Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how electronic service quality influences customer loyalty and satisfaction, the impact of customer experience on customer loyalty, and to what extent electronic satisfaction mediates electronic services. quality on customer loyalty for Go-Jek users in Jabodetabek. Explanatory research using a quantitative approach is a research methodology. 155 people were included in the sample, and a questionnaire was used to collect information. The research variable is e-service quality (X), the dependent variable is customer loyalty (Y), and the mediating variable is e-satisfaction (Z). The results of this study indicate that there is a direct influence between e-service quality (X) on customer loyalty (Y) and e-service quality (X) also has a direct effect on e-satisfaction (Z) for Go-Jek services in Jabodetabek. In addition, e-satisfaction (Z) is able to mediate the effect of e-service quality (X) on customer loyalty (Y).

Abstract

The very rapid development of the automotive industry in Indonesia has made the level of competition intense, especially in the motorbike industry, so that motorbike manufacturers continue to innovate their products. Despite innovation, Yamaha motorbike sales tend to fall every year. This indicates that people's buying interest in Yamaha motorbikes is starting to decline. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand equity and promotion on the decision to purchase Yamaha motorbikes by residents of Kranji Village. The type of research used was explanatory research with a quantitative approach, involving 100 samples who were residents of RW.010 Kranji Village who were at least 17 years old and who used Yamaha motorbikes. Data were analyzed using SPSS software with a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially, brand equity and promotion variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The F test results also show that brand equity and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pandawa Lima Plumpang Honda Dealer is a national private company engaged in the Service and Sales of Honda Motorbikes which was founded in 2016. This research aims to find out. The influence of advertising and product quality on the decision to purchase a Honda Beat motorbike at the Pandawa Lima Plumpang dealer. There are 2 independent variables in this research, namely advertising and product quality, and one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods and the sample used in this research was 45 respondents. The techniques used in this research are data analysis such as validity testing, reliability testing, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and inter-dimensional analysis. This research data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 statistical data processing. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that the advertising variable (X1) influences purchasing decisions (Y). Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the calculated t value of the advertising variable (3.578) is greater than the t table (1.682). This means that partially the advertising variable has a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. The variable that has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions is advertising. The results of the F test show that simultaneously the advertising variables and product quality both have a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable with the analysis results of Fcount (6.657) > Ftable (3.22). The results of the coefficient of determination test show that advertising and product quality factors influence Honda users' purchasing decisions at 19.2% while the remaining 80.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

Abstract - Information technology is a tool used to transform data into meaningful information and facilitate a more productive, efficient and simple workforce. How is the development of this accounting information system in terms of information quality, internal control and daily accounting operations? What is still recorded in the books are errors in accounting calculations and stationery purchases. Using the Microsoft Excel program to help with assignments often causes various problems. Additionally, Laravel seeks to improve software quality by lowering development, startup, and maintenance costs, as well as user experience in using applications. to offer expressive, simple, and efficient syntax. The following are several approaches that the author uses, namely direct observation (Observation). This technique is used to search for and collect information that will be used in processing accounting data. Next, a literature review where the author collects the data and information needed to complete the assignment. Lastly, through consulting academic sources and books. Conclusion The conclusions of this research include making data processing easier from a system that was originally manual but has now switched to being more automatic, increasing accuracy and reducing data collection errors, fast procedures, and more effective business transactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel desain produk dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pembelian pada produk Noera Colagen Drink di Tiktokshop. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif karena mengarah kepada metode pengukuran dan sampel untuk menguji variabel dan hipotesis. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 27, peneliti melakukan beberapa pengujian antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 yaitu seluruh pembeli produk Noera Colagen Drink di Tiktokshop pada periode 2023 dibulan Januari, Februari, Maret dan April, dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Non-Probability Sampling teknik Convenience sampling yang berjumlah sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa desain produk berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Noera Colagen Drink di Tiktokshop. Kualitas produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Noera Colagen Drink di Tiktokshop. Desain produk dan kualits produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Noera Colagen Drink di Tiktokshop

