Abstract

Islam and Malays in Malaysia are inseparable, having undergone a lengthy process of integration and leaving enduring legacies for Malaysia, the archipelago, and beyond. They collectively define the nation's identity, endorsed by the government. As a multicultural country, Malaysia affirms its adherence to Islam and the Malay heritage, with Malays playing a crucial role in maintaining political stability and preventing racial conflicts. Central to this harmony is the steadfast preservation of Malay culture by its people. Malay Islamic culture is preserved not only in the social life of society but also at the stage of constitutionally applicable legislation. The existing culture assimilates previous religions that have stopped and developed in Malay. Amid the onslaught of globalization which is being followed by all countries including Malaysia, Malay Muslim culture remains the characteristic of the Malaysian Malay nation. Malaysia as a democratic country has an ideology to be the basis for determining the direction of development steps. This paper is focused on finding compatibility between Malay Islamic culture preserved from generation to generation with the values of national identity contained in Malaysian legislation and the basic ideology of the state known as "Rukun Negara". Abstract

Bengkel sepeda motor umumnya melibatkan sejumlah pekerjaan layanan yang mencakup melepas dan memasang penutup bodi mesin, penggantian oli, pembersihan saluran udara, pengecekan karburator, rantai, ban, rem, dan lampu. Untuk mendukung proses perbaikan, alat bantu seperti bike lift sangat diperlukan. Bike lift, yang merupakan alat pengangkat kendaraan, dapat beroperasi melalui sistem mekanik, hidrolik, atau pneumatik. Selain untuk perbaikan, bike lift juga sering digunakan sebagai alat pembantu dalam kegiatan praktikum sepeda motor. Dalam menghadapi tuntutan waktu dan kualitas, peningkatan alat pendukung dan keterampilan karyawan perlu dilakukan melalui kegiatan training, seperti training assembling untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dalam perakitan sepeda motor. Kurangnya alat pendukung dapat menghambat proses perbaikan sehingga membutuhkan bantuan teknisi tambahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat pengangkat yang dapat mempercepat proses pembongkaran dan perakitan sepeda motor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan pengujian langsung pada sepeda motor menggunakan alat yang dibuat. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dan studi pustaka. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan variasi dalam berat, durasi waktu naik, tinggi dongkrak hidrolik, dan tinggi bike lift pada pengujian dengan berbagai merk dan tipe sepeda motor. Dalam memperbaiki kendaraan, penggunaan alat pengangkat seperti bike lift dapat mempercepat proses dan meningkatkan efisiensi pekerjaan mekanik, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada kualitas layanan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Sware of their potential, then the potential or assets need to be developed. This assistance is carried out in an effort to make the potential of the guardians of PP Hidayatul Mubtadi'in students more optimal. This assistance is manifested in the form of empowerment, the target of this empowerment is the guardians of students and caregivers, so that their potential can have a positive impact on the guardians of students and Islamic boarding schools in the economic sphere to become more established and prosperous. Empowerment is carried out using the ABCD (Asset base community development) method using several stages, including: Inculturation; Discovery; Dreams; Design; Define; and Destiny. The steps taken in empowering santri guardians in improving the economy, namely: brownies making training activities. This empowerment is implemented in activity 1, activity 2, and activity 3. With this training program, guardians of students and caregivers will be motivated to be more innovative in taking advantage of opportunities and assets they have and be encouraged to develop creative assets within themselves so that the economy of families and Islamic boarding schools is further improved. for a more prosperous future

Abstract

This activity started from the need for the PKK women's group, Petiyin hamlet, Takerharjo village, Solokuro sub-district, Lamongan district to develop catering activities into a business unit, the problem is that so far the PKK women's group has not carried out marketing activities in introducing their products, especially digital marketing activities. amidst today's technological sophistication, PKK women must be able to market their products online using digital marketing. One of the applications used is WhatsApp Business. Through socialization and training on digital marketing strategies by utilizing social media, it is hoped that the PKK women's group will be able to provide knowledge about how to expand consumer networks in marketing their products so that they can increase their competitive advantage. To achieve this, the Insud KKN Team provided outreach and training to PKK women to plan and create a business, create promotions, use the WhatsApp business application and provide assistance to complete the equipment needed for cooking activities.

