<![CDATA[This paper aims to explore as far as possible the interpretation of Yusuf al-Qaradawi related to the hadith determination of the beginning of the lunar month which also contains the rites of the hadith rukyat. This kind of study is urgent to do, because besides being phenomenological, it also occurs at the level of social reality. The primary reference in this paper is the author's review of his work Kaifa Nata'amalu ma'a as-Sunnah an-Nabawiyyah and some of his other works. Meanwhile the secondary source is the writer who studies from other scholars. The results of the study showed that Yusuf al-Qaradawi placed himself in the middle position between hisab and rukyat. In other words, the results of Yusuf al-Qaradawi's reading of the hadith’s rukyat nuances show to prioritize the reckoning method of hilal visibility, not rukyat, nor hisab.Keywords: Interpretation, Yusuf al-Qaradawi, Hadith]]>

<![CDATA[- This study aims to determine children's language and strengthen children's creativity in learning to socialize. The method that the author uses is a literature review method with a storytelling method approach using finger puppet media. The research question that will be answered is how to increase children's language creativity in the storytelling method through finger puppet media? Based on the results of the research that the authors have done, it can be concluded that the method of teaching children through finger puppet media can improve children's language skills creatively. So that children in the ability to read and process words to speak can be done easily.]]>

<![CDATA[In Indonesia vocational high school (SMK) becomes one of the education levels that need to be developed. State vocational high school 1 Blora is a formal education that has many major competencies, one of them is geomatics engineering. Geomatics engineering is a major that carries out a series of learning activities covering various engineering subjects. In this field, the Basic Drawing of Software becomes crucial since it supports related subjects. E-module becomes one of the important requirements in the competency approach. These research aims are 1) developing the Autocad e-module; 2) Analyzing the worthiness e-module in Autocad; 3) Analyzing the practicality of the Autocad e-module to improve students’ competency in Basic Drawing of Software for Geomatics students. The current research applied Research and Development (RD) while feasibility and practicality validation analysis used intra-class correlation coefficients in SPSS v.25. The result of the study showed that an e-module with a blog based on the basic drawing was exclaimed very worthy based on material expert judgment with a 85,45 score. It is in line with the media expert who got a 86,43 score. The simplicity of the e-module was examined by geomatics engineering teachers and it achieved a 88,08 score. It can be concluded that this research is very worthy, simple, and very effective to improve geomatics students’ skills in Basic Drawing of Software.]]>

<![CDATA[Bermain Konstruktif adalah cara bermain yang bersifat membangun, membina, memperbaiki, dimana anak-anak menggunakan bahan untuk membuat sesuatu yang bukan untuk bertujuan bermanfaat, melainkan ditujukan bagi kegembiraan yang diperolehnya dari membuatnya, yang mana dalam permainan ini menggunakan media balok untuk meningkatkan kognitif anak. Dimana di TK Muslimat Kedungwaru menerapkan bermain konstruktif yang masih belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model bermain kontruktif dengan media balok di TK Muslimat Kedungwaru Kecamatan Kunduran Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah field research atau penelitian lapangan. Disini peneliti mengambil lokasi di TK Muslimat Kedungwaru. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model bermain konstruktif dengan media balok di TK Muslimat Kedungwaru, anak diberikan kebebasan dalam mengekspoitasikan kemampuan dalam menyusun balok sesuai dengan kreatifitas dan imajinasi anak serta daya fikir secara kreatif dan inovatif untuk menyusun balok-balok warna tersebut sesuai dengan kemampuannya.]]>

<![CDATA[Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dimensi negara yang ideal dalam perspektif Alquran. Sebagaimana diakui bersama di kalangan muslimin, bahwa Alquran adalah sumber kehidupan. Solusi dari semua problem yang muncul dapat dicarikan jawabannya dari Alquran, baik aspek politik, ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan lain sebagainya. Tak terkecuali bidang pemerintahan yang di dalamnya terdapat topik negara ideal. Kajian seperti urgen untuk diangkat, mengingat bangsa Indonesia yang sudah merasakan kemerdekaan lebih dari satu abad dan telah berganti-ganti pemimpin, belum semuanya merasakan kenyamanan dalam berwarganegara. Untuk itu pertanyaan yang akan dicarikan jawabannya adalah bagaimana negara yang ideal menurut Alquran? Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa paling tidak ada empat tempat dalam Alquran yang membincang soal negara ideal, yakni surat Ibrahim ayat 35, surat surat al-Baqarah ayat 126, surat at-Tin ayat 3, dan surat Saba’ ayat 15.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the main milestones of the method used by Muhammad al-Ghazali to reveal the Qur'anic maqasid by answering a number of questions as follows: Does al-Ghazali have a special method in approaching the Qur'anic maqasid? If it turns out there really is a special method, what are the advantages and characteristics of the method? What are the main features? How far the method was successfully applied in several studies and studies of the Koran. This research aims to explore the main milestones of the method used by Muhammad al-Ghazali to reveal the Qur'anic maqasid by answering a number of questions as follows: Does al-Ghazali have a special method in approaching the Qur'anic maqasid? If it turns out there really is a special method, what are the advantages and characteristics of the method? What are the main features? How far the method has been successfully applied in several studies and studies of the Koran. The result s showed that al-Ghazali offered five methods to be able to reveal the qur’anic maqasid. First, deep reflection on the qur’anic texts and optimizing reason. Second, the use of two mechanisms at the same time, namely inductive thinking and analysis, and tracking various texts and signs that indicate the existence of maqasid. Third, a thorough reading of the revelation texts so that they are holostic, not literal and sectarian. <![CDATA[Islamic law is a dynamic system because it is facilitated by several flexible methodologies. At present, there are various types of problems in Muslim societies which are the results or implications of the development of science and technology, and also the results of changes that occur in the structure of society. To deal with this reality, an integrated contemporary approach must be applied in the process of Islamic law research. Therefore, this article will try to outline an integrated approach to unite and integrate theories in Islamic law with social research methods. Basically, there are several models that have been introduced by several scholars relating to this integrated approach. All models have their strengths and weaknesses in this integrated approach. This article attempts to analyze the integration of Islamic legal theories with the methods of gender analysis and their relationship to the methods of social criticism. This is related to the problems in fiqh related to polygamy which are always debated until now and also to analyze the application of practices in the social and contemporary conditions of our society.]]>

<![CDATA[Muslims tend to have an adequate understanding of Islam through the Qur’an and Hadith. However, over the years, hadith has been a source of controversy in Islamic law, with the significant problem associated with understanding and determining the beginning of the hijri month. The difference is due to the various perspectives in understanding the observed crescent. This paper aims at discussing the prominent scholar, Yusuf al-Qaradawi in understanding the hadith in question. It argues that the impact of Yusuf al-Qaradawi’s understanding on the ru’yat al-hilal hadith was to unify the performance of fasting and ‘id al-fitr in Europe based on priority, not to unite all Moslems in the world.]]>
