The Indonesian language has a position and function as the national language and the official language of the country. This led to the need for The Indonesian language to be built and developed as the default language. However, the development of The Indonesian language in accordance with official language rules is often overlooked due to language interference or deviations due to the influence of regional languages that are already inherent in the Indonesian nation. This interference even occurs among students whose ideas and thoughts must be poured through scientific writing in accordance with official linguistic rules. This clearly hinders the smooth communication that should not happen again at the student level. In this study, the researchers found four interferences at the morphological level of all Teuku Umar University students who settled or lived in Alue Bata. The four words consist of three basic words: laot, tepong, and tawe and one-word reduplication (re-word) namely meunasah-meunasah. This should be avoided so that the Indonesian language as the identity of the nation is maintained in accordance with applicable rules.

Pemerintah Indonesia pada tahun 2021 akan membuka kembali rekrutmen Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) untuk masyarakat luas. Pelaksanaan rekrutmen CPNS 2021 dilakukan di tengah Pandemi Covid-19, sehingga pemerintah menambah persyaratan untuk mengikuti Seleksi Kompetensi Dasar (SKD). Ketentuannya, setiap peserta SKD yang akan masuk ruang ujian harus menunjukkan hasil PCR/Antigen Swab dengan hasil negatif Covid-19. Ketentuan ini merupakan kebijakan yang harus dipatuhi oleh seluruh peserta CPNS yang mengikuti SKD. Kebijakan ini mendapat tanggapan yang cukup beragam dari peserta SKD. Berdasarkan fakta-fakta tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebijakan wajib PCR/Antigen swab dengan tingkat ketidakhadiran peserta CPNS 2021 dari SKD CPNS 2021 di Aceh Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan partisipan yang absen pada SKD CPNS 2021. Sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan oleh pemerintah dalam menetapkan suatu kebijakan di masa yang akan datang.

However, Indonesian language development according to official linguistic rules is often neglected due to language interference or deviation due to the influence of regional languages that are inherent in the Indonesian nation. This interference even occurs among students whose ideas and thoughts must go through scientific writing according to official linguistic rules. This clearly hinders the smooth communication that should not happen again to students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a description model that describes systematically, factually, and accurately about the data and characteristics of the phenomenon under study. The data collection technique used in this research is to use observation techniques with written data tools, namely through making essays with free themes. Based on the results of this study, the researchers found four morphological interferences of the Acehnese language to Indonesian from all Teuku Umar University students who settled or lived in alue bata. The four words consist of three basic words, namely: laot, tepong, and tawe and one reduplication word (repeat) namely meunasah-meunasah. This should be avoided so that the Indonesian language as the nation's identity is maintained according to the applicable rules, because these forms of interference can damage Indonesian as the official language of the state which should be protected and maintained according to the applicable rules.

The Indonesian government in 2021 will reopen the recruitment of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) for the wider community. The implementation of the 2021 CPNS recruitment was carried out in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, so the government added requirements to take part in the Basic Competency Selection (SKD). The stipulation is that every SKD participant who will enter the exam room must show a PCR/Antigen Swab result with a negative Covid-19 result. This provision is a policy that must be obeyed by all CPNS participants who take part in the SKD. This policy received quite a variety of responses from SKD participants. Based on these facts, the purpose of this study is to find out the causes and relationship of the mandatory PCR/Antigen swab policy with the absence rate of 2021 CPNS participants from the 2021 CPNS SKD in West Aceh. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with participant informants who are absent from the SKD CPNS 2021. So that it can be used as a reference by the government in setting a policy in the future.
