Abstract

Era digital membuka peluang bagi perempuan bukan hanya untuk merepresentasikan eksistensi diri, tetapi dapat dimanfaatkan bagi peningkatan kapasitas diri untuk lebih berdaya secara pendidikan dan ekonomi tanpa harus meninggalkan peran mereka dalam keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan representasi diri perempuan berdaya di era digital khususnya di media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis konten kualitatif dengan objek kajian akun Instagram @RachelVennya. Berdasarkan hasil penelurusan, koding, dan analisis data ditemukan bahwa Rachel Vennya merepresentasikan diri sebagai pesohor Instagram dan pengusaha perempuan yang tetap memprioritaskan kehidupan domestiknya di keluarga. Bentuk-bentuk representasi dirinya adalah berdikari secara ekonomi, pentingnya pendidikan bagi perempuan, mengutamakan keluarga, perempuan harus mampu memimpin, dan perempuan dapat berekspresi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Rachel Vennya adalah sebuah bukti bahwa perempuan mampu merepresentasikan diri mereka sebagai sosok yang tidak hanya terampil di area domestik, tetapi juga berpeluang menjadi inspirator dan pemimpin di era digital.

Abstract

Masculinity is a topic that has attracted the attention of many researchers. They examine causes, patterns of change, and impacts. This article attempts to understand masculinity in the perspective of cultural imperialism. Through the perspective of cultural imperialism, we find evidence that masculinity is not born from the womb of the local community's culture, but rather as a result of the practice of colonialism and imperialism. In the era of media globalization, cultural imperialism places more emphasis on the psychological aspect where advertisements and television shows set a new standard of masculinity for men. This paper will discuss the influence of cultural imperialism and media hegemony on the construction of masculinity in society.

Abstract

High growth internet and Social media users has led to resistance to social values preveling in society, that is, ethics and morals. The main goals of this research is a to analysis dan descriptived ethical violation in social media, especially from the millenials. This research uses qualitative method with literature review approach. This approach aims to identify netiquette theories and concepts that will be comparable to the various phenomena of ethical violations in social media. Ethics in the netiquette are different from other forms of ethics, just like the rules of ethics in the real world, netiquette also encourages users to obey the ethical and moral rules to create a comfortable, peaceful and peaceful common space. Millennial generations are expected to remain confined to the barrier of values, norms and rules of humanity as they interact in the real world.Keywords: Netiquette, social media, millennial-generation. ABSTRAKLompatan tinggi pengguna internet dan media sosial telah menyebabkan resistensi terhadap nilai-nilai sosial yang berlaku di masyarakat, yaitu, etika dan moral. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pelanggaran etika dalam media sosial khususnya yang dilakukan oleh generasi milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur review. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk menemukenali teori dan konsep netiquette yang akan dikomparasikan dengan beragam fenomena pelanggaran etika di media sosial. Etika di ruang siber (netiquette) berbeda dari bentuk etika lainnya, sama seperti aturan etika di dunia nyata, netiquette juga mendorong para pengguna untuk taat pada aturan etis dan moral untuk menciptakan ruang bersama yang nyaman, tentram, dan damai. Generasi milenial diharapkan tetap harus membatasi diri dengan sekat nilai, norma dan aturan kemanusiaan layaknya berinteraksi di dunia nyata.Kata kunci: Netiquette, media sosial, generasi milenial

