Abstract

Disiplin kerja adalah perilaku seseorang yang sesuai dengan peraturan, prosedur kerja dari perusahaan baik yang tertulis mau pun tidak tertulis. Psychological capital adalah kapasitas psikologis individu yang berkembang secara positif dengan beberapa karateristik yaitu self-efficacy, optimisme, hope, dan resilliency. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara psychological capital dengan disiplin kerja pada karyawan PT. Arga Mas Lestari Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu karyawan produksi PT. Arga Mas Lestari. Sampel penelitian adalah bagian produksi sebanyak 100 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua buah skala psikologi yaitu Skala Disiplin Kerja (23 aitem, α = 0,887) dan Skala Psychological Capital (19 aitem, α = 0,878). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,627 dengan p = 0,000 (p<0,001). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara psychological capital dengan disiplin kerja. Psychological capital memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 39,3% pada disiplin kerja dan sebesar 60,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the role of a person-job fit and job satisfaction on work engagement. Work engagement is the ability of individuals in organizations that are positively characterized by energy outfits both physically and mentally and substantial work involvement. Person-job fit is an individual assessment of the suitability between the ability of employees and work demands and the suitability of individual needs and what can be given by the job to employees. Then, job satisfaction is a feeling of happiness or unhappiness that employees feel at work done by looking at aspects of conditions that exist in work. It is quantitative research. Samples are 116 employees taken by population sampling. The measuring instrument used uses the Work Engagement scale (25 Items, α = 0.87), Person-job fit Scale (12 items, α = 0.96), and Job Satisfaction Scale (12 Items, α = 0.97). Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis, with the results showing a positive role in person-job fit and job satisfaction on work engagement(RX = 0.37 with; p <.0.00). These results indicate that there is a significant positive role in Person-job fit and job satisfaction on work engagement. Person-job fit and Job Satisfaction made a compelling contribution of 14.3% on work engagement.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to various changes that increased a possibility for university students to experience career ambiguity. Those with a high tolerance for career ambiguity perceive ambiguous situations as advantageous and do not reject the complexity of the discrepancy. This study aimed to yield the Indonesian version of the Career Decision Ambiguity Tolerance Scale and examine the construct validity and concurrent validity of the adapted version. This study involved 1256 first-year students (58.7% female, mean age = 18.23 years, SD age = .66) from a public university in Central Java, Indonesia. Data were collected using measures of ambiguity tolerance in choosing a career, career decision-making self-efficacy, and vocational identity. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used to examine the structure of the factor of the final scale, showing good fit indices (CMIN/df = 2.93, CFI = .97, TLI = .96, RMSEA = .04). Reliability coefficients of each the three subscales were satisfactory. Concurrent validity was shown by expected associations with measures of career decision-making self-efficacy and vocational identity.

Abstract

This study aimed to validate the Indonesian Version of the Co-worker Support Scale. A scale used to measure co-support in organization. The International Test Commission (ITC) Guidelines for Translating and Adapting Test Second Edition procedure used to adapt this scale. A total of 318 employees (M = 44%, F = 56%; SD Age = 8.3) from various organizations were involved in this study. Based on the Rasch model analysis, it indicated that the Co-worker Support Scale has good internal consistency. The result showed that the scale’s factor structure was unidimensional, RV= 60.8%. It means that the items can be effectively able to measure co-worker support. The significant chi-square value indicates that the data is fit to the model, χ2 (4118) = 8017.19, p < .01. The answer choice category option with 5 answer choices can be preserved. Moreover, no differential item functioning was found based on gender, education level, and type of organization. Overall, the results indicated that this 14-item scale, including its psychometric properties, was satisfactorily reliable and valid to measure co-worker support in the organizational context in Indonesia.

Abstract

The routine experienced by students in facing lectures causes stress which leads to emotional exhaustion, this situation is called academic burnout. This study aims to determine the factors that cause burnout in college students. This study aims to review previous studies on academic burnout in students, the review was carried out systematically by applying PRISMA guidelines. Online databases used in searches: Google Scholar, Google Scholar, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Sage, Researchgate with a defined search strategy previously. Screening was carried out by applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. The articles involved in the review (N = 5) have also gone through an assessment. The results of this study found several factors that influence academic burnout in students, including gender, anxiety, self-efficacy, the number of activities students participate in, the campus environment and the relationships or support they receive. from another individual.

Abstract

A situation that is needed in an organization is a situation where employees provide opinions and ideas that support the progress of an organization which is commonly referred to as employee voice behavior. The purpose of this study is to find out 1) the trend of employee voice behavior research, 2) to map studies related to employee voice behavior, 3) to map which countries often conduct research on employee voice behavior, and 4) to explain studies on employee voice behavior. This study uses bibliometric analysis and narrative reviews. The results found in the last five years totaled 413 consisting of book articles, reviews, book chapters, and conference papers on employee voice behavior narrative studies discussing the relationship between employee voice behavior and employee motivation, morality of leadership style, employee performance, paternalistic leadership style and leader-member exchange relationships.  The limitation of this research is that it uses SCOPUS data from the last five years, but 2024 is only entering its second year, so the publications are limited. Researchers suggest further research to use a more diverse database so that the data obtained is more comprehensive.

Abstract

Pendidikan seks pada siswa sekolah dasar menjadi tanggung jawab guru dan orang tua sebagai orang yang berperan terhadap proses belajar anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan Komunikasi Informasi Seks Edukasi (KIS-E) terhadap peningkatan keterampilan guru dan wali murid sekolah dasar dalam mengkomunikasikan pendidikan seksual sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan uji coba dari Modul KIS-E yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan Quasi Eksperimen one group pre-posttest design. Pelatihan ini dilakukan SD Negeri 07 Boyolali dengan melibatkan 22 partisipan yang terdiri dari 10 guru dan 12 wali murid. Partisipan menerima intervensi yang terdiri dari 4 sesi. Fasilitator memberikan intervensi menggunakan rangkaian ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan, dan penugasan (worksheet). Berdasarkan uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan intervensi (t = 5.213; p < 0,001). Ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa keterampilan guru dan wali murid sekolah dasar dalam mengkomunikasikan pendidikan seksual meningkat secara signifikan setelah adanya intervensi
