Abstract

Morals and education are crucial in relation to human life. Literature studies explain that education is a step toward developing each person's potential. One of the unique ways that can be done to teach moral values in early childhood is through the media of storytelling. This research was conducted to see the effect of storytelling media on the development of moral values of children in group B of Amanah Kindergarten. This research emphasizes an approach on a quantitative basis with an experimental method and related design, namely a non-randomized pretest-posttest control group. The population involved was 14 students who were divided into a control group and an experimental group. Based on the results of the study, there was a good change in the experimental group which was given the treatment and storytelling media, where storytelling media showed a significant relationship (p < .001) with the development of moral values in early childhood. AbstrakMoral dan pendidikan merupakan hal yang krusial dalam kaitannya dengan hidup manusia. Studi literatur menjelaskan jika pendidikan merupakan langkah atas upaya pengembangan potensi tiap orang sehingga dapat memaksimalkan potensi individu, di samping itu, juga menjadi wujud usaha atas pengembangan nilai moral yang baik khususnya untuk anak usia dini. Anak usia dini berada pada masa emas dari perkembangannya, sehingga penting dalam menggunakan cara yang unik untuk membuat anak memahami sesuatu hal, seperti nilai-nilai moral. Salah satu cara unik dapat dilakukan untuk mengajarkan nilai moral pada anak usia dini ialah dengan media bercerita. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh media bercerita pada pengembangan nilai moral anak-anak di kelompok B TK Amanah. Riset ini menekankan pendekatan dengan basis kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan terkait desainnya yakni non-randomized pretest-posttest control group. Populasi yang dilibatkan sebanyak 14 siswa yang dibagi terbagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperiemen. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, terdapat perubahan yang baik pada kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan dan media bercerita, dimana media bercerita menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p < .001) dengan perkembangan nilai moral pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

In recent times, there has been a phenomenon of social control carried out by the Indonesian Ulema Council through the MUI Fatwa Commission issued the Latest Fatwa Number 83 of 2023 concerning the Law of Support for the Palestinian Cause. The fatwa recommends Muslims avoid using Israeli-affiliated products as much as possible. These recommendations include an appeal to avoid transactions and use of products affiliated with Israel as well as those that support occupation and Zionism. Soekanto (1990) defines social control as a planned or unplanned process that aims to invite, direct, or even force certain communities or groups to comply with applicable values and norms. The purpose of this study is seeing how big the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council's role is on social media users' social control.This research is a big data research with several stages, namely data collection, data has been obtained, then the pre-processing stage to data analysis in the form of visualization. The findings obtained when the fatwa was issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council on November 10, 2023, found that there was an increase in searches and trending topics on social media. On November 15, 2023, the Indonesian Ulema Council issued a statement regarding fatwa Number 83 of 2023 which did not mention specific products in terms of names, brands, and companies. After the release of the statement, there was a decrease in numbers on google trends.

Abstract

Fenomena prokrastinasi akademik yang cukup tinggi di kalangan mahasiswa mendorong perlunya kajian terhadap faktor psikologis yang berperan, salah satunya adalah self-efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Self-efficacy mengacu pada keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Hal ini dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kecenderungan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan 356 mahasiswa (laki-laki = 81; perempuan = 275) dengan rentang usia 17 sampai 23 tahun (mean usia = 19.35; SD usia = 1.468). Pengambilan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala Generaal Self-Efficacy (GSE) dan Academic Procrastination-Short Form (APS-S). Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap prokrastinasi akademik. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat self-efficacy mahasiswa, maka semakin rendah tingkat prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa, maupun sebaliknya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan untuk mengembangkan strategi intervensi guna meningkatkan self-efficacy mahasiswa dalam rangka mengurangi kecenderungan tingkat prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kepercayaan diri siswa ketika pembelajaran dikelas, seperti siswa tidak berani bertanya maupun mengungkapkan pendapatnya, berbicara gugup ketika maju didepan kelas, dan cenderung bergantung pada orang lain. Hal ini sesuai dengan ciri- ciri orang yang kurang percaya diri. maka dari itu, peneliti menggunakan metode role play yang dianggap dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa di Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Huda IV Kepanjen Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-test post-test control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa madin Miftahul Huda IV yang berjumlah 79 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas A untuk kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 13 orang dengan memberikan perlakuan berupa metode role play dan kelas B sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 15 orang tanpa diberikannya perlakuan. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner (angket). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan uji – t (independent sample test). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa kelas eksperimen meningkat setelah diberikan perlakuan menggunakan metode role play. Hasil analisis uji –t independent sample test diperoleh nilai probabilitas (sig)= 0,000 dan nilai taraf signifikan sesuai rumus adalah 0,05 maka hasil kesimpulannya nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka keputusannya adalah Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya “Terdapat Pengaruh Metode Role Play terhadap Kepercayaan Diri Siswa di Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Huda IV”.

