Abstract

Non-linear trend is a measure of trend that has a model with quadratic equations, cubic and so on. The purpose of this research is to determine the population projection in Medan using a non-linear trend of the polynomial method (parabolic trend / quadratic trend) and to determine the factors that influence population growth in the city of Medan. From the results of data processing using the non-linear trend of the polynomial method, it is obtained that the projected number of population in 2029 will be 2645501 people, with The total male population is 1314713 and the female population is 1330788. When compared with the population in previous years, it can be seen that until 2029 the population in Medan will increase. Based on the research results from the factor analysis, it is known that the factors that are formed from the factor analysis process can be concluded that all the factors formed affect the population growth rate of Medan. The factors formed are birth (fertility), death (mortality) and migration.

Abstract

Kerja praktik (KP) merupakan kegiatan akademik yang berorientasi pada bentuk pembelajaran mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan tenaga kerja yang berkualitas. Dengan mengikuti kerja praktik (KP) diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman mahasiswa dalam mempersiapkan diri memasuki dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. permasalahan yang terjadi di bagian administrasi yaitu keterlambatan atas proses administrasinya. Maka daripada praktikan mencoba menggunakan Metode CPM untuk menyelesaikan proses administrasi agar lebih efisien. jalur kritis dapat ditemukan dengan melihat total float menghasilkan jumlah sama dengan 0 yang berupa aktivitas kritis dan ditemukan jalur kritisnya sebagai berikut: “ 1-3-4 ”.

