Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of professional ethics and professional skepticism of auditors on the accuracy of giving opinions by public accountants to external auditors at the South Tangerang Regional Public Accountant Office. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination testing. and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that professional ethics have a significant effect on the accuracy of giving opinions by public accountants by 48.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,321 > 1,989). Auditor professional skepticism has a significant effect on the accuracy of giving opinions by public accountants by 44.2%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (6.781 > 1.989). Professional ethics and professional skepticism of auditors simultaneously have a significant effect on the accuracy of giving opinions by public accountants with the regression equation Y = 7,494 + 0,418X1 + 0,441X2 and the contribution of influence is 62.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (47.347 > 2,770).

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Implementasi Program Bantuan Stimulan Rumah Swadaya (BSRS) di Kota Sukabumi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Program BSRS di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena Program BSRS belum mencapai target sasaran dan masyarakat yang menerima bantuan menggunakan uang tersebut untuk kepentingan lain. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan informan penelitian yaitu Dinas PUTR Kota Sukabumi. Teknik mengumpulkan data yang dipakai yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Validasi data yang dipakai triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan memberchecking. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa implementasi Program BSRS di Kota Sukabumi sudah dapat dikatakan efektif dan efisien dilihat dari para pelaksana sudah mengetahui kebijakan, sikap yang diberikan pada saat proses pembangunan dan masyarakat yang mendukung dalam Program BSRS. Namun perlunya peningkatan tenaga fasilitator dilapangan karena masih kurang, lalu menunjukan dukungan terhadap Program BSRS di Kota Sukabumi secara nyata melalui peningkatan kualitas kinerja dan meningkatkan komunikasi dengan seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan Program BSRS di Kota Sukabumi dengan mengadakan sosialisasi.

Abstract

In the Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi Nomor 13 Tahun 2016 concerning Waste Management and Retribution for Waste/Hygiene Services Subsection 26 Verse f regarding the prohibition of throwing waste into the river, it turns out that it is still violated by several communities in Babakanpari Village, Cidahu District, Sukabumi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the policy of banning waste into the river in Babakanpari Village, Cidahu District, Sukabumi Regency. To find out the effectiveness of the policy of prohibiting waste disposal in Babakanpari Village, Cidahu District, researcher uses a theory from Richard E. Matland which stated "four appropriate" that must be met in terms of policy effectiveness, that are policy accuracy, implementation accuracy, target accuracy, and environmental accuracy. The results showed that the policy of prohibiting throwing waste into the river in Babakanpari Village, Cidahu District, Sukabumi Regency, was appropriate, the government has also tried to give an appeal to the community not to throw waste into the river. However, in its implementation, the sanctions given to people who violate the policy cannot be in accordance with what is in the Regional Regulation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi kebijakan penanganan pandemi covid-19 di Kota Sukabumi (Studi Kasus Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dimana dalam penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif yang menggambarkan fenomena sebenarnya dari kejadian di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Wawancara, Observasi, dan dokumen yang terkait dengan penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat dimensi implementasi kebijakan dari Edward III meliputi sumber daya, komunikasi, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Dari penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sejauh ini pegawai Pemerintah Kota Sukabumi memiliki keahlian yang mumpuni dan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan pro-gram-program yang ada. Untuk sarana prasarana yang dimiliki oleh in-stansi belum dapat berjalan dan mendukung sepenuhnya dalam im-plementasi ini.

Abstract

Surade Traditional Market Management in Improving the Quality of Convenience for the Community in Sukabumi Regency. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the management of the Surade traditional market and the inhibiting factors in its implementation. This is motivated by the problem of lack of facilities and infrastructure and the lack of optimal supervision by Surade Traditional Market officers on performance in market management. This research uses qualitative method and case study approach. Informants in this study were Surade Traditional Market Unit, Department of Industry and Trade of Sukabumi Regency, Traders in Surade traditional market, and the community as consumers. The validity of the data in this study used the method of source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The results showed that the management of the Sukabumi Regency Traditional Market had not been running well, as seen from the management of less than optimal cleaning facilities, the lack of firmness of the market manager against unruly traders, and the parking management managed by a third party had not gone well. While the inhibiting factor in the Management of Surade Traditional Market in its implementation is the absence of a budget for repairing facilities and infrastructure because it is still in a Covid-19 condition.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2022 Kota Sukabumi mengalami kenaikan kasus TB yang cukup signifikan dari 1.256 menjadi 1.602 kasus. Selain itu, masih terdapat stigma negatif dari masyarakat terhadap TB dan penderita nya. Untuk menanggulangi kasus TB, Pemerintah Kota Sukabumi telah berupaya dengan melaksanakan kebijakan program penanggulangan TB yaitu program Temukan, Obati Sampai Sembuh Penderita Tuberkulosis (TOSS-TB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Program TOSS-TB dari pecegahan sampai peyembuhan di Puskesmas Selabatu Kota Sukabumi dengan proses penelitian yang dilakukan mengacu pada teori implementasi kebijakan dengan indikator analisis yaitu ketepatan kebijakan, ketepatan pelaksanaan, ketepatan target, ketepatan lingkungan dan ketepatan proses. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah responden sebanyak enam informan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dalam implementasi program TOSS-TB di wilayah Puskesmas Selabatu Kota Sukabumi baik dari ketepatan kebijakan, pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dan ketepatan target yang telah direncanakan, serta ketepatan lingkungan terhadap pelaksanaan kemudian proses yang dilaksanakan masih belum cukup sesuai dengan kebijakan program TOSS-TB dalam pengimplementasiannya. Rekomendasi terhadap pelaksanaan implementasi program TOSS-TB diantaranya adalah diperlukan peningkatan kerja sama dengan stakeholder atau lintas sektor seperti rumah sakit khusus penanganan TB dan pihak organisasi masyarakat guna memutus rantai penyebaran TB, selain itu peningkatan pemberian informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai TB dan penderita TB bersamaan dengan pengoptimalan publikasi media massa untuk mengsosialisasikan tentang penanggulangan TB.

