Abstract

This study explores the role of financial literacy and ethical values in controlling impulsive buying behavior among Generation Z, especially in the context of digital platforms. This study uses a qualitative method with Thematic Analysis to examine how these two factors affect self-control in financial decision-making. Data were collected through interviews with Generation Z respondents, which showed that strong ethical values, instilled through religious teachings and cultural culture built into the family, significantly increased self-control, even when financial literacy was limited. These findings suggest that when ethical values are combined with good financial literacy, self-control becomes increasingly strong, allowing individuals to avoid impulsive buying and make more informed financial decisions. The study also recommends the application of Imam Shafi'i's principles in prioritizing the most important and urgent needs, which translates into the "Eisenhower Matrix" method, as an effective strategy for managing impulsive buying behavior. Although this study has some limitations, such as a small sample size and a focus on a single region, these findings provide important insights for efforts to control consumptive behavior among Generation Z.

Abstract

The earning per share (EPS) value as a metric used to measure how well management has succeeded in generating profits for investors always fluctuates because it is influenced by various factors such as return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM). This research aims to analyze the influence of ROA, ROE, and NPM on EPS. The population of this research is four sharia banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) that have gone public. The number of research sample data was 40 with a purposive sampling technique. Sharia banking financial report data for 2018-2022 were analyzed using the panel data regression method with the eviews 12 software. Based on the research results, it was proven that ROA had a positive effect on EPS. Then return on equity (ROE) does not affect earning per share. Net profit margin (NPM) has a positive effect on EPS. And then ROA, ROE, and NPM simultaneously influence earning per share. Researchers found a negative signal from ROE, this could be due to the long-term impact of the pandemic era as a novelty in this study. The implication of the results of this research is that it can be used as a reference for investment managers in making decisions and then recommending them to investors. Abstrak - Nilai earning per share (EPS) sebagai metrik yang digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa baik manajemen berhasil menghasilkan keuntungan bagi investor selalu mengalami fluktuasi karena banyak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti return on asset (ROA), return on equity (ROE), dan net profit margin (NPM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh ROA, ROE, dan NPM terhadap EPS. Populasi penelitian ini adalah empat perusahaan perbankan syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan sudah go public. Jumlah data sampel penelitian adalah 40 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data laporan keuangan perbankan syariah periode tahun 2018-2022 dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan aplikasi eviews 12. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ROA berpengaruh positif terhadap EPS. Kemudian return on equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap earning per share. Net profit margin (NPM) berpengaruh positif terhadap EPS. Selanjutnya, return on asset, return on equity dan net profit margin bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap earning per share. Peneliti menemukan adanya sinyal negatif dari ROE, hal ini dapat disebabkan dampak jangka panjang dari era pandemic sebagai kebaruan penelitian ini. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat dijadikan acuan bagi manajer investasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, kemudian merekomendasikan kepada investor.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the accuracy of the ARIMA and WINTER methods in forecasting or predicting the daily stock price of the health sector. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of historical data on the daily share price of PT. Darya Varia Laboratori, PT. Indofara Persero, PT. Kimia Farma, PT. Kalbe Farma, and PT. Merck Indonesia from March 14, 2020 to April 14, 2021. From the results of the research, PT. Kimia Farma is suitable to use the ARIMA (1, 0, 1) model, while others use the Additive and Multiplicative WINTER method. The daily stock price predictions of the five issuers from April 14, 2021 to July 15, 2021 tend to increase. This is presumably because investors tend to increase their capital due to the effect of health protocols that are getting tighter during the second wave and the assumption is that when the level of virus spread has begun to decline, the health sector shares will continue to rise, although not significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the psychological factors, lifestyle, and reference groups in generation Z towards interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative field research that emphasizes the management of numerical data through statistical methods. Generation Z in Tegal Regency was used as the population in this study. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of distributing questionnaires using a sample of 100 respondents. Lemeshow formula was used by the research in the process of determining the number of samples available, then the sample was taken using non-probability sampling method. The results of this study indicate that through the t test method (partial) all independent variables have a significant effect on interest in saving money as the dependent variable. Then, through the f test (simultaneous) together the independent variables have a significant effect on saving interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan nasabah dalam menabung. beberapa variabel digunakan diantaranya Kualitas pelayanan sebagai landasan utama untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen, citra perusahaan merupakan salah satu aset terpenting yang selayaknya harus terus menerus dibangun dan dipelihara, yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dalam bertransaksi adalah citra perusahaan itu sendiri dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian field research dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah di Bank Jateng Syariah Pekalongan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan rumus Slovin. Beberapa pengujian dilakukan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya uji validitas, uji      reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS 20.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Variabel citra perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pendampingan ini dilakukan pada sebuah KSPPS di Kota Pekalongan, dengan kelompok sasarannya adalah karyawan KSPPS tersebut. Lebih dikhususkan pada karyawan petugas marketing simpanan dan marketing pembiayaan. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter profesionalitas dan ketangguhan mentalitas bagi petugas marketing simpanan dan marketing pembiayaan dalam mengatasi permasalahan permasalahan tuntutan pekerjaan yang berat dan kondisi di lapangan yang penuh dengan persaingan yang keras. Kedua permasalahan ini yang memungkinkan munculnya burnout, stres kerja, work inscurity, dan beban kerja yang dirasa berat. Pendampingan ini menghasilkan penemuan akar permasalahan dan juga alur pemikiran solusi penyelesaiannya, serta internalisasi nilai nilai dan knowledge yang dapat meningkatkan profesionalitas kerja dan ketangguhan mental karyawan petugas marketing simpanan dan marketing pembiayaan. Adapun nilai nilai tersebut dapat dijadikan suatu penanaman mindset, yang berupa organisasi merupakan tempat berproses untuk pengembangan diri, dan keterlibatan individu sangat diperlukan dalam pengembangan dirinya.

