Abstract

Customer loyalty is the key to the success of every company, especially in business to business (B2B) markets where the company has a long-term orientation business. Due to the importance of maintaining the quality of service to create customer loyalty, this research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty on business to business. This research uses 117 business to business customers as respondents. The results of this study illustrate that service quality has an effect of 54,6% on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the second women killer in the world includes Indonesia. The number of cases of cervical cancer increased in city of Yogyakarta. Screening programs have not rum optimally so that the screening coverage is low and often the patients come in the last stage. Female sex workers (FSW) are one of the groups who are most vulnerable and at high risk of cervical cancer as well as a reservoir of HPV. The participant of FSW in cervical cancer screening is still low. This study aimed to analyze the determinant associated with female sex workers participation in cervical cancer screening. The design of this study was an observational study using correlative analysis. The subject was FSW who practice in Komplek Pasar Kembang Yogyakarta. Univariable analysis performed with the frequency distribution, bivariable analysis with Chi-square and multivariable analysis with logistic regression with significantly p-value <0.05. the result analysis using Chi-square showed that age was associated with cervical cancer screening participation (p =0,006) education was not associated with cervical cancer screening respondent had primary education, duration of work as FSW was associated with cervical cancer screening participation (p=0.000), knowledge was associated with participation in cervical cancer screening(p=0.010) and 40% of respondent knowledgeable were low, attitude was not related to participation in cervical cancer screening (p=0.164) and 47% of respondent had negative attitude. The result simultaneous analysis showed that knowledge was the most dominant determinant with the prevalence ratio was 3.67 (p< 0.05). this study suggests that sociodemographic (age and duration work as FSW) and knowledge were significantly associated with the participation in cervical cancer screening.

Abstract

Ojek Online is a motorbike based public transportation application. Gojek and Grab is the top ojek online in Indonesia. There are still many local startups in the ojek online business such as Ladyjek, Blu-jek, and Motorcycle taxi. They are unable to compete because their rates are less competitive. This is because the capital owned is not too big to do the "burning money" like other startups. A model is needed to analyze what factors affect passenger using ojek online services. So, we hope local startups can compete with their innovation based on needs from consumer which will be analyzed in this research. There have been several studies that have examined the behavior of users of public transportation services, both of conventional and online transportation, which is currently booming. However, the author has not found a detailed study observing what factors influence the behavior of ojek online’s users. Therefore, the authors develop a model that integrates variables which include overall service indicators not only the application but also overall aspects like the driver and usefulness of the services. In this study a set of questionnaire was distributed and used to measure the model and data taken as many as 200 samples. Partial Least Square is used to analyze the data that has been taken. The measurement results show the model has a predictive power that is good enough to measure customer loyalty from ojek online user and all hypotheses are accepted.

Abstract

On May 26, 2021, fans of the idol group BTS were surprised by McDonald's which innovated by collaborating with the famous South Korean boy band by launching the "BTS Meal" product. The euphoria of the presence of the BTS Meal was quite horrendous and led to the closing of McDonald's outlets in several places. This study aims to analyze the purchasing decisions of BTS Meal in Bandung. The study used quantitative methods with a total sample of 200 people taken using the purposive method. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, regression analysis and T test. The results showed that respondents gave high ratings on several aspects of BTS Meal products such as product selection, brand, and distributor. Furthermore, product selection, brand, dealer, purchase quantity, time of purchase, and payment method also have a significant positive effect on purchasing BTS Meal in Bandung City.

Abstract

Aplikasi keuangan mobile wallet secara bertahap memperoleh popularitas di kalangan masyarakat. Dengan berbagai kemudahan dan kenyamanan yang ditawarkan, aplikasi mobile wallet mudah ditemui dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Akan tetapi, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi kontinuitas (continuance intention) penggunaan mobile wallet masih belum jelas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan mobile wallet dengan menggunakan model penerimaan teknologi unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2). Data primer diperoleh dari kegiatan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 pengguna mobile wallet di Kota Bandung. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa habit, hedonic motivation, dan social influence merupakan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi kontinuitas penggunaan mobile wallet. Faktor habit memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap intensi penggunaan mobile wallet yang diikuti oleh hedonic motivation, facilitating condition dan social influence. Sementara performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating condition, dan price value tidak memengaruhi intensi kontinuitas mobile wallet di Kota Bandung. Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) pada penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan intensi kontinuitas penggunaan mobile wallet di Kota Bandung sebesar 71.6%.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Vocational Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, has begun to paymore attention to Vocational education. The real steps of the Directorate General of Vocational Educationof the Ministry of Education and Culture can be seen from its two special programs, namely the D2 fasttrack program for SMK and the D-3 upgrade program to applied bachelor's degree. This study aims toprovide a basis for one of the universities in Bandung to determine whether it is the right step to increasethe D-3 level to become an Applied Bachelor. Quantitative Descriptive Analysis was conducted to providea real picture of the condition of existing D-3 students. The results showed that the majority of studentschose the D-3 level because they wanted to immediately graduate from college and then work. Meanwhile,students who enter the D-3 level because they are not accepted in the first choice occupy the lowest positionon the D-3 level selection criteria indicator and are included in the assessment criteria. Therefore, there isstill no urgency to increase the D-3 level to an Applied Bachelor degree from the perspective of highereducation consumers, namely college students.

