Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing on Purchase Interest with Consumer Satisfaction as a Mediator at the Tropical Space Coffee Shop. The approach in this study is quantitative with a correlational method. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. The number of samples was 75 people obtained through a saturated sampling process. Data analysis in this study was quantitative inferential path analysis. The results of the study show that (1) Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 28.60%. (2) Experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 41.90%. (3) Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 19.50%. (4) Experiential marketing has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 7.60%. (5) Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 50.40%. (6) Store atmosphere through consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 33.90%. The results of a significant influence mean that consumer satisfaction is able to be a good intervening variable in increasing the influence of store atmosphere on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop. (7) Experiential marketing through consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 28.70%. The results of a significant influence mean that consumer satisfaction is able to be a good intervening variable in increasing the influence of experiential marketing on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh service quality terhadap keputusan berkunjung, pengaruh digital marketing terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dan pengaruh service quality dan digital marketing terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari wisatawan pada obyek wisata pantai botutonuo kabupaten bone bolango yang kemudian dijadikan responden menggunakan rumus lameshow setelah melakukan perhitungan sehingga peneliti menyesuaikan sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil data yang dikumpulkan melalui pembagian kuesioner tersebut telah diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji analisis regresi linear. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian uji analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa variabel service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan berkunjung, digital marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan berkunjung dan service quality dan digital marketing secara simultan mempengaruhi keputusan berkunjung. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan R² sebesar 20,3% dikategorikan sedang. dapat disimpulkan bahwa Service Quality dan Digital Marketing secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung pada Obyek Wisata Pantai Botutonuo sedangkan 70,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study used a quantitative approach to measure the extent to which the implementation of aspects of Internal Marketing can increase job satisfaction of PNM Ulamm Gorontalo employees and their impact on customer satisfaction. The study involved 144 respondents from employee and customer clusters. Data sourced from questionnaires were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the internal marketing variable indicator namely service training program had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; internal marketing variable indicator namely performance incentive has positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; internal marketing variable indicators namely vision of service excellence have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; internal marketing variable indicators namely service training programs do not significantly influence customer satisfaction; indicator of internal marketing variable, performance incentive, does not significantly influence customer satisfaction; internal marketing variable indicator namely vision about service excellence has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; job satisfaction of Ulamm PNM employees has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; Employee job satisfaction in this research model plays a full role as a mediating variable. From the conclusions obtained, the researcher recommends further researchers to be able to broaden the scope of research by involving other banking companies to obtain research results with a broader level of generalization.

Abstract

Pesisir Desa Pohuwato memiliki potensi yang besar dalam hal sumber daya laut dan pariwisata. Tetapi, masalah sampah pesisir sering kali merusak keindahan alam dan mengurangi daya tarik wisata. Oleh karena itu, program pelatihan pengolahan sampah menjadi kerajinan tangan dapat memberikan solusi ganda baik itu membersihkan lingkungan maupun menciptakan sumber pendapatan baru bagi masyarakat. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan edukasi pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dengan mengurangi sampah plastik dan memberikan keterampilan baru dalam mengolah sampah menjadi produk kerajinan tangan yang kreatif. Mitra pengabdian ini yaitu pemerintah desa dan masyarakat Desa Pohuwato Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu pendidikan masyarakat terkait edukasi pengolahan sampah pesisir dan pelatihan pengolahan sampah daur ulang. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Pohuwato tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dengan mengurangi sampah plastik, adanya peningkatan keterampilan baru kepada masyarakat Desa Pohuwato dalam mengolah sampah menjadi produk kerajinan tangan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi, dan terbantunya pihak pemerintah desa dan masyarakat dalam pelestarian lingkungan pesisir dan mendorong penggunaan bahan daur ulang secara kreatif di Desa Pohuwato.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar media sosial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen secara parsial. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan populasi followers Instagram @barokashop_gtlo sebanyak 21.800. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi di Toko Barokashop Gorontalo. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi variabel media social dalam menjelaskan variabel pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi adalah sebesar 46.1%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sistem keuangan desa terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif kolerasional dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sistem keuangan desa terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Nilai koefisien determinasi dari model regresi yang telah diperoleh sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh system keuangan desa terhadap kinerja apparat desa sebesar 0,266 atau 26,6% dan sisanya sebesar 73,4% ditentukan oleh faktor lain di luar model yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan analisis jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 61 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 27.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Tingkat Pendidikan dan analisis jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, tingkat pendidikan dan analisis jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 56,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to map the trends, major themes, theoretical frameworks, and key determinants of revisit intention within the literature on ethnic festivals, with a special focus on Bali’s cultural tourism context.Design/Methodology/Approach: A mixed-method approach was employed, integrating bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review (SLR) based on the SPAR-4-SLR protocol, encompassing the stages of assembling, arranging, and assessing. Literature searches and selections were conducted through the Scopus-indexed Emerald and ScienceDirect databases for the period May 2014–May 2025, yielding 22 core articles for analysis.Findings: The findings reveal that cultural authenticity, symbolic experience, and local community engagement are critical factors in creating memorable experiences and fostering tourists’ intention to revisit. The Ogoh-Ogoh and Nyepi festivals demonstrate distinctive symbolic and spiritual dimensions, although the international database on Ogoh-Ogoh remains scarce. These results underscore the need for collaborative, interdisciplinary research and broader theoretical integration to advance understanding of ethnic festivals’ roles in sustainable tourism. This study provides both conceptual and practical foundations for developing innovative, authentic, and sustainable strategies for cultural destination management at both local and global levels.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven fundamental changes in marketing practices, compelling companies to shift their focus beyond economic gain toward broader sustainability goals. Paid advertising and organic reach represent two primary approaches in digital marketing, each with distinct strategic advantages. The objective of this study is to compare the effectiveness of these two approaches in supporting sustainability performance, while also exploring the potential for their integration into a sustainability-oriented hybrid strategy. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol, a total of 20 articles were selected and analysed from Scopus-indexed databases. The findings indicate that paid advertising is highly effective in achieving rapid reach and initial conversions, while organic reach is more effective in fostering long-term engagement and customer loyalty. The hybrid strategy is shown to be the optimal approach, combining the strengths of both methods in a synergistic manner. The present study makes a conceptual contribution to the field of sustainable digital marketing by offering a novel framework for industry practitioners to design strategies that balance operational efficiency with long-term sustainability objectives.
