Abstract

In general, this study aims to obtained objective information about the highschool student learning outcomes through learning by discovery-inquiry strategyand expository. The results showed that, the value of the subject matter ofatmospheric post-test experimental group 1 with data analysis using statisticaltest is obtained tcount value (8,186) with a significance level of 5% was obtainedttable (1.70). Value of the subject matter atmospheric post test experimentalgroup 2 with data analysis using statistical test is obtained tcount value (7.981)with a significance level of 5% was obtained ttable (1.70). Because tcount ttablethen stated that there are differences in learning outcomes between discoveryinquirystrategy which helped with laboratory tools with expository learning, andstated that student learning outcomes in experimental group was better (withclass mean value of 77.49) than the student learning outcomes in control group(with class mean value of 69.03).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi standar proses kurikulum merdeka pada pembelajaran IPS dilaksanakan, selain itu juga untuk mengetahui hambatan apa yang dialami oleh guru IPS dalam implementasi standar proses kurikulum merdeka beserta solusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian meliputi guru mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII di SMP Negeri 22 Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data berupa metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data lalu penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya implementasi standar proses kurikulum merdeka di SMP Negeri 22 Semarang sudah berjalan sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ada, hanya saja dalam prosesnya muncul berbagai hambatan seperti, belum beradaptasinya guru dalam pelaksanaan standar proses kurikulum merdeka, kurangnya pemahaman dan kesiapan guru, kurangnya sumber daya, serta evaluasi dan penilaian.  The aim of this research is to find out how the implementation of the independent curriculum process standards in social studies learning is carried out, apart from that, it is also to find out what obstacles are experienced by social studies teachers in implementing the independent curriculum process standards and their solutions. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research objects included class VII social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 22 Semarang. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data presentation, data reduction and then drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of the independent curriculum process standards at SMP Negeri 22 Semarang has been running in accordance with existing policies, however, in the process various obstacles have arisen such as teachers not yet adapting to implementing the independent curriculum process standards, lack of understanding and readiness of teachers, lack of resources. , as well as evaluation and assessment.

Abstract

This study explores how ethnic identities of Acehnese and Chinese communities are constructed through digital discourse, focusing on narratives of prejudice and integration as expressed on Facebook. Using Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) as the main framework, complemented by Van Dijk’s socio-cognitive approach and Foucault’s discourse-power relationship, this study examines how language, ideology, and social memory shape interethnic representations. Data were collected from public Facebook posts between January and September 2024 using keywords such as “Aceh and Chinese” and “Chinese and Aceh,” and supported by interviews with selected users. The findings reveal a pattern of dualistic representation: historical tensions and symbolic prejudices persist, while efforts towards coexistence and shared identity also emerge. The dominant narratives often come from the Acehnese community, with the Chinese group showing a more cautious approach in digital expression. Labeling, metaphor, polarization, and references to historical trauma and moments of integration are key linguistic strategies identified in the discourse. Social media platforms like Facebook play a paradoxical role—both reinforcing ethnic bias through algorithmic echo chambers and enabling counter-narratives that foster intercultural understanding. Identity construction is shaped by both internal factors (such as education and ideology) and external factors (such as collective memory, interethnic experiences, and digital infrastructure). This study highlights the importance of critical media literacy in multicultural societies, especially in post-conflict areas like Aceh. It suggests the use of inclusive digital spaces and educational interventions that promote reflective historical awareness, reduce prejudice, and support cultural integration in online and offline environments.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan banyak sekali pengaruh dalam kehidupan manusia, dengan memberikan berbagai kemudahan dalam mengakses segala informasi dan komunikasi secara digital, terlebih di masa pandemi Covid-19. Teknologi digitalisasi di era masa kini memberikan pengaruh dalam berbagai aspek, salah satunya dalam aspek pendidikan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis digital ditengah pandemi saat ini. Tentunya hal ini berdampak positif bagi anak sebagai peserta didik. Akan tetapi, teknologi juga memberikan dampak negatif bagi anak, yaitu menurunnya nilai dan karakter. Untuk itu, perlu adanya literasi digital agar anak tidak terbawa oleh arus teknologi dan bisa memanfaatkannya dengan sebaik-baiknya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui literasi digital sebagai upaya untuk mengkonservasi nilai dan karakter kepada anak agar tidak terjadi disintegrasi nilai dan karakter di tengah pandemi Covid-19.Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Nilai dan Karakter, Teknologi Digitalisasi

