Abstract

Learning media have now followed existing technological developments, ranging from print technology, audio visual, computers to technology that combines print technology with computers. Currently, educational media, the result of a combination of print technology and PC, can be realized with Virtual Reality (VR) technology media. Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology that allows users to relate to an area simulated by a PC, an actual area that is imitated or an area that is only in the imagination. Traditional learning as usual where only one interaction occurs makes learning at this time very monotonous, examples of this traditional learning are through pictures, books or even other projection tools. However, with the existence of learning media that utilizes Virtual Reality that is able to realize objects in the virtual world into the real world, it can replace these objects into 3D objects, so that educational procedures are not monotonous.

Abstract

A Geographic Information System (GIS) application based on Android is used for the purpose of data collection and monitoring of telecommunication towers, with a case study conducted at the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Cimahi City. The aim of this research is to optimize the process of data collection and monitoring of telecommunication towers through the utilization of Android-based technology and geographic information. The hope is that the developed application will provide efficient support for Diskominfo in data management, accurate monitoring of telecommunication tower locations, and enhanced supervision of this crucial infrastructure. By combining Android technology and GIS features, it is expected that this application can become an effective tool in supporting the monitoring and control of telecommunication towers in Cimahi City. The methodology used in designing this system is the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, which consists of seven stages: Requirement Definition, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, Maintenance, and Evaluation. This application is built using Flutter version 3.10.6. From the results of the conducted User Acceptance Test (UAT), the average parameter scores are as follows: user interface (85.6%), application performance (88.4%), application functionality (88.4%), application security (80%), and final feedback (91.4%). The overall test result is 86.7%.

Abstract

Internal and external factors greatly influence the optimal breeding of chickens in the maintenance of chickens, with temperature and humidity being one of the external factors that greatly influences. Improper ambient temperature can cause losses to the chicken farmer as well as a decrease in productivity, while in practice it is necessary to monitor or check the control consistently to monitor the temperature of the coop. Temperature and humidity monitoring  manually are less efficient, so the tools in this study aim to help farmers to facilitate monitoring that can be done through devices with accurate results. This tool is assisted by a DHT11 sensor, lamps, fans, and LCD in temperature monitoring. supported by the application of IoT, which makes it easier to monitor via devices. Test results on components and software show that all devices and software can function as they should. The data from the experimental test results of 15 tests conducted in the laboratory indicate that the tool can detect an average relay delay time of 1 of 0.836 seconds, the lamp in response to the temperature drop of 1.271 seconds, the delay from relay 2 by 0.466 seconds, and the fan in response to the temperature increase of 0.596 seconds.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menciptakan peluang baru dalam industri pariwisata, khususnya melalui pemanfaatan augmented reality (AR) sebagai media inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang konsep landmark wisata berbasis AR guna menunjang pengembangan objek wisata budaya Karangkamulyan, Kabupaten Ciamis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, serta operasional dan pemeliharaan, penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi AR untuk memberikan informasi interaktif terkait situs peninggalan budaya di Karangkamulyan. Aplikasi yang dirancang mampu menyajikan visualisasi digital landmark wisata, termasuk rekonstruksi artefak dan bangunan yang tidak utuh, sehingga pengunjung dapat memahami sejarah masa lalu melalui pengalaman visual dan audio. Landmark berbasis AR ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penunjuk arah, tetapi juga menjadi media promosi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tarik wisata budaya Karangkamulyan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi AR mampu memberikan pengalaman mendalam bagi wisatawan dan memperkuat citra budaya lokal. Kata Kunci : Augmented Reality, Landmark Wisata, Teknologi Informasi, Karangkamulyan, Pariwisata Budaya.

