Abstract

Lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi kerja adalah dua faktor kunci yang saling terikat dan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Keduanya membentuk pondasi yang kuat bagi individu untuk mencapai hasil kerja yang optimal dan berkontribusi pada keberhasilan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Palmerindo Properti baik secara Simultan maupun secara Parsial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan strategi terukur. Strategi pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 39 responden. Hasil dari pertanyaan ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,442 yang dapat diartikan bahwa pengaruh variabel X (lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja) terhadap variabel Y (kinerja karyawan) adalah sebesar 44,2% sedangkan sisanya 55,8% diperoleh oleh varibel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Exhaustive exercise could increase oxygen consumption 10 to 20 times folds which can then increase oxidative stress which is characterized by an increase in Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). Increased oxidative stress (ROS) during exercise could cause cell damage. Selenium is a trace element that is believed to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. Objectives: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a 28-day supplementation period on plasma MDA and HMGB1 levels after high-intensity exercise activities. Methods: This study was experimental, with a pretest-posttest control group design approach. A total of 28 Sports Science Department students at Universitas Negeri Surabaya who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria participated in the study. Through simple random sampling, participation was divided into 2 groups, namely the selenium group (SG) and the placebo (PL) group. Selenium supplements for SG were 200 mcg/day, and PL was 100mg corn starch capsules, both groups consumed in 28 days. Participants performed bench-stepping by Newham with 10 sets x 10 repetitions, with 1-minute intervals. Plasma MDA and HMGB1 measurements were carried out immediately after, 24 hours after, and 48 hours after bench-stepping. Data on changes in plasma levels of MDA and HMGB1 were tested using repeated measures ANOVA with a significance level of P<0.05. Result: there was a significant difference in the plasma MDA and HMGB1 between each group with the significance value of MDA that was p = 0.000 and the significance value of HMGB1 that was p = 0.000. Selenium supplementation for 28 days reduces the increase in oxidative stress (MDA) and increase in HMGB1 after high-intensity exercise activities.

Abstract

Growth and development of SMEs in Indonesia is the responsibility of all parties. This research was conducted as an effort to increase the productivity of micro enterprises Tempe manufacturer in Pasuruan, East Java. The method used is the American Productivity Center. The advantage of this method is to produce three measures of productivity, the index of productivity, profitability index and the index of price improvement. After the measurement, analysis and improvement efforts showed the proposed implementation of the improvements made in the period May managed to increase the productivity index and the index of profitability compared with the period before the implementation of the April. Input materials, labor, energy and total input increased by (6.21%); (3.67%); (8.60%) and (0.0385%), while capital decreased by (-6.34%). The profitability index of material inputs, labor, energy and total input increased by (7.54%) (3.52%), (8.26) and (0.04), while capital input declined by (-8 , 67%). Price improvement index showed a decrease in labor input of energy and capital by (0.02%) (0.02%) and (2.08%). Material inputs increased by (1.55%), while the total input unchanged.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, many phenomena often occur in Indonesia, such as the transformation of shopping systems that use more technology and online media. In addition, many young Indonesians like South Korean culture which is synonymous with K-pop music, so companies must be able to see this opportunity as a marketing tool and also the new habit of consumers nowadays is to share their experiences online more often in the form of reviews, recommendations and content. this is a new behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze and test how much influence Celebrity Endorse and E-WOM and trust have on purchasing decisions in e-commerce. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and analysis techniques using AMOS SEM. In the results of this study there were 144 respondents 4 variables and 24 indicators which information was processed to meet the research requirements. Statistical test results show that Brand Endorser, E-WOM and Trust have a direct and significant effect on purchasing decisions. And trust is the most influential factor on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan struktur modal (diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio /DER) dan likuiditas (diukur dengan Financing to Deposit Ratio /FDR) terhadap risiko keuangan (diukur dengan Non-Performing Financing /NPF) pada Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) periode 2019–2023. Sampel penelitian meliputi 10 bank syariah terpilih ( purposive sampling ) dengan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan Triwulan. Data diolah menggunakan SPPS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Struktur Modal memiliki nilai Thitung (5.244 ) ≤ Ttabel (1.972) dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 ≤ 0,05 yang artinya secara parsial Struktur Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Risiko Keuangan. variabel Likuiditas memiliki nilai Thitung (5.057) ≥ Ttabel (1.972) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,05 yang artinya secara parsial Likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Risiko Keuangan dan variabel Struktur Modal dan Likuiditas  memiliki nilai Fhitung (18.643 ) ≥ Ftabel (3.04) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,05 secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Risiko Keuangan.   This study analyzes the effect of capital structure policy (measured by Debt to Equity Ratio / DER) and liquidity (measured by Financing to Deposit Ratio / FDR) on financial risk (measured by Non-Performing Financing / NPF) in Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2019–2023. The research sample includes 10 selected Islamic banks (purposive sampling) with secondary data from Quarterly financial reports. The data is processed using SPPS version 25. Based on the results and conclusions of this study, it shows that the Capital Structure variable has a Tcount value (5.244) ≤ Ttable (1.972) and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05, which means that partially Capital Structure has a significant effect on Financial Risk. The Liquidity variable has a Tcount value (5.057) ≥ Ttable (1.972) and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05, which means that partially Liquidity has a significant effect on Financial Risk and the Capital Structure and Liquidity variables have an Fcount value (18.643) ≥ Ftable (3.04) and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 which simultaneously have a significant effect on Financial Risk.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mengambil tema pelatihan internet sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi  untuk santri pada Pondok Pesantren Daarul Hasanah Bogor,   pelaksanaan dilakukan secara virtual  melalui Zoom Meating  dengan peserta santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hasanah yang berlokasi di jl abdul fatah , kampung Babagan Rt 22/5, desa cinangneng Kec Tenjolaya Bogor Barat .Materi yang disampaikan meliputi penggunaan internet sebagai media informasi dan pengetahuan . permasalahan prioritas yang ada pada mitra Pondok Pesantren Daarul Hasanah meliputi Sulitnya mengakses jaringan internet untuk pendidkan pesantren dan untuk mendapatkan informasi pengetahuan dan komunikasi, Sarana dan prasarana pendukung yang terbatas di pondok pesantren, ketersediaan listrik dalam proses  pembelajaran santri di pondok pesantren, Pengetahuan teknis ustadz  tentang penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang terbatas. Metode pelaksanaan yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi permasalahan penggunaan internet pada pondok pesantren darul hasanah yaitu pendidikan masyarakat dengan melakukan observasi dan pemberian koesioner.Di akhir kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tersebut kami melakukan evaluasi dengan cara memberikan koesioner dengan responden kurang lebih  20  orang untuk melihat presentase tingkat kepuasan peserta ( santri dan ustadz ) selama mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat serta untuk mengukur secara kuantitatif presentase pengaruh dan dampak yang ditimbulkan setelah selesai mengikuti pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut.Setelah proses evaluasi, kami akan melihat reaksi dan responsif dari peserta serta selalu memonitoring proses pembelajaran pada pondok pesantren darul hasanah. target luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa Pengetahuannya meningkat, Keterampilannya meningkat, pelayanannya meningkat.