Abstract

This article examines efforts to enhance the capacity of junior high school social studies (IPS) teachers in Semarang City to integrate disaster awareness education into classroom instruction. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, conducted through a series of activities including training sessions, mentoring, and evaluations involving participating teachers. Data was collected through direct observation during training and mentoring, documentation of the teachers' lesson plan results, and in-depth interviews. Analysis was conducted using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of disaster concepts, risk mitigation, and the implementation of pedagogical strategies grounded in local wisdom. The program also successfully produced thematic learning modules that are practical and applicable for disaster-oriented social studies education. Overall, this article contributes to the advancement of disaster education integration within the junior secondary school curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the integration of the Adiwiyata Program in the formation of an environmentally caring character as a disaster mitigation effort based on educational units. The research was conducted with a participatory approach at SMP Negeri 4 and SMP Negeri 29 Semarang through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results indicate an increase in student awareness and involvement in sustainable environmental management, active participation in green school programs, and a real role in building a culture of disaster preparedness. Character strengthening is carried out through habituation, exemplification, and integration of environmental materials into the curriculum. This strategy has proven effective in enhancing students' adaptability to disaster threats related to environmental damage, such as floods and landslides. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between character education and the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program to shape a school ecosystem

Abstract

Disaster mitigation is a critical component in the field of education, particularly for Social Studies (IPS) teachers who play a strategic role in fostering students’ awareness of disaster risks. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of Social Studies teachers in Semarang City to deliver disaster preparedness material through educational comics supported by deep learning technology. The program’s approach involves intensive training on the development of digital educational comics utilizing artificial intelligence to produce adaptive and interactive narratives. Teachers are guided to comprehend the fundamental principles of disaster mitigation, integrate deep learning into visual material development, and refine their pedagogical delivery techniques. This approach is expected to generate an interactive comic-based learning method that improves teachers’ understanding and engagement in disaster education. Furthermore, the application of deep learning allows for greater personalization of content tailored to the specific learning context. Therefore, this program holds potential as an innovative, technology-oriented model for sustainable disaster mitigation education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi lanskap manajemen risiko digital dan strategi keamanan siber yang terus berkembang dalam konteks Industri 4.0. Seiring dengan organisasi yang semakin mengadopsi transformasi digital, mereka menghadapi tantangan keamanan siber yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya dan membutuhkan kerangka manajemen risiko yang kuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif melalui penelitian kepustakaan untuk menganalisis ancaman keamanan siber saat ini, mengevaluasi pendekatan manajemen risiko yang ada, dan mengidentifikasi strategi mitigasi yang efektif yang sesuai untuk era Industri 4.0. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa manajemen risiko digital yang berhasil membutuhkan pendekatan terintegrasi yang menggabungkan solusi teknologi, kebijakan organisasi, pertimbangan faktor manusia, dan kerangka tata kelola adaptif. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi lima dimensi strategi utama: intelijen ancaman proaktif, prinsip keamanan berdasarkan desain, infrastruktur yang berfokus pada ketahanan, budaya keamanan berpusat pada manusia, dan mekanisme tata kelola kolaboratif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baik terhadap pemahaman teoretis maupun implementasi praktis manajemen risiko keamanan siber dalam lingkungan digital yang berkembang pesat, menyediakan organisasi dengan kerangka kerja komprehensif untuk menavigasi lanskap ancaman yang kompleks dari Industri 4.0.

