Abstract

Community service activities that will be carried out are in the form of educating the community through outreach activities regarding COVID-19. The target audience in this Community Service activity are local residents. The implementation of community service is carried out by counseling first and then providing assistance to the practice of the counseling. Availability of experts from Bhayangkara University Lecturers, Bekasi, and assistant staff from students, participants (community), local officials so that this Community Service activity is carried out. The benefits obtained from this Community Service activity include being able to help the community in producing their own Covid-19 prevention media, as well as creative and innovative thinking based on entrepreneurship to be able to support and maintain current conditions.

Abstract

Kelurahan Marga Mulya di RT.005/RW.001 permasalahan yang ada masih banyak ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja dan kegiatan usahanya belum berkembang. Ibu-ibu ini tidak produktif dan tidak bisa menghasilkan pendapatan untuk membantu keuangan rumah tangga. Dengan jumlah penduduk yang sebagian besar berusia produktif dan cukup berpendidikan, maka masyarakat sebaiknya diberdayakan untuk bekerja sehingga bisa menambah pendapatan keluarga. Oleh karena itu masyarakat perlu didorong untuk lebih kreatif dengan membuat produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Pada pengabdian masyarakat kali ini diangkat suatu perumusan masalah yaitu pemberdayaan dan pengembangan usaha bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga di era new normal. Dari permasalahan yanga ada, maka solusi yang diambil adalah memberikan kegiatan pemberdayaan dan pengembangan usaha yang bernilai ekonomis untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga bagi masyarakat di RT.005/RW.001 Kelurahan Marga Mulya Kota Bekasi. Kegiatan dalam pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah memberdayakan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja untuk memiliki usaha dan mengembangkan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang sudah memiliki usaha. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini adalah: aspek kewirausahaan, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan masyarakat sehingga dapat memproduksi produk yang bernilai ekonomis; aspek pemasaran, para pelaku usaha mampu melakukan perencanaan nilai jual produk seperti kemasan dan merk dan memasarkan ke wilayah yang lebih luas, dengan demikian pendapatan akan semakin bertambah; aspek akuntansi, dapat melakukan pembukuan keuangan minimal pembukuan keuangan sederhana; aspek akademisi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilakukan berupa pemberdayaan masyarakat di lokasi pelayanan dan pengembangan produk usaha dan pemasaran berbasis digital marketing. Target audiens dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah warga sekitar, aparat setempat, usaha mikro yang ada, dan pihak luar dalam hal pemasaran. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan penyuluhan terlebih dahulu kemudian memberikan pendampingan terhadap praktik kegiatan tersebut hingga akhirnya pada tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Dimana tidak hanya sebatas latihan namun pendampingan dalam membuat produk tersebut memiliki nilai tambah dan pemasaran produk berbasis digital marketing. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini antara lain dapat menciptakan peluang usaha, desa mandiri, mengembangkan usaha mikro, membantu meningkatkan nilai jual produk, digital marketing dan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of audit tenure, audit rotation and KAP's reputation on audit quality. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely the data of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 - 2018. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of audit tenure, audit rotation and reputation of the public accountant firm. partial and simultaneous audit quality. Discretionary accruals are used as a proxy for audit quality. The results showed that simultaneous variables of audit tenure, audit rotation and KAP reputation did not significantly influence audit quality. While partially audit tenure and audit rotation have no effect on audit quality, and KAP reputation has a significant effect on audit quality.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstrak: Perubahan dan persaingan yang dinamis dalam suatu industri dapat menemukan peluang yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan perusahaan. Peluang tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis lingkungan baik lingkungan internal maupun lingkungan eksternal. Analisis lingkungan internal memperlihatkan apa yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh perusahaan, sedangkan analisis lingkungan eksternal dapat membantu pengusaha menentukan kebutuhan dan keinginan pasar. Sebaliknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan internal dan eksternal terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, yakni deskriptif dan eksplanatori survey. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 130 pengusaha IKM di Bekasi, Jawa Barat, yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampel yaitu proporsional cluster random sampling. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian digunakan statistika multivariate dengan alat uji Partial Least Square (PLS). Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan program smart PLS 2.0 dan SPSS versi window. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan internal dan eksternal berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing IKM secara simultan Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Internal dan Eksternal, Keunggulan Bersaing. Abstract: Change and dynamic competition in an industry can find opportunities that are tailored to the company's capabilities. This opportunity can be done by analyzing the environment both internal and external environment. Internal environmental analysis shows what the company should do, while external environmental analysis can help entrepreneurs determine market needs and wants. On the contrary. The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out the influence of internal and external environment on competitive advantage. The research method used is a survey method, namely descriptive and explanatory surveys. The number of respondents in this study as many as 130 SME entrepreneurs in Bekasi, West Java, which is determined by the sample technique is proportional cluster random sampling. To test the research hypothesis, multivariate statistics were used with Partial Least Square (PLS) test equipment. While for data processing using smart program PLS 2.0 and SPSS window version. The results of the study show that the internal and external environment influences the competitive advantage of IKM simultaneously. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh dari Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan SDM untuk peningkatan kinerja Pegawai di Kelurahan Padurenan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pegawai yang bekerja di Kelurahan Padurenan. Dengan teknik sampling jenuh yang menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel yaitu 36 pegawai. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heterokedastisitas, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t, uji f) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial menggunakan uji t, dapat diketahui bahwa Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Dan secara simultan Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja yaitu sebesar 83 % yang dimana 17% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain di luar penelitian. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan SDM, Pemberdayaan SDM, Kinerja Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an effect of HR Development and Empowerment for improving employee performance in Padurenan Village. This research uses primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to employees who work in the Padurenan Village. With a saturated sampling technique that uses the entire population as a sample, namely 36 employees. Data analysis techniques in this study include validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test (t test, f test) and determination coefficient test (R2) with 5% significance level using the SPSS ver 25 application. Based on the results of the partial test using the t test, it can be seen that HR Development and Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on improving performance. And simultaneously Human Resource Development and Empowerment has a significant effect on performance improvement, namely by 83%, where the other 17% are influenced by other factors or variables outside the research. Abstract

This study was used to measure the effect of price, promotion and product innovation on customer satisfaction Telkomsel provider in the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research is a quantitative study in which the object used is the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 181 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0 The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of price, promotion, and product innovation have a positive effect on customer satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bekasi City.This research has a limited object of research which is only carried out on the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of price, promotion and product innovation on customer satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bekasi City.

Abstract

Public transportation activities are developing so rapidly, so that every public transportation business, one of which is rail public transportation, is renovating and improving services from all aspects. In marketing strategy, to increase sales, an important factor that needs to be considered is the level of customer satisfaction. Monitoring customer satisfaction that is carried out properly is a material for conductingaccountable evaluations for decision making related to improving rail services, fulfilling service processes needed by customers, and improving service processes to customers. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which public service facilities are influenced by the quality of service for commuter line users. In addition, to see how much public service facilities are affected by the quality of service for commuter line users. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using SPSS 21.0 software. In the study, it was found that public services had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction of commuter line train users, where the higher the public service provided by the commuter line train, the higher customer satisfaction. Rail public service standards have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction of commuter line train users.Keywords : Customer Quality and Public Service.
