Abstract

Karena tingginya tingkat kompetisi antar siswa maupun antar sekolah, maka Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) perlu melakukan seleksi siswa berprestasi untuk memunculkan kemauan bersaing antar siswa secara sehat dengan melibatkan berbagai pertimbangan. Adapun pertimbangan kriteria didalamnya yaitu nilai akademik, prestasi non akademik, sikap, perilaku, bakat, riwayat organisasi, dan penilaian ekstrakurikuler berdasarkan kurikulum 2013. Saat ini, banyak SMA melakukan proses penilaian secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu 1-2 minggu. Selain itu, proses pemilihan siswa berprestasi untuk kegiatan perlombaan juga masih melibatkan subjektivitas dari beberapa guru saja yang mengindikasikan kurang optimalnya hasil yang didapatkan karena menandakan adanya keberpihakan. Oleh karena itu, dibangunlah aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) pemilihan siswa berprestasi dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan model pengembangan Extreme Programming. Untuk proses pengujian fungsi aplikasi SPK ini dilakukan dengan metode Black-Box serta pengujian tingkat keakurasian menggunakan 104 sampel dan 6 kriteria yang ada dengan membandingkan antara hasil aplikasi dan hasil perhitungan secara manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengguna SPK ini dapat terbantu untuk menyelesaikan pemilihan siswa berprestasi dengan waktu kurang dari 20 menit. Tingkat keakurasian yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi ini mencapai 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the growth of online evaluation to give a comprehensive overview and identify research in the trending field and recommendations for further research that can be developed. This study used a bibliometric approach with descriptive methods from documents in the last ten years of the Scopus database. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were performed using data collected from numerous scientific reference sources to determine development trends, the most popular subjects, and the contributions of eminent scholars. The analysis’s findings indicated that student evaluations of courses and teachers were the most commonly discussed subjects. However, in subsequent years, interest had changed to e-learning, higher education, assessment, and evaluation. Recent scientific articles further emphasized the significant impact Covid-19 had had on altering the evaluation process, placing particular attention on online learning. With the advancement of research on artificial intelligence in education, this study also outlined prospects and challenges in online evaluation research. We found thirteen publications covering Chat GPT for educational purposes by obtaining data from articles published in the most recent year in the Scopus database. This study offered a comprehensive view of the evolution of online evaluation through a bibliometric method, covered pertinent topics, and provided a basis for academics to carry out the most recent research in this area.

Abstract

In order to solve the assignment problems, so far commercial applications only offer one optimal solution and cannot handle the assessment process that has some criteria, such as Microsoft Excel and WinQSB. Limitations of commercial applications have been already solved in previous research, however, it still have two deficiencies, i.e. a number of tasks and workers have to be same and cannot include subcriteria. When the application is able to handle the deficiencies, it will be aimed to solve the real case more properly. The proposed methods to solve the assessment problem are Hungarian and Permutation method. This paper implements a method, called System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in the waterfall model. Through new assignment application, the optimal solution that is offered to the decision maker may have more than one solution, which the number of tasks can be different with the number of workers. Furthermore, the assignment application is able to produce solution for the assignment problem comprehensively because the task assessment has included criteria and subcriteria.

Abstract

Picnicker is a startup that is engaged in tourism where its services provide information for tourists who want to find it easy to find information and gain access to local tourist attractions by purchasing tickets online and validating entry to tourist attractions without queuing to reduce the risk of contracting Covid-19 in the middle of the world. pandemic. The current problem is that the Picnicker startup requires a platform that can accommodate a collection of information about tourist destinations, tourist locations, and tourist attraction tickets in forming a product that will be built to achieve a minimum viable product (MVP), which of course has aspects, one of which is the User Interface and User Experience. This study uses the Design Thinking method which there are 5 stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. In addition, the reason for using the Design Thinking method is because of the process of creating new innovative ideas to solve problems in developing new application products and for measuring user experience using the HEART Metric framework developed by Google to measure the level of success of UX on a product. Based on the analysis and design of the user interface and user experience at the Picnicker startup with a user persona approach based on design thinking, the success of User Experience carried out using the Google Heart Metric Framework was 0.762 and greater than r-table 0.284 by performing a reliable test using Cronbach Alpha which is shown to 23 questions and from the Heart Metric Framework indicators there are 5 indicators, namely happiness, engagement, adaptation, retention, and task success where the average percentage is 55.1%, which means that overall the results obtained indicate that users are acceptable and get a range of the good one.

