Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui ada hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan perilaku asertif pada remaja yatim di Palembang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan perilaku asertif pada remaja yatim di PalembangJumlah populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 100 remaja dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 78 remaja yatim didapat melalui teknik probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah skala kepercayaan diri dan perilaku asertif.Teknik analisis, teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.0.Hasil penelitian dengan komputer menggunakan program SPSS 20.0 for Windows, menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,664 dengan koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0.440, serta nilai p = 0, 0000 p < 0,01. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan perilaku asertif pada remaja yatim di Palembang. Sumbangan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 44%.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore  the relationship between peer group with premarital sexual behavior among adolescents in Kelurahan "X" Palembang. The independent variable in this study is the peer group. Meanwhile, the dependent variableis the premarital sexual behavior. The hypothesis proposed in this study, there?s relationship between peer group with premarital sexual behavior among adolescents in Kelurahan "X" Palembang. Sampling studies using proportionate random sampling technique. The data in this study were drawn using a scale of peer groups and premarital sexual behavior scale. Analysis of research data is implemented using a simple regression analysis techniques (simpele regression). All calculations done using SPSS version 19.00. The results showed that there was a very significant relationship between peer group with premarital sexual behavior among adolescents in  Kelurahan "X" Palembang (r=0.558, p =0.000orp<0.01). Furthermore, an effective amount of donations given to the peer group variable premarital sexual behavior amounted to 31.1%.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate relationship between role efficacy with job performanc in the employee CV Belantara Canton Park in Palembang. Dependent variable in this study is a job performanc, Role Efficacy an independent variable. This research uses a scale of job performanc and role efficacy. The sample used 40 employee. The results of this research showed a significant relationship between role efficacy with  job performanc in the employee CV Belantara Canton Park in  Palembang with a value of r = 0.796, p = 0.000 for the results of significance (p) 0.000 mean value of p <0.01. So otherwise there is a very significant relationship role efficacy contributes to Job Performanc of 63.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the resilience with stress patients breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy hospitalized in the Hospital Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.“The population in this study were 100 patients with breast cancer and sampled as many as 78 people were obtained throughtechnique. proportionate stratified random sampling. Measuring instrument used in this study is a resilience scale and standard scale of perceived stress scale (PSS-10). Mechanical analysis using simple regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis, showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.394 with a coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.155, and p = 0, 0000 p <0.01 on a two-lane Anova test. This suggests that the hypothesis is accepted. Results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the resilience with stress patients breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy hospitalized in the Hospital Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang
