Abstract

LGBT is a sexual orientation that does not represent the tendency of the majority of people, but rather a phenomenon that appears outside the general pattern of sexual orientation. The phenomenon will be viewed from the perspective of the Qur'an, the holy book of Muslims. This research uses the method of tafsir maudhu'i al-Farmawi by looking at the interpretation of female scholars, Fātin al-Falakī "Tafsīr al-Quran li al-Shabāb" and Tafsīr Marāh al-Labīd by Nawawī al-Bantanī, a mufassir born in Tanara, Banten, who is well known among the Nusantara Pesantren. This research analyzes five verses related to GBT behavior, namely QS. al-Shu'arā': 165-166, al-Naml: 54-55, al-Ankabūt: 38-30, al-A'rāf: 80-81, and QS. al-Nisā': 119. As a result, both Mufasirs condemn LGBT behavior, which in the Quran is described by the terms Ata'tūna al-Dukrāna, Fākhishah, and Taghyīr Khalq Allah. However, both only discuss the gay, bisexual, and transgender (GBT) aspects without explicitly touching the lesbian aspect. Preventive measures to prevent GBT behavior can be done by avoiding promiscuity, keeping the eyes and honor by dressing modestly and in accordance with Sharia values, getting married, and social sanctions through social control from elements of society.

Abstract

Character formation is an urgent need in vocational schools because graduates are require-d to be not only technically skilled but also morally upright. This study aims to analyze the synergy between Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and vocational subject teachers in shaping students’ character, to identify the character values instilled, and to examine the strategies, supporting factors, and obstacles in its implementation. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The results show that teacher synergy was realized through praying before practice, pausing activities during the call to prayer, emphasizing honesty in workshop reports, and fostering discipline and responsibility in technical practice. The main character values developed include religiosity, discipline, honesty, responsibility, and diligence. Supporting factors consist of the school’s strong religious culture and its institutional vision, while obstacles include limited coordination time and differences in teaching styles. This study contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on cross-subject collaboration in character education at vocational schools, and practically by offering a model for teachers, schools, and policymakers to strengthen character education in vocational contextsABSTRAKPembentukan karakter merupakan kebutuhan mendesak di sekolah kejuruan karena lulusan dituntut tidak hanya terampil secara teknis, tetapi juga berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sinergi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan guru kejuruan dalam pembentukan karakter siswa, mengidentifikasi nilai karakter yang ditanamkan, serta menelaah strategi, faktor pendukung, dan hambatan pelaksanaannya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi guru terwujud melalui doa sebelum praktik, penghentian aktivitas saat adzan, penekanan kejujuran dalam laporan, serta pembiasaan disiplin dan tanggung jawab dalam praktik bengkel. Nilai karakter yang terbentuk meliputi religiusitas, disiplin, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kerja keras. Faktor pendukungnya adalah budaya religius sekolah dan visi kelembagaan, sedangkan hambatan utamanya berupa keterbatasan koordinasi dan perbedaan gaya mengajar. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memperkaya literatur pendidikan karakter berbasis kolaborasi lintas mata pelajaran di sekolah kejuruan, sekaligus kontribusi praktis sebagai model implementasi pendidikan karakter bagi guru, sekolah, dan pembuat kebijakan.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of mental-health development by Akidah Akhlak teachers, examines its challenges, and evaluates its effectiveness. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation with the principal, teachers, and 10 tenth-grade students, four key strategies emerged: integrating spiritual values into lessons, fostering religious routines such as congregational prayer, dhikr, and recitation of Asmaul Husna, modeling exemplary behavior, and providing Islamic counseling. Thematic analysis identified three main obstacles low student awareness, peer and social-media influences, and limited counseling facilities. These practices effectively enhanced students’ inner calm, self-control, discipline, and religiosity despite existing challenges. Recommendations include strengthening religious culture, providing dedicated counseling space, and improving mental-health literacy in the madrasah.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi pembinaan kesehatan mental oleh guru Akidah Akhlak serta menelaah tantangan dan efektivitasnya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala madrasah, guru, dan 10 siswa kelas X, ditemukan empat strategi utama: integrasi nilai spiritual dalam pembelajaran, pembiasaan religius seperti shalat berjamaah, dzikir, dan pembacaan Asmaul Husna, keteladanan guru, serta konseling Islami. Analisis tematik mengungkap tiga hambatan dominan, yaitu rendahnya kesadaran siswa, pengaruh teman sebaya dan media sosial, serta keterbatasan fasilitas konseling. Praktik tersebut terbukti meningkatkan ketenangan batin, kontrol diri, kedisiplinan, dan religiusitas siswa, menunjukkan efektivitas pembinaan meskipun menghadapi tantangan. Rekomendasi meliputi penguatan budaya religius, penyediaan ruang konseling khusus, dan peningkatan literasi kesehatan mental di madrasah.