Abstract

This research examines the complexity of anti-Dutch memory in Indonesia by focusing on the idea that colonization is opposed to freedom. This research was carried out using qualitative methods. Data was collected using interview techniques, observation, and document study. The collected data was analyzed using a thematic analysis approach. An in-depth analytical exploration reveals how Dutch colonialism practices limited freedom. The concept of freedom in the context of colonialism includes restrictions on human rights, detrimental economic systems, and oppression of local culture. Anti-Dutch memory records persistent resistance through rebellion and war as a manifestation of freedom. The idea of independence was reflected in the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence in 1945, and liberator figures such as Soekarno became symbols of the struggle against colonialism. Anti-Dutch memory plays a central role in forming Indonesian national identity, constructing collective memory as a cultural heritage passed down through generations. This analysis enriches historical and social understanding, shows the complexity of teaching history, and emphasizes the importance of a contextual approach. This analytical exploration guides reflection on general statements and provides a basis for a deeper understanding of how essential freedom was in the struggle against colonialism. This article contributes to the Indonesian history education research literature. It opens space for further discussion about the impact of anti-Dutch memory on national identity and actual freedom in Indonesia.Penelitian ini mengkaji kompleksitas memori anti-Belanda di Indonesia dengan berfokus pada gagasan bahwa penjajahan bertentangan dengan kebebasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik. Eksplorasi analitis mendalam mengungkap bagaimana kolonialisme Belanda mempraktikkan kebebasan yang terbatas. Konsep kebebasan dalam konteks kolonialisme mencakup pembatasan hak asasi manusia, merugikan sistem ekonomi, dan penindasan terhadap budaya lokal. Memori anti-Belanda mencatat perlawanan yang gigih melalui pemberontakan dan perang sebagai wujud kebebasan. Ide kemerdekaan tercermin dalam Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Indonesia tahun 1945, dan tokoh pembebas seperti Soekarno menjadi simbol perjuangan melawan kolonialisme. Memori anti-Belanda berperan sentral dalam pembentukan jati diri bangsa Indonesia, mengkonstruksi memori kolektif sebagai warisan budaya yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun. Analisis ini memperkaya pemahaman sejarah dan sosial, menunjukkan kompleksitas pengajaran sejarah, dan menekankan pentingnya pendekatan kontekstual. Eksplorasi analitis ini memandu refleksi atas pernyataan-pernyataan umum dan memberikan dasar untuk pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang betapa pentingnya kebebasan dalam perjuangan melawan kolonialisme. Artikel ini berkontribusi pada literatur penelitian pendidikan sejarah Indonesia. Hal ini membuka ruang untuk diskusi lebih lanjut mengenai dampak memori anti-Belanda terhadap identitas nasional dan kebebasan aktual di Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran inklusif saat ini ditekankan guna mencapai tujuan pembelajaran serta pertumbuhan pribadi bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Kemudian guna mencapai hal tersebut, strategi persiapan dan implementasi pembelajaran harus matang dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai luhur dari pendidikan karakter dan profil pelajar Pancasila ke dalam materi pembelajaran, terutama terkait kearifan lokal. Media pembelajaran menjadi penunjang potensial dalam proses ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media video animasi berbantu wayang papercraft sebagai pembelajaran geografi berbasis kearifan lokal bagi siswa SLB Negeri Rembang. Metode penelitian menggunakan model Hannafin & Peck dengan purposive sampling pada siswa tunagrahita dan tunarungu yang mempelajari geografi kearifan lokal. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket validator, guru, dan siswa untuk menilai kelayakan dan kualitasnya, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi deskripsi kualitatif dengan reduksi, display data, kesimpulan, dan deskripsi persentase untuk data kuantitatif dari angket pada media video animasi. Hasil menunjukkan kualitas baik dari pengisian angket oleh validator pertama (100%), kedua (97,3%), guru (94,7%), serta respon mayoritas siswa yang menyatakan media tersebut menarik, praktis, dan memiliki kualitas baik dalam animasi, audio, dan tampilan. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa kualitas media video animasi berbantuan wayang kreatif yang dikembangkan layak digunakan tanpa revisi.Abstract: Inclusive learning is currently emphasized to achieve learning goals and personal growth for students with special needs. To accomplish this, preparation and implementation strategies in education need to be mature by integrating noble values from character education and the Pancasila student profile into the learning materials, particularly related to local wisdom. Learning media serves as a potential support in this process. This research aims to develop animated video media assisted by wayang papercraft as geography learning based on local wisdom for students at the Rembang State Special Needs School. The research method utilizes the Hannafin & Peck model with purposive sampling of intellectually disabled and deaf students studying local wisdom in geography. Data collection techniques involve structured interviews, closed questionnaires filled out by validators, teachers, and students to assess feasibility and quality, along with documentation. Data analysis includes qualitative description, data reduction, data display, conclusions, and percentage descriptions for quantitative data from the questionnaires on the animated video media.Results indicate good quality based on questionnaire responses from the first validator (100%), second validator (97.3%), teachers (94.7%), and the majority of student responses stating the media is engaging, practical, and of good quality in terms of animation, audio, and visuals. Consequently, it is concluded that the quality of the creatively assisted wayang video animation media developed is suitable for use without revision.