Abstract

This study examines the growing popularity of Mie Gacoan in Pasuruan. In the highly competitive culinary industry, strong brand awareness and a positive brand image are critical in capturing consumer attention. The research aims to investigate how these two factors influence consumer purchasing decisions in the region, offering strategic insights for brand development in a dynamic culinary market. The study employs a sample of 100 respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis as well as simultaneous and partial tests conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results reveal that both brand awareness and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously, with an F-value of 342.244 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings indicate that consumers with high brand awareness are more likely to choose Mie Gacoan over competing brands, while a positive brand image contributes to repeat purchasing decisions. This study recommends enhancing brand awareness through creative marketing campaigns and strengthening brand image through product innovation to sustain competitiveness in the culinary market

Abstract

The school is a vehicle or space for the transformation of knowledge by and between school personnel, namely the principal, teachers and students as subjects and objects in the learning process as well as other educational staff who support the smooth running of managerial activities in the school. For the success of learning activities, the competence of the principal as a supervisor in the school is required to provide guidance and direction to teachers through academic supervision activities which are carried out in stages and continuously in accordance with the obstacles experienced by teachers during the learning process. This research aims to explore the implementation of academic supervision. The subjects of this research were teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif 7 Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research results showed that at this stage activities were carried out, including preparing an academic supervision program plan, preparing academic supervision instruments and socializing the academic supervision program; The stages of implementing activities carried out in academic supervision are pre-observation, observation and post-observation; In the follow-up stage, the activities carried out by the school principal are evaluation and follow-up.

Abstract

Wrong understanding of jihad and mis-implementation in a non-war atmosphere (daar as salam), has given rise to radical attitudes that lead to violent acts of terrorism. Studies in this field are generally from the point of view of positive law and human rights as part of counter-radical thinking. This paper explains the background of thoughts that give rise to radical attitudes, and shows approaches to criminal law and Islamic law in the context of counter-radicalism. The legal instruments discussed are Law No. 15 of 2003 and Law No. 5 of 2018. The discussion of Islamic law takes the perspective of fiqh jinayat which is related to rebellion against the state and murder, the conditions for imposing rebellion and murder, and punishment for the perpetrators. Through this explanation, it is hoped that it can correct the meaning of the arguments for jihad which are the roots of radical attitudes.

Abstract

Islam is present and believed by its adherents as a teaching that regulates all forms of human activity universally and comprehensively, between humans as creatures with Allah as their Creator and between humans as fellow creatures of His creation. So as a logical consequence of this, the fiqh used as a guideline or foundation is divided into two, namely fiqh of worship and fiqh of mu'amalah. One form of activity in daily life related to fiqh mu'amalah is ijarah (rent) and Ju'alah (reward). So the purpose of this study will examine in more depth the ijarah and ju'alah contracts in Islamic economics with the fiqh muamalah approach. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference for readers to better understand the ijarah and ju'alah contracts in the future.

Abstract

The existence of institutions from time to time is increasingly eroded by waves of 'levelling' in the name of accreditation. As an effort to defend his vision against the eroding of civilization, the author took the initiative to hold character education seminars at the Al-Ma'arif Foundation, Dusun Cumpleng, Brengkok Village, Brondong District. The goal to be achieved is the formation of students who have intact and balanced character between mind and heart, are intelligent, have good ethics, are physically and spiritually intelligent, have skills and morals, as well as cognitive, affective and psychomotor. In this service prepare the process a character education process and management that reflects management steps, implementation strategies, educational and educational HR readiness, indicators of program success, comprehensive program design containing content and contextual analysis of the educational process, program evaluation and monitoring techniques and policy formulation. . This assistance uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which is a research methodology that invites individuals and communities to actively participate by following activities in the same construction or facility with the knowledge they have. In its implementation there are several stages, namely analyzing the problem, compiling program planning, program implementation and program evaluation. Character education can be done early on in any institution or foundation. Character education is carried out and applied to Senior High School and Junior High School Al-Ma'arif students in Cumpleng Hamlet, Brengkok Village, Brondong District.