Abstract

When the Covid-19 pandemic caused the number of visitors to the Geopark to decline, the Merangin Geopark Management Board made a breakthrough by holding the Geopark Manifesto Art & Edutainment Event since 2022 and promoting it to attract tourists. This article aims to find out the management of event promotion. Using a qualitative research method with a case study approach, this study conducted interviews, literature studies, and documentation to dig deeper into the data. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling with key informants being Geopark Management Agency staff and supporting informants. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman Model. Data validity test using source triangulation. The results showed that event promotion management was carried out through a series of stages including research, design, planning, coordination, and evaluation. Promotion on Instagram uses invitation sentences and interesting videos. Regional Culture Week is a unique event by combining elements of culture, education, and art. The conclusion of the research is that the management of Merangin Geopark promotion applies an event management approach, Instagram management pays attention to the elements of Chris Heuer's 4C Framework, and event collaboration with regional cultural weeks as an event marketing strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a learning management system (LMS) at SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya using the Agile Scrum methodology. The developed system aims to enhance the effectiveness of the learning process by facilitating digital interaction between students and teachers and by providing an integrated platform for learning management. This study involves several stages, starting with problem identification, data collection, verification of needs and issues, Scrum process and development, testing, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Agile Scrum method in the development of the LMS at SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya can improve development completion time and produce a system that meets the needs. This LMS features functionalities such as chats, material management, assignments, announcements, discussion forums, assessments, surveys, and recommendations. The Learning Management System (LMS) developed for SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya has been tested using blackbox testing methods. The results of the blackbox testing show that the system is valid and capable of performing all expected tasks effectively. Therefore, the developed LMS is expected to significantly contribute to improving the quality of learning at SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya and support a more effective and efficient educational process.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving business landscape, Indonesia has emerged as the sixth-largest country in terms of start-up growth. This surge in new enterprises necessitates that companies develop effective and efficient marketing and promotional strategies to remain competitive. Personal selling remains a crucial promotional tool, as demonstrated by PT. Teknologi Mudah Terhubung, which utilizes this method to market its products. This study aims to explore the stages of personal selling, the messaging strategies involved, the challenges faced during the process, and the rationale behind adopting the "Less Paper More Proper" concept in their promotional activities. Employing a qualitative research method with a case study approach and rooted in a constructivist paradigm, the research was conducted at PT. Teknologi Mudah Terhubung. The findings are anticipated to result in a refined personal selling model for the company, enhancing its consumer outreach. The study identifies the key stages of personal selling at PT. Teknologi Mudah Terhubung, which include prospecting, presentation and sales, handling objections, closing, and aftersales. The messaging strategies involve market research, message content, channels, and sources. Challenges include regulatory issues with potential corporate clients, public understanding of technology, and the certainty of agreements with prospective customers. The "Less Paper More Proper" concept is employed to emphasize environmental concerns and promote the sales of Leafcard products. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of effective personal selling strategies in the contemporary business environment.

Abstract

The name Persib Bandung on the Indonesian football scene is respected because of its status as a legendary and outstanding team in Indonesian football. Persib's achievements in Indonesian football are not only limited to the big names and achievements they have achieved. More than that, Persib also managed to maintain its existence as a great team for 88 years. Especially in the current era of the football industry. Since the Indonesian football competition entered the industrial realm, Persib has been listed as the team with the best finances. In 2017, Forbes magazine named Persib as the richest team in Indonesia. Apart from that, when the crisis of stopping competition hit, Persib was one of the teams that was able to recover quickly. This is what attracted researchers' interest in making Persib a research subject, especially in terms of crisis management carried out by PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat (PBB) as the company that oversees the management of the Persib team in maintaining Persib's existence as a big team in Indonesia. Because, along the way, especially in the era of the Indonesian football industry, there have been a number of incidents that could potentially cause a crisis for Persib. As happened in 2020 when the competition was stopped due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The data collection technique is through in-depth interviews, observation and document search. This research produces a model of the stages of crisis management and communication carried out by PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat (PBb) in dealing with the crisis of ending the 2020-2021 Liga 1. In the research, it was also discovered how PT PBB's reforms were carried out in maintaining the existence of Persib Bandung in the Indonesian football arena.

Abstract

In the digital era, information technology is crucial for daily activities, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. This transformation is evident in the business sector, where digitalization boosts data accuracy, reduces human error, and improves productivity and quality. For busy societies, laundry services like Lc Jaya Clean provide practical solutions for washing and caring for clothes. Utilizing a web-based laundry application system and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, Lc Jaya Clean enhances data management, customer interaction, and service flexibility. The study employs the RAD method, comprising requirements planning, system design, and implementation stages, facilitating quick prototyping, iterative testing, and user feedback. The successful development of the web- based laundry application used the Laravel framework and PHP, with Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Figma, StarUML, and Draw.io for coding and design. The RAD process and user feedback produced a user-friendly, tailored application, improving data management and business processes for Lc Jaya Clean.

Abstract

This research aims to make it easier for customers to order tickets at Tirta Sumber Jaya and for admins to manage ticket ordering data and staff who check e-ticket QR. Previously, Tirta Sumber Jaya still used manual methods for ticket sales services. This makes services ineffective and inefficient, such as recording ticket sales and customer queues taking a long time. In solving this problem the author used the Agile Method in designing the online ticket booking application. The results of research conducted at Tirta Sumber Jaya, the developed application, can make it easier for admins to process ticket orders at Tirta Sumber Jaya and make transactions easier, faster, and more efficient
