This research aims to determine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the influence of organizational culture and compensation on work loyalty. This research method is quantitative descriptive. This research used a sample of 97 respondents by distributing online questionnaires. This research uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.3 software. This research is census research. The research results show that all indicators used in this research are valid and reliable. Conclusion,Organizational culture, compensation and job satisfaction influence work loyalty. Also, job satisfaction has a role in mediating the influence of compensation on work loyalty. Laporan keuangan merupakan Sumber informasi internal perusahaan yang menggambarkan tentang posisi dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Profitabilitas merupakan rasio untuk menilai kemampuan perusahaan dalam mencari keuntungan, juga memberikan ukuran tingkat efektivitas manajemen dalam menghasilkan laba perusahaan. Likuiditas merupakan kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban keuangan yang harus dipenuhi dan aktivitas merupakan rasio yang menunjukkan bagaimana sumber daya telah dimanfaatkan secara optimal sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat efisiensi perusahaan dalam industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas dan aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas, secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data sekunder dalam penelitian ini laporan keuangan tahun 2019-2023, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial likuiditas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas sedangkan aktivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan secara simultan didapatkan bahwa likuiditas dan aktivitas secara bersama berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas di sektor properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Financial reports are a source of internal company information that describes the company's financial position and performance. Profitability is a ratio to assess the company's ability to seek profit, and also provides a measure of the level of management effectiveness in generating company profits. Liquidity is the company's ability to meet financial obligations that must be met and activity is a ratio that shows how resources have been utilized optimally so that the level of company efficiency in the industry can be known. This study aims to test the effect of liquidity and activity on profitability, partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study is a property company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Secondary data in this study are financial reports for the years 2019-2023, using purposive sampling. The results of the study show that partially liquidity has a positive effect on profitability while activity has no effect on profitability. While simultaneously it was found that liquidity and activity together have an effect on profitability in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan oleh dosen program studi manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika dengan mitra Kelompok PKK Kelurahan Cibubur. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini guna memberikan pemahaman dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana branding baik secara individu maupun institusi/organisasi serta meningkatkan keterampilan peserta PkM dalam membuat konten-konten yang menarik dan memiliki nilai jual. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara tatap muka langsung dan mengambil lokasi di RPTRA Cibubur Berseri Kelurahan Cibubur Jakarta. Pengembangan suatu organisasi maupun individu akan berbagai keunggulan yang dimiliki dapat dilakukan dengan mem-branding-nya pada suatu media sosial. Tujuanya tidak lain agar kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut dapat terekspos ke publik. Hal ini tentunya akan memberikan dampak yang signifian bagi perkembangan individu ataupun organisasi. Minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang branding dan media sosial menyebabkan diperlukannya suatu pelatihan yang mengenalkan teknik-tenik branding dan optimalisasi media sosial secara benar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 90% peserta PkM menjadi paham akan konsep branding melalui medsos, 87% mampu memilih tema-tema branding yang dapat diterapkan di medsos dan hampir 90% mampu mempraktekkan kemampuan membuat konten sebagai sarana branding di medsos.

Brits Hotel Puri Indah faces challenges in increasing room occupancy amid fierce competition in the hospitality industry. This study aims to analyze effective marketing strategies for Brits Hotel Puri Indah using SWOT analysis. The methods employed include the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (External Factor Evaluation), IE (Internal-External), and SWOT matrices. The target market is focused on the corporate segment. The analysis results show that Brits Hotel Puri Indah has Strengths in the appropriate corporate market segment but faces Weaknesses in the suboptimal use of digital marketing technology. From the IFE analysis, the hotel obtained a score of 3.54, which is quite good, as it exceeds the threshold score of 2.5. Similarly, the EFE results are also satisfactory, with a score of 3.31, surpassing the 2.5 benchmark. In the IE matrix, the hotel is positioned in Cell I, which is categorized as "Grow and Build," indicating that the strategic focus should be on growth and development strategies. Mie gacoan is a fast-growing Indonesian food and beverage company. The word 'gacoan' is derived from the Javanese word meaning a mainstay. This research aims to investigate the effect of service quality and price on the satisfaction of gacoan noodle customers on students in West Jakarta. The research method used a quantitative approach by spreading questionnaires to 96 respondents through a purposive sampling method and making observations to evaluate service quality. This analysis shows that service quality and price have a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction. individually, service quality has a significance value of 0.000 with a Thitung value of 6,670 and price has a significance value of 0.009 with a Thitung value of 2,650. Simultaneously, the Fhitung value of 46,202 with a significance of 0.000, this shows a significant influence from both variables. In conclusion, there is a positive and significant effect of service quality and price on the satisfaction of gacoan noodle customers on students in west jakarta, both individually and simultaneously. These findings provide insight for restaurant owners to improve marketing strategies and customer service. Information technology is developing very rapidly, including in carrying out buying and selling transactions. Traditional businesses that require face-to-face meetings are starting to be abandoned, and replaced by online marketing or what is usually called e-commerce. Lazada's sales figures are quite low compared to other e-commerce. These low sales indicate Lazada's low consumer decision. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze the influence of live streaming and price discounts on purchasing decisions of Lazada consumers in Cengkareng. The research method applied in this research is descriptive quantitative statistics. The population in this study were Cengkareng residents with an unknown population size, but 96 Cengkareng residents were taken as samples. Data analysis techniques are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination testing. Then from the research results it was found that partially Live Streaming had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, price discounts had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, live streaming and price discounts together or simultaneously had an influence on consumer purchasing decisions. It is known that the coefficient of determination value reaches 0.490 and it can be concluded that simultaneously, live streaming and price discounts contribute 49% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

The aim of this research is to find out how service quality and customer satisfaction influence customer loyalty. This research was conducted at CV Dharmala Putra which operates in the electronic trading sector, especially shaving equipment with a product called kemei. This research uses quantitative data using multiple linear regression methods through observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of interviews, questionnaires, observations and pre-surveys. Secondary data includes interviews, documentation, sales data, video conversations and customer data. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling techniques for sampling and population. The technique uses saturated sampling. to select samples from all CV Dharmala Putra customer data as the population for this study. The results of this research are that service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty so that Ho is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, customer satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) dan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Multi Anugerah Swadaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan di departemen produksi yang berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data diolah dengan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan SPSS 27.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, pengawasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengawasan kerja yang efektif terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja dengan memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai standar, prosedur, dan target yang ditetapkan. Uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) dan pengawasan kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut berperan penting dalam menentukan kinerja karyawan, meskipun masih ada faktor lain yang juga mempengaruhi kinerja yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to analyze how work flexibility and leadership affect Generation Z’s work engagement, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. The research employs a quantitative survey approach, collecting data from 97 Generation Z employees across various industries in Indonesia. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique was used for data analysis, with the sample size determined using Cochran’s formula. The findings indicate that work flexibility significantly enhances job satisfaction but does not directly impact work engagement. In contrast, leadership strongly influences both job satisfaction and work engagement. Furthermore, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between leadership and work engagement, while no significant mediation effect is found for work flexibility. These results highlight the critical role of leadership in fostering engagement among Generation Z  employees. Organizationsaiming to enhance workforce engagement should focus on supportive leadership approaches while also ensuring work flexibility to improve job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan solvabilitas terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021-2023. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah likuiditas yang diukur menggunakan Quick Ratio (QR) dan solvabilitas yang diukur menggunakan Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER). Sementara itu, variabel dependen adalah kinerja keuangan yang diukur menggunakan Net Profit Margin (NPM). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan solvabilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Secara simultan, likuiditas dan solvabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan sektor food and beverage.
