Abstract

Product packaging is an image or description of an object that protects and is an essential element in sales. Packaging design and packaging form have an essential role in influencing consumer decisions to buy a product. The better the packaging displayed by the company, the more consumers will decide to choose and buy the product. Mom's Farm, a joint effort between residents of Nagreg Village in Sampora Village and Unika Atma Jaya, which is engaged in urban farming, realises the importance of preserving the environment. This business produces daily hydroponic vegetables such as mustard greens and lettuce. Replacing the old plastic packaging with green packaging, from banana leaves, will attract more buyers because the products use unique and environmentally friendly packaging. Finally, in addition to benefiting from the vegetables consumed, buyers can also contribute directly to reducing plastic waste and supporting environmental conservation. This community service activity aims to provide insight into the importance of preserving the environment through green packaging and assisting in making packaging from banana leaves. The planned activity has done well, and the participants can quickly follow the teaching of making packaging from banana leaves. Furthermore, based on the results of the feedback questionnaire, the participant's assessment also showed that overall, the informants received good and excellent scores in delivering the material.

Abstract

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the times, in all sectors of course it is necessary to follow these developments in order to achieve mutual comfort and safety. The Housing Complex also does not escape to be able to keep up with the times. Every housing estate certainly has activities to collect dues to be able to manage their living environment in a clean, safe and comfortable condition. The financial management of contributions carried out still applies a manual system, so that there is a human error between financial records and the actual evidence is not the same. In addition, with a manual system like this, misunderstandings can arise and the truth is quite difficult to prove due to manual recording. Using the Rapid Application Development method to design a financial management mobile app that has an incremental nature with the intention that the processing time can be done in a short time but still optimally. The data needed will be integrated using Firebase which has a real-time nature so that records can be recorded automatically and existing data is always updated according to existing events. Application design using the JavaScript programming language in the Visual Studio program and integrated with Firebase as a place to process data. Based on testing the system has been designed and can be used properly

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive sector by producing various automotive components. Based on the results of observations and interviews at PT. XYZ, it is known that there is a shortage of stock, so that customer or consumer requests are not fulfilled at each existing distribution center (DC). Based on the problems that occur, the research result suggestions for the best forecasting method based on the time series plot of each DC request processing using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method. In addition, with the DRP method, there is additional stock. The company still has remaining stock so it can still meet customer demand for each DC, and the product distribution process runs more regularly if any defective product should be replaced. Based on research results, the DRP method is able to minimize the risk of unfulfilled demand due to product defects.

Abstract

Breast cancer represents a leading cause of cancer-related mortality among women worldwide. Katuk leaves (Sauropus androgynus L.) demonstrate potential as anticancer agents through their ability to inhibit metastatic processes. The AKT1 protein plays a critical role in preventing apoptosis in breast cancer cells, making it an important therapeutic target. This study employed molecular docking analysis to evaluate the binding affinity of bioactive compounds from katuk leaves to the AKT1 protein. The docking methodology involved protein preparation using structures obtained from the Protein Data Bank (PDB ID 3O96), followed by ligand preparation and validation using AutoDockTools version 1.5.6. Chemical interaction analysis was performed using BIOVIA Discovery Studio 2021 software. The binding energy analysis encompassed one native ligand, one reference drug (afuresertib), and five katuk-derived compounds: kaempferol, catechin, coumarin, squalene, and phytol. The respective binding energies were determined as -12.59, -8.70, -5.92, -6.44, -5.05, -8.11, and -6.70 kcal/mol. Among the tested compounds, squalene exhibited the strongest binding affinity (-8.11 kcal/mol), demonstrating superior interaction with the AKT1 protein compared to other katuk-derived bioactive compounds. The in silico screening results indicate that bioactive constituents in katuk leaves possess favorable binding characteristics for breast cancer protein targets, with squalene showing particular promise as a natural AKT1 inhibitor.

Abstract

The increasing popularity of Japanese-origin animation industries or so-called “anime” attracts more interest from already-known fans and ordinary people who are just interested in watching. However, many viewers need advice in the form of recommendations for their preferred anime. This research aims to help viewers by developing a system that could provide some recommendations for several anime series related to the current series watched by the viewers. On the other side, this research could provide a reference to other researchers, especially those whose research focuses on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Japanese Animation culture. In this paper, the K-Means Clustering method is used to build the clustering model based on the data series, and the Elbow Method is used to determine the appropriate number of clusters. The result of this research indicates that the system can provide several titles of anime series related to the initial title of the anime series entered by the user at each iteration.

Abstract

SClustering is a commonly system used by the distribution company. Some consumers who are in the same location but located in two different clusters as a result of a fixed and rigid area within cluster, resulting in longer delivery time and higher cost incurred to deliver the order. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal vehicle route using three-phase method approachthat improve the clustering system. Complexity arising from the problem of this vehicle routing includes variant types of vehicles and variants of product types. The three-phase method includes a cluster-making phase with a maximum distance between consumers within 10 kilometers, a cluster adjustment phase, and a routing phase that determine shipping routes and calculate total distribution cost. Numerical examples shows that the cost of distributing goods can be minimized, from an average of IDR 1,064,408.33 to an average of IDR 775,586.46. Thus a three-phase method may improve the clustering system by reducing distribution time and cost.

Abstract

The government livestock carrier cruise program is a dedicated program to improve the supply chain management of livestock and the ultimate goal is selfsufficiency of beef in 2026. This carrier has one fleet with the capacity of 500 cows and sails through 8 ports regularly. The island of Nusa Tenggara are the local producers for the livestock carrier cruise which is an area of provincial surplus of beef. For the future the government plans to add more ships to the armada from the current one fleet to six fleets of livestock carrier cruises. The current livestock carrier cruise program has not been optimal in shipping cows to the consumer area. This is caused by the limitation of number of fleet and theexisting route that the livestock carrier has to sail through has created some obstacle to maximizing the number of cows to be distributed. This research aims to optimise this carrier cruising route with criteria including having high supplied beef percentage rate and having the most minimum cost. This optimisation problem solved by genetics algorithm methid and develop twodifferent scenarios that suggest alternatives for an optimal route. To make things easier, a computerized program with genetics algorithm method for a livestock carrier cruise optimization network are designed. The outcome of this research is a proposed optimised route on scenario 1 with total cost of Rp 443,306,533.26, and total load of 1,374 cows. As for the future to add five ships, the conditions are met by using the results of the second scenario with total cost of Rp 1,321,505,850.62, total load of 3416 cows and the route network for six ships