Abstract

Factors causing environmental damage/disaster include internal and external damage. By maximizing the transportation system, we are able to address the social issues optimally so that we provide more positive impacts on public health, environmental health, and urban beauty. Factors related to distribution can make decisions about the routes of transportation. The purpose of this research is to optimize the route of truck transportation using the Hill Climbing Algorithm in the District of Medan Denai from one point to another towards the construction site of the Sentairai. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the route of truck transport to the top with a graphical information system using Ailgorithm Hill Climbing, the route of truck transport to the top with a graphical information system using Ailgorithm Hill Climbing in the District of Medan Aireai with the shortest route for transport to the top is through a route with a total distance of 32.25 km with a travel time of 85 minutess and a total time of 8 hours 20 minutess, namely through: Start Point (Kantor Camat Medan Area) - Pandau Hulu II Village - Kotamatsum II Village - Pasar Merah Timur Village - Kotamatsum III Village - Tegal Sari III Sub-district – Tegal Sari I Sub-district – Sei Rengas Permata Sub-district – Tegal Sari II Sub-district – Sei Rengas II Sub-district – Sukaramai II Sub-district – Sukaramai I Sub-district – Kotamatsum I Sub-district and TPA.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of two inventory control methods, namely continuous review system and min-max in controlling soybean raw material inventory in tofu production. The continuous review system method is an inventory control system where raw material inventory is checked continuously while the min-max method is a method that maintains raw materials between the minimum and maximum limits. The data used are data on soybean raw material inventory and needs at the Ali Musa tofu factory in Serdang Bedagai Regency, Indonesia. Based on the results of the analysis of total inventory costs using the continuous review system method, it is IDR 418,978,693 in 2021 and IDR 430,271,763 in 2022. While the total inventory cost using the min-max method is IDR 366,272,031 in 2021 and IDR 367,964,100 in 2022. While the company uses IDR 429,321,708 in 2021 and IDR 445,381,200 in 2022. From the calculations above, the min-max method is more effective in reducing total inventory costs with infrequent ordering frequencies. Since orders are not made regularly, this strategy reduces the number of soybean orders and reduces the cost of ordering. When the reorder limit is reached, the company will place the order. The choice of inventory control method must be adjusted to the needs and operational characteristics of the company. The continuous review system method is better for companies with high and fluctuating raw material needs, while min-max can be used for companies with more stable raw material needs. The findings and the method used in this study could be beneficial for the factory to organize its inventory efficiently.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan produk berupa pocket bookberbasis scaffolding. Materi ajar yang diberikan peneliti adalah Limit Fungsi untuk siswa Kelas XI MA/SMA. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIA 2 SMAS Imelda Medan. Dalam penelitian ini, proses pengembangan pocket bookberbasis scaffolding mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D yang telah diubah menjadi 3D yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan) dan development (pengembangan). Validasi produk Pocket bookberbasis scaffolding mendapatkan nilai rata-rata validasi secara keseluruhan yaitu 4,22 yang masuk kategori baik. Untuk tingkat keefektifan pocket book terhadap kemampuan pemahaman matematis masuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase ketuntasan siswa pada saat pretes 6,67% menjadi 87% saat post test yang diyakinkan dengan dilakukannya uji t mendapatkan hasil t hitung yaitu 6,697 dan t tabel yaitu 2,145, dengan ketentuan t hitung > t tabel, yang artinya hasil uji t tersebut mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan. Kata Kunci: Pocket Book, Scaffolding, Kemampuan Pemahaman Matematis ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to develop a product in the form of a scaffolding-based pocket book. The teaching material given by the researcher is Limit Function for Class XI MA/SMA students. The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIA 2 SMAS Imelda Medan. In this study, the process of developing a pocket bookbased on scaffolding refers to a 4D development model that has been converted into 3D, namely define, design and development. The validation of the scaffolding-based Pocket bookproduct got an overall average value of 4.22 which was in the good category. For the level of effectiveness of the pocket bookon mathematical understanding abilities, it is in the very good category with the percentage of students' completeness at the pretest 6.67% to 87% at the post-test which is convinced by the t-test to get the t-count results that is 6.697 and the t-table is 2.145, with the provisions of t arithmetic > t table, which means that the results of the t test have a significant difference. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas strategi pembelajaran inquiry dan discovery learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada pokok bahasan induksi matematika di kelas XI MAN 3 Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasinya adalah seluruh kelas XI MIA MAN 3 Mandailing Natal. Dipilih sampel sebanyak 2 kelas, yaitu kelas XI MIA 1 dengan jumlah 20 siswa dan XI MIA 2 dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efektivitas penggunaan strategi pembelajaran inquiry dan discovery learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan maslah siswa di kelas XI MIA 1 dan MIA 2 dengan nilai sig (2- tailed) atau P-value sebesar 0,008. Kesimpulannya terdapat efektivitas strategi pembelajaran inquiry dan discovery learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Kata Kunci : Inquiry; Discovery Learning; Pemecahan Masalah.   ABSTRACT         This study aims to determine the effectiveness of inquiry learning and discovery learning strategies on students' problem solving abilities on the subject of mathematical induction in class XI MAN 3 Mandailing Natal. This research is a quantitative research, with a quasi-experimental type of research. The population is all class XI MIA MAN 3 Mandailing Natal. A sample of 2 classes was selected, namely class XI MIA 1 with 20 students and XI MIA 2 with 20 students. Data analysis was conducted by using independent sample t-test. These findings indicate that there is an effective use of inquiry learning and discovery learning strategies on the problem solving ability of students in class XI MIA 1 and MIA 2 with a sig (2-tailed) or P-value of 0.008. In conclusion, there is the effectiveness of inquiry learning and discovery learning strategies on students' problem solving abilities.  Keywords : Inquiry; Discovery Learning; Solution to problem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan tipe Think Pair Share pada materi SPLTV di kelas X SMA Gema Buwana. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen.Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Gema Buwana, tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis varians (ANAVA). Hasil temuan ini menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan tipe Think Pair Share pada materi SPLTV, dimana nilai Fhitung (4,142) > Ftabel (3,960); (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan tipe Think Pair Share pada materi SPLTV, dimana nilai Fhitung (5,954) > Ftabel (4,085); (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan tipe Think Pair Share pada materi SPLTV, dimana nilai Fhitung (0,7) < Ftabel (4,085). Simpulan penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa lebih sesuai diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dari pada tipe Think Pair Share. