Abstract

This research is entitled "Web-Based Learning Media Application for Cijulang 1 State Middle School (SMP) Using Case Study Prototype Methodology" and aims to improve the teaching and learning process in SMP through web-based learning media. using the prototype method as a software development method, which allows for continuous functional changes. The process begins with assessing student needs at SMP Negeri 1 Cijulang, followed by creating and evaluating an application prototype until it is ready for use. In short, this app focuses on learning specific subjects.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, digital technology has become a primary need in various activities and jobs, including in the corporate sector. Information systems are believed to be able to contribute to building competitive advantage through cost efficiency, improving quality and better service to consumers. This encourages companies to adopt digital technology, which is very helpful in effective decision making, both in small and large companies. The wood industry, as an important sector in the global economy, requires effective inventory and sales management. UD AMAN JAYA 3, a company operating in the wood trading sector, still uses a manual system in its inventory, purchasing and sales processes, which causes ineffectiveness in reporting and decision making. Therefore, to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness, it is proposed to develop a website-based timber sales information system. This system is expected to be able to store, process and present data in real-time, thereby supporting fast and precise decision making by marketing managers.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to achieve the results of a web-based geographical information system on tourist destinations mapping in Sadananya subdistrict. The information about tourist places based on the data from the manager of Sadananya sub-district. This geographical information system mapping tourist destinations is aimed at facilitating tourists access information about tourist spots in Sadananya subdistrict, and therefore it is hoped that it can raise touristic potentials within this area. The process of building a web-based Geographical Information System (GIS) used the Agile method with two stages in it, namely Requirements and Design. In using Agile Method, flexibility in system development enables adaptations to users’ and environmental changes. System test results indicated that the SIG developed can provide accurate and relevant information about tourism in Sadananya subdistrict municipalities. Through this digital map, places of interest will be easy for users to find and they can also get the best navigations going to these places.

Abstract

Research in this program was carried out to help business UMKM owners in solving problems, entering and exiting products for sale, recording inventory of products ready to be sold and the amount of profit obtained from sales. So far, owner registration is still very simple, some people even don't record it at all. The aim of taking this topic is to help make it easier for owners as business UMKM actors to control the sales of their products and to help them more easily know the size of the profits obtained from their sales. Using this sales cashier application can make it easier to check the amount of inventory, find out the number of products sold, and the profits obtained from sales.

Abstract

This study uses the Kansei Engineering method to design the website interface design. It uses the Kansei Engineering Type 1 methodology to generate ideas for website interface design. The Kansei word list used is 10 words related to website interface design. A total of five specimens are used for website interface design. This study involved 50 participants, consisting of 48 high school students in Grade X and 2 teachers in computer science, who produced a new design product in the form of the "Innovative" emotion concept.

Abstract

Poorly managed inventory can lead to financial losses for companies. An intuitive and efficient interface design is crucial for enhancing user experience in stock management applications. This research aims to design a responsive and user-friendly interface for a web-based inventory management application at Alwiya Store. The method used in this study is the prototype method, which involves stages of requirements gathering, initial design creation, prototype evaluation, and final interface design. The results show that the designed interface meets user needs with easily accessible features and clear navigation. The implementation of this interface design is expected to improve efficiency and user satisfaction in managing inventory at Alwiya Store.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an online registration system at LKP Tiara Medica Ciamis using the Agile SDLC method. The system is designed to replace the inefficient manual registration process with a more flexible and accessible online system. The development process included planning, design, development, and testing phases. The results show that the developed online registration system significantly improves registration efficiency, allowing prospective students to register from anywhere without needing to visit the location in person, and simplifying the administrative process. The system also includes online payment and data verification features, enhancing the accuracy and security of participant data. Recommendations include continuous testing and optimization, user training.

Abstract

In the era of ever-growing digitalization, the use of computer media and systems has become a priority to improve company performance. Manual processes previously carried out by companies can now be replaced by computers which offer more effective and efficient data processing and support management decision making. However, there are still many companies that are not computerized properly due to a lack of human resources (HR) who understand computerized systems. UD Aman Jaya 03, a timber company operating in the trading sector, is facing problems in recording incoming and outgoing goods which are still done manually. This causes frequent data loss, delays in inventory preparation, and slow and inaccurate data processing. To overcome this problem, the author designed a web-based inventory information system application using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. With this computerized system, recording of incoming and outgoing goods can be done quickly and accurately, thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of data processing in the company.

Abstract

This study applies the Kansei Engineering method in designing a website user interface design with Kansei Engineering Type I. This design aims to design a website interface in one of the shoe laundry service sectors based on the emotional factors of website users. In this study, the design of the website interface only applies to Ruru Sapatu Ciamis. Ruru Sapatu Ciamis is one of the shoe laundry service sectors in the Ciamis area that has been established since 2020 and has various types of shoe washing. Through a research method in accordance with Kansei Engineering Type I, there are several stages in Kansei Engineering Type I used in this study starting with determining the strategy, collecting kansei words, compiling a semantic differential scale, determining specimens and classification of design elements, determining participants and distributing questionnaires, collecting questionnaire data, using multivariate statistical analysis, namely correlation coefficient analysis, principal components, principal factor analysis and partial Least Square and the final stage of design proposal recommendations. The final result of this study is the emergence of a design proposal matrix that is processed into a design sketch and recommendations for the Ruru Sapatu Ciamis website interface based on the Kansei Engineering method with a design concept that has the highest value from all participants and all the kansei words used, namely a design concept with a value of 0.9 proportional kansei words.

Abstract

The problem found in the information system at the Cileungsir Village Office, especially the Village BLT, does not yet have an application which can cause it to take a long time and data inaccuracies. By using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) Framework at the Cileungsir Village Office, this research aims to design a Village Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) application that uses EAP methods. The research methodology used included interviews, observation, and literature study to collect data about the needs and management process of Village BLT at the Cileungsir Village Office. The aim of this application is to integrate the existing information system at the Cileungsir Village Office and make it easier for residents to apply for and manage BLT. In addition, this research shows that information system integration can reduce data duplication and increase data security. Therefore, this research can be a basis for building a more efficient and effective information system to support existing service activities and processes at the Cileungsir Village Office.
