Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to determine the effect of leverage and firm size on the extent of voluntary disclosure both simultaneously and partially in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2013 until 2015. The population oh this research is 18 manufacturing and textile companies. Company with a 3 year observation year in which the data is examined by census. This study uses secondary data sourced from financial statement. The data analysis tecnique used is multiple linier regression assisted by the statistical package social sciences program. The results showed that leverage and firm size had a simultaneous effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure, while partially leverage had a positive effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure and firm size had a negative effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure.Key Words: Leverage, Firm Size and Voluntary Disclosure.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the Non Performing Loan (NPL) to Return on Assets (ROA). Sample in this study are 22 National Private Banks (BUSN) Foreign exchange listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange which the research period 2009-2013. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%. The result showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the Non Performing Loan (NPL) simultaneously affect the Return on Assets (ROA). It is based on the results of the analysis, which shows the calculation result Fcount > Ftable (11.093> 3.08). Furthermore, the partial results of the study show the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) effect on Return on Assets (ROA). This is evidenced by the t test where the variable tcalculation 4.086 to 1.659 ttabel value. This shows that tcount > ttable. As for the Non Performing Loan (NPL) shows that Non Performing Loan (NPL) have an influence on the Return on Assets (ROA). This is evidenced by the t test where t count variable with the value ttabel -1.659 and tcount-2.402. This shows that -tcount < -ttable. Predictive ability of both variables on Return on Assets (ROA) in this study only 17.2%, while the remaining 82.8% is affected by other factors not included in the model study. Abstract

Abstrack: this study aims to look at the effect of firm size and leverage on financial performance both simultaneously and partially in the food and beverage sub- sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 – 2017. The population of this study is all food and beverage sub – sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2013 – 2017 where the data is examined by census. This study uses secondary data sourced from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the statistical package for social science (SPSS). The results of the study show that firm size and leverage simultaneously influence the company’s financial performance. Firm size partially has a positive effect on the company’s financial performance while leverage has a negative effect on financial performance.Key Words: Firm Size, Leverage, Company’s Financial Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the effect of the CAMEL(Capital, Asset, Manajemen, Earning, Liquidity) Ratio and Economic Value Added (EVA) to stock return. Population of this research are National Private Banks (BUSN) that listed on the Stock Exchange of Indonesia from 2009–2013 that is numbered 19 banks. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis, simultan test and parsial test with significance level of 0.05%. The result showed that the CAMEL Ratio and Economic Value Added (EVA) simultaneously affect to stock return. Predictive ability of both variables on stock return in this study only 31,3 %, while the remaining 68,7 % is affected by other factors not included in the model reseach. Furthermore, the partial results of the study show the CAR, ROE, LDR, EVA have signifikan effect to stock return . NPL and BOPO have effect but not signifikan to stock return. And ROA have negatif effect and not signifikan to stock return.Keywords:CAMEL Ratio, Economic Value Added (EVA), Return Saham

Abstract

Abstract: The background of the problems in this study is the lack of student motivation. This study aims to determine the application of cooperative learning techniques clatter of studs in improving students' motivation on the subjects of economy class VIII MTs Al-Manar Pujud Rokan HilirThis research is a classroom action research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The subjects in this study the number of eighth grade students with 26 students. To be successful classroom action research. The researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. The instrument pengumupulan observation sheet data that teacher and student activity observation sheet motivation to learn. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the adoption of cooperative learning techniques clatter of studs can increase students' motivation on the subjects of economy based on indicators of student motivation. The average percentage of student motivation at the first meeting reached 55.77% with unfavorable category, and then increased in the second meeting of the first cycle with an average score of 67.31% with enough category. While on the second cycle, the students' motivation has increased to 74.36% with enough categories and the second meeting reached 83.33% in both categories.Key Words: The implementation of cooperative learning model clattering studs tecniques to improve students’ motivation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Determination of cost of goods manufactured is very important in an effort to determine the selling price and profit generated. The purpose of this study is to analyze the calculation of cost of production and differences in calculations made by companies with calculations using the full costing method.This research was conducted on Sumber Gizi Nabati Enterprise. Data obtained through site, surveys and direct interviews with the company concerned with issues discussed and documents as supporting evidence. In addition the authors also collected the necessary data through literature study through the literature in accordance with this study.The result of the research shows that the calculation of cost of production at Sumber Gizi Nabati Enterprise with the calculation of cost of production using Full Costing method shows the difference of results. The difference lies in the factory overhead cost of the Full Costing method which includes the cost of depreciation of machinery and vehicles as well as the cost of maintaining machines and vehicles. This causes the cost of production using the method of Full Costing becomes higher.Key Words: Cost of Production, Full Costing.

Abstract

Abstrack: This Study aims to determine the influence of profitability and debt policy on dividend policy both of simultaneously and partialy at manufacturing companies of food and baverages sub sector which is listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 until 2017. The population of this study is all of the companies of food and baverages sector which is listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 until 2017 which data was examined by census. This study used secondary data sourced from company’s annual report. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the help of the program called SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The result of this study showed that profitability and debt policy simultaneously had an influence on dividend policy. Profitability partially had a positive influence on dividend policy. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of managerial ownership, institution ownership, Leverage on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This research was conducted in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 until 2014 with 21 sample obtained using questionare method. The analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the managerial ownership, institusional ownwrship, leverage simultaneously affected the disclosure of CSR at 0.154. Furthermore, the results of research partially showing the managerial ownership and leverage had no significant influence on CSR, and the institution ownership had significant influence on CSR.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Managerial Ownership, Institution Ownership, Leverage

Abstract

Abstract: Research on profit-sharing financing and profitability levels has been largely undertaken by previous researchers, but the results have not been consistent, ie some have influence and some have no influence. Thus, the researcher is interested to re-examine the profit-sharing financing and profitability level. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profit sharing financing to the level of profitability. The population of this study is the Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia which has the required data for the period 2011-2015 with a period of observation of 60 periods. The type of data from this study is secondary data sourced from the website of Bank Indonesia (www.bi.go.id). Data analysis using simple regression. The results showed that financing for the results have a positive effect on the level of profitability.Keywords: Profit Sharing Financing, Level Of Profitability

Abstract

Abstrack: This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve learning outcomes by implementing IPS cooperative learning model Example non example. The subjects were students of class VI SDN 028 Sintong in the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016, which amounted to 20 people with a level of academic ability heterogeneous. This study was conducted by two cycles and at the end of each cycle conducted daily tests. Data collected through observation and tests in the form of sheets daily tests. Results of research on the observation sheet shows the activity of teachers and students have done well after doing the action. Most students seemed excited and actively participate in the learning process is carried out, as in doing step by step learning, presenting worksheets or questions and respond to his presentation. Students are also trying to solve problems that teachers provide well. The action is said to be successful if the number of students who reach KKM increase in daily tests daily tests I and II. The number of students who reach KKM on a base score, daily test I (first cycle), daily test II (second cycle) respectively was 65.35%, 68.75% and 83.75%. Improving student learning outcomes from a base score to the first cycle increased by 34%, while the second cycle increased by 10%. The results of this study indicate that cooperative learning Example non example can improve student learning outcomes in social studies class VI SDN 028 Sintong in the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016.Keywords: Learning Outcomes IPS , Non Cooperative Learning Example Example , Classroom Action Research