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes and students’ learning motivation using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model and the Think Pair Share type in SPLTV material in class X SMA Gema Buwana. This research is a quantitative research, with the type of experimental research. The population is all students of class X SMA GemaBuwana, academic year 2021/2022, totaling 40 students. Data analysis was performed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). These finding indicate; (1) There are differences in learning outcomes and learning motivation of students who are taught using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model and the Think Pair Share type in SPLTV material, where the valueFcount (4.142) > Ftable (3.960); (2) There are differences in student learning outcomes who are taught using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model and the Think Pair Share type in SPLTV material, where the value of Fcount (5.954) > Ftable (4.085); (3) There is no difference in the learning motivation of students who are taught using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model and the Think Pair Share type in SPLTV material, where the value of Fcount (0.7) < Ftable (4.085). The conclusion of this study explains that learning outcomes and student motivation are more suitable to be taught with the Jigsaw type of cooperative learning model than the Think Pair Share type.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament Dan Think Talk Write Terhadap Keaktifan Dan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Pada Materi Persamaan Kuadrat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis varian (ANAVA). Hasil temuan ini menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran teams games tournament dan think talk write terhadap keaktifan belajar matematika siswa pada materi persamaan kuadrat, dengan Fhitung = 7,813 > Ftabel pada taraf (a=0,05) = 4,043; 2) Tidak terdapat perngaruh model pembelajaran teams games tournament dan think talk write terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi persamaan kuadrat, dengan Fhitung =2,157 < Ftabel pada taraf (a = 0,05) = 4,043 ; 3) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran teams games tournament dan think talk write terhadap keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi persamaan kuadrat, denganFhitung = 1,061 > Ftabel pada taraf (a = 0,05) = 10,004. Simpulan alam penelitianini menjelaskan bahwa kaktifan dan hasil belajar matematika siswa lebih baik diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) lebih berpengaruh dari pada model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW). ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament and Think Talk Write Learning Model on Student Activity and Learning Outcomes in the Quadratic Equation. This research is a quantitative research, with a quasi-experimental type of research. Data analysis was performedby analysis of variance (ANOVA). These findings indicate: 1) There is an effect of learning using the teams games tournament and think talk write learning models on students' learning activities in mathematics in the quadratic equation material, with Fcount = 7,813> Ftable at level (a=0,05) = 4.043; 2) There is no influence of the learning model of the teams games tournament and think talk write on the students' mathematics learning outcomes in the quadratic equation material, with F_count=2.157<F_table at level (a=0.05)=4.043 ; 3) There is an effect of the learning model of teams games tournament and think talk write on the activity and learning outcomes of students in the quadratic equation material, with F_count=1.061>F_table at level (a=0.05)=10.004. The conclusion of this study is that students' activities and learning outcomes are better taught using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model, which is more influential than the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan 5 tahapan, yaitu analysis (analisis), design (desain), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi) dan evaluation (evaluasi). Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik di kelas X IPA 1 SMA Darussalam yang berjumlah sebanyak 25 peserta didik. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk melihat kevalidan dan kepraktisan media dan tes hasil belajar peserta didik untuk melihat tingkat keefektifan dari media yang dikembangkan.Pembuatan video ini dilakukan dengan5 tahapan, yaitu analysis (analisis), design (desain), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi) dan evaluation (evaluasi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kevalidan dari media pembelajaran sebesar 2,7 dengan kategori baik/cukup valid. Untuk tingkat kepraktisan dari media pembelajaran berdasarkan angket respon peserta didik sebesar 3,53 dengan kategori kurang baik/ kurang praktis dan angket respon guru matematika sebesar 4,64 dengan kategori baik/ cukup praktis. Sedangkan untuk tingkat keefektifan dari media pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil perhitungan validitas instrumen soal test menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment dengan angka kasar diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 0,869 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Nilai thitung 8,434 dan nilai ttabel 0,396, sehingga instrumen soal test signifikansi dengan taraf kesalahan α = 0,05 atau 5%. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal peserta didik diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 80% dengan kategori baik, maka media pembelajaran ini dikatakan efektif. ABSTRACT This study uses the ADDIE development model with 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects in this study were students in class X IPA 1 SMA Darussalam, totaling 25 students. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire to see the validity and practicality of the media and student learning outcomes tests to see the effectiveness of the developed media. The making of this video was carried out in 5 stages, namely analysis (analysis), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation) and evaluation (evaluation). The results of  this study indicate that the level of validity of the learning media is 2.7 with a good/fairly valid category. For the level of practicality of learning media based on student response questionnaires of 3.53 in the poor/less practical category and the mathematics teacher's questionnaire response of 4.64 in the good/fairly practical category. Meanwhile, for thelevel of effectiveness of the learning media based on the results of the calculation of the validity of the test instrument validity using the product moment correlation formula with rough numbers, an average of 0.869 was obtained in the very high category. The tcount value is 8.434 and the ttable value is 0.396, so the instrument is a test of significance with an error level of = 0.05 or 5%. The percentage of classical completeness of students obtained on average is 80% with a good category, then this learning media is said to be effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa modul pembelajaran matematika berbasis contextual teaching learning. Materi ajar yang disajikan peneliti adalah integral untuk peserta didik kelas XI SMA/MA. Subjek dalam penelitian ialah peserta didik kelas XI IPA 2 Di Perguruan Islam Cerdas Murni Tembung. Prosedur Pengembangan modul pembelajaran matematika dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D yakni Tahap pendefinisian (define), Tahap perancangan (design), Tahap pengembangan (develop) dan Tahap penyebaran (disseminate). Modul pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak berdasarkan skor rata-rata validasi modul 4,6 kategori sangat baik. Memenuhi kriteria praktis berdasarkan penilaian guru 4,6 kategori sangat baik dan respon siswa 4,55 kategori sangat baik. Memenuhi kriteria efektif berdasarkan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 80% dimana 28 dari 35 orang peserta didik dan berdasarkan Uji N-Gain dengan hasil signifikan 0,82 menunjukan kategori 0,70 < g > 1,00 tergolong sangat tinggi. ABSTRACT                   This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of mathematics learning modules based on contextual teaching learning. The teaching material presented by the researcher is integral for class XI SMA/MA students. The subjects in the study were students of class XI IPA 2 at the Tembung Intelligent Pure Islamic College. The procedure for the development of the mathematics learning module in this study refers to the 4D development model, namely the  definition stage, the design stage, the develop stage and the dissemination stage. The learning module developed was declared feasible based on the average score of the module validation in the very good category. Meet the practical criteria based on the teacher's assessment of 4.6 very good categories and student responses in the very good category. Fulfilling the effective criteria based on the classical learning completeness of which of the students and based on the N-Gain Test with significant results indicating the category is classified as very high.
