Abstract

This article aims to examine and describe the application of regional autonomy and decentralization in the governance process in the application of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. This article was written using a normative legal research method with an emphasis on literature studies related to the decentralization system and regional autonomy. The process of decentralization and regional autonomy is very important to the regional development process in the era of autonomy. What is the role of the central and regional governments in making rules that can accommodate the interests of the community. For this reason, this autonomy is not just the scattering of government administration to achieve government efficiency and effectiveness, but autonomy is interpreted as a constitutional order (staatsrechttelijk), and not just a state administration order (administratiefrechttelijk). Decentralization and regional autonomy regarding the direction of regional general policies basically contain the targets and focus of development policies that will be pursued by regional governments in order to realize regional development agendas and priorities that have been determined based on the vision and mission of the head of the region concerned. This policy direction then needs to be in line with development goals. Therefore, there is a need for synergy between the central and regional governments as a constitutional order which is one unit

Abstract

Analisis penelitian menggunakan SPSS, sebelum dilakukan analisis data terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas terhadap instumen penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) dimensi bukti fisisk memiliki nilai sebesar 75% , kehandalan memiliki nilaisebesar 78%, daya tanggap memiliki nilai sebesar 81%, jaminan memiliki niai sebesar 76%, dan empati memperoleh nilai sebesar 74%. Sedangan standar dari nilai CSI dapat dikatakan puas apabila memiliki nilai sebesar 61-80%= puas. Maka konsumen Wildayanti Makeup dinyatakan puas terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, (2) tingkat kesesuaian antara nilai tingkat kinerja dengan nilai tingkat kepentingan didapat nilai tingkat kesesuaian total dari seluruh dimensi yaitu sebesar 89% yang artinya nilai kesesuaian masih cukup kurang untuk mencapai 100%, (3) Berdasarkan hasil Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), didapat bahwa seluruh dimensi SERVQUAL perlu dilakukan prioritas perbaikan karna setelah dilakukan analisis importance performance semua dimensi masuk pada kelompok kuadran I yang artinya masih perlu perbaikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and clarify the picture of the implementation of Kaizen culture, and employee performance in PT. Indospring, Tbk effect of applying Kaizen Culture the performance of employees at PT. Indospring, Tbk: this type of research used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach variables in this research is the application of Culture Kaizen as an independent variable, and the employee’s performance as the dependent variable this study uses data printer is the form of the answers to the questionnaire and secondary data Through documents. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result of descriptive analysis shows that there is significant influence between Kaizen Culture implementation variables. Abstract

one of the morals of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, was Zuhud. this trait teaches that the world does not become the final destination of life, but rather as a means to worship and reach the passion of God Almighty. But unlike the case with modern life today, for him wealth and power as the main purpose of life, so that there is a drought of spiritual values in life. The purpose of this study is to uncover how important zuhud is in the modern life of Abu Al-Qasim Al-Qusyairi's perspective, this research uses descriptive, historical, verstehen, comparative and deduction methods. This research produces findings, that epistemologically, the concept of zuhud Abu Al-Qasim Al-Qusyairi rests on zuhud as morality and zuhud as maqâmat. A zahid must first take the maqam al-taubah, al-mujâhadah, al-khalwah wa al-‘uzlah, al-taqwâ, al-wara ’, then only al-zuhd. furthermore the concept of zuhud is very significant to be practiced in the life of modern society, because zuhud teaches humans not to be enslaved to the world, and advocates to put wealth in the hand only, but the heart is only adhered to Allah SWT, so that there will emerge the nature of social care, and create calm and happiness born and mind.

Abstract

Penemuan dan perkembangan teknologi telah membuat manusia lebih mampu dalam mengolah alam untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Akan tetapi jika tidak bijak dalam pemanfaatannya maka teknologi  justru akan mengancam eksistensi manusia itu sendiri, seperti terjadinya berbagai bencana alam karena ekploitasi dan pengolahan yang tidak bijak. Fritjof Capra membawa nafas segar di dunia ekologi dengan melahirkan prinsip ekologis yang dapat membawa perubahan menuju masyarakat berkemajuan. Artikel ini akan menyajikan prinsip ekologi dalam mewujudkan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan yang gagas oleh Capra. Penelitian ini bersifat diskriptif  dan konten analisis. Capra menawaran beberapa poin sebagai prinsip yang harus di implementasikan dalam berinteraksi dengan alam,  Antara lain, Networks (jejaring), Cycles (siklus), solar energy (energi surya), partnership (kemitraan), diversity (keanekaragaman), dan dynamic balance (keseimbangan dinamis). Dengan demikian Capra menghendaki agar kita membangun aktifitas manusia yang juga memikirkan kelangsungan hidup di masa yang akan datang dengan cara mendasarkan setiap pembangunan yang dilakukan manusia dengan prinsip ekologis.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide students with an understanding of the importance of renewable energy usage and to raise awareness about sustainability. It took place at the Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School located in Geundring Village, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency. The methodology employed included socialization, discussions, and practical training on solar panel installation. Participants comprised a team from the Faculty of Engineering at Abulyatama University and students from Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School.The outcomes of this initiative include the successful dissemination of information regarding the benefits of solar panels as an alternative energy source, as well as the installation of one solar-powered lamp that can provide lighting at night and enhance the quality of the boarding school’s facilities. The students gained a better understanding of renewable energy through socialization and discussions. They learned about the benefits and operation of solar panels and the significance of environmental sustainability. This activity contributed to raising the students' awareness of the need to transition to more environmentally friendly energy sources, thereby potentially stimulating further renewable energy initiatives.