Abstract

Kurangnya Komunikasi Interpersonal yang ada pada pengurus komisariat akan menyebabkan beberapa masalah muncul. Seperti menurunnya kinerja pengurus, hubungan pengurus yang tidak harmonis, dan menurunnya rasa tanggungjawab terhadap tugas bidangnya. Komunikasi interpersonal antar pengurus menjadi faktor pendukung dari peningkatan kinerja pengurus komisariat. Dinamika komunikasi interpersonal yang berbeda akan membentuk kinerja pengurus yang berbeda pula. Setiap tugas pengurus juga tidak lepas dari komunikasi antar pengurus yang menyertainya. Setiap orang pengurus akan mencapai tingkat kinerja yang baik juga dikarenakan komunikasi interpersonal antar pengurus terjalin dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komunikasi interpersonal memiliki hubungan terhadap kinerja pengurus komisariat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sample random sampling dengan menggunakan subjek sebanyak 70 orang pengurus terdiri dari periode 2016-2020. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan skala komunikasi interpersonal yang telah diuji validitasnya dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,749 dan skala kinerja dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,749. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment sederhana dengan bantuan softwere SPSS versi 25 dan 20. Hasil analisis korelasi  menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan dan positif dari komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja (F = 0,517; sig =  0,000 < 0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal akan kinerja pengurus komisariat bernilai sedang.

Abstract

Abstract: Parenting is the behavior and attitude of guardian parents in fostering child survival, development and providing protection to children equally physically, socially or spiritually to create children with personality. Parenting is an environmental activity that includes a variety of special behaviors that work together individually and simultaneously in influencing children's behavior (Silalahi and Minamo, 2010: 164). Single Parent is a fact that is increasingly taken for granted in modern society, people Older people who are forced to experience it either because they are divorced or their spouse dies do not need to sink for a long time because they are able to learn many things, such as the mass media or people who experience it (Meyland, 2019).Qualitative research is a scientific research, which aims to understand a phenomenon in a natural social context by prioritizing a process of in-depth communication interaction between the researcher and the phenomenon being studied. (Haris Herdiansyah, 2015). Based on research findings in the field, single parent parenting styles for each subject have different parenting styles, and there are 3 types of parenting styles. by something. Where these parents have certain reasons and goals. the results of the study showed that the three single parent subjects had similarities and differences in parenting. These similarities and differences are found in each type of parenting, namely authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, and permissive parenting.According to several theories related to the problem under study, namely the Parenting Style of Single Parents in Purwodadi Donomulyo Village, Malang. There are several unique parenting styles for each subject obtained from the interview results. And based on several parenting styles, it was concluded that the three subjects had similarities and also differences in parenting styles, both authoritarian, democratic, and permissive parenting styles.

Abstract

Early reading skills are basic skills that children need to have to understand various knowledge. In the learning process that plays an important role is the learning method, the application of the VAKT Method is one method that can be used to improve early reading skills in early grade elementary school students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the VAKT method on improving early reading skills in children with reading difficulties in elementary schools. The subjects of this study were 6 students in elementary school. This study used a quasi-experimental design. The sample of this study amounted to 6 people. The treatment given to the subject is the application of the VAKT method. Data analysis methods used with nonparametric techniques (Wilcoxon). The results showed that the application of the VAKT method can improve reading skills in children with reading difficulties in elementary schools, increase initial reading skills in students who have difficulty reading, obtained a Z value of -2.214. The significance value obtains a value of 0.027. judging from the significance value of 0.027<0.05, it means that there is an increase in reading ability with the VATK method (Visual, Audio, Tactile, Kinesthetic) in children with reading difficulties in elementary school

Abstract

This study describes a training program designed to enhance the competence of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in developing psychological measurement instruments within the MGBK Junior High Schools of Trenggalek Regency. The training adopted a quantitative approach with an instrument development design, focusing on improving teachers’ conceptual understanding and technical skills in constructing, validating, and analyzing psychological scales. The program consisted of pre-test and post-test assessments, workshops, group assignments, and evaluation surveys. Results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ competencies, with an average increase of 54.1%, particularly in applying psychometric analysis software. Five groups successfully produced reliable and contextually relevant psychological scales, with Cronbach’s alpha ranging from 0.74 to 0.88. Survey data also showed a high satisfaction rate (91.1%) among participants, emphasizing the relevance and practicality of the training. The findings suggest that experiential, practice-based training supported by university–school collaboration effectively strengthens teachers’ psychometric literacy and promotes evidence-based counseling practices. Future studies are recommended to conduct confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and wider trials to enhance the validity and applicability of the developed instruments

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) on Instagram Addiction among adolescents in the context of the rapid development of the internet and social media. The internet, especially Instagram, has become very popular among adolescents, providing convenience and creativity but also triggering FoMO, which is defined as the anxiety of missing out on other people's experiences. Quantitative methods were used using regression analysis with FoMO as a predictor and Instagram Addiction as the dependent variable. The ANOVA results showed that the regression model was significant (F = 15.210, p < 0.001), while the regression coefficient indicated a positive effect of FoMO on Instagram Addiction (B = 0.005, p < 0.001). These findings indicate that every one-point increase in FoMO corresponds to a 0.005-point increase in Instagram Addiction (logIG). In conclusion, FoMO is a significant predictor of Instagram Addiction, implying that higher levels of FoMO increase the likelihood of addictive behavior on Instagram, underscoring the importance of addressing FoMO in understanding adolescent digital behavior.
