Abstract

SMP Negeri 25 Semarang develops an environment-based curriculum in order to develop a school culture that cares about the environment while teaching children to be entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to find out (1) to determine the level of sociopreneurship in students in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic (2) the Sustainable Lifestyle attitude possessed by students in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation, and perposive sampling. The research location is at SMP Negeri 25 Semarang. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the level of sociopreneurship literacy of students in grades VII, VIII, IX of SMP Negeri 25 Semarang in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic shows a sufficient category (2) the level of sustainable life style of students of SMP Negeri 25 Semarang in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic indicates high category.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence with the Formation of Values and Character in the Field of Education. Artficial Intelligence is a branch of computer science that emphasizes the development of machine intelligence, thinking patterns and working like humans. For example, voice recognition, problem solving, learning and planning. AI is a branch of the digital literacy system that has a major role in the intelligence development process. In the field of education it also needs innovation efforts in learning media, and one of them is the application of AI. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of student learning and to instill values and character while adapting to the AI system. The method used uses experimental methods to find out how adaptation and student responses to the base system in overcoming the problems that occur. AI makes it easy for students and students to support their studies in a visibility and comprehensive manner. Artificial Intelligence does create a student's mindset to be more critical and observant, but it will not completely guarantee good grades and character. So, there is a need for direct guidance and direction from educators coupled with the use of artificial intelligence-based features.

Abstract

This paper uses a literature study approach, by dissecting the story of the Wayang Rama Tambak which is analyzed using the theory of character education according to Lickona and Character Education. Lickona's theory is; 1) Love of kindness; 2) Affection; 3) Dare; 4) The value of hard work; 5) Honest; 6) Justice; 7) Value of Responsibility; 8) Cooperation Value. As for the theory of character education values according to Ki Hajar Dewantara, there are also seven that can be imitated from the Rama Tambak puppet story, along with the analysis; 1) Exercise of the Heart (Ethics); 2) Thought (Literacy; 3) Leadership; 4) Gotong Royong; 5) Trust; 6) Nationalists; 7) Character. Wayang is an original Indonesian heritage which contains various character education values that can be used as role models for students, especially elementary school children. This character habituation can be accustomed by imitating the characters or puppet figures.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang teori Pendidikan humanistik, dan untuk menawarkan model pembelajaran untuk menuju humanistik persaudaraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan datanya memakai pendekatan literature study, atau kajian Pustaka. Pengumpulan data melalui literature study adalah teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menalaah literatur, buku, beberapa catatan, beberapa laporan yang dijadikan sebagai sumber oleh penulis untuk mendapatkan data tentang penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian literatur study ini adalah bahawa humanistik persaudaraan memberikan wawasan baru bahwa Pendidikan agama Katolik tidak cukup hanya menyediakan pelayanan dalam bidang Pendidikan, tetapi Pendidikan tersebut harus mampu menghasilkan peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan personal, sosial dan moral. Pendidik dan peserta didik didesak untuk hidup, belajar dan melakukan segala tindakan untuk alasan humanistik persaudaraan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of globalization on MSMEs in Indonesia in the context of prior of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study applied descriptive qualitative approach and used documentation as the data collection in which the data were retrieved from journals, web, and other relevant sources. The results concluded that MSMEs in Indonesia with 10% contribution had not been able to significantly support the Indonesian economy due to various obstacles. The government has taken various ways to overcome this problem and expected that by 2024 MSMEs can support 17% of the national economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this community dedication is to provide provisions for the implementation of online Civics and Social Sciences learning at home in Junior High School students as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This dedication uses a situation analysis where in gathering the data information about Civics and Social Sciences learning in the middle of the relevant Covid-19 Pandemic. The result of community dedication showed that the impact of COVID-19 on Civics and Social Sciences online learning in Junior High School has not been implemented well enough. It can be seen from the readiness of the implementation of Civics and Social Sciences online learning in Junior High Schools, as well as creativity in learning Civics and Social Sciences during the new normal period carried out by teachers must be improved. While learning in the new normal period is very much needed collaboration between teachers, students and parents in learning at home. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberi bekal implementasi pembelajaran PKn dan IPS daring dirumah pada peserta didik jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama akibat dari adanya pandemik COVID-19. Pengabdian ini menggunakan analisis situasi dimana dalam mengumpulkan informasi data mengenai pembelajaran PKn dan IPS di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 yang relevan. Hasil dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat, menunjukkan bahwa dampak COVID-19 terhadap pembelajaran daring PKn dan IPS di Sekolah Menengah Pertamabelum terlaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kesiapan implementasi pembelajaran daring PKn dan IPS di Sekolah Menengah Pertama, serta kreativitas dalam pembelajaran PKn dan IPS pada masa ­new normal yang dilaksanakan oleh guru harus ditingkatkan. Sedangkan dalam pembelajaran pada masa new normal sangat diperlukan kerjasama antara guru, peserta didik dan orang tua dalam belajar di rumah.