Abstract

Inclusive student education has become one of the most important agendas of UNESCO and the Indonesian government. Developing an inclusive education for children is critical to adapt to their abilities while attending school. However, most parents and educators who help students select their future secondary school after finishing primary school are often unaware of their real potential. The problem is mainly because the decision is not based on objective assessments such as IQ, average, and mental scores. In this study, our objective is to create a school-type decision support system using data mining as a factor-analytic approach to extract rules for the knowledge model. The system uses some variables as the basic principles for building school-type classification rules using the ID3 decision tree method. This system can also assist educators in making decisions based on existing graduate data. The evaluation showed that the proposed system produced an accuracy of 90% by allocating 75% of the data for training and 25% for testing. The accuracy value from the evaluation phase stated that the ID3 decision tree algorithm performs well. This system can also dynamically create new decision trees based on newly added datasets. More research is expected to result in a more variable and dynamic system that can have a more accurate result for the inclusive student classification of secondary school.

Abstract

Diabetes adalah gangguan metabolisme kronis di mana pankreas tidak bisa menciptakan insulin yang cukup ataupun tubuh tidak berhasil menggunakan insulin yang telah dihasilkan. Penyebab yang dapat menimbulkan terjadinya penyakit diabetes berawal dari  banyak antara lain penyebab genetik dan lingkungan. Diabetes tidak hanya menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi bagi pasien karena biaya pengobatan tetapi juga memperpendek umur peluang untuk hidup sebesar 5–10 tahun. Akibat lainnya adalah jika  tidak ada upaya untuk mengontrol dan mencegah, diabetes dapat semakin memperburuk penderita karena dapat menimbulkan komplikasi yang berat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dapat dilakukan prediksi penyakit diabetes untuk  dapat membantu tenaga medis mengetahu lebih dini kondisi pasien. Algoritma Naive Bayes dan K-Nearest neighbor (KNN) bisa digunakan membantu prediksi  penyakit diabetes dengan menggunakan software RapidMiner dan Python. Hasil penelitian ini dievaluasi dengan Confusion Matrix serta Nilai AUC. Hasil metode Naïve Bayes adalah 77% dengan nilai AUC 0.83 sedangkan metode K-nearest neighbor (KNN=3) adalah 71% dengan nilai AUC 0.75, KNN=5 adalah 69% dengan AUC 0.76, dan KNN=7 adalah 68% dengan AUC 0.75 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma naïve bayes lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan KNN, meski pada penelitian ini untuk algoritma KNN menggunakan K=3, K=5 dan K=7, lalu untuk untuk yang KNN dari ketiga K yang digunakan dari segi confusion matrix KNN=3 lebih unggul sedangkan dari nilai AUC yaitu KNN=5.

Abstract

Sakinah Mart is a retail business that focuses on determining the layout of goods based on perceptions and implementing a discount system for specific items, but without offering bundling packages. This research aims to provide recommendations using the apriori algorithm as a decision-making tool for analyzing the layout of goods and bundling packages. The apriori algorithm is a data mining technique used to discover association rules and analyze customer purchases, specifically identifying the likelihood of customers buying item X along with item Y. The algorithm consists of two main components: support and confidence. The research applies the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) method, utilizing the apriori algorithm to analyze sales transaction data. The dataset includes 2000 sales transactions with two attributes, resulting in the identification of 2 and 3 itemsets. The findings include 16 rules with a minimum support value of 42% and a minimum confidence of 85% for the layout of goods. For bundling packages, 5 rules with a minimum support value of 40% and a minimum confidence of 90% were generated. These results offer valuable recommendations to the company, using the apriori algorithm for analyzing the layout of goods and bundling packages.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dalam dunia Pendidikan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk percepatan distribusi materi ajar dan kenyamanan dalam belajar. Untuk itu perlu dibagun Learning Manajemen System (LMS) yang dapat mewadahi kebutuhan mengajar guru dan kebutuhan belajar siswa. Agar pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat mencapai tujuan, maka para guru perlu mengenal model Blended Learning dan LMS. Webinar ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan model Blended Learning dan LMS dalam pembelajaran di SMA. Kegiatan ini dikemas dalam pekan Webinar bagi guru-guru SMA di Indonesia. Webinar dihadiri 111 peserta dari seluruh Indonesia. Webinar diikuti oleh 111 peserta dengan 1 peserta dari luar negeri (Den Haag) dan 110 peserta dari 33 kota di Indonesia. Di akhir acara webinar disebarkan angket terdiri atas 7 item pertanyaan dengan rating scale 1 – 4 untuk mengetahui kepuasan dan efektifitas pelaksanan webinar. Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa nilai tertinggi didapat pada item pertanyaan (1) kategori materi yang disampaikan narasumber webinar dapat menambah peningkatan wawasan, dan (2) kategori kualitas narasumber dalam menyampaikan materi dengan rata-rata nilai 3.8. Kemudian untuk nilai terendah didapat pada item pertanyaan kategori efisiensi waktu penyelenggaraan event sesuai harapan (hari, tanggal, dan waktu event) dengan rata-rata nilai 3.5.

