Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to describe citizen participation in submitting complaints via Complain Online, a strategy to fulfill citizens' rights in digital citizenship, and the obstacles faced in fulfilling these rights. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation and analysis using an interactive analysis model. The results of this research show that community participation through Complain Online increasing in quantity, but there is still a lack of responsibility in the use of digital media. The government needs to invest in efforts to improve the community's ability to express opinions as well as resources to develop ways to strengthen its realization digital citizenship. This can be done by developing a strategy to fulfill the right to opinion, including providing it website, socialization, electronic forms and platform development. In order for this strategy to be effective, the public must be given adequate understanding and provision regarding their responsibilities in utilizing these facilities. Also, efforts need to be made to overcome internal obstacles including rapid turnover of ASN and lack of technological skills and external obstacles including budget limitations and the cessation of socialization. --------------------------------Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan partisipasi warga dalam menyampaikan aduan melalui Sambat Online, strategi pemenuhan hak warga dalam digital citizenship, dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pemenuhan hak tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data diuji dengan triangulasi dan analisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat melalui Sambat Online meningkat secara kuantitas, namun masih ada kurangnya tanggung jawab dalam penggunaan media digital. Pemerintah perlu berinvestasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam berpendapat serta sumber daya untuk mengembangkan cara-cara untuk memperkuat terwujudnya digital citizenship. Hal ini, dapat dilakukan dengan menyusun strategi pemenuhan hak berpendapat mencakup penyediaan website, sosialisasi, formulir elektronik dan pengembangan platform, Agar strategi ini dapat berjalan efektif, masyarakat harus diberikan pemahaman dan pembekalan yang memadai terkait tanggung jawab mereka dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas tersebut. Serta, perlu adanya upaya mengatasi hambatan internal termasuk pergantian ASN yang cepat dan kurangnya keterampilan teknologi dan hambatan eksternal meliputi keterbatasan anggaran dan terhentinya sosialisasi.

Abstract

The health world is no stranger to cases related to the adolescent reproductive system. The case is caused by a lack of knowledge about adolescents' reproductive system including the health of the reproductive organs. The purpose of this community service is to provide education as well as provide assistance to junior high school (junior high school) students to be wise in using social media and access platforms on social media as a means for reproductive health education for students. Partners in this service are students, teachers and principals of Muhammadiyah 1 Malang Junior High School. The method of implementing this community service consists of 1) analyzing the situation by conducting pre-service in the form of observation and initial interviews with service partners, namely the teacher council and several students related to the problems faced, 2) planning service activities that focus on education and mentoring, 3) implementation of community service and 4) Evaluation of service by conducting a reflection session on the achievements of the service team. The result of this community service is that the students of Muhammadiyah 1 Malang Junior High School get insights related to reproductive health so that they have readiness to face the dynamics of puberty. Abstract

Kekerasan seksual merupakan pelanggaran serius terhadap hak asasi manusia (HAM) yang berdampak besar baik secara fisik, maupun psikologi. Diperlukan pemahaman dan pendidikan kontrol diri dan anti kekerasan seksual pada remaja, terutama siswa siswi usia SMA yang tergolong remaja kategori akhir. Pendidikan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media berbasis E-Comic dengan visual menarik serta melakukan edukasi dan pendampingan agar remaja akhir dapat menerima pesan yang disampaikan dengan lebih mendalam.Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu menambah wawasan siswa dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi, berkesadaran hukum serta mengampanyekan anti kekerasan seksual dan pendidikan kontrol diri berbasis E-comic. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari 1) Tahap Perencanaan, 2) Tahap Pelaksanaan, 3) Tahap Evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu siswa mendapat wawasan baru terkait pendidikan kontrol diri, kesehatan reproduksi, kesadaran hukum, dan kekerasan seksual. Harapannya mereka dapat menyeruakan anti kekerasan seksual dan menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang aman dan kondusif.

Abstract

Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang mulai luntur pada beberapa siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Malang. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya terbentuk karakter siswa yang sesuai denga Pancasila. Tujuan kajian ini adalah guna meningkatkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Malang dengan mengimplementasikan pengembangan media flashcard, yakni Flashcard Pancasila. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Pengembangan atau Research and Development (R & D). kajian ini mengenakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Kajian ini menerapkan Instrumen berupa Lembar Observasi, Lembar Validasi, dan Angket. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa media Flashcard Pancasila mampu menguatkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, karena berada pada tingkatan yang sangat layak digunakan dengan perolehan rata-rata hasil validasi oleh dua validator sebesar 97,9 % dan hasil penilaian oleh guru kelas sebesar 96%.

Abstract

This study describes the development of learning media Ular Tangga Nusantara on elements of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika class VII at Public Middle School 3 Malang City. This research uses the RnD (Research and Development) approach. The subject of this research was a small group of class VII. This research was conducted from July 2024 - October 2024. The population in this study was class VII consisting of 8 classes totaling 256 students. The sample taken by the researcher used the Solvin formula, so that 110 students were obtained to answer the questionnaire which was randomly distributed in 8 classes. The results showed a significant effect of the development of Ular Tangga Nusantara learning media on the elements of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika class VII at Public Middle School 3 Malang City can also be seen from several indicators of the questionnaire given to students after they used Ular Tangga Nusantara learning media. The indicators include the learning media Ular Tangga Nusantara proved to be able to make learning on the elements of Unity in Diversity more interesting because the learning carried out integrates fun games soas to attract the attention of students to be actively involved in learning activities.

Abstract

Inclusive education is widely recognized as a fundamental human right; however, its realization for persons with disabilities remains uneven in plural societies such as Indonesia. This study examines inclusive education as an interfaith legal issue, arguing that the persistent failure to achieve substantive equality is not merely a problem of weak policy implementation but a consequence of normative dissonance among state law, religious norms, and social practices. Employing a juridical-empirical approach within a legal pluralism framework, the study draws on qualitative data from interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore how stigma and exclusion are socially and normatively produced. The findings reveal that disability stigma is reinforced through paternalistic religious interpretations, institutional routines in schools, and the lack of harmonization between Law No. 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities and the National Education System Law. At the same time, religious values across faith traditions possess significant normative potential to function as modalities of inclusion when mobilized through interfaith engagement. This study contributes to socio-legal scholarship by reframing inclusive education as a contested normative space shaped by interfaith dynamics and legal pluralism, and by highlighting the necessity of legal reform alongside cross-religious collaboration to achieve substantive justice in education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakter luhur yang relevan dengan karakter luhur guru dalam Tari Topeng Malangan karakter. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur atau literatur review. Studi literatur bisa didapat dari berbagai sumber baik jurnal, buku, dokumentasi, internet dan pustaka. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dinalisis menggunakan analisis data deskriptif. Hasil dari mengakaji melalui studi literatur adalah diperoleh beberapa karakter luhur yang relevan dengan karakter luhur guru dalam Tari Topeng Malangan yaitu nilai religius, nilai tulus dan menjiwai, nilai respecful, nilai responsif, nilai open minded, dan nilai sehat dan bugar. Nilai-nilai yang tercermin dalam Tari Topeng Malangan dapat menjadi panduan bagi seorang guru. Guru mampu memberikan dampak yang lebih besar dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Sebagai penuntun dan sumber inspirasi, guru yang memiliki karakter luhur akan melampaui batas pembelajaran formal, membimbing siswa untuk tumbuh sebagai individu yang berkontribusi positif dalam masyarakat. Keberhasilan guru dalam memancarkan karakter luhur akan menginspirasi dan memotivasi siswa, membentuk norma dan nilai positif, serta memperkuat keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.
