overall performance was good during the implementation phase, challenges such as ineffective classroom management, monotonous teaching methods, and insufficient encouragement for creative thinking were noted. In the assessment phase, teachers demonstrated strong performance in designing assessment tools, applying diverse strategies to monitor student progress, and providing constructive feedback, aligning with school and national standards. The evaluation concludes that the teachers' performance in planning, implementation, and assessment is generally good, adhering to established standards. The study recommends that these strengths be maintained and further enhanced. The implications suggest that stakeholders should pay greater attention to teacher qualifications, advocating for more extensive training and certification programs. Practically, the findings serve as constructive feedback for Arabic language teachers to improve their performance further.

Abstract

Cepala adalah desa dengan lahan terluas di kecamatan Tekarang yang memiliki berbagai macan jenis perkebunan sehingga memiliki potensi yang besar untuk zakat perkebunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualititif, yang bertujun untuk memberitahukan seberapa pentingnya literasi zakar yang harus diketahui masyarakat Desa Cepala khususnya. Hasil yang di dapat pun tidak sejalan dengan ekspektasi di lapangan dengan rendahnya tingkat literasi di kalangan para petani menjadikan tersendatnya penyaluran dana zakat yang seharusnya ditunaikan setiap tahunnya untuk zakat perkebunan. Sudah seharusnya hal ini menjadi perhatian setiap kalangan mengingat bahsanya zakat tidak hanya merupakan rukun Islam, namun zakat juga merupakan salah satu instrument pengentas kemiskinan yang paling ampuh. Sudah seharusnya lembaga zakat BASNAZ kabupaten Tekarang Desa Cepala melirik hal tersebut dan melakukan aksi nyata dalam meningkatkan literasi zakat perkebunan di Kabupaten Tekarang Desa Cepala.

Abstract

The Ornawa Mernbangun Negeri program aims to improve the welfare of the Oloboju Village community through ecofarming-based social entrepreneurs, especially rabbit farming. This activity includes location surveys, licensing, counseling, training, and evaluation. The training focuses on rabbit care, including balanced feeding, cage cleanliness, and conducive environmental management. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in the level of community knowledge regarding rabbit farming, with the "good" category increasing from 46.7% to 100% after training. This program is effective in creating new jobs while increasing the community's ability to manage local potential independently

Abstract

Chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women is a condition where pregnant women suffer from nutritional deficiencies for a long time (chronic) which results in health problems for pregnant women and their unborn children. The aim of this local food diversity training is to teach cadres how to process Moringa leaves into various interesting and nutritious foods, so that cadres and pregnant women don't get bored with just one processing method. Community service activities with the theme Empowerment of cadres in the management of pregnant women using information technology using education and training methods targeting cadres and pregnant women in Oloboju village. The level of knowledge before counseling was carried out for pregnant women in the good category was 11.1%, the sufficient category reached 22.2%, and the poor category was 66.7%. After counseling, the good category increased to 100%. Thus, there was an increase before and after counseling for pregnant women and training for cadres

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes and communication skills of students, this can be seen from the mid semester 1 grades of class XII at SMAN 5 Padang for the 2023/2024 academic year. The solution to overcome this is to use the Numbered Heads Together Model assisted by Canva Media for Student Learning Outcomes and Communication Skills in PAI Learning. The formulation of the problem in the research is: (1) Are there differences in PAI learning outcomes between students taught using the Numbered Heads Together model assisted by Canva media with direct learning (2) Are there differences in the communication skills of students taught using the Numbered Heads Together model assisted by Canva media with Direct Learning (3) Is there an influence of student communication skills on learning outcomes in PAI learning. This type of research is a quasi-experiment (Quasy Experiment). The population in this study was 396 students in class XII SMA N 5 Padang for the 2023/2024 odd semester academic year. The sampling in this research was Random Sampling, the classes selected as experimental classes were class XII MIPA 1 and control class XII MIPA 2. The research results show: (1) There is a significant difference in learning outcomes between students taught using the Numbered Heads Together Model assisted by Canva Media and direct learning. By calculation, Tcount = 9.823 is greater than Ttable = 1.666 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is a significant difference in the results of students' communication skills taught using the Numbered Heads Together Model assisted by Canva Media and direct learning. By calculation, Tcount = 7.191 is greater than Ttable = 1.666, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) There is a significant influence between students' communication skills on learning outcomes in PAI learning. With supporting data, Fcount = 9,647 is greater than Ftable = 4,139 at the significance level ? = 0.05. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the importance of motivation in Al-Qur'an tahfidz learning activities, the appropriate methods used by tahfidz supervisors in learning Al-Qur'an tahfidz and the strategies of tahfidz supervisors in providing motivation and using appropriate methods in learning Al-Qur'an tahfidz 'an 'a. This type of research is field research (field research) which is qualitative in nature. Research that uses information obtained from research targets is called respondents and informants through observation, interviews and so on. Primary data sources were obtained from structured interviews and field observations with informants. The resource persons for this research were the School Principal, tahfidz supervisor, and tahfidz participants. Data validity techniques include: Credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this research analysis are that internal motivation can grow because of external motivation such as the method used. Some of the methods used are the talaqqi method, muraja'ah method, wahdah method, sima'i method, takriri method, tasmi' method. Strategy in using methods by developing appropriate method mechanisms in learning.