Abstract

Waste is a major pollution problem both globally and nationwide. One type of waste that is inherently persistent and harmful to human health is plastic waste. Plastic is one of the materials found in almost every item. The Government of Sukabumi city has stipulated the Mayor's Regulation No. 19 of 2019 about reducing the use of plastic bags in order to minimize the generated plastic waste, prevent environmental pollution caused by plastic waste and maintain environmental sustainability. The research used one variable, namely effectiveness, and applied the policy effectiveness theory proposed by Nugroho (51-54:2021) consisting of right policy indicators, right implementation, right target, right environment, and right process). The research employs one variable (1), the effectiveness variable.This research uses a Mixed Methods approach with a Conccurent Triangulation model. The research also deployed the z-test analysis technique. The result of the research on the level of policy effectiveness shows that the use of plastic bags reduction policy in Sukabumi City is considered to be very effective, gaining a percentage of 87.53%. Moreover, the result of the z-test acquires a calculated z value of 0.151, meaning that in the research, the result of the z-test is greater than the z-table namely amounted to 0.05; therefore, H1 is accepted, indicating that the effectiveness of the use of plastic bags reduction policy in Sukabumi City is effective

Abstract

The title of the research is "The Effectiveness of Archives Management at the Population and Civil Registration Department of Sukabumi Regency". The research was aimed at finding out archives management effectiveness at the Population and Civil Registration Department of Sukabumi Regency. The method used in the research was quantitative method with descriptive approach. The techniques of collecting data conducted in the research were observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. The population in the research were employees of the Population and Civil Registration Department of Sukabumi Regency. The technique of sampling deployed in the research was purposive sampling using the Slovin formula with a precision of 5% obtaining samples amounted to 66 employees. The technique of processing data in the research used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 25 in order to determine the validity and reliability of data, as well as hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of archives management at the Population and Civil Registration Department of Sukabumi Regency gains a percentage of 83.45%; thus, the hypothesis testing obtains a value of tcount 79.271 > ttable 1.66864. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results indicate that the Effectiveness of Archives Management at the Population and Civil Registration Department of Sukabumi Regency is considered very effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Sistem Pengembangan Karir Pegawai Pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan pegawai Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Sukabumi yang berjumlah 30. Dalam penelitian ini, penyusun melakukan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan metode penghitungan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengaruh Sistem Pengembangan Karir terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Sukabumi, ditunjukkan oleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 9,002 dengan Sig. (p-value) sebesar 0,000, sehingga diperoleh Sig (p-value) < 0,05.

Abstract

Minimum Service Standards (MSS) in the health sector are one of the national strategic programs, concerning provisions regarding the type and quality of basic services, including mandatory government affairs that every citizen is entitled to obtain at a minimum, so that performance achievements in fulfilling the quality of service of each type of basic service in the MSS in the health sector must be 100% every year. Citarik Public Health Center is one of the health centers that implement the MSS. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of SPM in handling non-communicable diseases (NCDs) at the health center. Based on initial observations, the achievement of NCDs health services in 2022 has not met the target. The implementation of MSS in handling NCDs at the Citarik Health Center has not been effective. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The theory used in this study is Duncan's theory of effectiveness with the measurement of three indicators, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The results of this study indicate that MSS achievements in 2022 for services for Hypertension patients were 7.78% served according to standards, while for services for Diabetes Mellitus patients exceeded the specified target of 151% served according to standards. Socialization with community targets has not been carried out evenly and the quantity of Posbindu cadres has not been met. As a development of research related to MSS, it is expected to conduct further research related to MSS indicators that have not been researched.