Abstract

This study aims to establish a foundation for the development of differentiated learning through an analysis of trends in articles related to personality type differences in the field of mathematics education. The research method used was descriptive, using Bibliometric Analysis. These 422 data from Scopus have been from Scopus-indexed journals and were obtained by defining search keywords, namely "individual differences." These articles were then filtered based on the highest citation, resulting in 100 articles that were analyzed using Vos Viewer and Microsoft Excel to display the necessary data for analysis. The results of this study indicated that from many articles that had been analyzed, individual differences have a wide meaning, it could be gender, characteristics, thinking process, fear, attitude, and others. Those differences should be taken into consideration by the teacher and cannot be neglected because they can influence the learners. From the data that has been analyzed, the topic above has been increasing after 2017 with the United States and the United Kingdom as the most recent country that published this topic. Cognition is the journal that has the most publications on this topic, with Engle, R. W. as the most productive writer. The most trending article was about Mathematics in general, mathematics concepts, and the phenomena in teaching and learning math. The next piece of advice is about the development of the individual learning model, its evaluation, and its utilization in creating a differentiated learning model.

Abstract

AbstrakSelain harus bersaing dengan dealer lain, kenjeran Auto2000 juga harus bersaing dengan cabang Auto2000 lainnya. Salah satu strategi yang digunakan untuk memenangkan persaingan adalah melalui penerapan segmentasi pelanggan. Saat ini kenjeran Auto2000 belum memiliki mekanisme segmentasi pelanggan, permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah tidak dapat mengklasifikasikan pelanggan karena jumlah datanya yang besar dan belum ada alat yang mendukung segmentasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka diusulkan solusi aplikasi segmentasi pelanggan yang dapat membantu kenjeran Auto2000 melakukan segmentasi. Untuk mengetahui karakteristik pelanggan digunakan model RFM. Sedangkan metode K-Means digunakan untuk melakukan segmentasi, namun metode ini memiliki kelemahan yaitu sulit untuk menentukan jumlah cluster yang terbaik. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, metode Koefisien Silhouette digunakan. Metode ini digunakan untuk membantu metode K-Means dalam menentukan jumlah cluster terbaik yang akan digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi telah berjalan sesuai fungsinya yaitu mampu mengelompokkan pelanggan menjadi beberapa kelompok dan menemukan kelompok pelanggan potensial.Kata Kunci: segmentasi pelanggan, k-means clustering, RFM, silhouette coefficient AbstractBesides having to compete with other dealers, Auto2000 kenjeran also had to compete with other Auto2000 branches. One of the strategies used to win the competition is through the implementation customer segmentation. Currently Auto2000 kenjeran does not have a customer segmentation mechanism, the problem faced is that it cannot classify customers because of the large amount of data and there are no tools that support segmentation. Based on these problems, a customer segmentation application solution is proposed that can help Auto2000 kenjeran perform segmentation. To determine the characteristics of the customer, the RFM model is used. While the K-Means method is used to perform segmentation, but this method has a weakness, that’s difficult to determine the best number of cluster. To resolve this problem, the Silhouette Coefficient method is used. This method is used to assist the K-Means method in determining the best number of cluster that will be used. Based on the test results, the application has been running according to its function, which is able to group customers into several groups and to find groups of potential customers.  Keywords: customer segmentation, k-means clustering, RFM, silhouette coefficient