Abstract

Kota Semarang merupakan salah satu kota yang terdampak bencana banjir tahun 2023 dan tahun 2024. Terdapat 142 sekolah menengah pertama yang terdampak bencana banjir tahun 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis pedagogi kritis mitigasi bencana dalam pembelajaran IPS. Dalam hal ini, pedagogi kritis layak dihadirkan sebagai perspektif kritis pendidikan kebencanaan yang mendorong siswa dan guru serta sekolah menerapkan penanggulangan bencana. Melalui perspektif pedagogi kritis, pembelajaran IPS diarahkan untuk membangun kesadaran kritis siswa tentang mitigasi bencana. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan dukungan dan peluang kepada guru ilmu pengetahuan sosial sekolah menengah pertama untuk menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang berinovasi dan berdiferensiasi, dengan mengenalkan mitigasi bencana.

Abstract

Social studies learning carried out in junior high schools today does not meet the criteria for ecopedagogy-based learning, especially regarding disaster mitigation. The aim of this research is to analyze the design of social studies learning planning based on eco-pedagogy in disaster mitigation. The method used by researchers is using a qualitative phenomenological approach. The results of this research show that there has been an increase in students' abilities in disaster mitigation through ecopedagogy-based social studies learning. From the research results, it is concluded that through ecopedagogical learning, students' abilities in disaster mitigation through social studies learning can be strengthened and achieve the specified indicators.

Abstract

Learning loss is a problem that occurs in learning where the learning achievements and competencies of students are not in accordance with the policies set by the curriculum. When learning loss occurs, students lose knowledge and skills on a small or large scale, both in general and specifically. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused social studies learning at SMP Negeri 24 Semarang to be carried out online from March 2020 to January 2022, resulting in learning loss. The existence of learning loss problems makes social studies teachers try to solve these problems. This study uses a qualitative method with a grounded theory approach. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that social studies teachers have made efforts to overcome learning loss. The teacher's efforts include online efforts with prevention efforts, curative efforts, and adaptation efforts supported by government policies. After online learning, social studies teachers also make various efforts including managing face-to-face social studies learning, using various learning strategies, and evaluating learning. Learning loss merupakan problematika yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran dimana capaian pembelajaran dan kompetensi peserta didik tidak sesuai dengan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh kurikulum. Saat terjadi learning loss peserta didik kehilangan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam skala kecil maupun besar, baik secara umum maupun khusus. Pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 24 Semarang dilaksanakan secara daring mulai maret 2020 sampai januari 2022 sehingga mengakibatkan learning loss. Adanya permasalahan learning loss membuat guru IPS berusaha menyelesaikan problematika tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru IPS untuk mengatasi learning loss. Upaya guru tersebut meliputi upaya pada saat daring dengan upaya pencegahan, upaya kuratif, serta upaya adaptasi yang didukung oleh kebijakan pemerintah. Pasca pembelajaran daring guru IPS juga melakukan berbagai upaya diantaranya pengelolaan pembelajaran IPS secara tatap muka, penggunaan berbagai strategi pembelajaran, serta evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan arahan kepada guru-guru SMAN 1 Pajangan dalam membuat game edukasi Kahoot. Setiap ahli mata pelajaran di sekolah mengikuti program yang berlangsung pada bulan Agustus. Macam-macam permainan edukatif, kelebihan dan kekurangannya, serta penelitian terkini mengenai manfaat pemanfaatan permainan edukatif untuk pembelajaran semuanya tercakup dalam pendahuluan kegiatan ini. Selain itu, tujuan utama dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan segar kepada para guru SMAN 1 Pajangan tentang keunggulan game edukasi Kahoot, fitur-fitur website, dan cara pembuatannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat melalui tiga tahapan, yakni tahap pra kegiatan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan tahap pasca kegiatan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk guru agar lebih kreatif mengembangkan modul ajar yang akan disampaikan pada peserta didik, sehingga hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat, mempercepat pemahaman materi, lebih aktif dalam belajar, pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan, dan meningkatkan minat belajar. Simpulan dari pengabdian ini yaitu membekali guru memanfaatkan media pembelajaran Kahoot. Disarankan bagi pendidik untuk mengembangkan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Kahoot.