Abstract

Pemerintahan Desa Mekarsari, Kecamatan Pasirjambu, Kabupaten Bandung tidak mempunyai sistem pengelolaan dokumen pelayanan masyarakat yang baik sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan masyarakat. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan dokumen administrasi sehingga siap dikelola oleh software Image Ware Scan Manager (IWSM). Software ini memungkinkan pengelolaan dokumen dalam jumlah yang besar secara efisien dan proses indeks dokumen secara otomatis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan sejak bulan Mei sampai dengan September 2022. Sistem administrasi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berdampak positif bagi pekerjaan para perangkat desa sehingga pelayanan pada masyarakat dapat terlaksana dengan lebih tertib dan cepat.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kualitas implementasi kurikulum praktik meliputi dimensi kehandalan, daya tanggap,  jaminan, empati, dan penampilan fisik merupakan  salah  satu alat pemasaran  jasa yang utama untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, sekaligus memuaskan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan dalam hal  ini adalah  lulusan dan pengguna  lulusan. Tujuan penelitian  ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas implementasi kurikulum praktik yang meliputi dimensi kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan tampilan fisik terhadap kepuasan lulusan dan mengetahui dimensi mana  yang pengaruhnya paling besar  terhadap kepuasan  lulusan D  III Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Tanjungkarang di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross  sectional serta menggunakan  teknik acak  sederhana proporsional, telah dilakukan terhadap 50 bidan lulusan tahun 2009 dan 2010 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Variabel kualitas  implementasi kurikulum praktik dan kepuasan  lulusan diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5. Uji statistik dengan diagram kartesius Importance performance, Pearson Product Moment dan analisis  jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini mencatat bahwa pengaruh kualitas implementasi kurikulum terhadap kepuasan lulusan secara simultan adalah 83% (nilai p ≤ 0,05). Secara parsial dimensi yang mempunyai pengaruh  bermakna  terhadap  kepuasan  lulusan  adalah  dimansi daya  tanggap,  empati  dan penampilan fisik (nilai p ≤ 0,05). Pengaruh daya tanggap, empati dan penampilan fisik masing-masing adalah 33,4%, 18,8%, dan 29,7% sehingga total pengaruh gabungan adalah 82% (nilai p ≤ 0,05). Simpulan: bahwa  kualitas  implementasi  kurikulum  praktik  berpengaruh  secara simultan terhadap kepuasan lulusan dan dimensi yang paling berpengaruh adalah daya tanggap dan penampilan fisik. Perlu diteliti faktor-faktor lain yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan lulusan dan pengguna lulusan. Kata kunci: jasa pendidikan, kualitas implementasi kurikulum praktik, lulusan.

Abstract

Dismenorea adalah nyeri yang terjadi sebelum dan selama menstruasi. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah atau mengurangi rasa nyeri saat menstruasi yaitu dengan cara farmakologi maupun non farmakologi. Salah satu cara nonfarmakologi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan teknik akupresur dan terapi musik.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan dan melihat pengaruh pemberian akupresur melalui penekanan pada titik He Ku (LI 4) dengan kombinasi pemberian akupresur melalui penekanan pada titk He Ku (LI 4) dan terapi musik klasik Mozart terhadap penurunan skala nyeri haid (dismenore) primer pada remaja putri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental dengan pendekatanpre posttest group design dengan jumlah sampel 74 siswi. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020 di SMPN 14 Kota Baubau Sulawesi Tenggara. Pengambilan sampel siswi dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kombinasi dari akupresur dan musik. Analisis perbedaan kedua kelompok diuji secara statistik dengan uji sampel T test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kombinasi dari akupresur dan musik terdapat penurunan yang signifikan dengan penurunan intensitas nyeri menstruasi (dismenore primer) dengan p value 0,000 (p<0,005). Simpulan dalam penelitian ini, bahwa kombinasi akupresur dan musik terdapat penurunan yang signifikan dibandingkan akupresur terhadap intensitas nyeri menstruasi (dismenore primer) pada siswi.Kata Kunci : Dismenore primer, Akupresur, Treatment musik.

Abstract

The Electronic Archiving Application applied in the Human Resources section of the INTI Cooperative is a crucial part in managing records because it is responsible for storing transaction records, legalities and employee data. Archives are the most basic and most important thing in administrative activities because archives have data information stored in them that is done. Archives Management In the Human Resources Cooperative INTI Bandung still uses the manual method. Manual archives are said to be ineffective because there is a risk of damage or loss of archives that still have use value. Based on the archive management phenomenon that occurred at the INTI Cooperative, the solution that was deemed appropriate was to design and create an electronic archival information system that aims to assist INTI Cooperatives in managing archives. Making Electronic Archive Applications is assisted by using the Microsoft Access system because it is simple and easy to use.
