Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan profesionalisme kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode penelitian survei yakni dengan membagikan kuesioner secara langsung kepada para pegawai yang bekerja di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar serta hasil penelitian akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan dan profesionalisme kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar. Selain itu, kedisiplinan maupun profesionalisme kerja juga berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar.   Kata Kunci : Kedisiplinan, Profesionalisme Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai ASN dan Non ASN pada KPH Jeneberang Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Objek penelitian ini yaitu KPH Jeneberang Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Secara parsial hasil penelitianini  menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh prositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan, secara Parsial hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan, dan secara simultan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja dan Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada kantor Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Gasing Group in Makassar City. Primary data were gathered through interviews, observations, and questionnaire responses from employees at the PT. Gasing Group in Makassar City and secondary data were gathered from a variety of sources, including documentation and writing (books, reports, scientific works, and research results) and information from parties involved in the study (job descriptions, work procedures, and other references). sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents according to the number of employees of PT. Gasing Group Makassar City. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses the approach of Simple Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression to measure the relationship between variables using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results showed that work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Gasing Group Makassar City. The most dominant variable, job satisfaction, has the greatest effect on employee performance compared to the other 3 variables.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in RT.01/RW.02, Katimbang City Village with the theme of financial management for housewives. The background for implementing the activity is because the level of understanding of housewives regarding the importance of planning and how to manage family finances is still lacking. The aim of this community service activity is to increase knowledge and abilities about planning and managing finances for housewives. The implementation of this service was attended by 25 participants on June 22 2023. The methods used were counseling, discussion and question and answer. The activity was carried out well, this was proven by the involvement of participants in participating in this activity from start to finish. After counseling is carried out, residents, especially housewives, will have high potential to encourage their families to have a better financial structure, households will be able to manage their finances well, have household fund reserves and be able to understand family financial management, including planning. controlling costs on household activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the worklife balance and self efficacy on employee performance at the Office of the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance of Vocational Education in the Marine, Fisheries, Information and Communication Technology (BPPMPV-KPTK) Gowa. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a total of 56 employees respondents who are used as samples with sampling techniques, namely probability or random samples with sloving techniques, where data collection techniques use questionnaires. The analysis used in this study was a multiple linear regression test. The results of simulated testing of worklife balance and self-efficacy variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables as evidenced by simultaneous test results with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The results of partial testing of worklife balance variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The results of partial testing of self-efficacy variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and technological ability on employee performance at PT. Semen Tonasa Pangkep Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 75 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample, where the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear regression test. Simultaneous test results of work environment variables and ability to master technology have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables as proven based on simultaneous test results with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). Partial test results for work environment variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). Partial test results for technology mastery ability variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of f<α ( 0.001<0.05)

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of management in increasing the knowledge of prospective scholars of Pesantren Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara Makassar and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors. This research was conducted at Pesantren Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara Makassar by using a qualitative descriptive research approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews and documentation with the management of the boarding and education fields or internal boarding schools. This study found that the management of Pesantren Darul Arqam Gombara towards increasing the knowledge of candidates is carried out through the process of planning, organising coaches, supervising and evaluating programs in accordance with the objectives of the pesantren in the form of a program to strengthen the basics of boarding school knowledge for new students for three months which is packaged in the term Iddady Program including programs to develop basic Arabic language skills, practical worship, Tahsin and Tahfidz Al-Qur'an and akhlaq. The second is a routine boarding programme including advanced Arabic language learning, Muhadarah or speech practice, yellow book studies, advanced Qur'an Tahfidz and the Muballig Hijrah programme for final year students. There is a boarding report card that contains the competency achievements of the students which is submitted at the end of the semester. In the field of education, the pesantren school uses an integrated curriculum that combines the curriculum that has been published by the Education Office, the Ministry of Religion and the curriculum published by the Muhammadiyah Association in this case the Muhammadiyah Pesantren Development Institute (LP2M). The obstacles faced by pesantren management are influenced by the non-permanent resources of kemusyrifan or coaches so that sometimes it results in a vacuum of implementation and supervision which has an impact on the smooth running of pesantren programmes. Dormitory construction planning still needs to be improved and the construction is well pursued. Then the obstacles that also occur in the school education environment are the many core educators and education personnel who are appointed as civil servants / PP3K which results in them leaving the pesantren because they get a new place of assignment. Supporting factors are the great attention of the Muhammadiyah Regional leadership as the organiser of pesantren education in increasing the quantity and quality of pesantren resources and the number of santri which in recent years has increased thanks to the public interest from year to year getting higher and higher to enter their children in this pesantren, especially from among Alumni and Muhammadiyah Association Residents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Lembang Mesakada Village Office, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The research population was all 35 employees of the Lembang Mesakada Village Office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Lembang Mesakada Village Office. The implication of this research is the need to improve discipline and improve the work environment to improve employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Desa Lembang Mesakada Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Desa Lembang Mesakada yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) Kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Desa Lembang Mesakada. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan memperbaiki lingkungan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the relationship between compensation, leadership, and work discipline on the performance of cooperative employees. The research approach uses quantitative methods with data analysis through the SPSS version 29 programme, using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Tests include partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The research subjects were employees of Denmadan XIII Cooperative of North Sulawesi, with a total sample of 30 people. The results showed that the variables of compensation, leadership, and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. Together, the three independent variables have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Koperasi Denmadan XIII Merdeka. Partial test results show that compensation variables significantly affect employee performance, while leadership and work discipline variables also partially contribute significantly to employee performance. This study confirms the importance of compensation, leadership, and work discipline in improving the performance of cooperative employees
