Abstract

The use of basil leaves as a vegetable and biopharmaceutical plant requires products that are safe for consumption, thus encouraging environmentally friendly cultivation using natural fertilizers, especially as a nitrogen source. This research aims to determine the effect of various types of organic nitrogen source fertilizer on the growth and production of several basil accessions. The study was conducted in July-September 2021 at the Jambu Luwuk Ciawi, Bogor experimental field. The research design used was factorial CRD. The first factor was basil accessions (Kadudampit, Ciaruteun and Cidolog), and the second factor was the source of N (without N fertilizer, urea, kipahit (Tithonia diversifolia L.) compost, kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata L.) compost, and chicken manure). The variables observed were the number of leaves, plant height, number of branches and total branch length, leaf area, stem diameter, fresh and dry weight of the first to third harvest, and fresh and dry weight of roots and shoots. The Kadudampit accession has advantages in plant height, leaf area, wet and dry weight of first and second harvest as well as dry weight of third harvest and total harvest compared to other basil accessions. The application of kirinyuh compost increased the height of the basil plants, while the use of chicken manure increased the number of leaves, branches, total branch length, and wet and dry weight of the shoot and roots of the basil. Kirinyuh compost and chicken manure can be alternative sources N as substitute for urea in basil plants.

Abstract

The learning outcomes of the students showed unsatisfactory results with the average score obtained from 35 students being 53,68 which was very far below the KKM that had been set. This is due to the process of choosing inappropriate learning strategies so that students are not motivated to take lessons. The research aims to determine the effect of Concept Mapping learning strategies on student learning outcomes on lines and angles material in Class VII. The research method used is the experimental method. The design of this study is the One Group Pretest Posttest Group Design. The population in this study were all students of class VII consisting of 5 classes totaling 200 students. The research sample, namely class VII-2, was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Research data was collected using a test consisting of 10 questions. The data analysis technique uses a two-party test as seen from the Paired Sample T-Test in the SPSS Version 18 For Windows program. The research results show that there is a significant influence of concept mapping learning strategies on student learning outcomes. This is because the value of Sig. (2 Tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05 obtained from the output of the Paired Sample T-Test.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji secara yuridis putusan Pengadilan Negeri Medan Nomor 1137/Pid.B/2025/PN Mdn mengenai perkara pencurian dengan keadaan memberatkan. Tindak pidana ini menarik untuk dikaji karena melibatkan unsur pemberatan, yakni dilakukan secara bersama-sama oleh lebih dari satu orang (Pasal 363 ayat (1) ke-4 KUHP), serta adanya salah satu pelaku yang masih buron (DPO). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan hukum hakim didasarkan pada asas legalitas (Pasal 363 ayat (1) KUHP) dan pembuktian yang sah dan meyakinkan (minimal dua alat bukti yang sah dan keyakinan hakim). Hakim menerapkan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan mempertimbangkan faktor memberatkan (perbuatan dilakukan bersama-sama dan menimbulkan keresahan) dan meringankan (terdakwa kooperatif dan mengakui perbuatan). Putusan ini dinilai telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum pidana, mencerminkan keseimbangan antara kepastian hukum, keadilan, dan kemanfaatan (efek jera). Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya penguatan penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku DPO agar rasa keadilan dan efek jera yang optimal dapat terwujud di masyarakat.

Abstract

Autoimmunity is a chronic disease that attacks healthy body tissues; there are more than 80 types of disease. Patients will experience physical function and psychological disorders such as stress. Psychological stress has been implicated in the development and severity of autoimmune diseases with a value of 50%. This study focused on treatment, including stress management and behavioral interventions to prevent stress-related immune imbalances. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the self-healing technique in expressing writing and self-talk in reducing the stress level of autoimmune sufferers and in determining the level of social support received. The study was conducted 6-27 July 2021, week 1 expressing writing, week two self-talk, week three social support. The methods used a quantitative type of quasi-experimental design, matching pretest-posttest group design. The subjects were 30 patients, 15 patients in the control group and 15 patients in the experimental group. Data analysis used the paired-sample t-test and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a decrease in stress levels than the control group (p-value = 0.001 < = 0.05). Social support affects patient stress. The conclusion is that giving expressing writing and self-talk therapy can reduce stress levels in autoimmune patients.
