Abstract

This study aims to analyze the increase in the payload capacity of the Airbus A320 at Radin Inten II International Airport Lampung using the Improve Climb approach. The Improve Climb approach focuses on optimizing the aircraft's climb path to enhance efficiency and payload capacity, particularly in airport conditions with high elevation and unfavorable weather. This study includes an analysis of the performance data of the Airbus A320. In addition, flight simulations were conducted taking into account factors such as wind speed, air temperature, and engine power. The results of this analysis are expected to provide recommendations regarding the optimization of flight schedules, passenger capacity, and improvements in operational efficiency at the airport. The results of the study indicate that by applying the Improve Climb approach, the aircraft's payload capacity can be increased by up to 3% without compromising safety. This opens up opportunities to increase the number of passengers.

Abstract

Pendahuluan Mahasiswa kedokteran sering menghadapi tekanan akademik dalam sistem blok yang padat, sehingga membutuhkan cara untuk tetap fokus, salah satunya dengan konsumsi kopi hitam. Kopi hitam kaya akan kafein berfungsi untuk mendukung daya ingat dan kemampuan kognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi kopi hitam terhadap kualitas daya ingat mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas YARSI angkatan 2022-2023. Metode Penelitian Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode yang diambil peneliti menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik convenience sampling dan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 340 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi-square.Hasil Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh frekuensi dan jumlah konsumsi kopi hitam terhadap kualitas daya ingat (p=0,047), terdapat pengaruh jenis konsumsi kopi hitam terhadap kualitas daya ingat (p=0,017), tidak ada pengaruh rutinitas konsumsi kopi hitam terhadap kualitas daya ingat (p=0,763). Kesimpulan Mahasiswa yang mengkonsumsi kopi hitam memiliki kualitas daya ingat yang baik bagi Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Yarsi Angkatan 2022 dan 2023 karena kopi hitam dapat memberikan efek stimulasi pada kafein yang optimal untuk meningkatkan fokus, menjaga keseimbangan antara kognitif dan Kesehatan tubuh.

Abstract

An airport is a facility where all stakeholders in the aviation industry converge, and its core product is “service,” which includes services for passengers, cargo, and aircraft. Customer satisfaction at airports is an essential outcome that must be delivered to all aviation industry stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and marketing mix on customer trust, with customer satisfaction serving as an intervening variable at the airport. In reality, many airport service users still feel dissatisfied with both the services provided and the existing facilities. This is evident from various complaints submitted by users, indicating that they have not yet experienced satisfactory airport services. This research employs a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, consisting of domestic passengers at Minangkabau International Airport. The findings reveal that service quality and marketing mix have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality, marketing mix, and customer satisfaction—both partially and simultaneously—have a significant influence on customer trust. However, the customer satisfaction variable is unable to mediate the relationship between service quality and the marketing mix toward customer trust.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan  dengan cara meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat Padukuhan Blimbingsari dalam pengelolaan ekowisata Lembah Pelangi melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan energi terbarukan berbasis smart energy, pengelolaan wisata berkelanjutan, serta digitalisasi promosi wisata, meningkatkan pemberdayaan dalam kemampuan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif, meningkatkan keterampilan pengolahan makanan belum terstandar (sedikit pedagang mengaplikasikan prinsip higiene), strategi mempertahankan pasokan bahan baku dan harga fluktuasi hingga ±15 %, manajemen usaha & pemasaran. dengan memanfaatkan media sosial untuk promosi. Kegiatan ini juga mencakup pelatihan teknis instalasi dan pemeliharaan panel surya, manajemen destinasi wisata berbasis komunitas, serta penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk promosi wisata. Warga masyarakat peserta pelatihan cukup tertarik dengan materi dan pelatihan yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Traditional markets act as food-logistics nodes with intensive unloading activities and manual handling that may increase musculoskeletal risk, internal congestion, and reduced accessibility due to layout and hygiene issues. This community-service paper is developed from a field assessment at Pasar Giwangan, Yogyakarta, conducted during 3 months (April–June 2020), and translated into an ergonomics socialization package, critical point mapping of circulation, and practical recommendations for loading and unloading operations. Key findings include heavy carrying (>50 kg) by informal porters with 2–5 repetitions per task, peak-hour congestion, reduced effective lane width caused by access configuration, and improper waste disposal that disturbs comfort and mobility. Proposed outputs include OSH ergonomics materials, strengthening handling aids (trolleys), and circulation/zonation adjustments for unloading activities.

Abstract

In today's digital era, promotional activities must follow digital marketing trends. One form of digital marketing is utilizing social media to promote products. The problem faced by the Etawa Goat Milk MSME was the lack of engaging promotional content on social media to introduce the product and increase its awareness among the wider public. Utilizing social media aims to make it easier for brands to connect with customers. The solution to this problem is to create engaging promotional content for publication on social media. The goal of this activity is to create engaging promotional content for publication on Instagram posts, stories, and reels, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
