Abstract

One way that can support the company’s operational sustainability is trough promotion. Promotion is a marketing effort made by companies to introduce, convince, and influence consumers to be interested in buying the products or services offered. By promoting the company, the company can increase revenue because it is able to attract consumers to buy the products pffered. The purpose of this study is to understand the various types of promotional costs are able to increase revenue at saung koffie hideung. The method in this research is a qualitative method. This research was conducted in Karawang Regency. The research location is in Tegalwaru Subdistrict, Cintalaksana Village. Information in this study was obtained through primary data collected through the process of interviews, observation, and documentation. Promotion costs can provide good benefits for income, which initially the income received per month was only IDR100.000.000,- but after promoting on social media and the costs incurred were high, the income readhed IDR150.000.000,- or increased by 50% every month, hence the promotion costs. Based on the results and discuccion that saung koffie hideung has carried out various promotions on social media and conducting events at saung koffie hideung. Of the various promotions carried out, the highest promotion was in November-December with each promotional cost incurred of IDR7.450.00 and IDR7.950.00 or up 18% due to using promotioms in the form of instagram social media through the @hallokrw account, using content craetor which is specialized in making advertisements. Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this research is to investigate Promotion Cost Analysis and the location of MSME income on Jalan Kertabumi Karawang. What are the Promotion Costs and Location of MSME players' income on Jalan Kertabumi Karawang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on observations made, there are promotional and location costs that can be utilized by MSME players. The results of this research show that promotional costs and the location of MSME income are on Jalan Kertabumi Karawang. Effective promotional costs can increase customer awareness and interest, and directly influence sales and revenue. Location also plays an important role in MSME income. A strategic location can increase customer accessibility and exposure to a wider market, which can increase sales. There are two methods of promotional costs incurred, namely Online Motorbike Taxi Vouchers and Endorsements. The location on Jalan Kertabumi is a strategic place to set up a business because it is the main access road that is often passed by two-wheeled and four-wheeled drivers. These variables show an increase in the income obtained by MSME players.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the accounts receivable control of Novotel Karawang Hotel in 2020-2022 and assess the effectiveness of the accounts receivable collection process. The analysis method used is descriptive quantitative using the Receivable Turnover (RTO) Ratio, Average Collection Period (ACP) Ratio, Arrears Ratio, and Collection Ratio. RTO analysis shows fluctuations, namely from 9 times in 2020, increasing to 26 times in 2021, then decreasing to 21 times in 2022. This value indicates high effectiveness, exceeding the ratio standard of >3.5. Meanwhile, ACP has increased from 39 days in 2020 to 13 days in 2021, then rose slightly to 16 days in 2022. This receivables collection period is within the effectiveness standard of 12-18 days, indicating an increase in efficiency in receivables collection. The Arrears Ratio also shows a decrease in effectiveness in arrears management, with 35% in 2020, 44% in 2021, and 53% in 2022. The effectiveness level of this ratio ranges from 41%-80%, which indicates less effective.Nonetheless, the management of the collection ratio remains effective, as evidenced by Novotel Karawang hotel's ability to generate revenue from sales. The collection ratio reached 181% in 2020, then dropped to 125% in 2021, and 86% in 2022. All of these values are within the 61%-89% ratio effectiveness level, which is considered effective. Hotel Novotel Karawang needs to continue to improve its accounts receivable management to meet company standards and optimize its processes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of inventory and sales on net profit at CV. Petroasia Jaya Utama. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data from the company's financial reports for the 2021-2023 period. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample size of 36 data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 24 software. The results showed that inventory and sales partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on the company's net profit. The coefficient of determination value of 0.977 indicates that 97.7% of the variation in net profit is influenced by inventory and sales, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. Companies are advised to manage inventory and improve marketing and sales strategies to increase net profits optimally.

Abstract

The development of the modern retail business is currently growing rapidly and has spread throughout Indonesia. Currently around us we can see various modern retail stores such as Alfamart, Indomart, Supermarkets and other modern stores that have appeared in residential areas near the community. Tabanan Regency is one of the provincial governments in Bali where there are many retail businesses like today, especially in the Kerambitan area. The price tag is the product price printed on the front of the object. Price labels act as a tool for consumers to more easily see the price of the product they are buying and directly see the price of the product listed on the shelf. This research aims to analyze product price labels in determining sales at Alfamidi Dawuan Cikampek. This research method is the Qualitative Descriptive method, which is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects. Data collection techniques were collected by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through data presentation, Based on research data from October-December 2023, it shows that the month with the best product sales achievements is the product that is always included in the price label product list with the highest sales achievements of the 5 products during the last 3 months.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Integritas Hakim merupakan bagian dari kualitas pelayanan pengadilan di semua tingkatan, Pelembagaan kualitas Integritas Hakim menjadi sangat penting dalam sebuah kebijakan Program Pengembangan Integritas Hakim (PPIH) yang telah dirintis sejak tahun 2016 oleh Komisi Yudisial yang dilaksanakan di daerah terpilih tertentu(Indonesia, 2022). Tujuan dilaksanakannya PPIH adalah agar menguatnya integritas hakim sehingga dapat membuat persepsi positif masyarakat terhadap Hakim dan Lembaga Peradilan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat Program Pengembangan Integritas Hakim (PPIH) menggunakan motode survey  persepsi publik atas integritas hakim dan pelayanan Lembaga Peradilan, metode survey ini melalui 1) tahapan persiapan pengadaan proposal, pengadaan quisioner dan berbagai administrasi survey, 2) tahapan pelaksanaan melalui penyebaran quisioner dan wawancana dengan hakim serta pengguna jasa peradilan, 3) tahapan penyelesaian meliputi pengolahan data, tahap analisis dan pembuatan laporan. Berbagai aktifitas survey ini di harapkan dapat mengkapitalisasi integritas hakim menjadi kepuasan atas pelayanan Lembaga Peradilan.

