Abstract

Desa Medana merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di paling ujung barat Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Desa ini yang terkenal dengan Wisata Religi Makam Medana dan Wisata Bahari yaitu pantai impos dan pantai bintang dengan pemandangan alam yang menakjubkan. Selain itu Desa Medana juga terkenal dengan produk UMKM yang sudah mulai di kenal masyarakat luas. tujuan: pertama memperkenalkan daya tarik wisata kepada wisatawan local dan mancanegara dan meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan dalam berkunjung ke Desa Wisata Medana. Kedua memperkenalkan keunikan, kelezatan, manfaat produk lokal kepada masyarakat luas dan diharapakn menambah pendapatan ekonomi mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi. Hasil kegaitan pengabdian ini adalah program yang di rencanakan baik program utama,program pendukung dan program tambahan dapat di laksanakan selama kurang dari 45 hari dengan baik. Hal ini di dukung oleh antusias mayarakat Desa Medana khususnya Pemuda Dusun Jambianom yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam beberapa kegiatan mahasiswa KKN-T STP Mataram dan dilihat dari dukungan serta arahan pemerintah desa medana kepada KKN yang sangat membantu dalam menjalankan program ini.

Abstract

Human resource issues are still in the spotlight and the focus for companies to survive in the era of globalization. This research uses primary data, namely data obtained directly from the field by distributing questionnaires specifically to employees to obtain 60 respondents. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the multiple regression equation is obtained as follows: Y= 17.484 + 0.460 X1 + 0.185 This research uses theory as a basis for field exploration. This research approach uses quantitative methods. Research findings show that the Fcount value (6.882) > the Ftable value (3.159) and the significant value is 0.002 < the significance level (0.05). Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, therefore it can be concluded that the variables of communication skills and organizational culture simultaneously influence the effectiveness of employee performance. Based on the research results, the variables (communication skills and organizational culture) influence the dependent variable (employee work effectiveness) by 19% and the remaining 81% is influenced by other variables outside this research. The respondents of this research are employees of PT. Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effects of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, and explanatory methods were utilized as the research design. This study involves two independent variables, namely motivation and work discipline, and one dependent variable, which is employee performance. The sample consisted of 30 respondents employed by the company. Multiple Regression Analysis was applied to analyze the data. The detailed findings indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as evidenced by a probability value of Sig 0.000 < 0.05, thus supporting the first hypothesis. Similarly, the results for the second hypothesis reveal that work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a probability value of Sig 0.000 < 0.05, thus confirming the second hypothesis. The third hypothesis is validated by the findings that motivation and work discipline together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with a probability value of Sig 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, this research demonstrates that both motivation and work discipline significantly influence employee performance, both individually and jointly. Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze the Financial Performance of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk using trend analysis. Trend analysis helps identify the direction of a company’s values by comparing them to a base year, which in this case is 2021. The research relies on quantitative daa derived from the company’s financial reports, particulary the balance sheet and income statement. These financial statements are converted into percentages to better understand the trends. The analysis reveals a decline in most key items or accounts in PT. Adaro Energy Tbk financial statements. Consequently, it can be concluded that the company’s financial performance, as assessed through the Time Series Index method, declined from 2022 to 2023

Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya faktor sumber daya manusia untuk mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan, maka sudah semestinya apabila perusahaan memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap sumber daya manusia yang bekerja di perusahaan dalam menunjang pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Selain gaji yang diberikan kepada karyawan, salah satu usaha yang telah dilakukan oleh PT Harsumas Sakti dalam memperhatikan karyawannya adalah dengan memberikan kompensasi yang layak kepada karyawan sebagai ucapan terima kasih dan apresiasi untuk karyawan yang telah memberikan kinerja yang baik untuk perusahaan dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan PT Harsumas Sakti antara lain berupa komisi, insentif, asuransi dan juga cuti karyawan. Perusahaan mengharapkan dengan adanya pemberian kompensasi, dapat meningkatkan semangat dan kinerja karyawan yang lebih lagi sehingga dapat meningkatkan popularitas dan produktivitas perusahaan di mata dunia bisnis

Abstract

Di zaman yang semakin berkembang banyak perubahan yang dirasakan, perusahaan di tuntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan yang ada. Sebuah perusahan tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhannya sendiri, oleh karena itu memerlukan hubungan dan kerja sama dengan pihak lain. Pembelian merupakan fungsi yang bertanggung jawab atas perolehan barang yang dibutuhkan, karena sebagian besar proses bisnis tidak akan beroperasi dengan lancar tanpa pengelolaan pembelian yang baik dan benar. PT Primekemas Cemerlang Jakarta merupakan perusahaan dagang yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan barang jadi. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penulis mengambil judul Pelaksanaan Administrasi Pembelian Barang Jadi. Metode dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan metode analisanya berupa analisis kualitatif yaitu metode analisis data tanpa menggunakan analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan adminsitrasi pembelian barang jadi pada PT Primakemas Cemerlang Jakarta sudah baik namun perlu di tingkatkan lagi di masa yang akan datang, terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaan administrasi pembelian barang jadi yaitu kendala dalam sistem maupun kesalahan pada komunikasi, solusinya selain melalui sistem ada baiknya menggunakan manual, melakukan pelatihan dan pembinaan agar tercipta komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien dalam perusahaan.

Abstract

PT Wilo Pumps Indonesia is a supplier company in the field of building services, water management, and industry. Has a wide range of products, especially pumps for building service markets, water management markets, and industrial markets. Wilo is synonymous with high efficiency, high quality, and reliable products. Product innovation regularly sets new standards in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability in the handling of natural resources. Public and private sector organizations, in administrative activities will always be associated with archives. The organization's archive procedures can provide information that is important and needed for the running of the organization. With the increasing activity and dynamics of the organization, it will bring a tendency to increase the need for information to support the decision-making process to achieve goals. The data collection method in the preparation of this article is the method of observation, interviews, and literature study with the analytical method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely the method of data analysis without using static analysis. The results of the implementation of archive management at PT Wilo Pumps Indonesia through the receptionist, secretary, and archivist. Implementation of archive management in the form of sorting, naming documents, indexing, inputting, and storing.

Abstract

The ability to obtain profits can be obtained from sales. Sales will not go well without systematic and regular sales procedures. The system and rules in selling are called sales procedures. The purpose of this study was to find out how the procedure for selling motorbikes at PT Mandiri Motor in West Jakarta. In the data collection process, field research methods were carried out, namely observation and interviews as well as library research methods. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. In data analysis techniques, the authors use descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the procedure for selling motorbikes at PT Mandiri Motor has sales procedures, namely sales planning, sales and payment processes and delivery

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertuiuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen UD Bayu Buana Gas secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen UD Bayu Buana Gas dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 53 konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji T dan uji F, serta uji analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa, secara parsial variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) UD Bayu Buana Gas. Variabel Harga (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) UD Bayu Buana Gas. Secara simultan variabel Independen (Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Kepuasan Konsumen) pada UD Bayu Buana Gas.