Abstract

Proportionality plays a critical role in limiting the harms caused by armed conflict, particularly those affecting civilians and public infrastructure. However, the implementation of this principle can be challenging due to the uncertainties in customary international law status. This leads to differences in legal interpretation and the lack of transparency in military decision-making. This study investigates the principle of proportionality in armed conflict, focusing on its interpretation and application in international law and Islamic jurisprudence. The research examines the similarities and differences between Islamic jurisprudence and international humanitarian law on targeting, use of force, and treatment of non-combatants and detainees. The paper uses normative legal research methodology to explore the legal foundations and practical implications of proportionality in armed conflict, comparing legal frameworks like the Geneva Conventions, Additional Protocols, the Rome Statute, and Islamic legal literature. The study reveals commonalities and differences between International Humanitarian Law and Islamic law. The findings highlight the crucial role in reducing the impact of armed conflicts on civilians and infrastructure. The study advocates for ongoing dialogue and cooperation to improve global adherence to proportionality in armed conflicts. Abstrak Prinsip proporsionalitas berperan penting dalam membatasi dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh konflik bersenjata, khususnya terhadap warga sipil dan infrastruktur publik. Namun, penerapan prinsip ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan akibat ketidakpastian statusnya dalam hukum kebiasaan internasional. Hal ini menyebabkan perbedaan dalam interpretasi hukum serta kurangnya transparansi dalam pengambilan keputusan militer. Penelitian ini mengkaji prinsip proporsionalitas dalam konflik bersenjata, dengan fokus pada interpretasi dan penerapannya dalam hukum internasional dan yurisprudensi Islam. Selanjutnya, studi ini menganalisis persamaan dan perbedaan antara yurisprudensi Islam dan hukum humaniter internasional dalam hal penargetan, penggunaan kekuatan, serta perlakuan terhadap non-kombatan dan tahanan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, studi ini mengeksplorasi landasan hukum serta implikasi praktis dari prinsip proporsionalitas dalam konflik bersenjata, melalui perbandingan berbagai kerangka hukum seperti Konvensi Jenewa, Protokol Tambahan, Statuta Roma, dan literatur hukum Islam. Penelitian menunjukkan adanya titik temu dan perbedaan antara Hukum Humaniter Internasional dan hukum Islam. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya prinsip proporsionalitas dalam mengurangi dampak konflik bersenjata terhadap warga sipil dan infrastruktur. Studi ini mendorong adanya dialog dan kerja sama berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan global terhadap prinsip proporsionalitas dalam konflik bersenjata.

Abstract

This research describes Islamic leadership under Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq. The focus of this research is to show the successes achieved by Caliph Abu Bakar during the 2 years and 3 months he led. By using library research methods, namely researchers search for, study and understand literature related to Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq, the leadership of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq. Researchers looked for general data about Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq to find out his biography. Researchers studied in more detail and explored data on the leadership policies of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq and what were the contributions of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq in Islamic da'wah. So the author found that in a short time, he crushed the apostates who claimed to be false prophets and people who denied zakat and prayer.

Abstract

Abstract The main source for Muslims in understanding Islamic teachings is the Koran and Hadith. For Muslims, the Hadith second ranks after the Koran. Throughout Islamic history, hadith is a source of controversy in Islamic law. Among the problems that are still warm and almost always occur today is an understanding of the observations of the crescent related to the determination of the beginning of the Islamic month. Questioning about the differences in determining the beginning of the Hijri month is the result of different perspectives to understand the hadith about crescent observations. Therefore, the method of understanding the hadith about "crescent observation" is very urgent to be investigated more deeply. The conclusion of this literature-based research process can be seen that the impact of Yusuf al-Qaradawi's understanding of the Hilal rukyat traditions of Hilal is al-Qaradawi's hope to unite fasting and Eid al-Fitr in Europe based on priorities, not unifying all Muslims in the hemisphere of the earth. Keywords: Al-Qaradawi, Hadith, Observation. Abstrak Sumber utama bagi umat Islam dalam memahami ajaran Islam adalah Alquran dan Hadis. Bagi umat Islam, hadis menduduki peringkat kedua setelah Alquran. Sepanjang sejarah Islam, hadis merupakan sumber kontroversi dalam hukum Islam. di antara masalah yang masih hangat dan hampir sering terjadi saat ini adalah pemahaman tentang observasi bulan sabit terkait penentuan awal bulan Hijriah. Menyoal tentang perbedaan dalam menentukan awal bulan Hijriah adalah hasil dari perspektif yang berbeda untuk memahami hadis tentang pengamatan bulan sabit. Oleh karena itu, metode memahami hadis tentang "pengamatan bulan sabit" sangat mendesak untuk diteliti secara lebih mendalam. Kesimpulan akhir dari proses penelitian berbasis kepustakaan ini dapat dilihat bahwa dampak dari pemahaman Yusuf al-Qaradawi terhadap hadis-hadis rukyat hilal Hilal adalah harapan al-Qaradawi untuk menyatukan puasa dan idul fitri di Eropa atas dasar prioritas, bukan menyatukan semua Muslim di belahan muka bumi. Kata kunci : Al-Qaradawi, Hadis, Observasi.