Abstract

Global brands increasingly struggle to retain Generation Z consumers who demand emotionally resonant and culturally relevant brand experiences. In Japan, where emotional restraint and symbolic messaging dominate consumer-brand interactions, Gen Z tends to bond with brands through aesthetics, storytelling, and quiet symbolism. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, Gen Z consumers exhibit high emotional expressiveness and loyalty to brands that foster social connection, authenticity, and community engagement. This paper analyzes how emotional branding mechanisms—such as brand love, emotional attachment, and self-congruity—function differently across these cultural settings. It reveals that while Japanese Gen Z responds to minimalist branding with embedded cultural cues, their Indonesian counterparts engage more with emotionally charged narratives and influencer-driven content. These distinctions offer practical insights for tailoring emotional branding to fit not only cultural norms but also platform-specific behaviors, such as Instagram aesthetics in Japan and TikTok virality in Indonesia. The study contributes actionable strategies for brands aiming to sustain loyalty among Gen Z in culturally diverse Asian markets.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the desire to shop and consumer decisions. And for the focus of this research is how usability and convenience variables that directly affect the desire to buy and consumer buying decisions. In online purchases, the population is all consumers who have ever shopped online, therefore in the study the number of populations is large and the number is not known precisely, so the researcher decided to make a sampling using random sampling method which is part of the quota sampling technique using respondents aged over 19 years and resides in the Jakarta area. The sample taken amounted to 120 respondents. The results of this study indicate that usability and convenience have a significant and significant effect on consumer spending. Usefulness of use is a variable that has a contribution and influence on the decision to spend. While the desire to buy has a significant and significant effect on consumer decisions to buy. So that the usability factor of a better way and the convenience of the shopping system directly affect consumer decisions.

Abstract

This study intends to investigate how consumer interest in buying affects consumer perceptions of product quality and pricing while making decisions to buy Acer laptops. Users of Acer laptops in Jakarta who were sampled for this study by completing an online questionnaire made up the respondents. Purposive sampling was used as the method of data gathering. Software called SmartPLS 3.0 is used to process the collected data. The study's findings show that only price perceptions have an impact on consumers' decisions to buy Acer laptops, and that buying interest is not a significant mediating element that influences both price perception and product quality.

Abstract

Urgensi dari pengaruh pengalaman dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. ERA terletak pada kebutuhan perusahaan untuk mempertahankan daya saing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Dengan meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan melalui pelatihan yang efektif dan pengalaman kerja yang memadai, PT. ERA dapat memastikan kinerja yang konsisten dan unggul, sehingga mampu mencapai tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Era Rajawali Visioner yang bergerak di bidang jasa konsultan pajak. Kinerja karyawan sangat penting karena berhubungan langsung dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan perusahaan. Dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan karena dianggap dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan hasil kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 38 karyawan sebagai responden. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, penyebaran angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk lebih memperhatikan peningkatan pengalaman dan pelatihan agar kinerja karyawan semakin baik