Abstract

Madura is the largest producer of Piper retrofractum Vahl in Indonesia. However, this commodity has not developed well, so it is necessary to develop Piper retrofractum Vahl candy products and conduct a feasibility study on establishing an agro-industrial factory in Madura. This research aims to develop Piper retrofractum Vahl candy product and feasibility study. The development of the Piper retrofractum Vahl candy product uses the Value Engineering method to produce the best alternative. The best product alternative will be an industrial feasibility analysis that includes analysis of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Benefit/Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), and Break Even Point (BEP). The results of this study indicate that there are five attributes in the development of Piper retrofractum vahl candy, namely taste (5), shape (4.3), color (4.3), texture (3.6), and packaging shape (4.3). After conducting an analysis of alternative selection, the best alternative was selected, namely chocolate flavor with a performance value of 3.44, animal shape with a performance value of 5.62, red color with a performance value of 4.9, hard texture (hard candy) with a performance value of 8.04 and transparent packaging shape with a performance value of 8.34. The overall performance value of the best alternative design is 30.34. The results of the financial analysis of the Piper retrofractum Vahl candy product are said to be feasible because its value is above the standard. Thus, the project is economically feasible and can increase the sustainability of Madura local wisdom.

Abstract

The background to this community service activity is that reporting learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Karawang still faces obstacles due to the manual input process of grades, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. This condition hinders the effectiveness of academic administration and the achievement of digital-based education services. This Community Service Activity aims to improve teachers' abilities in implementing the e-Raport system as a means of reporting grades that is more efficient, accurate, and integrated. The implementation method of the community service is in 3 (three) stages: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The implementation of the activity was carried out through counseling, training, and direct mentoring methods for 34 teachers and educational staff. During the training, participants were guided from the installation stage, inputting grades, data management, to printing digital report cards. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teacher understanding and skills, as demonstrated by the participants' ability to prepare report cards independently after the training. In addition to producing changes in the technical aspects of reporting, this activity also had an impact on increasing teacher confidence in utilizing information technology as part of teacher professionalism. The implementation of e-Raport has been proven to accelerate school administration processes while supporting digital transformation in the educational environment.ABSTRAKLatar belakang kegiatan pengabdian ini bahwa pelaporan hasil belajar di SMA Negeri 2 Karawang masih menghadapi kendala akibat proses input nilai yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu lama dan rentan kesalahan. Kondisi ini menghambat efektivitas administrasi akademik serta ketercapaian layanan pendidikan berbasis digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengimplementasikan sistem e-Raport sebagai sarana pelaporan nilai yang lebih efisien, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yakni dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui metode penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan langsung kepada 34 guru dan tenaga pendidik. Selama pelatihan, peserta dibimbing mulai dari tahapan instalasi, input nilai, pengelolaan data, hingga percetakan raport digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan guru, yang ditunjukkan dari kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun rapor secara mandiri setelah pelatihan. Selain menghasilkan perubahan pada aspek teknis pelaporan, kegiatan ini juga berdampak pada meningkatnya kepercayaan diri guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sebagai bagian dari profesionalisme pendidik. Implementasi e-Raport terbukti mampu mempercepat proses administrasi sekolah sekaligus mendukung transformasi digital di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Pembakaran biomassa dalam rangka memproduksi energi termal untuk menghasilkan utilitas lain dapat dilakukan dengan mengkonversi energi tersebut ke bentuk energi lain. Boiler dengan unggun terfluidisasi dipilih sebagai teknologi konversi energi termal menjadi energi listrik, karena kukus yang diproduksi dapat digunakan untuk menggerakkan turbin yang dikopling dengan generator listrik. Unit dimana proses pembakaran berlangsung, yaitu ruang bakar dan freeboard dipilih sebagai target pengamatan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja boiler tersebut. Hasil pengamatan terhadap pembakaran tiga jenis biomassa, serpihan kayu ketam, kulit pinang dan ranting kayu kering, memperlihatkan bahwa masing-masing jenis biomassa memiliki karakteristik pembakaran tersendiri. Temperatur pembakaran maksimum untuk serpihan kayu ketam dan ranting kayu kering didapatkan pada waktu pembakaran 30 detik, sementara untuk kulit pinang pada 20 detik. Hasil yang sangat menarik adalah ditemukan bahwa temperatur maksimum dapat ditingkatkan dengan mengubah sistem pengumpan bahan bakar. Sistem pengumpan antara memberikan temperatur maksimum yang lebih tinggi dibanding dengan sistem pengumpan biasa.
