Abstract

Perubahan lanskap dunia kerja akibat perkembangan teknologi menuntut organisasi untuk mampu memanfaatkan potensi generasi Z sebagai digital natives yang kini mendominasi angkatan kerja. Generasi ini dikenal adaptif terhadap teknologi, tetapi menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola ide inovatif secara konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh proactive personality terhadap innovative work behavior pada karyawan generasi Z yang bekerja di bidang digital marketing creative agency Kota Tangerang, dengan work engagement dan knowledge sharing sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring kepada karyawan generasi Z yang bekerja penuh waktu dengan masa kerja minimal satu tahun di perusahaan creative agency. Jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan pada variabel proactive personality, work engagement, knowledge sharing, dan innovative work behavior. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proactive personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, work engagement, dan knowledge sharing. Namun, baik work engagement maupun knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior serta tidak berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara proactive personality dan innovative work behavior. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepribadian proaktif menjadi faktor dominan dalam mendorong inovasi generasi Z, sementara keterlibatan kerja dan berbagi pengetahuan memerlukan dukungan lingkungan organisasi untuk lebih berperan. Kesimpulan penelitian menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengembangkan sifat proaktif generasi Z untuk memperkuat daya saing perusahaan kreatif. Implikasi praktisnya, organisasi perlu merancang strategi pengembangan SDM yang mendorong proaktivitas, memperkuat budaya kolaboratif, serta menciptakan ruang eksplorasi ide agar potensi inovatif karyawan dapat dioptimalkan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Social Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on female employees at PT. INKA, with Work Family Enrichment as a mediating variable. The sample used was 62 female employees. The research method used is quantitative to determine the relationship between variables. Exogenous variables, social support, intervening variables are work family enrichment, endogenous variables are OCB. The results of this study are significantly positive effect on Social Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Work Family Enrichment as a mediating variable

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai kinerja perbankan syariah masih perlu banyak dibahas dalam penelitian. Mengingat penelitian terdahulu yang hanya berfokus pada aspek finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi anteseden dari kinerja perbankan syariah, dengan melakukan sebuah tinjauan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 12 anteseden yang terbagi menjadi dua faktor yaitu eksternal dan internal. Ditemukan juga bahwa analisis regresi merupakan metode yang paling sering dan banyak digunakan dalam menganalisis kinerja perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini dapat membantu peneliti lain untuk melihat anteseden dari kinerja perbankan syariah berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in achieving organizational objectives, particularly in the plantation sector, which requires accuracy, discipline, and teamwork. This study aims to examine the effect of locus of control (LOC) on employee performance and to test the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable at PT Jaya Makmur Indo Agro Usaha. The research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory design. The sample consisted of all 50 permanent employees, selected using a census technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that locus of control has a positive and significant effect on OCB and employee performance. In addition, OCB significantly influences performance and mediates the relationship between LOC and employee performance. These findings suggest that employees with a strong internal LOC are more likely to demonstrate voluntary work behaviors that enhance organizational effectiveness. Therefore, improving employee performance can be achieved through strengthening individual character and fostering a cooperative work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the role of job resources, specifically supervisor support and role clarity, in mitigating the negative impact of workload and time pressure on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Bangkalan branch. In the face of increasing job demands, heavy workloads and time pressure often hinder optimal performance. Therefore, it is important to understand how job resources can serve as mitigating factors to reduce these negative impacts. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a survey design involving employees of BRI Bangkalan as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the variables of workload, time pressure, supervisor support, role clarity, and employee performance. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationships among the variables. The findings of this study are expected to provide deeper insights into the role of supervisor support and role clarity in enhancing employee performance and offer practical recommendations for BRI management to create a more supportive work environment for employees. This research is also expected to contribute to the development of human resource management theory, particularly in the banking sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of influencer marketing and social media advertisment on electronic word of mouth and customer trust, as well as the mediating role of electronic word of mouth on the influence of influencer marketing and social media advertisment on customer trust. The location of this study is in Denpasar City, Bali Province and the sample used is 150 respondents. The data analysis technique was carried out using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study show that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, social media advertisment has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on electronic word of mouth, social media advertisment has a positive and significant effect on Regarding the electronic word of mouth, the electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, the role of electronic word of mouth as a mediating variable in the relationship between influencer marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer trust and the role of electronic word of mouth as a mediating variable in the relationship between Social media advertisment has a positive and significant influence on customer trust. The suggestion that can be given by the researcher is that the management of Skintific is expected to make more innovations in the product, so that later it can provide quality products, always provide direction to influencers in recommending products to consumers in order to provide accurate and reliable information, Make more interesting ads, as well as make more ads that contain product benefits, as well as testimonials from consumers who have used and are more active in promoting on social media.

Abstract

Work motivation is one of the crucial keys to improving employee performance. This study aims to describe the factors that affect work motivation and explain the influence of work motivation on employee performance. Through the systematic literature review approach, this study identified 34 articles with the publication year 2018 – 2022 that discussed work motivation. The results showed that the factors that affect work motivation include leadership, work environment, employee training, task characteristics, rewards for performance, career path, and commitment. Seventeen articles describe a significant influence of motivation on employee performance. In comparison, the other three articles show that there is an insignificant influence between work motivation and employee performance.