Abstract

Mengatasi masalah ketahanan pangan dan pertanian yang terjadi, perlu perhatian khusus pada sector pertanian, produksi tanaman pangan padi menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan swasebada pangan yang digalakkan oleh pemerintah dalam ketahanan pangan. Kabupaten Nagan Raya termasuk kedalam kabupaten penghasil tanaman pangan (padi) dalam kegiatan pertanian, pemberdayaan inovasi baru meliputi benih unggul baru dan kelompok tani masih pada tahap pemula. Dalam mencapai visi misi Kabupaten Nagan Raya menjadikan pertanian yang mandiri dengan memperoleh varietas bibit unggul tanaman pangan perlu adanya strategi komunikasi Penggunaan inovasi varietas unggul atau bermutu bisa mengurangi risiko kegagalan budidaya padi serta meningkatkan produksi padi. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Komunikasi Penyuluhan Dinas Pertanian Inovasi Bibit Unggul Baru Tanaman Pangan padi Kepada Kelompok Tani Kabupaten Nagan Raya, dengan menekankan unsur strategi komunikasi mengenal khalayak, menyusun pesan, memilih metode dan penggunaan media komunikasi dalam penyuluhan. Melalui  pendekatan  Kualitatif  dengan  penyajian  data  secara Deskriptif, pengumpulan sumber data  dilakukan  secara  Field  Work  Reasearch, dengan observasi,  wawancara secara mendalam serta dokumentasi. strategi komunikasi yang pada hakekatnya merupakan sebuah manajemen atau perencanaan  untuk  mencapai  suatu tujuan dalam merubah perilaku sasaran penyuluhan/komunikasi dalam mengadopsi   inovasi baru secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Halal tourism is an accelerated development program carried out by the government in several regions in Indonesia. Aceh has been designated as a center for the development of halal tourist destinations. The increasing number of Muslim tourist visits has an effect on the provision of food and beverage products (culinary). The increase in tourist visits is not matched by the availability of halal-certified food and drinks. One of the reasons is the interest of culinary business actors to seek information about halal certification. This study aims to identify the characteristics of culinary business actors and analyze their communication process in obtaining halal certificates. This research was conducted in Banda Aceh-Indonesia in January-February 2020, using survey methods and in-depth interviews. The population determination and sample selection were carried out by purposive sampling with 77 respondents from culinary businesses and simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study show that the characteristics of culinary business actors are MSMEs which are dominated by young entrepreneurs. PLS analysis shows that the characteristic factor (0.080) has no effect on the communication process. On the other hand, institutional support (0.709) has a significant effect on the communication process..

Abstract

This paper aims to further examine the opportunities and challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 in disaster preparedness management. The method used is qualitative by analyzing articles obtained from Google Scholar with keywords industrial revolution 4.0 and disaster preparedness. The results of an analysis of documents related to the industrial revolution 4.0 found that cloud computing technology, artificial intelligence, big data, and the internet of things are useful in collecting data, mapping, and design of disaster risk information in real time and up to date. These conditions make management of disaster management more effective and efficient because the data is presented accurately so as to minimize errors or data distortion. Challenges that may be faced in the integration of the industrial revolution 4.0 technology and disaster preparedness management are also discussed.

Abstract

The meaning of masculinity changes along with the development of technology, media growth, and social change in society. This has become a factor influencing the increasingly deep grip of global capitalism. Within the framework of global capitalism masculinity is commodified into a consumptive lifestyle. The purpose of this study is to understand the reconstruction of male body masculinity that is influenced by global capitalism. The proposed research design is a desk study method where researchers use various concepts related to (1) male body construction; (2) capitalism and the reconstruction of the male body; (3) media frame and male body image; (4) reconstruction of masculinity; and (5) gender construction in the media frame. The results of the document review show that in global capitalism, the concept of masculinity shifts to consumption which is intervened through the media. The shift in meaning and indicators of masculinity ultimately force men to change their lifestyle by consuming certain symbols, signs and values. The most extreme form of masculinity reconstruction is hyper-masculinity.

Abstract

Land acquisition is a way to acquire land for development in the public interest. Land acquisition arrangements in Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Procurement for Development in the Public Interest. Article 1 number 2 of the law stipulates that: "Land acquisition is an activity of providing by giving appropriate and fair compensation to the rightful parties”. With the spirit of efficiency and effectiveness, based on Article 53 paragraph (1) Regulation of the Head of BPN Number 5 of 2012 which states that for the procurement of land with an area of no more than 1 (one) hectare, it can be done directly by the Agency which requires land with the Rightful Party, by buying and selling or exchanging or other methods agreed by both parties then amended to 5 (five) hectares with the issuance of Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency Number 6 Year 2015. Based on the description that has been stated, the formulation of the problem that will be discussed in this paper is whether there can be a consignment in small-scale land acquisition if there is no location determination? This research is a normative juridical research. This research is focused on examining the application of rules or norms in positive law. The data source used in this study is secondary data, which is done by examining library materials, or laws and regulations. The results showed that the location of land acquisition on a small scale can also be determined. This is because there is the word "can" in Article 121 paragraph (1) of Presidential Regulation No. 148 of 2015 which means that the determination of location can be done and may not be done in small-scale land acquisition. Therefore, in order for the consignment to be registered by the court, even in the small scale land acquisition, location determination can be made as one of the requirements for registration of the application to the court.Keywords: land acquisition, small scale land acquisition, consignment

Abstract

Polemic endorsement Qanun Number 3 of 2013 on Flag and the Symbol of Aceh has reached the stage of open conflict between Indonesia Government and Aceh Government. This conflict is constructed by the media using various framing devices. The consequence of media framing is the escalation of public opinion towards one-way interpretation of the media. In building a peaceful climate, the media has a very important role. The role of the media is not merely a transmitter of information and control of social reality, but the media plays a role in improving and providing citizens with a better understanding of the importance of sustainable peace for successful development.
