Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using internet media as a learning resource on students' learning interest in the Economics subject in Grade XI at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. Thus research employs a survey method using questionnaires as the data collection instrument. The population consisted of Grade XI students, and a sample of 74 students was randomly selected using random sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate a positive and significant effect of using internet media on students' learning interest in Economics for Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. The findings are expressed in the linear equation Ý = 29.653 + 0.495X. The Y variable (Learning Interest) is valued at 29.653 when the X variable (Internet Media) is 0 or absent. For every 1% increase in the X variable (Internet Media), the Y variable (Learning Interest) increases by 0.495. The t-test analysis indicates a positive and significant effect of using internet media as a learning resource on students' learning interest, with a t-count of 9.588 > t-table value of 1,922 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

The application of New Public Management (NPM) principles in local government is seen as a strategic approach to improving budget efficiency and public service performance. Yet implementation at the city level continues to face structural and managerial constraints. This study examined the role of NPM in strengthening regional budget efficiency and service effectiveness in Gorontalo City, while identifying mechanisms that support adaptive, transparent, performance-oriented, and inclusive governance. Using a qualitative descriptive interpretative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with structural officials, internal auditors, and community representatives, complemented by document analysis of official reports and budget data. Thematic analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings show that NPM contributes to budget efficiency through improved planning, tighter monitoring of budget realization, and the integration of digital financial management systems. Service effectiveness also improved through better inter-agency coordination, Key Performance Indicators, and expanded community involvement in monitoring service delivery. However, NPM outcomes are influenced by human resource capacity, leadership consistency, and an organizational culture that supports transparency and accountability. The study concluded that NPM is an essential instrument for promoting efficient and effective local governance, provided that capacity building, internal supervision, and sustained public participation remain priorities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa SMA Negeri 2 Dumoga. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam kategori kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi target penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang berjumlah 242 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 49 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampling dengan teknik probability sampling dimana memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur (anggota) populasi untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner/angket. Studi observasi dan dokumensi digunakan untuk mendapatkan data pelengkap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif antara lingkungan Sekolah terhadap minat belajar. Analisis regresi menunjukkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,312 yang mengindikasikan bahwa 31,2% variasi minat belajar dijelaskan oleh lingkungan Sekolah. Dimana semakin bagus lingkungan Sekolah, semakin meningkat pula minat belajar, 68,8% sisanya, atau nilai residu, dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diinvestigasi dalam penelitian ini. Nilai t-tabel yang diperoleh adalah 1,678. Perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai t-tabel. Hal ini mengantarkan pada penolakan Ho, yang menyiratkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan Sekolah terhadap minat belajar. Kesimpulan bahwa semakin baik nilai variabel lingkungan Sekolah, maka akan semakin meningkat pula minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengembangan Pariwisata Pantai Itoduti Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Biluhu Timur, Kecamatan Batudaa Pantai, Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner/angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 300 orang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Pengembangan Pariwisata Pantai Itoduti Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Biluhu Timur, Kecamatan Batudaa Pantai, Kabupaten Gorontalo.  Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari nilai R Square sebesar 0,273. Nilai ini berarti bahwa sebesar 27,3% variabilitas mengenai Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Biluhu Timur, Kecamatan Batudaa Pantai, Kabupaten Gorontalo dapat diterangkan oleh variabel Pengembangan Pariwisata, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 73 siswa yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel melalui teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket untuk mengukur kompetensi pedagogik guru dan dokumentasi nilai untuk hasil belajar siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji t, serta koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru berada pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,220. Uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,831 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,993 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, sehingga pengaruh tersebut dinyatakan signifikan. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,247 menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru memberikan kontribusi sebesar 24,7% terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, meskipun dipengaruhi juga oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. The Relationship Between Teachers’ Pedagogical Competence and Students’ Learning Outcomes in Economics for Grade XI Students This study aims to analyze the effect of teachers’ pedagogical competence on students’ learning outcomes in economics for grade XI at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population consisted of 73 students, all of whom were selected as the sample using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire to measure teachers’ pedagogical competence and documentation of students’ scores to assess learning outcomes. Data analysis included validity, reliability, normality tests, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that teachers’ pedagogical competence is in the very good category. The regression analysis shows a positive effect of pedagogical competence on students’ learning outcomes with a regression coefficient of 0.220. The t-test result shows that the t-value of 4.831 is higher than the t-table value of 1.993, with a significance value of 0.000, indicating a statistically significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.247, meaning that teachers’ pedagogical competence contributes 24.7% to students’ learning outcomes. These findings suggest that teachers’ pedagogical competence plays an important role in improving students’ learning outcomes, although other factors also influence the results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Financial Literacy on the Welfare of the Community in Titidu Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample size of 44 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire or survey. The data analysis technique employed is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the simple regression analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant effect of financial literacy on the welfare of the community in Titidu Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency. The regression analysis shows a coefficient of determination of 0.434, indicating that 43.4% of the variation in community welfare is influenced by financial literacy. This indicates a positive relationship between financial literacy and community welfare, where the better the financial literacy, the higher the community welfare. The remaining 56.6%, or the residual value, is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