Abstract

Pegawai yang bekerja di dalam institusi pemerintahan saat ini terdiri dari beberapa formasiyaitu Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK),dan Pegawai Pemerintan Non Pegawai Negeri (PPNPN). Untuk pegawai pemerintah nonpegawai negeri ini termasuk pegawai tidak tetap, pegawai honorer, staf khusus, dan pegawailainnya yang penghasilannya dibebankan pada APBN. PPNPN seperti pegawai honorer danpegawai tidak tetap memiliki tingkat turn over yang tinggi dikarenakan tingkat motivasi yangdimiliki rendah. Hal ini dikarenakan PPNPN tampak tidak memiliki tingkat karir yang jelasdibandingkan dengan ASN dan PPPK. Ketidakjelasakan jalur karir di PPNPN membuatpegawai memiliki tibgkat mootivasi yang rendah dan selalu mencari peluang pekerjaan yanglain dibadningkan dengan tempat pekerjaan saat ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencariketerkaitan antara promosi untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pada pegawai PPNPN dilingkungan terminal Tipe A Pakupatan Serang Banten. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkanadanya solusi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai PPNPN. Metode yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif adalah suatu metode penelitianyang berdasarkan pada filsafat positivisme, sebagai metode ilmiah atau scientific karenasudah memenuhi kaidah ilmiah secara konkrit atau empiris, objrktif, terukur, rasional, sertasistematis. Persamaan regresi Pelaksanaan Promosi Jabatan dan Motivasi KerjaPegawai yaitu Ŷ = 18,5+0,96X. Selanjutnya persamaan regresi tersebut dapat digunakanuntuk melakukan prediksi (ramalan) berapa nilai dalam variabel terikat (PeningkatanMotivasi Kerja Pegawai ) akan terjadi bila nilai dalam variabel bebas (PeningkatanMotivasi Kerja Pegawai) ditetapkan.

Abstract

Teh Tarik is a drink that is spread across Southeast Asian countries from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Teh Tarik Annura was founded in 2019. The aim of this research is to analyze revenue in increasing business profits received by MSME Teh Tarik Annura. In this research, quantitative descriptive methods were used, namely case studies that used observation, interviews, documentation and literature study methods. From the data that has been calculated, business income and profit during the period in 2023 experienced increases and decreases every month with an average income of IDR. 23,250,000 starting from January to December 2023, and with an average operating profit of Rp. 17,188,750 from January to December 2023. Data shows that in one period in 2023, from the data that has been calculated, revenue and operating profit increased four times, in March-April there was an increase in income of 29%, in May-June experienced an increase of 14%, in August-September there was an increase of 20%, and in November-December there was an increase in revenue of 19%.  Operating profits also experienced an increase. March-April experienced an increase in operating profits of 40%, in May-June there was an increase of 46%, in August-September there was an increase of 20%, and in November-December there was an increase in income of 16%. The results of the research show that if income increases, the operating profit received will increase, and if expenses increase but income is greater, then operating profit will not decrease significantly.

Abstract

Promotion is one of the important strategies in increasing business competitiveness, especially in the growing coworking space industry. The purpose of this study is to determine, analyze, calculate and explain (1) how promotional activities are carried out, (2) how much income is obtained from promotions carried out at MSMES Titik Inspirasi coworking space Karawang. The method used is a qualitative descriptive technique using data collection, interviews and literature studies related to the research variables. The results of the study show that the promotional strategy provides results on income each month. December recorded the highest income of IDR 35,421,000. On the other hand, April experienced a significant decline with an income of only IDR 174,000. Overall, the total promotional costs incurred during 2024 reached IDR 71,694,000 with a frequency of 7-9 promotional activities each month. It can be concluded that the digital promotion strategy through Instagram, sponsorship to expand market reach, and various offline activities such as workshops, training classes, and open tables in events and discount programs at certain moments have a positive impact on increasing income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the source of supply, quantity of inventory, price, quality, and handling of chili inventory at vegetable traders in Pasar Baru Karawang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with random sampling technique on three traders. The results of the study indicate that the main source of supply comes from Cikopo, Cibitung and Bandung, with daily orders via WhatsApp and cash or transfer payments. The amount of chili inventory fluctuates significantly, especially during the big day period, Mr. Edi's inventory increases to 50-60 kg when demand is high. Normal stock ranges from 30-40 kg per day. Mr. Deni increases his chili inventory to 70 kg when demand is high, with a normal stock of 20-40 kg per day, while Mr. Dendi's inventory increases to 230 kg when demand is high with a normal stock of 150-160 kg per day. Chili prices fluctuate due to weather and demand at certain moments such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Christmas and New Year. The highest price fluctuation occurs in January with a peak price of IDR 120,000/kg due to the new year and high rainfall. While the lowest price occurred in November at Rp 20,000/kg due to declining consumer demand and poor chili quality due to high rainfall. Traders implement the FIFO system to maintain quality and implement safety stock and re-orders to avoid stock shortages . The conclusion shows that efficient inventory management is very important to deal with market fluctuations .
