Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether consumer attitudes, brand perception, and product characteristics all concurrently have a substantial impact on purchasing decisions. This study employs quantitative descriptive techniques along with a survey methodology. The author employs a variety of data collection techniques, including field research and library research, while gathering data for analysis. Open and closed questionnaires were both used by the researcher in this instance. The multiple linear regression analysis model includes the requirement of testing the analysis requirements. A two-way significant test was applied in this investigation. The t-test results demonstrate that the product attribute variables have a significant and favorable influence on the dependent variable (buying decisions), based on the findings of the partial multiple regression test. The dependent variable (buying decision) is significantly and favorably influenced by the brand image variable. The dependent variable (buying decisions) is significantly and favorably influenced by the customer attitude variable. Based on the outcomes of the simultaneous multiple regression test, the F-test results reveal that the three independent variables, namely the product attributes, brand image, and consumer attitude, significantly influence the purchasing decision variable with a significant value of 0.000 and an f-count > f-table value.

Abstract

Masa pandemic yang telah kita lewati beberapa tahun ini tidak hanya menimbulkan dampak negative namun juga dampak positif yang sama kuatnya pada segala bidang. Bentuk dampak positif yang paling terasa adalah adanya penerapan digitalisasi pada bidang pemasaran, peralihan budaya pemasaran saat ini telah didominasi oleh e-commerce. Disisi lain para mahasiswa yang seyogianya berada pada kelompok potensial sudah seharusnya mampu memanfaatkan momen ini untuk mengembangkan kreativitas yang membangkitkan inovasi, minimal sebagai langkah awal sebagai upaya untuk turut andil dalam mengembangkan minat berwirausaha. Tujuan abdimas ini adalah sebagai upaya untuk mendorong munculnya rintisan minat berwirausaha dikalangan mahasiswa. Metode abdimas ini adalah sosialisasi secara daring yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa. Hasil abdimas ini menunjukkan adanya gagasan baru dari 2 (dua) sisi, yang pertama adalah gagasan untuk memperbaharui kurikulum terkait matakuliah kewirausahaan ditingkat fakultas, dan yang kedua adalah meningkatkan kerjasama terkait pendanaan lunak yang memberikan keuntungungan bagi 2 (dua) belah pihak.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of good corporate governance and accounting conservatism on tax avoidance. This type of research is an explanation research with a quantitative approach. The independent variables in this study are good corporate governance and conservatism. While the dependent variable in this study is tax avoidance. The data used in this research is quantitative by analyzing secondary data. The population listed in this study consists of property companies during the 2016-2021 period. Where this research was conducted by means of a survey to the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The collected data is processed and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) good corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance and 2) conservatism has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance. The results of this study suggest that if the company wants to do tax avoidance well, the company must understand good corporate governance and accounting conservatism so that tax avoidance by the company does not have a negative impact on the company in the long term.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji taktik pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Pand's Muslim Department Store untuk meningkatkan penjualan dari sudut pandang bisnis Islam. Metodologi penelitian deskriptif diterapkan secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini. Wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi adalah metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan dari beberapa sumber untuk penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Demografi yang diteliti terdiri dari pelanggan yang berbelanja di Pand's Muslim Department Store. Sebanyak 97 respon pelanggan memenuhi persyaratan karena proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Menurut temuan penelitian, strategi pemasaran Pand-yang secara bersamaan berfokus pada segmentasi, penargetan, dan penentuan posisi-secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja penjualan dari sudut pandang bisnis Islam. Selain itu, strategi ini juga memiliki dampak positif yang penting tergantung pada masing-masing variabel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa positioning, targeting, dan segmentasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penjualan bisnis Pand's Muslim Department Store.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the importance of socialization and social media utilization in the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMS) in Sukabumi district. Social media has become a very effective tool in building customer relationships, marketing products, and increasing business visibility. However, there are still many MSMSs in Sukabumi district that have not exploited the potential of social media optimally. Through socialization, MSMS owners will be given a better understanding of social media and how to use it as an effective marketing tool. This socialization will involve training and enhancement of knowledge about relevant social media platforms, online marketing strategies, creating interesting content, as well as measurement and analysis of social media performance. It is expected that with the socialization of this social media utilization, the MSMS in Sukabumi district will be able to use social media better to promote their products and services, reach a wider audience, and increase their online presence. With increasing online presence, it is anticipated that there will be an increase in MSMS's turnover and overall growth in the Sukabomi district.