Abstract

Introduction: The development of Sharia hotel studies goes hand in hand with research on halal tourism. Sharia hotels are the latest trend in the halal industry. The concept and its implementation concerning the conformity of sharia principles has become a current research problem. This study will analyze the application of DSN-MUI fatwas and maqashid sharia at the Lor In Sharia Solo Hotel. Research Methods: The methodology used in this research is qualitative, using a field research approach. The object of this research is the management of the Lor In Sharia Solo Hotel with the DSN-MUI fatwa approach and Maqashid sharia. The purposive sampling technique determined the data source of this research. The informants in this study are managers, staff, employees, and visitors or consumers of the Lor In Sharia Solo Hotel. Research data has been collected through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of research data has used qualitative techniques, which include data reduction, data presentation, and concluding verification. Results: The empirical findings of this study have shown that the Lor In Sharia Solo Hotel in Solo is following the parameter indicators contained in the DSN-MUI fatwas and maqashid sharia. Conclusion: Based on the results and research findings in this article, it can be concluded that the form implementation of the two instruments in the Lor In Sharia Solo Hotel has a positive impact on the development of Islamic economic practices in Solo.

Abstract

This research analyses the level of digital literacy in public administration in Indonesia through a systematic literature study approach. The study reviewed data from accredited journals from 2019-2024 with a focus on the relationship between digital literacy and public information disclosure. The results showed that 65.3% of users were still at a low to medium level, with significant gaps between basic operation skills (7.2/10) and advanced data analysis (3.4/10). There is a significant disparity between urban (6.8/10) and rural (4.2/10) communities in the understanding of digital information. Hypothesis testing confirmed strong relationships between digital literacy and data accessibility (r=0.783), public participation (β=0.534) and government accountability (β=0.623). Demographic analysis showed the 18-35 age group performed best (7.2/10), with a progressive decline in older age groups. Training programmes proved effective with a 72% increase in scores, despite infrastructure constraints. The study recommends the development of a standardised policy framework and continuous evaluation to address the digital divide. The implementation of AI showed a 38% increase in effectiveness, while the mobile approach improved accessibility by 65%. The findings confirm the important role of digital literacy in improving the effectiveness of public administration in Indonesia, although there are still gaps that need to be addressed through a comprehensive and sustainable approach.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of digital marketing technology in branding attempts and its impact on brand image. This article is a literature review research with a qualitative approach. The data used is secondary data collected from academic literature indexed in Google Scholar. The results of the study indicate that the integration of digital marketing technology with branding strategies can effectively increase brand visibility, expand audience reach, and strengthen consumer relationships. However, some challenges in the implementation of digital marketing technology were also found, including consumer data security and rapid changes in trends and algorithms. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan teknologi pemasaran digital dalam upaya branding serta dampaknya terhadap citra merek. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah data sekunder berupa literatur ilmiah terindeks Google Scholars. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi pemasaran digital dengan strategi branding secara efektif dapat meningkatkan visibilitas merek, memperluas jangkauan audien, dan memperkuat hubungan dengan konsumen. Namun, ditemukan juga beberapa tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi pemasaran digital, termasuk keamanan data konsumen dan perubahan cepat dalam tren dan algoritma.

Abstract

The problems studied in this study are how the process of potential-based community empowerment through processing of cassava nugget product creations and how the results of community empowerment based on local potential through processing of cassava nugget product creations in Hamlet Binangun, Werdi village, Paninggaran district. The objectives of this study include (1) to determine the process of community empowerment based on local potential through the processing of cassava nugget product creations in Binangun hamlet, Werdi village, Paninggaran sub-district (2) to find out the results of community empowerment activities based on local potential through the processing of cassava nugget product creations in Binangun village hamlet. Werdi, Paninggaran sub-district. This service method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of research from community empowerment activities based on local potential through the processing of cassava nugget product creations are fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, utilizing existing natural potential, increasing skills by creating products that have selling value, and increasing family income or income.