Abstract

The cost of education in Indonesia is relatively high nationally, but the quality of education is still low. The use of education costs does not achieve its goals if its management is not in accordance with the rules. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of financing in improving quality at Klepu 03 Elementary School, Pringapus, Semarang Regency. The research method uses qualitative descriptive with a case study type. The research subjects include the principal, financial management team, teachers, and school committee. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and observation, and analyzed qualitatively including data collection, reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show: (1) Financing planning includes cost allocation for the development of educators, learning, facilities and infrastructure, culture, and school environment, as well as school management, with the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency. (2) Implementation of financing according to standards involves allocation for improving teacher competence, facilities, culture, environment, and teaching programs. (3) Financing evaluation is carried out through internal auditing by the principal and committee, and externally by government agencies such as the BPK and the Directorate General. These results indicate that financing management at SDN Klepu 03 supports systematic improvement of school quality according to applicable standards.

Abstract

Changing munkar (doing evil) is one of the crucial and important themes to be discussed, especially when it comes to the religion, it will be even more sensitive. The majority of the Muslim community understands that changing munkar by hand is an obligation for the ruler and every individual should not do it as long as there is a ruler. According to Jamal al-Banna, those understanding is to simplify the hadith. This study aims to examine the thoughts of Jamal al-Banna regarding his understanding of change munkar’s hadith. Then how does understanding the hadith change of munkar from Jamal al-Banna's perspective? How is it relevant to the modern era? Those are the research question that will be answered in this study. This research is a literature study with a literature review approach. The results of this study show that there are several points in the results of Jamal al-Banna's understanding of amar makruf nahi munkar. First, amar makruf nahi munkar is a means legalized by Islam to determine individual participation in the affairs of their society. Second, several verses and hadiths assume that the form of evil that must be changed and even mandatory is the injustice of the ruler. Third, Islam views that amar ma’ruf nahi munkar from one side is the right of every citizen, but from the other side it is an obligation for one. Fourth, Islam views that the means given legality for amar ma’ruf nahi munkar are verbal (with good wisdom and advice). However, Islam does not prohibit individuals from exercising their rights, by using their 'hands' when in an emergency and forced situation.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of media visual learning as an effort to improve the teaching ability of candidates Elementary School/Madrasah Ibtida'iah teacher. Because the media can encourage and Motivate students so that they can provide solutions to problems in learning. The direct learning approach is an approach that used in this study, where researchers can directly practice in delivering the material and learning objectives. This close has features structured so as to provide a teaching experience to explore the ability of prospective teaching students, in addition to the learning approach directly, researchers can find problems that may occur in class. The method used in this research is the microteaching method. This study is presented in a qualitative form from the results of observations and interview. From these approaches and methods applied to students Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Teacher Education Study Program at STAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora. It can be concluded that in order to improve students' teaching skills, prospective elementary school teachers using the microteaching method can provide a real picture as a reference to become a competent teacher candidate and professional.

Abstract

Kecerdasan naturalistik anak usia dini sangat penting untuk dirangsang, karena pada usia dini anak lebih cepat menerima rangsangan dan mengaplikasikan ilmu atau pengetahuan yang telah diperolehnya. Salah satu cara untuk merangsang adalah melalui metode outbound. Kecerdasan naturalistik anak kelas B RA Muslimat NU XVII Keser, Tunjungan, Blora belum tercapai dan berkembang. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peningkatan kecerdasan naturalistik anak melalui metode outbound. Jenis metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah kualitatif, yaitu dengan cara analisis data wawancara dan observasi mendalam di lapangan. Dari sumber data yang peneliti peroleh dari lapangan, peneliti mampu merumuskan research question tentang bagaimana penerapan peningkatan kecerdasan naturalistik melalui metode outbound di RA Muslimat NU XVII Keser, Kec. Tunjungan, Blora untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan naturalistik pada anak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kecerdasan naturalistik anak kelas B RA Muslimat NU XVII Keser, Tunjungan, Blora. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan kegiatan outbond mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan naturalistik anak. Abstract Naturalistic intelligence of early childhood is essential to be stimulated because, at an early age, children are faster to receive stimulation and apply the knowledge or knowledge they have acquired. One way to encourage is through the outbound method. The naturalistic intelligence of class B children RA Muslimat NU XVII Keser, Tunjungan, and Blora has not yet been developed. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the increase in children's naturalistic intelligence through the outbound method. The method used by the researcher is qualitative, namely by analyzing interview data and in-depth observations in the field. From the data sources that the researchers obtained from the area, the researchers were able to formulate a research question about how to apply the increase in naturalistic intelligence through the outbound method at RA Muslimat NU XVII Keser, Kec. Tunjungan, Blora to improve naturalistic intelligence in children. The results of this study indicate an increase in the naturalistic intelligence of class B children RA Muslimat NU XVII Keser, Tunjungan, and Blora. So it can be concluded that outbound activities can improve children's naturalistic intelligence.
