The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the number of dependents on poverty in Ayula Selatan Village, Bulango Selatan Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency. Morcover, this research employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the residents of Ayula Utara, Bulango Selatan Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency, with a total sample of 70 respondents. At the same time, the data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The finding depicted that there was an effect of the number of dependents on poverty in Ayula Selatan Village, Bulango Selatan Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency. The poverty in Ayula Selatan Village, Bulango Selatan District, Bone Bolango Regency was affected by the number dependents for 7.80%, while the remaining 92,20% were affected by other variables that were not examined in this research.

This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection method used in this study consist of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The research populations are 2019 and 2020 alumni of SMA Negeri Posigadan amounted to 107, while the samples are 52 alumni. This study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results show that parents’ socio-economic status has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interenst of the 2019 and 2020 alumni of SMA Negeri Posigadan, Tomini Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. Based on the research result, the coefficient of determination shows an R Square of 0,616, which means that 61,6% of the variability regarding the entrepreneurial interest of the 2019 and 2020 alumni of SMA Negeri Posigadan, Tomini Sub-district, bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency is influenced by parents’ socio-economic status, while other variables influence the remaining 38,4%.

The objective of this research was to find out to what extent the effect of job mutations on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Health of Gorontalo Province. Moreover, The research method used was a quantitative research method where the data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and the data analysis was done through simple regression analysis. The research finding depicted that the statistical hypothesis was accepted, and there was an effect of job mutations on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Health of Gorontalo Province. The effect of job mutations on the performance of civil servants was 68.4%, while the remaining 31.6% was affected by other variables that were not examined in this research.

It employed a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people. Moreover, the data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings depicted that the variables of salary/income satisfaction, job satisfaction, and work environment partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at PT Mega Finance Cabang Gorontalo Branch. Moreover, this research obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 85,8% from variables of salary/earning satisfaction job satisfaction, and work environment on organizational commitment of employees at PT Mega Finance Cabang Gorontalo Branch. At the same time, the remaiping 14,2% was affected by other variables that were not explained in this research.

This research employed a quantitative approach. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The populations in this research were all SMP Negeri 2 Kabila students, totaling 61 students, while the samples were 40 students. The anaysis method employed Simple Linear Regression. The results indicated that the assignment method positively affected student learning outcomes in the Integrated Social Studies subject at SMP Negeri 2 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it indicated an R-square of 0,313, which meant that 31,3% of the variability of student learning outcomes in the Integrated Social Studies subject at SMP Negeri 2 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency could be explained by the assignment method, while other variables explained the remaining 68,7%.

The present research aimed to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction at Amira Furniture Store, Gorontalo City.This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from disributing questionnaires to customers of Amira Furniture Store, Gorontalo City, with a sample of 40 respondents. In the meantime, the data analysis technique used simple linear regression.In conclusion, product quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Amira Furniture Store, Gorontalo City. In addition, product quality effectively and efficiently had a significant effect on customer satisfaction for 51.4%, while the remaining 48.6% were affected by other variables examined in this research. This result signified that product quality significantly affected customer satisfaction at Amira Furniture Store, Gorontalo City.

This research aims to determine the effect of scout extracurriculars and student discipline on student learning outcomes in economics subject in grade XI of Social Science at SMA Negeri 2 Limboto, Gorontalo Regency. This quantitative research involves 38 samples, and the data are collected through a questionnaire with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results indicate that partially or simultaneously, the variables of scout extracurricular and student discipline affect student learning outcomes in economics subject in XI grae of social science at SMA Negeri 2 Limboto, Gorontalo Regency positively and significantly. The results are obtained through the coefficient of determination (R2) of 85.70% of the variable scout extracurricular and student discipline on student learning outcomes in economics subject in grade XI of Social Science at SMA Negeri 2 Limboto, Gorontalo Regency. Meanwhile, the other 14.30% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. .

ABSTRAK Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui 1. Kualitas Pelayanan berbasis egovernment pada Kantor Samsat Kota Gorontalo. Dilihat dari apek: Tangibles, Reliability, Emphaty, Responsiviness, dan Assurance. 2. Faktor determinan kualitas pelayanan egovernment pada Kantor Samsat Kota Gorontalo. Dilihat dari aspek: Infrastruktur telekomunikasi, Kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Perangkat hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan penelitian berjumlah 7 (tujuh) orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah 1. Kualitas Pelayanan berbasis e-government di Kantor Samsat Kota Gorontalo sudah berjalan secara maksimal. fisik dari pelayanan e-samsat, pihak Samsat Kota Gorontalo sudah menyediakan bentuk fisik yang berupa sarana dan prasanan baik berupa alat pembatu elektronik atau alat tulis menulis dan juga alat tulis kantor yang disediakan dalam penunjang pelayanan e-samsat. atau empaty yang diberikan sangat mempengaruhi pelayanan e-government dalam hal ini adalah e-samsat. Hal ini tentunya sangat mendukung pelayanan e-government dapat terlaksana dengan baik karena pegawai yang bertugas dalam pemberian pelayanan merupakan faktor penunjang utama dalam merespon permasalahan yang ada di lapangan. Akan tetapi sumber daya manusia atau pengguna layanan e-samsat masih banyak yang kurang memahami bagaimana pelayanan berbasis elektronik, masyarakat masih beranggapan bahwa pembayaran pajak walaupun sudah dilaksanakan secara online tetapi masih harus ke kantor Samsat Kota Gorontalo untuk menyelesaikan pembayaran.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the principles of public service for the E-samsat program in Gorontalo City. (2) The determinants of public services for the E-samsat program at the Gorontalo City Samsat office are viewed from the aspects of communication, human resources, disposition, and bureaucracy. This research method uses qualitative research methods with descriptive type using data analysis techniques from collecting, reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research which were analyzed in the field that (1) Judging from the principles of service, this program has not been able to improve services at the SAMSAT office because of several problems in the system and public knowledge is still minimal in the use of E-samsat. (2) judging from the determinants of public services, the E-samsat program at the Gorontalo City SAMSAT office has started to run well, it just needs some improvements in terms of resources so that the program can run well.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Desa Buluwatu Kecamatan Sumalata Timur Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat buluwatu, yang berjumlah 77 orang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yakni primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan penyebaran angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Desa Buluwatu Kecamatan Sumalata Timur Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara dengan nilai sebesar 62,20%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,80% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti sikap pelaksana, komunikasi pemerintah desa dengan masyarakat, persepsi masyarakat dan kesesuaian antara harapan dengan kenyataan. Hasil pengujian positif memiliki makna bahwa terciptanya kepuasan masyarakat di Desa Buluwatu Kecamatan Sumalata Timur Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara yang progresif terjadi karena pemerintah desa melalui aparat desa mampu memberikan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas yang sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat.