Abstract

PT Kharisma Reksa Pratama adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang Ekspedisi Impor & Ekspor dan merupakan salah satu Pengurus Jalur Kepalabandaran (PPJK) yang menggunakan sistem dan modul online, seperti PIB, PEB, CEISA 4.0, dan SLIM 3.0. Perusahaan ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 1992 dan berlokasi di Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran ganda dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kharisma Reksa Pratama. Terdapat 2 variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu peran ganda dan beban kerja, serta satu variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 responden. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meltoldel sampling jelnuh. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan olah data statistik SPSS 29.0 dengan hasilnya menunjukan bahwa variabel peran ganda tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kharisma Reksa Pratama, variabel beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kharisma Reksa Pratama serta peran ganda dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kharisma Reksa Pratama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan dengan fokus pada kepuasan kerja dan Self-Efficacy, serta mempertimbangkan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 100 karyawan PT Frisian Flag. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Probability Sampling yakni simple random sampling. Simple Random Sampling adalah pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi yang dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Efikasi diri tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Efikasi diri tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap konstruk kinerja karyawan. Efikasi diri mempunyai pengaruh terhadap konstruk komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berperan sebagai kontrol parsial, artinya untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel terdapat hubungan langsung seperti kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. bahwa komitmen organisasi merupakan kontrol parsial terhadap hubungan Self-Efficacy dengan kinerja pegawai. Pengukuran ini memberikan nilai Q2 sebesar 0,9885 atau 98,85% yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai tersebut lebih besar dari nol. Jadi membuktikan bahwa kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepuasan kerja, Self-Efficacy, dan komitmen organisasi sebesar 98,85% dan sisanya oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian.

Abstract

Human resource management has an important role as a driving force in the company, in improving employee performance, periodic training and motivating employees can be carried out. This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on employee performance at PT Andalan Rantai Pasok Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was the entire sample size of 31 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is the validity test method, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26. The results showed that the Training Variable partially had a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t value of 2.244> 2.051 and a Sig value of 0.033 <0.05 and the Motivation Variable partially had a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t value of 3.137> 2.051 and a Sig value of 0.004<0.5. The F test shows that together, training and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance (F = 10,971, p = 0.000). So it can be concluded that Training and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Indonesian Banking Industry chooses a significant influence on the country's finances and economic growth when compared to other economic entities that are in deficit. In addition to running a business, the banking industry It also seeks to support national growth to improve the economy. The company's ability to meet its financial obligations and generate profits indicates that the company's condition is good. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposi Ratio on Return On Assets. This study uses descriptive quantitative data design and type. Researchers collect, classify, and analyze sample data using purposive sampling techniques. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of research and hypothesis testing partially Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount value of 4.076> ttable 2.00030 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Loan to Deposit Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount value of 3,676> ttable 2,00030 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. The results of research and hypothesis testing with an Fcount value of 12,062> Ftable 3.15 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 from the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets in private banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan oleh dosen program studi manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika dengan mitra tim penggerak PKK Kelurahan Bambu Apus Jakarta. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini guna memberikan pembekalan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan public speaking. Kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung berlokasi di RPTRA Gebangsari kelurahan Bambu Apus. Kapasitas kemampuan berbicara bagi sebagian orang di depan publik merupakan suatu keahlian tersendiri yang mencerminkan kapabilitas dan kredibilitas seseorang, perlu adanya usaha sehingga kemampuan tersebut dapat meningkat terutama bagi mereka-mereka yang selalu berhadapan dengan orang guna menyampaikan suatu informasi di depan publik. Minimnya pengetahuan dan teknik public speaking yang baik menyebabkan diperlukannya suatu pelatihan yang mengenalkan teknik berbicara di depan publik yang benar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 90% peserta PkM menjadi paham akan konsep public speaking, mampu mendeskripsikan kemampuan diri untuk menjadi public speaker serta mampu mempraktekkannya dari sebelum dilakukannya pelatihan dalam kegiatan PkM ini yang hanya berkisar 75%-80% saja.
